통합공공망 주파수 공용 환경에서의 LTE-R 링크버짓 분석 (LTE-R LinkBudget Analysis for channels interference in the case of sharing the Integrated Public Network Frequency)

  • 2014년 12월 미래부(현 과학기술정보통신부)의 통합공공망주파수 할당을 시작으로 철도통합무선망(LTE-R)의 성능개선을 추진하고 있다. LTE-R은 기존 기술방식 대비 기술적 성숙도 및 성능측면, 표준화 기반에서의 진화의 용이성 등 많은 장점이 있으나, 국내 전파정책으로 통합공공망 사용기관(행정안전부 PS-LTE 및 해수부의 LTE-M)간 주파수 간섭과 2017년 상용화를 시작한 UHD TV와의 간섭 등 향후 전국철도망의 안정적 열차무선서비스 운용환경 마련을 위해서는 해결할 과제 또한 잔재되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 원주~강릉구간 철도통합무선망(LTE-R)을 추진함에 있어 시험선 구축을 통해 도출된 간섭요인에 따른 LTE-R 성능변화 및 간섭 해소를 위한 RAN-Sharing 구현 결과, 그리고 도출된 시험결과를 토대로 설계단계에서 계획된 링크버짓 변경사항 등을 분석하여 통합공공망 주파수 공용환경에서의 향후 LTE-R 기지국 설계 추가될 기준 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The conventional SCADA adopted for the electric railway has the mere function of controlling and monitoring the hardware itself. Lack of the functions necessary far the fault prevention and the system recovery requires the operators to depend on their intuition and experience. To make up far these shortcomings of the conventional SCADA, PIS(Power Information System) visually offers integrated information for the optimal operation of the power system by manipulating the raw data acquired from the SCADA. In this paper we have studied the variety of information and its feasibility that can be offered individually by PIS.

  • The conventional SCADA being used in the electric railway has the basic functions of remote controlling and system monitoring. Since the SCADA lacks the functions essential to the fault prevention and the system recovery, operators must depend on their intuition and experience to considerable extent. Visually integrated information offered by PIS contributes to the fast system recovery and the state judgment of the power system, and makes a novice be adapted for the operation easily. In this paper, we have studied the various functions and its feasibility that can be offered by PIS.

  • The surveillance system for urban transit now adapt the newest IT technology. The Surveillance system analyzes the video information from various cameras intelligently and determines the critical status automatically. Other sensors, for example fire sensor and audio sensor are used in the surveillance system for increasing the correctness of surveillance. The surveillance system tries to increase the performance of surveillance by gathering lots of information for the current situation and analyzing them intelligently. IP-Based Integrated system needs the distributed computer system with location and functions. For correctly running this system, a distributed software is needed. In this paper, we study the distributed software for IP-based integrated surveillance system. The required functions, safety and extendability are suggested.

  • 최근 철도안전 감시 및 제어를 위한 데이터 분산 서비스 기반의 융합시스템인 실시간 철도안전 통합 감시 제어 시스템 개발 연구가 진행되고 있다. 차량, 신호, 전력 및 안전감시 설비의 안전 데이터를 실시간 수집하고, 대용량 데이터 처리를 위하여 분산 서비스 기반의 통신 미들웨어를 채택하였다. 그러나, 기존 관제 서버로 활용되는 서버장치의 경우 안전성 등의 사유로 하드웨어 성능이 낮아 분산 서비스 미들웨어의 최대 성능을 발휘하지 못하는 실정이다. 안전관제 시스템에서도 초당 20만 패킷을 전송량 목표로 설정하였으나 LAB 기반 성능시험을 수행한 결과 충족하지 못하였다. 본 논문에서는 기존 장비의 데이터 수집 성능을 개선하고자 철도 데이터의 특성을 분석하였고, 분석 결과에 따라 패킷량이 많은 신호설비와 차량설비의 데이터 모델에 DDS 기반의 스트리밍 전송방식을 적용하였다. 그 결과 하드웨어 성능이 동일한 경우 처리량이 기존보다 약 30.4배 향상됨을 확인하였다. 향후 실시간 철도안전 통합 감시 제어 시스템에 실제로 적용하여 데이터 처리의 성능을 개선해나갈 예정이다.

  • The railway signaling system consists of several vital computerized equipments. Now the project for development of signaling system for the next-generation high-speed train is progressed according to the consortium. The developing signaling system by this project, kTCS(Korean Train Control System), is composed of kTCS-CTC, kTCS-IXL, kTCS-ATC and etc. The KTCS signaling has to be operated as a integrated system by interface between each signaling. To achieve these, communication protocols between each signaling have to be designed and message codes are defined. In this paper the configuration of integrated kTCS system and designed communication protocol is presented.

  • ERTMS/ETCS Level 1 ATP, ATC and ATS are Signaling Systems adopted in korea. For operating in three different trackside signaling systems, train must have individual onboard signaling systems, ATP, ATC and ATS. Three signaling systems in one train is the main cause to increase installation and maintenance cost. Also it is need more effort to change a onboard signaling system depend on the trackside signaling system. those things should lead to decrease efficiency of the onboard signaling system. one integrated onboard signaling system for ATP, ATC and ATS is the good solution for those problems. IOSS is an integrated Onboard Signaling System and still developing. In this paper, we introduce the methodology of model-based development of IOSS. IOSS has one superviser process and several functional blocks to process individual signaling system s. Rhapsody which is CASE tool is used to construct the structure and develop the software for IOSS.

  • The railway signalling system plays an essential role in the headway and routing control for a safe and efficient train operation. The reliable and safe operation of the system is very important because the failure of the railway signalling system can lead to the collision, derailment, or unexpected stop of a train. So far, the conventional wayside signal mode (ATS: Automatic Train Stop) has been generally used as the railway signalling system. However, this system is highly linked to a risk of major accidents resulted from human mistakes such as missing a signal or careless control of train speed. Accordingly, the onboard signal mode (ATC: Automatic Train Control) as an alternative of ATS has been recently introduced and applied to transmit effectively the information on speed control of a train by using computers and communication equipment. In the process of replacing the obsolete signal system, it is necessary to switch over the system while providing passengers with normal services. Therefore, the integration of a railway signaling system compatible for both ATS and ATC and its interface is discussed in this study. In particular, the implementation scenario required for operation planning of the integrated system was designed, and the results as well as effects of its applicability test were also presented.
