An Orphan Sources Control program controlled by a web based information system in Korea has been developed to satisfy the national demand on a total management of and integrated radiation safety. There are, currently, three approaches going on to control and manage the orphan sources in Korea. First, Korean regulatory authority has been conducting scrutinizing investigation on and thoroughly monitoring the possession of unlicensed radioactive sources from the late 1990s. Second, the regulatory authority will fully operate an information system on radiation safety to effectively trace and monitor all radioactive sources in the country by the mid 2001. Finally, the regulatory authority strongly advises steel mill companies to closely scrutinize and inspect the scrap metals when they attempt to reutilize metals to prevent from being contaminated by uncontrolled sources through the scrap monitoring systems.

자원봉사자 활동을 분석하여 자원봉사활동체계를 정비하는데 기여코자 하였는데, 주요 정책적 제언은 다음과 같다. 관리체계에서는 민관산학의 통합적 협력체계, 구호품관리체계 개선, 봉사활동 운영 매뉴얼 개발의 필요성 등을 제언하였다. 그리고 교육체계에서는 재난분야별 전문교육, 현장 오리엔테이션교육, 자원봉사자관리자 양성교육 등의 필요성을 설명하였다. 지원체계에 대해서는 국가안전관리정보시스템, 봉사자관리전산프로그램, 봉사자 상해보험, 봉사활동 시간확인서 발급, 봉사활동 행정지원, 비상통신체계 확보 그리고 예방 예산 및 의연금 등에 대한 개선을 제시하였다.

PROSET2000 that is integrated protective management system had developed and used in order to automate the setting process of protective relays in transmission system protection. PROSET2000 have database for relay setting and automated for relay setting program within. This paper proposed PCM current differential relay setting program point of Object Oriented Programming paradigm using Unified Modeling Language about additional relay in PROSET2000. Nevertheless each relay uses same current differential but setting method is different. This paper discribed different thing about setting method of each relay and evaluated more effective and corrective relay setting program using UML.

본 연구에서는 한국보건의료정보원에서 실시하는 EMR 인증기준울 이해할 수 있도록 보건의료정보관리 실습 프로그램에 인증기준을 추가한 모델을 연구하여 제시하였다. 실습 프로그램은 EMR 인증제의 기능성 기준에 해당하는 환자정보관리를 실습하고 이해할 수 있도록 보건의료정보관리 교육시스템에 환자정보관리에 대한 인증기준 기능을 추가하였다. 환자정보관리를 위한 EMR 인증기준 실습프로그램은 다음과 같은 인증기준으로 구성되었다. 등록번호 및 인적사항 관리, 진료예약 일정관리, 인적사항 수정이력관리, 동명이인 구분자 표시, 다중 등록번호 통합관리, 식별정보를 이용한 환자 검색, 진료형태에 따른 환자 검색, 수술시술 동의서 기록·조회, 개인정보활용동의서 기록·조회, 연명의료결정정보 표시, 외부 의료기관문서 등록·조회, 외부 검사결과 등록·조회. 이와 같이 인증기준에 의한 보건의료정보시스템의 기능을 운영하여 실습해봄으로써 인증기준의 기능성 영역에서 환자정보관리의 인증기준과 내역을 이해하고 실습할 수 있다. EMR 인증 기준에 맞춰 환자정보관리 실습을 수행해봄으로써 전자의무기록시스템에서의 표준화된 환자정보관리를 이해할 수 있다. 또한 EMR 인증기준의 기능을 확인할 수 있기 때문에 의료기관에서 보건의료정보관리사의 전자의무기록시스템의 관리 능력을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

공공기관의 정부간행물은 그 기관의 목적이나 업무수행의 내용을 기관 내부나 일반인에게 전달하기 위해 발간하는 자료이다. 법과 제도의 틀에서 정부간행물 관리의 중요성이 커지게 되었지만 기록관리 현장에서는 여전히 정부간행물의 특성과 가치를 고려한 업무들이 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 6대 광역자치단체의 기록관을 중심으로 효율적인 정부간행물 관리제도에 대해서 살펴보고 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해서는 첫째, 정부간행물 납본제도를 일관성 있게 정비하여야 한다. 정부간행물의 납본에 있어 납본 방법과 납본 자료가 법마다 다르게 제시하고 있어 통합적으로 관리하는 시스템을 구축하여 간략한 정보 및 원문 정보를 제공해야한다. 둘째, 기록관 환경에 맞는 행정적 제도를 마련해야 한다. 정부간행물 지침에서 제시하는 발간등록 및 납본 제도는 국가기록원의 중심제도이므로 기관 기록관에서는 효율적인 제도가 되지 못하고 있다. 셋째, 정부간행물이 가지는 가치를 인식하여 장기적으로 보관하고 관리될 수 있도록 지원이 이루어져야 한다. 정부간행물 정리를 위해서는 현실성 있는 분류 방법과 통합 관리되는 프로그램 제시, 서비스를 이용하는 이용자에 대한 기준을 제시해야 한다. 넷째, 정부간행물 통합관리시스템의 구축이다. 국가기록원을 비롯하여 국립중앙도서관, 국회도서관에서는 정보의 요약본과 원문 정보를 동시 구축하여 체계적, 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 해야 한다.

