Recently, much attention has been increasingly paid to the efficiency of the delivery system in order to manage construction project in a smooth and effective way. The integrated plan in consideration of the life cycle of building is required for the effective and integrated management of information in a huge amount. To this end, collaboration between each field is indispensable from the beginning of project. But there is a limitation that the designer and the constructor sign the contract separately in the conventional delivery system. In the US, the recent trend is that the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) has been introduced to improve the effectiveness of project management in an increasing number of the cases where project is implemented by utilizing the IPD. In Korea, there is also an increasing need to introduce the IPD for the integrated project management. Consequently, the purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the laws and the contracts that are applied to domestic cases of placing order and signing contract based on the concept and principle of the IPD before the actual introduction of the IPD. Based on such examination and analysis, this study intends to figure out the constraints to the introduction of the IPD. It is expected that the results of this study will be used as basic data for IPD-related study in the future.

Due to the development of modern technology and the enlargement of industrial scale, the scale of many projects is expanding and the complexity is also increasing. Individual management of existing projects cannot effectively manage projects in this trend, and it is necessary to systematically manage the entire process from initiation to completion. Accordingly, the need for integrated management and life cycle management that can efficiently manage the entire project is emerging, and for this, a systematic project management system is also required. PMS enables efficient project management by linking business processes such as resource, schedule, scope, and output management of a project with separately separated infrastructure accordingly. In this paper, a research model was proposed to manage the project from the perspective of implementing integrated management and life cycle management, especially during R&D project execution, and to prove the mediating role between PMS and R&D project performance for this purpose. The proposed research model will be able to help companies and organizations that feel the need to implement integrated management and life cycle management and are preparing to build a PMS-type system or that have already been established to efficiently perform project management.

항해시스템은 통합항해시스템(INS 또는 IBS)을 중심으로 운항과 관련된 시스템과 장비들이 통합되고 있고, 추진시스템은 통합제어감시시스템(ICMS, IPMS, IMCS 등)을 중심으로 추진제어, 전력제어, 기타 제어시스템 등이 통합되고 있다. 본 논문은 선박의 통합화와 관련하여 선박에서 사용되는 다양한 인터페이스를 네트워크 기반으로 통합시켜주며, 네트워크를 통해 전송된 신호를 다양한 인터페이스를 갖는 장비에 제공해 주기 위해 개발된 통합연동시스템에 대한 설계 및 구현결과를 기술하고 있다.

In the existing naval combat system, integrated management is done based on subsystems that make up the system. The naval combat system, however, is a large-scale distributed system made up of subsystems of diverse heterogeneous environments. Although each of the subsystems can be easily managed because they are on the same platform, it is extremely difficult to integrate and manage as a single entity all subsystems that make up the naval combat system because the heterogeneous environments and distributed systems have to be taken into account. In fact, there hasn't been a technique available to integrate and manage subsystems that make up the naval combat system, until now. In this paper, the architecture of an integrated management system is designed and implemented to provide the user with various services. Furthermore, a system that can manage subsystems of the naval combat system in an integrated way is developed.

With rapid changes in the business environment, many organizations pursue to manage cost management and performance management of the organizational business activities over the concept of profit management strategically, But the strategic enterprise management system is implemented individually and is not integrated. And the integrated model of strategic enterprise management is ambiguous and many consulting firms didn't suggested the proper model yet. Therefore in this study we studied the strategic enterprise management system, And we studied how to try to integrate the various components of the strategic enterprise management system through the case of the domestic L company site that implemented ABC/ABM, ABS, BSC, business planning & forecasting system recently.

본 논문에서는 LNG저장탱크의 통압제어 안전관리 시스템에 대한 연구결과를 제시하고 있다. 통합제어 및 안전관리를 효과적으로 진행하기 위한 새로운 통합관리 시스템은 내부탱크로부터 유출되는 가스나 초저온 액체(LNG)에 의한 안전성과 누출문제를 제어하기 위해 온도, 압력, 진동과 같은 신호를 검지하고, 종합적으로 분석하여 시스템의 안전성을 확보할 수 있도록 개발된 것이다. 효율성과 안전성 향상측면에서 LNG저장탱크의 저장용량 증가경향과 최근에 발생된 저장탱크의 고장사례 고찰을 통하여, 기존의 측정장치와 안전장치는 개량되고, 새로운 기술개발이 필요하다는 것을 강조한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 초대형 LNG저장탱크의 제어와 안전관리를 위해 새로이 개발된 통합제어 안전관리 시스템을 제시하고 있다. 이 시스템에서는 기존의 측정 및 안전장치에 대한 통합과 연계성 및 성능을 향상시키고, 특히 저장탱크 구조물의 변위량을 측정하여 안전성을 확보할 수 있도록 기능성을 새로이 추가하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 통합제어 안전관리 시스템에 프로세스 통합관리 시스템(PIIS)을 연계하여 사용한다면, LNG 저장탱크의 안전성, 효율성, 생산성은 획기적으로 향상될 것이다.

