In this study, the oil degradation measuring for integrated sensor of drain valve was fabricated. A sensor used in the experiments was integrated with drain valves and installed in oil pan without requiring additional space. As a result of the experiments, the capacitances changed with two inflection points in accordance with an after in mileage. The first inflection point indicated the exhaustion of oil additives, and after the second inflection point, the oil degradation was completed, which increased the viscosity and disabled the functions of oil. Thus, this section was determined as the time of oil exchange.

In case that any jobs in a Job Shop can be scheduled on more than one machine and may have flexible operation sequences, with considering such case it is very difficult and complex to make the optimal process plans and scheduling. But they should be considered for an integrated model to perform more effective process planning and scheduling in this job shop problem. In this paper, we propose GA-based scheduling method to integrate effectively the problem of alternative machines, alternative operation sequences and scheduling. The performance of proposed GA is evaluated through comparing integrated scheduling with not integrated scheduling in molding company with alternative machines and operation sequences. Also, we use benchmark problems to evaluate performance. The scheduling method in this research will apply usefully to real world scheduling problems.

Digital convergence which means the convergence of industry areas related to digital technologies is an important phenomenon in business, which will decide the fates of firms in the near future. The only firms which can create synergy effects from digital convergence are expected to be the winners in the fierce competition of digital convergence era. In our analysis, we examine the strategy of an integrated firm which has businesses in two different industry areas which are related to each other. By using a game theoretical model, we show how the integrated firm can win over two single separated firms which have business in only one industry area each by leveraging the two businesses the integrated firm has. In our welfare analysis, we also show that this convergence may be even beneficial to consumers, which seems counter-intuitive to social concerns about anti-competitive behaviors by integrated firms. Additionally, we study comparison between industry convergence and product convergence.

With the success of flexible manufacturing systems(FMSs), flexible assembly systems(FASs) have been developed to automatic factories further. As in a cellular FMS, a celluar FAS is considered as the most flexible and feasible assembly systems configuration. This paper presents a method for the integrated layout design in cellular FASs. Unlike the traditional paper, this paper deals with the formation of cells and the layout of cells for jobs with operation times on different machines. The procedure in this paper consists of two distinct phases. The first phase presents machine arrangement in a double rows flowline. cell formation not to allow intercellular movements, and integrated layout design in cellular FASs considering the characteristics of FAS, layout, and production factors This phase uses older optimal algorithm. The second phase proposes to balance the system with an objective of reducing the degree of workload deviation in the cells. Simulated annealing method is used to balance the system. This phase also shows the integrated layout design in cellular FASs with the cost less than total cost of the first phase.

이 연구는 디지털도서관에서 제공 가능한 통합검색 방식의 유형과 특성을 분석할 목적으로 다음의 세 가지작업을 수행하였다. 첫째, 이용자 관점에서 디지털도서관의 발전단계와 일반적인 통합 방식의 특성을 정리하였다. 둘째, 현재 국내외 대표적인 도서관 포털의 모범사례인 영국의 JISC IE, 미국의 NSDL의 OCKHAM, 그리고 한국의 국가지식포털을 대상으로 통합검색의 현황과 특성에 대하여 검토하였다. 셋째, 디지털도서관에 영역에서 많이 적용되고 있는 통합검색 방식의 유형을 메타통합검색과 분산검색으로 구분하여 각각의 기법적 특성을 도출하였다.

In this study, we offered a way that is to make warehouse industry clustered in Incheon port for getting competitive and high end value added activities like advanced port logistics center considering trend that is changing functions of port and importance of port-hinterland. For this, we studied the existing research about port cluster, the present condition of warehouse industry in Incheon port and importance of value-added logistics activities. Also, we offered needs to build a high value-added and integrated logistics center by examples of advanced port logistics center in Singapore, Netherlands(Rotterdam) and Hongkong. We get the questionnaires for gathering ideas of port logistics industry about to set integrated logistics centers by strategy we offered that is making warehouse logistics clustered.

The integrated protection unit of CHEONGUNG is composed of chemical-biological equipment and air conditioner equiped heating element. The protection capabilities against chemical-biological agent were measured by using simulant agents such as n-Hexane, KM5 Screening Smokes and CS agent. The experimental test results with simulant agents verify the protective performance of the integrated protection unit.

The principle goal of environmentally-friendly agriculture is to maintain and conserve water and agriculture environment including drinking water resources by properly using agricultural materials such as agricultural chemicals, chemical fertilizers, and other agricultural materials according to act 19 of foster law of environmentally-friendly agriculture. To achieve these goals, we have to establish Integrated Nutrient Management(INM) and Integrated Pesticide Management(IPM) which are most important core technologies for environmentally-friendly rice cultivation. However, there are lack of criteria and technology for evaluation category according to soil management and its soil classes to practice an environmentally-friendly agriculture. Therefore, we should eatablish the standards to produce the safe agricultural products based on the soil physical and chemical characteristics which are basic properties of soil to accomplish the principle aims of environmentally-friendly agriculture.

In order to conduct the effective integration of computer-aided conceptual design for integrated nuclear power reactor, not only is a smooth information flow required, but also decision making fur both conceptual design and construction process design must be synthesized. In addition to the aboves, the relations between the one step and another step and the methodologies to optimize the decision variables are verified, in this paper especially, that is, scaling laws and scaling criteria. In the respect with the running of the system, the integrated optimization process is proposed in which decisions concerning both conceptual design are simultaneously made. According to the proposed reactor types and power levels, an integrated optimization problems are formulated. This optimization is expressed as a multi-objective optimization problem. The algorithm for solving the problem is also presented. The proposed method is applied to designing a integrated sub-critical reactors.

As the number of the company to acquire the certifications of ISO 9001/1400, OHSAS 18001(not official standard) is increasing, it is needed to construct a integrated business management system for the efficient application of the certifications. In this circumstances the integrated construction of the SHE & Q system so called, for Safety, Health, Environment and Qualify can take a part for the communication in the customer, the company convenience and the interested parties(the worker. the supplier and the provider). In case that each certification systems are integrated, the problems of the redundancy in the management processes and the conflicting demands are able to be solved and the efficiency of the restricted management resources fan be raised as the complexity of the redundancies in the certification management is simplified. This paper deals with the integrated strategies, its convenience and its expecting merit and demerit for the efficient application of the certification parties haying the various characters.