최근 낙후된 도심 재개발을 목적으로 신도시 및 신시가지 위주의 도시재생을 위한 프로젝트가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 도시재생 프로젝트들은 매우 다양한 기능을 요구하므로, 현존하는 단일 프로젝트 단계의 프로젝트 관리 시스템을 적용하기에는 한계점을 갖는다. 특히, 도심이라는 한정된 공간에서 다양한 도시기반시설을 입체화하고 다양한 용도를 복합화하는 복잡한 배경과 함께, 참여 주체들 간의 복잡한 이해관계, 민간 및 공공 개발영역의 혼재, 운영유지 및 자산관리의 어려움 등의 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 그러므로, 본 연구에서는 다음의 두 가지 목적을 달성하고자 한다. 1) 수평, 수직적인 공간내 다양한 시설이 입체적으로 배치되는 메가프로젝트에 적합한 새로운 프로그램 관리 시스템 Prototype Ver 1.0의 개발, 2) 동시다발적으로 진행되는 다양한 프로젝트의 종합적인 관리가 가능한 프로그램 수준의 관리 체계 Prototype Ver 1.0의 수립. 효율적인 연구수행을 위해 지능형 종합 사업관리시스템 개발, 생애주기단계별 업무 프로세스 최적화 및 표준화 개발, 사업 전(全)단계를 고려한 종합사업비 및 공정관리 기술개발, 종합사업관리 효율화 및 최적화 기술개발 등의 세부 과제로 이루어져 있으며, 메가프로젝트 생애주기의 최적화, 다양한 위험요소에 대한 대응 및 예측방안, 비용/공정/프로세스의 관리 및 예측방안, 웹기반의 새로운 iPMIS를 제시하고자 한다.

Objective: The purpose of this paper is to review, with the main focus on aviation safety technology and management program, how human factors are currently taken into consideration within transportation sectors, especially aviation, and to further share related information. Background: Human factors account for the majority of aviation accidents/incidents. Thus, the aviation sector has been comparatively quick in developing and applying technologies and management programs that deal with human factors. This paper reviews the latest safety technologies and management programs regarding human factors and aims to identify the trend. Method: This paper, based on literature research and practical experience, examines the latest international standards on technologies and management programs, those that deal with human factors and are adopted by international and domestic aviation organization. The main focus of discussion is how human factors are reflected during the system design and operation process. Results: The current most important issue in designing is the consideration of human factors in Cockpit, Automation, and Safety system technology design. From an operational point of view, the issues at hand are screening and training aviation workers to promote aviation safety, providing education on human factors and CRM/TEM, and running a safety management program to implement SMS. They were discussed based on the operational experience within the aviation sector. Conclusion: Major examples of a human factors approach to promote aviation safety are safety programs and various safety and monitoring technologies applied to aviation personnel for error management. These programs must be managed in an integrated manner that takes both the system designing and operational point of view into account. Application: It is thought that the human factors approach for promoting aviation safety reviewed in this paper can be extended and applied to safety management programs in other transportation sectors such as the railroad, maritime, road traffic etc.

연약 지반 개량을 위한 선행 재하 공법 시행 시, 시공 관리를 위해서는 현장 자료가 체계적으로 활용될 필요가 있다. 현장 자료의 체계적 활용을 위해서는 자료를 표준화하고 정보화하여 데이터베이스를 구축하고, 이를 활용하는 시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 선행 재하 공법이 적용된 연약지반 개량 현장에 대한 통합 시공관리시스템을 개발하였다. 개발 시스템은 데이터베이스와 사용자 프로그램으로 구성된다. 데이터베이스는 현장에서 수집된 모든 정보 및 시스템에서 처리된 정보를 보관, 관리하며, 이러한 정보들은 위치 정보와 연계되어 있다. 또한 데이터베이스 내 모든 정보는 각각의 특성에 따라 표준화된 형태로 관리된다. 사용자 프로그램은 데이터베이스에 있는 정보를 관리 및 활용하기 위한 데이터베이스 내 정보의 입-출력 기능, 공간 보간 기능, 현장 계측 정보를 이용한 침하 예측기능을 수행한다. 개발 시스템의 현장 적용 결과, 본 시스템은 데이터베이스 내 정보를 전체 현장에 대해 종합적으로 제공하였으며, 이로부터 시스템의 현장 적용성 및 효율성을 확인하였다.

This paper is concerned with the development of a GIS-based distribution system with service consideration. The proposed model could be used for a wide range of logistics applications in planning, engineering and operational purpose for logistics system. This research addresses the formulation of those complex prob1ems of two-echelon logistics system to plan the incorporating supply center locations and distribution problems based on GIS. We propose an integrated logistics model for determining the optimal patterns of supply centers and inventory allocations (customers) with a three-step sequential approach. 1) First step, Developing GIS-distance model and stochastic set-covering program to determine Optimel pattern of supply center location. 2) Second step, Optimal sector-clustering to support customers. 3) Third step, Optimal vehicle rouse scheduling based on GIS, GIS-VRP In this research we developed GUI-tree program, the GIS-VRP provide the vehicle to users and freight information in real time. We applied a set of sample examples to this model and demonstrated samp1e results. It has been found that the proposed model is potentially efficient and useful in solving multi-depot problem through examples. However the proposed model can provide logistics decision makers to get the best supply schedule.

During the complex systems development, a great deal of data are generated from both the systems engineering process and project management process, and also some data are required to be prepared for the system engineering management plan (SEMP). For the successful completion of the project, it is necessary to effectively manage all the data in order to maintain data consistency and traceability. To fulfill the necessity, this paper introduces the concept of an integrated data architecture and discusses its realization with $Cradle^{(R)}$(a computer aided systems engineering tool). Also, it was described how to automate the production of the SEMP in that working environment. The result of the approach, managing complex data efficiently in the systems engineering view, has been successfully applied in the Railway Safety Development Program.