본 연구는 분절적이고 파편화되어있는 보건 의료 복지서비스를 국내외 통합케어에 대한 사례분석을 통하여 우리나라에 적합한 통합케어 시스템 구축을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 사례분석 결과 통합케어의 공통된 요소는 기관과의 협력, 다양한 전문직의 공동참여, 조정과 개별화된 보호 제공, 사례담당 전문가를 통한 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다는 것이다. 이러한 사례를 근거로 우리나라 통합케어 시스템 구축을 위한 제언으로는, 통합케어종합지원센터 설치, 서비스제공 장소의 동일배치, 케어 매니지먼트 체계 구축, 자원개발 및 인력확충, 통합케어 사례관리 시스템 개발, 통합케어 전산망 개발 등이 필요하다.

최근 이상기후로 인해 발생하고 있는 지구 환경 문제를 해결하기 위하여 기후변화와 지구환경시스템간의 상관관계를 규명하여야 한다. 이를 위해서는 기후변화 자료와 지구환경시스템 자료를 비교 분석하기 위한 기후 환경 통합DB가 구축되어야 한다. 선행 연구에서는 XML 기반의 기후 환경 통합DB를 구축하고 이를 관리하기 위한 시스템을 개발하였다. 그러나 선행 연구에서 개발된 시스템은 개별 PC에 자료를 독립적으로 저장 및 구축되도록 설계되어 여러 사용자의 동시접근이 불가능하였다. 또한 지속적으로 생산되는 자료의 양이 증가함에 따라 체계적인 관리가 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 독립적으로 구축된 기후 환경 통합DB를 개선하고 이를 손쉽게 활용하기 위한 GIS기반 통합DB 관리시스템 개발을 목표로 하였다. 우선 기후 환경 자료의 수집 및 분석을 통해 DBMS기반의 통합DB를 설계 구축하였다. 아울러 다양한 분야의 연구자가 통합DB에 쉽게 접근하여 활용이 가능하도록 복수의 PC와의 연결이 용이한 클라이언트/서버 모델 방식의 GIS기반 통합DB 관리시스템을 설계하고 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 GIS기반 통합DB 관리시스템은 산재되어 있는 기후 환경 자료를 통합하여 효율적인 관리 및 소재 파악이 용이하게 하여 기후 환경 통합 연구에서 자료의 중복 생산을 방지하여 시간적, 경제적 비용 절감효과를 가져올 것으로 기대된다.

In this paper, we purpose the integrated TMS to solve the problem of current systems. Current system resulted in the inconvenience because customer and user must contact to each systems when they want to know the information about the order. In this time, we make the system customer and user can confirm all of order information from one system to solve this problem by integrating the information brought from two systems on constructing integrated DataBase.

한국천문연구원의 지역천문대인 보현산천문대, 소백산천문대, 레몬산천문대의 관측자료 활용을 용이하게 해주는 통합관리 시스템을 구축하였다. 관측자료는 생산된 천문대 각각에 아카이브로 보관하며, 통합시스템에는 관측자료에 관한 MySQL 테이블만 저장한다. 지역천문대와 통합시스템에는 각각 관리자가 있어 자료의 보관 및 헤더정보 추출, 테이블 생성 및 웹 페이지 관리 등을 역할 분담하여 수행한다. 사용자는 통합시스템의 웹 검색페이지 한곳에서 모든 천문대의 관측자료를 검색할 수 있으며 다운로드 또한 검색결과 페이지에서 가능하다. 통합시스템에서 독립된 각각의 천문대 아카이브로 쿼리를 보내 검색하는 방식은 가상천문대의 기본개념과 동일하다. 이와 같이 본 연구는 국제가상천문대 사업에 참여하는 한국가상천문대 구축 작업의 일환이기도 하다.
