구조물의 이상징후 판단 및 장단기 안정성, 장래 거동 등의 판단에 다양한 계측결과가 효율적으로 이용되기 위해서는 계측 데이터 내에 포함한 각종 이상치의 판정 및 제거가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 장기 시계열 데이터에 대한 이상치 평가를 수행하기 위한 통합 이상치 분석 시스템을 개발하였다. 이상치 평가는 시계열 분석법에 의한 단일 데이터셋 대상의 1차 이상치 분석과 합성신호 기반의 다중 데이터셋에 대한 2차 이상치 분석으로 구분하여 단계별로 수행되었다. 통합 이상치 분석 시스템은 구조물에 대한 종합 안전관리 플랫폼과 실시간 연동되어 구조물의 각종 안전성 평가 및 거동 예측 등을 위한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있도록 개발되었다. 현장 적용을 통해 일정 경향을 보이는 동종의 다수 센서들의 합성신호와 개별 데이터셋 간의 상관성이 크게 증가함을 확인할 수 있었으며, 상관성에 대한 가중치 적용을 통해 차별 거동을 보이는 다양한 센서 계측치들도 모두 통합 이상치 분석에 활용될 수 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다.

Managing and reusing knowledge in engineering and construction sectors can lead to greater competitive advantage, improved designs, and more effective management of constructed facilities. The use of Information Technology (IT) in design and construction can exploit strategic opportunities for new ways of integration, sharing and facilitating information and knowledge in any field of engineering. The integrating of separate areas of IT can be used to bring a group of experts and specialists in any field of engineering closer together by allowing them to communicate and exchange information and expertise that facilitate knowledge capture, sharing, and reuse. A lack of an advisory management system and a need to marshal all available data in a common format has indicated the need for an integrated engineering computing environment to investigate concrete repair problems. The research described in this paper is based upon an evaluation management system (EMS) which comprising a database management system (REPCON) alongside visualisation technologies and evaluation system (ECON) is developed to produce an innovative platform which will facilitate and encourage the development of knowledge in educational, evolution and evaluation modes of concrete repair. This allows us to create assessment procedures that will allow the current condition of the concrete structure and its components to be expressed numerically using a confidence level (CL) so as to take the best course of action in the repair and maintenance management. The explained rating system, which is related to structural integrity and serviceability of the structure, allows the confidence level to be determined by visual inspection and the descriptive information and pictures taken from an available REPair of CONcrete (REPCON) database.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify factors affecting attitudes and intentions toward online purchasing of millennials and gen z in Indonesia by considering distribution capabilities factors. Research design, data and methodology: This study used a non-probability sampling technique. The questionnaire was distributed through an online platform and obtained 225 respondents. The data acquired from the respondents used SPSS 23 and AMOSS 21 to process the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Results: The results of this study stated that attitudes and intentions toward online purchases were influenced by delivery speed and trust. The results also stated that the perception of web quality positively influenced trust. On the other hand, shipping tracking, people's importance to consumers, and online reviews had no significant effects on online purchasing attitudes. Conclusions: This research has made an essential contribution to increasing and expanding our understanding of factors that affect attitudes and intentions toward online shopping in a developing market, Indonesia. From a practical perspective, this research examined the integrated consumer model of millennials and Gen Z online shopping in Indonesia that considers distribution capability, trust, and perceived website quality factors. Therefore, e-commerce business actors can design e-marketing strategies and programs to achieve the company's long-term goals.

