In this paper, we implement a common module that can integrate multiple biometric information for integrated patient monitoring system. Conventional biomedical instruments have many devices attached to each patient, making it difficult to monitor abnormality signs of many patients in real time. In this paper, we propose a module for an integrated monitoring system that can perform centralized monitoring using a common module that integrates multiple measurement devices. A protocol for sending and receiving packets between the measuring device and the common module is designed, and the packets transmitted through the network are stored and managed through the integrated monitoring system and provide information to various users such as medical staff. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the management of patients and efficient medical services in hospitals.

최근들어 스마트 단말의 급속한 보급과 업무 방식의 변화에 따른 재택근무 등 근무형태의 유연화로 인하여 다양한 정보를 제공받고 있다. 아기를 둔 엄마들은 유아가 먹는 음식, 건강, 성장 등에 관심을 갖게 되었고, 육아라는 새로운 환경은 가족을 위해 완벽히 잘 해야 한다는 부담감과 동시에 훌륭한 엄마가 되어야 한다는 강박장애로 이어져 많은 엄마들이 육아 스트레스로 고통을 호소하고 있다. 또한, 모바일 환경에서의 일과 삶의 조화가 중요하게 대두됨에 따라 초보엄마들을 위한 육아관리에 도움을 줄 수 있는 통합적 육아정보 관리 애플리케이션의 필요성이 증대되었다. 본 연구에서는 육아정보 관련 앱의 선호도를 분석하여 실질적으로 필요한 맞춤형 통합 육아정보를 제공할 수 있는 육아정보관리 프로토타입 앱을 개발하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a home care nursing network system for operating home care effectively and efficiently by utilizing a wire-wireless network and mobile computing in order to record and send patients' data in real time, and by combining the headquarter office and the local offices with home care nurses over the Internet. It complements the preceding research from 1999 by adding home care nursing standard guidelines and upgrading the PDA program. Method: Method/l and Prototyping were adopted to develop the main network system. Result: The detailed research process is as follows: 1 )home care nursing standard guidelines for Diabetes, cancer and peritoneal-dialysis were added in 12 domains of nursing problem fields with nursing assessment/intervention algorithms. 2) complementing the PDA program was done by omitting and integrating the home care nursing algorhythm path which is unnecessary and duplicated. Also, upgrading the PDA system was done by utilizing the machinery and tools where the PDA and the data transmission modem are integrated, CDMX-1X base construction, in order to reduce a transmission error or transmission failure.

우리나라에서 통합적인 공공 복지전달체계 구축을 위한 시도는 통합사례관리까지 지속적으로 이루어지고 있고, 특히 최근 '커뮤니티 케어'와 관련해 중요성을 더해가고 있다. 하지만 대부분 부분적인 조직개편에 그치거나 민간자원의 동원에 그치고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사회서비스 정책 발전에 있어서 통합적 개혁의 경험을 가지고 있는 영국의 보건의료와 사회서비스의 통합적 접근 사례, 우리나라 통합사례관리와 유사한 문제경험가족 프로그램 사례를 각각 런던 자치구와 지방의회를 방문하여 조사하였다. 그 결과 통합적 전달체계를 실현하기 위해서는 인력, 조직, 재정 등 제도적 장벽의 종합적인 해소가 시급하고, 관련된 전문 집단과 기관간의 분명한 목표 공유와 파트너십 구축이 필요하며, 사례에 대한 정보 공유 체계와 기술적 지원이 뒷받침되어야 함을 발견할 수 있었다.

최근 병원은 ICT기술을 접목한 고품질의 의료서비스를 제공하는 허브병원으로서의 기능을 수행하기 위해 병원의 정보화를 통하여 직무능력을 향상하고 경영자의 의사결정지원시스템을 통하여 고도화된 통합의료정보시스템을 구축하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 환자정보와 진료정보의 신속한 조회로 진료편의성을 극대화 할 수 있도록 통합의료정보시스템에 OCS(Order Communication System)시스템과 HIS(Hospital Information System)시스템을 연동하여 최적화된 맞춤형 모바일 헬스케어 진료환경을 설계하여 환자의 치료 및 진료를 신속하고 정확하게 수행할 수 있는 체계적인 의료시스템을 연구하였다.

