This study investigates the impact of gender diversity on the board of directors on corporate intellectual capital (IC) disclosure in Indonesia. For the study purpose, the sample was divided into two sections, i.e., companies with large capitalizations and companies with small capitalizations. A paired T-test was used to observe significant changes in the disclosure level between period and type of firm. Using linear regression analysis, the influence of gender diversity and other variables on IC disclosure was examined. The findings show that IC disclosure varies for large and small companies. The level of IC disclosure in large companies was stronger than in small companies. The results of the multivariate analysis showed that the profitability, leverage, ownership, and type of business of the company significantly affect IC disclosure. For companies with large capitalization, the presence of women directors on corporate boards or gender diversity on corporate boards does not impact IC disclosure. This is because the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) does not insist on IC disclosure. However, for small companies, the existence of gender diversity has a significant effect on IC disclosure. The findings of this study suggest that policymakers and standard makers must consider the inclusion of IC disclosure on the annual report as mandatory.

Recently, controversy over intellectual property rights for protecting genetic resources and traditional knowledge has been emerging. Very active debates and global discussions are being carried out in various international organizations for possible approaches to be taken for these properties, and for the fair and equal sharing of the benefits from these intellectual properties. There is a need to evaluate adopting a sui generis system which is being pushed by developing nations, or adopting a policy which will guaranteee benefit sharing such as sharing royalties from marketing final products, technical transfers, capacity building, and participating in research activities. Also, it is very important to examine the legal issues concerning genetic resources based on Convention on Biological Diversity for the fair and equal sharing of the benefits with developing nations, at the same time assuring developed nations of access to genetic resources.

Since the Salamanca statement in 1994, inclusive education became the worldwide issue in the field of educational policy. Inclusive education is defined that equality and comprehensive education in the classroom to learning together regardless of whether with disability or not (Han et al, 2013). Inclusive education is the educational system and consist of the three domains; guarantee of rights, improvement in environment and reform in curriculum (Han et al, 2015). Diversity education has been positioned as an educational method in inclusive education. Diversity in classroom is very wide ranging; nationality, gender, culture, race, ethnicity, disability, age and religion. Diversity education is the educational method to providing the appropriate education for the children's diversity on the assumption that appreciate to the diversity. In recent years, the main purpose of inclusive education is to encompass children with disabilities. However, developmental disabilities that has no intellectual delay become a new challenge in education in addition to the physical and mental disability. This study aims to definition of the diversity education as the educational method in Japan.

본 연구는 아동의 컴퓨터에 대한 물리적 또는 지적 접근성과 주관적 또는 사회적 규범이 인터넷콘텐츠 소비에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것으로, 분석 결과 물리적 접근성은 인터넷콘텐츠 사용다양성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나고 있어 가설 1-1은 지지 되었다. 지적 접근성은 한계적으로 유의하게 나타났으며 주관적 규범이나 사회적 규범은 인터넷콘텐츠 사용다양성에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 물리적 접근성과 지적 접근성은 인터넷콘텐츠 사용정도에도 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설 2-1과 2-2는 모두 지지되었다. 주관적 규범은 인터넷콘텐츠 사용정도에 (-)방향으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설 2-3은 지지되었으나 사회적 규범은 인터넷콘텐츠 사용정도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 추가적으로 아동들의 물리적 또는 지적 접근성과 주관적 규범간의 상호작용효과는 아동들의 인터넷콘텐츠 사용정도에 대해 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 몇 가지 시사점과 한계점을 토의하였다.

This paper aims to examine the implications of the global market for Korean textile and fashion firms with regard to recent changes in the international business environment to improve the corporative management to the level that the global economy demands. The trade and business environment is moving toward the paradigm of glocalism. As the geographical scope of the market and business environment continues to expand with the aid of technological development, demands for global standards as a means to offer universal validity in business settings have been raised. The glocalized society values diversity as a notion beyond global standardization. The world trade orders are subject to free trade; however, protectionism has substantially promoted trade barriers in the name of the environment and safety issues, ethical managements, and intellectual property rights. For sustainable development in the global market, Korean firms should strive to implement global standards related to these issues and corporate social responsibility in their business settings.