6시그마는 지난 20여 년간 제조 및 서비스 등의 산업에서 프로세스 개선을 위하여 꾸준히 적용되어왔다. 그럼에도 불구하고 6시그마는 Define 단계에서 의미있는 프로젝트를 계속 발굴하기 힘들고 Control 단계에서 지속적인 측정 및 통제가 쉽지 않다는 문제가 지적되었다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 개선 프로세스의 지속적인 통제와 관리를 원활히 할 수 있는 체계가 요구되며, 비즈니스 프로세스 관리(BPM) 시스템이 효과적 대안이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 프로세스 운영 및 분석에서 누적된 데이터를 중심으로 지속적 프로세스 개선을 실현하기 위한 목적으로 6시그마와 BPM의 통합 모형을 제시하고, 프로젝트 수행을 위하여 상호 데이터기반으로 프로세스를 분석, 개선, 모니터링하는 과정을 설명한다. 이를 통하여 6시그마와 BPM의 장점을 결합하여, 지속적으로 업무를 개선하고 관리함으로써 전사적인 경영성과를 극대화할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문은 충전식 배터리의 단점을 보완하여 급속 충전과 방전이 가능하고 높은 전력 효율 및 반영구적인 충·방전 사이클 수명의 특성을 갖는 수퍼커패시터를 보조 전력 저장장치로 사용하여 전력 관리 시스템에 결합한 프로토타입 플랫폼을 제안한다. 본 논문의 플랫폼을 위해 물리적인 환경 변화에 따른 태양광 패널에서의 공급 전력 차단 혹은 재개 상태를 마이크로컨트롤러에 연결된 인터럽트를 통해 감지할 수 있는 기법을 개발하였다. 연속적인 전원 공급이 보장되지 않는 컴퓨팅 환경에서 데이터의 유실을 방지하기 위해 전원 공급이 차단되는 경우 휘발성 메모리에 있는 프로그램 문맥 및 데이터를 비휘발성 메모리로 이전하는 낮은 수준의 시스템 소프트웨어를 마이크로컨트롤러에 구현하였다. 실험을 통해 슈퍼커패시터가 보조 전력 저장장치로서 일시적 전원 공급에 효과적으로 하는지를 검증하였으며 다양한 벤치마크를 통해 전원 상태 감지 및 휘발성 메모리에서 비휘발성 메모리로의 프로그램 문맥 및 데이터의 이전 기법이 낮은 오버헤드를 갖음을 확인하였다.

건설CALS시스템은 건설 공사의 기획 설계 시공 단계에서 발생되는 다양한 정보를 발주처와 시공업체에 제공하는 업무지원 시스템으로써 건설CALS포탈, 건설인허가, 건설사업관리, 시설물유지관리, 용지보상인 5개 단위 시스템으로 구성되어있다. 국토교통부 및 관련 연구진들은 CALS시스템의 중장기 운영 전략 수립 및 최신 IT기술 접목과 같은 서비스 개선 방안을 제시하는 등 시스템 활용률을 높이고자 많은 자원을 투자 하였다. 그러나 단위 시스템의 서로 상이한 개발 환경을 고려하지 않은 서비스 개선 방안들이 전체 시스템의 유지관리 및 개발비용을 증가시키고 데이터 처리속도를 감소시키는 원인 중 하나로 파악되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 단위 시스템의 개발 환경을 통일 시킬 수 있는 전자정부 표준프레임워크를 소개하고 SW개발비용 산정도구인 기능점수(Function Point)를 이용하여 건설CALS시스템에 전자정부 표준 프레임워크의 적용 가능성 및 경제적 효율성을 분석하였다.

Super app is an application that provides a variety of services in a unified interface within a single platform. With the acceleration of digital transformation, super apps are becoming more prevalent. This study aims to suggest service enhancement measures by analyzing the user review data before and after the transition to a super app. To this end, user review data from a payment-based super app(Shinhan Play) were collected and studied via topic modeling. Moreover, a matrix for assessing the importance and usefulness of topics is introduced, which relies on the eigenvector centrality of the inter-topic network obtained through topic modeling and the number of review recommendations. This allowed us to identify and categorize topics with high utility and impact. Prior to the transition, the factors contributing to user satisfaction included 'payment service,' 'additional service,' and 'improvement.' Following the transition, user satisfaction was associated with 'payment service' and 'integrated UX.' Conversely, dissatisfaction factors before the transition encompassed issues related to 'signup/installation,' 'payment error/response,' 'security authentication,' and 'security error.' Following the transition, user dissatisfaction arose from concerns regarding 'update/error response' and 'UX/UI.' The research results are expected to be used as a basis for establishing strategies to strengthen service competitiveness by making super app services more user-oriented.

