This study examined the effects of pre-service teacher's cooperative organizational culture on the conflict management type. The subjects were 138 preschool teachers. The data were obtained by self-reporting and used to investigate the teacher's conflict management type and cooperative organizational culture. The collected data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient analysis and stepwise regression analysis. The major findings in this study were as follows; First, there was a relationship between the cooperative organizational culture of early childhood teachers and the overall type of conflict management. The overall cooperative organizational culture had the strongest relationship, particularly with the integrated type of conflict management. The following appeared in the order of compromise, consideration, and domination. On the other hand, there was no relationship with the avoidance type. Second, regarding the sub-factor of conflict management type that affects the cooperative organizational culture of early childhood teachers, the integrated type has the strongest influence, followed by the caring type. In the sub-factor of cooperative organizational culture, the integrated type has the strongest influence on the cooperative leadership, followed by the caring type. The integrated type had the greatest influence on teacher cooperation, peer support, and learning companion.

We have fabricated vertical type organic thin film transistor using $C_{60}$ as a n-type active material to improve the problems of conventional OTFTs. In general, it can be argued that the characteristics of organic transistor were influenced by carrier mobility and density. We have used several kinds of metals as source and gate electrodes to optimize the device characteristics using $C_{60}$. In addition, we have examined the feasibility of fabrication of organic light-emitting transistor (OLET) using MEH-PPV as an emission layer.

The development of SFCL (Superconducting Fault Current Limiter) is getting more important as the power demand is increased rapidly. Up to now, several kinds of SFCL have been proposed and it is expected that they will be applied to appropriate position considering their own properties. Amongst those proposed SFCL, flux-lock type SFCL using the magnetic cancelation for current limiting has the advantages of overcoming the technical difficulties that other types of SFCLs have. In this paper, the integrated three-phase flux-lock type SFCL was fabricated and its operational modes were investigated through the short circuit tests. The operational mode were to divided into four mode according to the variation of the currents flowing into the secondary winding connected the superconducting elements and the speed of the quench generation. It was expected that the improvement of current limiting characteristics of the SFCL could be possible through control of the operational mode.

Photovoltaic(PV) permit the on-site production of electricity without concern for fuel supply or environmental adverse effects. The electrical power is produced without noise and little depletion of resources. So BIPV(Building-Integrated Photovoltaic) system have been increased around the world. Hereby the relative installation costs of the system will be relatively low compared to traditional installations of PV in high-rise buildings. This paper examined possibility of BIPV system of cold facade type and analyzed of performance of BIPV system of cold facade type. The system is influenced by conditions such as irradiation, module temperature, shade and architectural component etc. If this BIPV system of 1.1kW is possible the natural ventilation in the summer case, the temperature of PV module decrease and then the efficiency of PV system increase generally. By the results, the annual averaged PR of BIPV system of cold facade type is about 73.1%.

We compared the gene expression among four clinical and five environmental V. vulnificus isolates, using a cDNA microarray containing 131 genes possibly associated with pathogenicity, transport, signal transduction, and gene regulations in the pathogen. cDNAs from total RNAs of these isolates were hybridized into the cDNA microarray using the cDNA of the wild-type strain MO6-24/O as a reference. We focused on selecting differentially expressed (DE) genes between clinical and environmental isolates using a modified t-statistic. We could detect two statistically significant DE genes between virulent isolates and less-virulent isolates with a marginal statistical significance (p-value of 0.008). These were genes putatively encoding pilin and adenlyate cylase. Real time-PCR confirmed that these two selected genes transcribed in significantly higher levels in virulent isolates than in less-virulent isolates. Mutants with lesions in the gene encoding pilin showed significantly higher $LD_{50}$ values than that of wild type.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the integrated search services for integrated libraries operated by local governments in Korea. The target of analysis was integrated libraries operated by 25 local governments in Seoul, and the analysis elements were selected from service functions in 12 areas related to integrated search. The results of the study are as follows. First, the integrated library is an association of public libraries and small libraries in autonomous districts and provides integrated search services. The provided integrated search service function, types of bibliographic information, and facets are not diverse. Second, the records in the search results were mostly item types, not title types. Third, enrichment information supplementing book information consists of book introductions, related information, book-related keywords, and loan-related information. Fourth, integrated search shows the form of integrated OPAC based on integrated catalog DB rather than discovery-type search. It concentrates on providing an integrated search for catalog DBs distributed in public libraries or small libraries in the autonomous district. Fifth, most integrated libraries provide similar service types. Based on these results, improvement plans were proposed for domestic public libraries to expect discovery-type integrated search services.

Thus, all systems and sensors corresponding to navigation are integrated to an INS (Integrated Navigation System) or an IBS (Integrated Bridge System). Propulsion automation systems, propulsion systems, auxiliary systems, and power management systems are integrated to an ICMS (Integrated Control and Monitoring System), an IPMS (Integrated Platform Management System), and IMCS (Integrated Monitoring and Control System). This paper introduces the results of designing and implementing an Integrated Interface System which ties up diverse system interfaces via network and inversely converts network signals into a proper interface signal type connected to other systems.

In this paper, We developed a high efficiency reflector integrated type 50W AC direct connection type engine to realize miniaturization and weight reduction of product without using SMPS and to design a multistage varistor circuit Reduced costs by reducing the number of parts High reliability is achieved by using a circuit structure that does not use an electrolytic capacitor, thus increasing the lifetime of the LED. In addition, it is possible to manufacture an AC direct-coupled type driving device by using an IC semiconductor and apply an AC direct-coupled type driving device integrated with a reflector so that the lifetime of the device can be fully utilized for the lifetime of the LED, A light source having a plurality of light emitting diode channels including a plurality of light emitting diode channels arranged in series is driven with a rectified voltage.

Purpose: This study is to present basic data on the Architectural planning of the college of medicine by arranging the functional zoning planning, functional unit planning, and circulation planning, based on the diversification of medical education and the changes of Learning spaces. Methods: This study was conducted by literature review on existing medical education method and learning space planning. And then on-site surveys and questionnaire were conducted on existing facilities. Results: The diversification of medical education has already been progressing for a long time, and the development of information technology is integrated into the learning space, and the evolution of the learning method and the flexibility of the learning space give effect to the change of the learning space. ① This study reconstructed the existing classification method of university facilities into the fuctional zoning method that combines the architectural concept of function and movement. ② The functions and functional units of the college of medicine according to the proposed functional zone were arranged, and the space required for the medical college was suggested. ③ The function and type of movement of medical college can be classified into professor/student fusion type, teaching and research separation type, and learning and learning shared space integrated arrangement type. In the future, it is necessary to consider fusion type or integrated arrangement type rather than separation type. Implications: the evolution of the learning method and the flexibility of the learning space give effect to the change of the learning space.

To overcome the limitations of existing rainwater drainage systems, we compared and analyzed a newly developed eco-friendly channel-type rainwater drainage system. We also developed an integrated evaluation index to quantify the improvement of the new system. The concept of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) was applied to calculate and compare the costs of each process and to develop the integrated evaluation index, which considers the carbon emissions by each process. As a result, the cost was reduced by 53% overall compared to an O-type system and by 63% compared to a U-type system. In addition, when applying the integrated evaluation index, the new system was evaluated to be over 80% in the four processes compared to the existing systems. When applying the evaluation index to sites in Anyang and Incheon, the new system was improved by 35-100% compared to existing systems.