생물다양성협약에서 국가 생물유전자원의 주권을 인정함에 따라 국가별로 생물유전자원의 관리에 대한 법적인 체계를 갖추어야 할 시기가 도래하였다. 생물유전자원의 관리에 있어서 가장 중요한 단계가 접근과 생물자원에서 파생하는 이익공유이다. 제6차 생물다양성협약 당사국 회의에서 채택된 본 지침은 접근과 이익공유과정에서 필수적인 상호합의조건과 사전통보승인제도를 포함하고 있다. 상호합의조건은 원산국과 이용 실체간의 계약 협정이고 사전통보승인제도는 생물자원 접근 전에 승인하는 것과 관련된 생물유전자원 관련 특이 제도이다. 아울러 국가연락기관과 국가책임기관의 책임, 유인조치 등에 관한 내용을 포함하고 있다. 우리나라의 생물유전자원 접근 관련 법률을 분석해 볼 때, 생물유전자원에 대한 이익공유와 특허권 문제가 고려되어 있지 않다. 생물유전자원 접근규제와 체계적인 관리를 위해서 정보 유용화 및 공개, 지적재산권을 조절하는 기관과 기타 이해관계자의 조정을 위한 국가관할기관의 역할이 중요하다. 다만, 이런 국가적 접근규제가 생물다양성관련 연구를 저해하지 않아야 하고 생물다양성협약의 목적인 생물다양성의 보존과 지속 가능한 이용에 위배되어서는 안 될 것이다.

Concepts of science have been developed by occupying 'ecological niche' within conceptual ecology. The ecological niche is determined from the mutual effect between intellectual environmental of the learner and new concept, which few studies have been conducted. This study examined how the ecological niche of the concept of photosynthesis in $7^{th}$ grade is changed by instruction. The ecological niche was analyzed using 2 methods: (1) the change in the diversity of concepts, and (2) the change in the proximity of concepts based on the frequency and the relativeness score of the concepts. The concept of photosynthesis was analyzed in the 4 domains in the place of photosynthesis, products of photosynthesis, reactants of photosynthesis, and environmental factors. The results of this study are as follows: (1) reduced diversity of concepts, (2) increased frequency and relativeness score of the scientific concepts, and (3) increased proximity of the scientific concepts by instruction. With these results, the mutual effects of the concepts within the conceptual ecology have become active by class to differentiate the relationships between the concepts, which accordingly displayed their changes in status.

소비의 주체성이 생산과 구조적 측면보다 쾌적함, 온유함, 유머 등의 디자인 제2차 적 가치의 현상으로 전의 되고 있으며 이와 같은 잉여성과 관련된 개념들은 디자인에서뿐만 아니라 최근 과학에서도 공간과 물질, 동일성과 중력 둥과 같은 개념이 사라지고 불확정성, 개연성, 모순, 애매모호함, 엔트로피 등과 같은 개념들로 대체되고 있다. 따라서 디자인과 관련된 인접학문의 지적동향과 주된 관심사의 탐구과정을 통하여 아이디어 전개에 필요한 그림과 이미지들의 변형과 조작 등 디자인의 제2차 적 가치와 잉여적 가치에 관련이 깊고 실제 아이디어 전개의 확장성과 다의성에 관련된 개념과 변형과 조작의 제4열 사고생성체계를 제시하고 자 한다.

Intradisciplinary research refers to research that integrates ideas often associated with different research domains in a discipline. Such cross-fertilization leverages abundant diversity present in the IS discipline to tackle increasingly complex IS problems and grand challenges. Despite its importance and recent attention, a concerted, sustained effort toward intradisciplinary research is lagging. A fundamental issue we see is a lack of an elaborate IS research map that effectively shows similarities and differences among research domains and demonstrates types of ideas that may travel and integrate into different domains. We thus aim to propose an elaborate IS research map and compile research elements that can be tried and combined across research domains. To do so, we utilize two IS classics (i.e., IT views and IS phenomena), identify their complementarity, and interweave the two disparate ways of portraying the IS research field. The resultant view-phenomenon (VP) matrix specifies research domains based on two consistent, comprehensive criteria and helps researchers discern similarities and differences among research domains more effectively. The VP matrix also sheds light on a variety of research elements that can flow across research domains. The VP matrix along with the research elements together facilitate intradisciplinary efforts and, more broadly, help the IS discipline to prosper. The VP matrix is particularly helpful for doctoral students and young scholars.