최근 정보기술 기반의 물 관련 분야에서 국가 또는 국제 표준에 대한 실무 적용 연구가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 공간정보 기반의 콘텐츠 개발과 수신, 처리, 배포 등에 대한 관심과 수요가 증가하고 있으며, 기본 핵심이 되는 표준의 중요성 또한 강조되고 있다. 그러나 공간정보 분야의 필요성에 비하여 표준에 대한 관심과 개발 및 적용을 위한 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문은 주요 국제 표준 기구인 International Organization for Standardization(ISO)와 Open Geospatial Consortium(OGC)에서 개발, 제정된 정보제공 국제표준 및 관련 표준 동향을 분석하고, 향후 수재해 정보 플랫폼 구축을 위해 적용 가능한 통합관리 표준 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 관측자료 제공을 위한 빅데이터, NoSQL, 클라우드 기술, 공간정보웹서비스를 위한 OGC WxS 표준기술들, 공간정보 표준포맷에 관한 ISO 기술 등 표준화된 정보제공 기술들의 특징을 조사하고, 해당 기술의 도입 전략 및 적용방안을 검토하였다.

Cost segregation helps reduce tax liabilities by reclassifying real property to personal property and accelerates tax depreciation of a property. A typical cost segregation study requires much time and high costs. This study proposed a BIM integrated cost segregation process that can be applied to any commercial building project. The proposed BIM-based cost segregation process was verified in a new commercial construction project. It approved that this approach can: (1) increase the cash flow for the owner and provide assistance to tax-paying enterprises; (2) enable the contractor to use it as an added value in the bidding process; (3) realize data sharing in a common platform to improve the cost segregation study efficiency and reduce costs and errors; (4) contribute to the asset management in the life cycle of buildings while filling in the blank of cost segregation process. Future studies will focus on the automation of cost segregation and asset management in building construction's life cycle.

디지털 대전환 시대를 맞이했지만 문화유적 조사 결과 생산되는 수많은 고고 디지털 원천 자료를 효율적으로 수집·관리·통합·서비스할 수 있는 활용체계, 즉 고고학술정보의 지능형 통합관리·서비스 플랫폼은 부재한 상황이다. 이와 관련하여, 현재 웹에서 PDF형태로 서비스되고 있는 한국고고학사전의 단순 전산화(Digitization) 문제와 한국고고학사전 발간 및 활용 현황 등을 통해 '한국고고학 디지털 사전 구축' 필요성을 확인하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 자료 접근의 한계와 어려움에 따른 고고학술 데이터 접근성 제고와 고품질의 지식정보 제공을 중심으로 한 '한국고고학 디지털 사전 구축'의 전반적인 방향을 제안하였다. 2001년부터 발간하고 있는 한국고고학사전의 활용 현황을 분석하여 디지털 전환의 필요성을 확인하였고, 유럽, 미국, 일본 등 국외 고고학 데이터 아카이빙 플랫폼과 국내 전문사전과 관련한 플랫폼 구축 사례를 검토하여 데이터의 체계적인 관리와 보존, 활용에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 '한국고고학 디지털 사전 구축'을 위한 실행 과제로서 전산화된 기록물에 대한 메타데이터 설계와 생산된 메타데이터 간의 관계 정보를 부여하고 보여주는 시맨틱(semantic, 의미 기반) 데이터로의 확장 등을 제안하였다. 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 향후 고고학술정보의 지능형 통합관리·서비스 플랫폼 구축과 이에 따른 한국고고학에 대한 대중의 관심과 이해를 한 단계 높일 수 있는 발판을 마련하는 계기가 될 것으로 기대한다.