본 연구는 OECD 국가인 호주, 뉴질랜드, 스웨덴, 노르웨이, 영국, 한국의 국가수준 영유아보육과 정의 실행 관점을 '충실도', '상호적응', '생성'의 관점에서 비교 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 비교의 내용은 각국 영유아보육과정의 명칭, 문서의 목적, 학습 및 발달 목표, 적합성 검토 방법, 자체 영유아보육과정 수립의 자율성, 영유아보육과정 설계 과정, 실행자료 지원의 7가지 영역이다. 분석 결과 우리나라를 제외한 국가의 영유아보육과정의 실행은 '상호적응'과 '생성'의 관점에 기반으로 하고 있으나, 우리나라 국가수준 영유아보육과정은 '상호적응'의 관점에서 실행을 지향하고 있으나 현장에서는 '충실도'의 관점에서 실행이 일어나도록 하고 있다. 향후 개발될 0-5세 통합 국가수준 영유아보육과정은 '충실도'의 관점을 벗어나 '상호적응' 혹은 '생성'의 관점에서 실행될 수 있도록 그 관점을 확대시킬 필요성이 제기된다.

Background: The long-term care (LTC) group has higher rates of chronic disease and disability registration compared to the general older people population. There is a need to provide integrated medical services and care for LTC group. Consequently, this study aimed to identify medical usage patterns based on the ratings of LTC and the characteristics of benefits usage in the LTC group. Methods: This study employed the National Health Insurance Service Database to analyze the effects of demographic and LTC-related characteristics on medical usage from 2015 to 2019 using a repeated measures analysis. A longitudinal logit model was applied to binary data, while a linear mixed model was utilized for continuous data. Results: In the case of LTC ratings, a positive correlation was observed with overall medical usage. In terms of LTC benefit usage characteristics, a higher overall level of medical usage was found in the group using home care benefits. Detailed analysis by medical institution classification revealed a maintained correlation between care ratings and the volume of medical usage. However, medical usage by classification varied based on the characteristics of LTC benefit usage. Conclusion: This study identified a complex interaction between LTC characteristics and medical usage. Predicting the requisite medical services based on the LTC rating presented a challenge. Consequently, it becomes essential for the LTC group to continuously monitor medical and care needs, even after admission into the LTC system. To facilitate this, it is crucial to devise an LTC rating system that accurately reflects medical needs and to broaden the implementation of integrated medical-care policies.

우리 사회의 급속한 변화 현상중의 하나를 선택한다면 아마도 급속한 고령화 인구의 증가라 할 수 있을 것이다. 고령화 인구의 증가는 다양한 사회적 문제들을 야기시키고 있다. 이와 관련하여 점점 중요성이 높아지면서, 해결해야 되는 문제가 의료정보 시스템일 것이다. 의료융합 산업이 관광산업의 한 축이 될 수 있는 환경에서는 의료정보 시스템의 중요성은 아무리 강조해도 지나침이 없다. 가까운 태국은 의료산업을 기반으로 한 관광산업의 대표적인 나라라 할 수 있다. 이러한 추세를 반영하여 관련 연구들이 활발히 이루어지고 있으며, 관련 응용 상품들도 개발되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 IT와 의료산업의 융복합 형태인 통합 의료정보 시스템에 대한 현황 및 문제점, 향후 발전 방향등에 대해 고찰하였다.

Purpose: This study sought to determine the possibility of developing the data-sharing infrastructure of an integrated information system to improve the quality of home and visit-based healthcare services. Methods: The articles of study here were the forms used by a visiting healthcare agency, a home healthcare system of a home healthcare agency, and those used in long-term care insurance for elderly. We visited a visit-based healthcare agency and a home healthcare agency to survey their forms and interviewed relevant practitioners, and we searched for forms associated with long-term care insurance for the elderly on the Internet. We then organized the terms in each form and mapped them among the form after analyzing the concepts as a whole to inquiry into the possibility of integration. Results: The mapping procedure divided the terms into those related to personal information, problems and interventions. Mapping between the standard system (Omaha system) and the type of form was also done. Conclusion: In this study, we found that programs were configured differently depending on the objectives of the service. It is necessary to develop the program with an integrated information system by comparing the three services in terms of their distinct advantages, after which such a service should be utilized. The results of this study can serve as a database for the creation of a new integrated system.

무상보육 시행 이후에도 무상보육은 담론의 각축장이 되어 왔다. 본 연구는 영유아 무상보육 담론분석을 위해 주요 4대 일간지(조선일보, 동아일보, 경향신문, 한겨레신문)의 '무상보육' 기사를 살펴보았다. 자료 수집은 한국 언론진흥재단의 카인즈(Korea Integrated News Database System)와 조선일보 아카이브를 통해 검색하였다. 본 연구에서 이용한 자료는 무상보육 실시 후 자료로 한정하였다. 연구결과 무상보육담론은 양육수당, 맞벌이 주부 대 전업주부, 보편복지 대 선별복지 등 다양한 대립구도를 형성하면서 경합해 왔음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 담론분석 결과 보수적 또는 진보적 이데올로기가 실천되고 재편되는 과정을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 본 연구는 무상보육 담론이 어떻게 구성되어 왔는지를 일가족 양립 지원 관점에서 성찰한다는 점에서 의미가 있다.
