The purpose of this study is to develop and to evaluate the premarital preparation education program based on the integrated approach of family relation and resource management to attempt to reduce marital distress. Using a combination of previous premarital education program and survey result of educational need, it is consisted of 4 sessions (session 1: Meaning and expectation of the marriage, session 2: Couple Communication, session 3: Love and Sexuality, session 4: Family Life Planning) The result of the evaluation, the efficiency of this premarital preparation program was proved. In the 11 couples evaluation data, those who had taken premarital education program were more likely to satisfied program and more likely to invite the others to join this program. When asked what content areas were most helpful, the two top ranking went to the Couple Communication (41.9% rated as helpful), and Family Life Planning (35.5% rated as helpful).

Purpose : This research is to understand the academic self-efficacy of trainees receiving the 4 category-union education of HIT(Health Integrated Technic) Methods : A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted in 450 health-related college students in Daegu city from April to July. A statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0 for window version. Results : First, satisfaction to education of HIT was higher in vocational consciousness program than patient care programme educational deepening program. Second, academic self-efficacy to education of HIT was higher in educational deepening program than patient care programme vocational consciousness program. Conclusion : Systemic education is needed to develop vocational consciousness, patient care and educational deepening that suit the characteristics of college students in order to establish an environment for revitalizing satisfaction and academic self-efficacy to 4 category-union education

The aim of this study is to develop the photovoltaic simulation program, called SimPV, which can Predict hourly based power generation of various PV modules and conduct an intensive economic analysis with Korean situation. To establish the reliability of the PV simulation results, we adopt the PV calculation algorithm of TRNSYS program of which verification has already well approved. Extensive database for hourly weather data of Korean 16 cities, engineering data for PV system and building load profiles are established. Case study on the 2.5kW roof integrated PV system and economic analysis are presented with the developed program.

The integrated system for the structural analysis of space frame is made up 4 modules ; pre-process module, structural analysis module, optimum member design module and post-process module. Re-process module of these 4 modules involves data input module and structure modeling module. This study is to develope an efficient modeling program as a basic for development of pre-process module. This modeling program generates geometric information of space frame and performs the input fie form for structure analysis only by input general data. User can mode1 space frame efficiently within shut time by using this program.

Construction projects are vulnerable to diverse internal and external factors, requiring systematic and consistent performance management along the entire life cycle of a project. In particular, urban renewal projects have a range of performance measures, including policy reconciliation and permits, project development, project financing, design, construction, and occupancy and maintenance. This requires a program-level megaproject approach, which integrates each stage of a project as well as variety of stakeholders' interests in pursuing a project from different perspectives. However, previous research on performance management has focused especially on the limited scopes of factors, including cost, quality, and schedule at the project level or on financial factors at the firm level. Given the lack of current approaches, this study suggests an integrated and systematic performance management scheme to control urban renewal megaprojects at the broadened perspectives of the program level. To this end, this study adopts the balanced scorecard approach and elicits key performance indices associated with various project configurations. Finally, an algorithm is presented for quantitatively assessing the level of performances along whole life cycle of urban renewal megaprojects.

본 연구는 경로당을 이용하는 노인들을 대상으로 ICT기반 치매예방 통합프로그램을 적용하여 활력, 치매두려움 및 치매예방행위에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 프로그램 구성은 주 2회, 6주, 회기당 30분 분량으로 총 12회차이며 단일군 전후 실험설계이다. 자료분석은 기술통계, Paired t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient를 이용하였다. ICT기반 치매예방 통합프로그램은 경로당 노인의 활력과 치매예방행위를 증가시키고, 치매두려움은 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 ICT기반 치매예방 통합프로그램을 경로당 이용노인의 치매예방를 위해 실무현장에서 활용할 것을 권장한다.

Objectives: To evaluate the effectiveness of an integrated medical service model for a fibromyalgia patient and their caregiver, focusing on reducing pain and improving quality of life. Methods: A single-case study design was employed, involving a fibromyalgia patient and their primary caregiver treated at W University Hospital. The integrated medical service program, based on the Ministry of Health and Welfare's model, included medical consultations and complementary therapies such as psychological counseling, art therapy, music therapy, horticultural therapy, yoga, and meditation. The program was conducted weekly for 8 weeks, with each session lasting up to 100 minutes. Data collection involved both quantitative and qualitative assessments. Quantitative data included demographic surveys, psychological tests, health-related quality of life measures, pain indices, and sleep quality indices. Qualitative data were gathered through feedback evaluations and emotional assessments. Results: The patient showed improvements in mobility, self-care, daily activities, and anxiety/depression, with EQ-VAS scores increasing from 20 to 40 and pain perception decreasing from 67.41 to 42.58. The caregiver reported reduced anxiety/depression and an increase in EQ-VAS scores from 95 to 98. Both patient and caregiver exhibited emotional changes, with decreased depression and increased happiness. However, the patient showed an increase in fear and anger. Conclusions: The integrated medical service model positively impacted the emotional and psychological well-being of the fibromyalgia patient and their caregiver. Despite the limitations of a small sample size and a single-case study design, the findings suggest that an integrated approach can be beneficial. Larger-scale studies are needed to confirm and generalize these results.

The purpose of the study was to develop family-based intervention program to be implemented and disseminated via "Healthy Family-Support Center." This preventive-empowerment program was designed to intervene with parenting mildly handicapped children enrolled at integrated kindergarten. The theoretical backgrounds employed were ecological theory, preventive family-based intervention approach, and theraplay theory. The pretest-posttest control-group design with random assignment was applied. The research model yielded a significant intervention effect(t=-1.294, p<0.05) on mothers' parenting stress. With proven effectiveness of family-based intervention program, the study further discussed why an ecological, family-based intervention model was a relevant alternative to investigate issues in family welfare, and why an individualized family service plan was a relevant tool to deliver services-in-context for the families who needed supports from exo-and macrosystems.

This paper presents the development of standardized modules and an integrated program which will be used for social environmental education. The study objectives are to develop modules which are based on various environmental topics, to relate the regional environmental topics to the educational modules and program, and to include the demand of students in the modules and program. Literature and questionary surveys, as well as, module development method were utilized as research tools. The titles of developed modules are “The Green Planet Earth, “Unexpected Resources: Save Resources and Recycle”, “Water as the Mother of All Lives”, “The Blue Sky with Clean Air”, and “Soil as the Home of All Living and Non-living Things”. It is hoped that the developed modules and program are utilized as course materials and curriculum for social environmental education in various educational institutes. The study results will be materialized as multimedia in near future.
