본 연구는 국가회계의 전환점인 복식부기 발생주의 회계제도의 도입과 디지털 예산회계시스템의 구축에 맞추어 추진된 국방통합재정정보시스템의 산출정보, 즉 재정정보의 Data 효율성 향상에 관한 내용이다. 국방통합재정정보시스템은 프로그램 사업관리를 용이하게 하고, 국방 재정업무 전 과정을 하나의 체계에서 관리할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 신뢰성 있는 재무제표와 원가자료를 내 외부 정보이용자에게 제공함으로써 국방재정의 투명성과 신뢰성을 향상하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 조직의 효율성 측정에 유용한 DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)기법을 적용하여 동일유형의 부대별 효율을 측정하고 비효율 부대는 효율의 목표를 제시함으로써 재정정보 Data의 효율성을 향상시키고자 한다.

Since 1949, the UK has implemented a national land planning strategy to sustain rural areas, emphasizing the concept of 'Natural Beauty.' This involves designating "Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB)" as a political approach to conserving rural landscapes and fostering a societal consensus on environmental conservation. AONB adopts an integrated and systematic approach to achieve harmony between the environment and human activities. This study investigates the implications of the AONB rural landscape management approach through case studies of the Cotswolds Conservation Board and Cannock Chase Joint Committee. It examines the legislative designation and supporting processes of AONB, analyzing the governance system to clarify the roles of authorities in policy decision-making. AONB's system revolves around joint committees or conservation boards of local authorities responsible for establishing, implementing, and monitoring management plans. The planning process involves a harmonious management plan system reflecting regional demands, including regular forums. AONB serves as a powerful tool for local residents to engage in the development of their region through stewardship. The study suggests that understanding the AONB model could provide a foundation for developing rural landscape conservation and spatial management plans tailored to Korea's context in the future.

현재 ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) 기반 통합 서비스 교환 시스템 개발 추세는 복합 교환 시스템에서의 운용, 보전 기능 및 ATM 기반 인터넷/협대역 통합 서비스 등을 수용하기 위하여 워크스테이션에 멀티플러그-인 개념을 도입하여 시스템이 설계, 구현되고 있다. 한편, 기존 워크스테이션에서는 교환 시스템을 운용하기 위해 HMI(Human Machine Interface) 운용 시스템 기능과 함께 파일 관리 기능, 시간 관리 기능, 그래픽 처리 기능 및 TMN(Telecommunication Management Network)의 에이전트 기능 등이 설정되어 교환 시스템과의 많은 인터페이스를 통하여 기능들이 수행되고 있다. 이러한 기능들은 프로세스 혹은 프로세서간 많은 메시지 통신을 필요로 하고 있으며, 워크스테이션내 입출력 장치 파일, 일반 파일, 그리고 메시지 전송을 위한 메시지 큐, 소켓 자원 등을 사용하고 있다. 따라서, 현재 개발 중인 시스템의 정상 동작 여부를 확인하고 파악된 문제점들에 대한 성능 개선과 함께 추후 지속적인 기능 추가 시에도 시스템의 정상 동작을 보장하기 위해서는 사전에 개발될 교환 시스템에 대한 성능 평가가 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문은 이러한 ATM 기반 통합 서비스 교환 시스템 개발 작업에서 사전에 시스템의 성능 평가를 했다. 성능 평가는 MVA(Mean Value Analysis) 알고리즘을 이용한다. 모델은 큐잉 네트워크 모델을 사용하고 모델링된 시스템을 이용하여 PDQ(Pretty Damn Quick) 시뮬레이션 패키지와 C 언어를 사용하여 시뮬레이션 하였다.

CRM은 고객에 대한 가치를 잘 이해하고 고객정보를 바탕으로 하여 그들의 욕구를 충족시키고 나아가서는 평생가치(Life Time Value)를 극대화시킬 수 있는 전략수립 및 고객관리프로세스를 통합적으로 잘 운영하는 것이다. 또한 이를 고객들과 좋은 관계로 유지 발전시켜서 궁극적으로는 회사의 수익을 최대화하기 위한 경영활동이다. 성공적인 CRM을 위한 전략은 고객접점을 담당하는 조직의 변화와 고객관리 프로세스를 재설계한 후에, 기업이 장기적인 계획으로 고객관계를 유지시키는 마케팅 전략과 시장 환경대응에 적절한 방법으로 통합시스템을 구축하여 전사적인 프로그램으로 전개되어야 한다. 또한 CRM 프로그램을 꾸준히 기업 특성에 맞게 개선과 보완활동을 펴나가야만 한다. 특히 중소규모의 유통업체들의 성공적인 CRM을 위한 전략은 다음과 같다. 첫째, CRM에 대한 인식을 바꾸고 고객에 대한 관심을 깊이 기울여야 한다. 둘째, 선진기업들의 CRM 기법을 벤치마킹하여 성공 포인트를 찾아내어 활용한다. 셋째, 나만의 재주와 장기를 마케팅에 접목하는 아이디어를 통해 자사 여건에 알맞은 방법을 모색한다. 넷째, 작지만 화제성 강한 이벤트 행사 등을 통하여 스위스의 소상공인의 사례처럼 개별고객에 대한 관계증진을 키울 수 있는 CRM 모델을 개발하여야 한다.

한국 건설산업의 전략적 선진 프로젝트 매니지먼트 적용을 위해 유럽, 미국, 일본 등 선진국의 프로젝트 매니지먼트 지식체계를 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 프로젝트 매니지먼트 지식체계의 이론적 배경 기반에는 '전략'의 '실행' 연계가 중요한 공통 이슈로 대두되며, 개별 프로젝트에서 복합 프로젝트를 관리 경영하는 통합 기반의 '프로그램 매니지먼트'와 선택과 집중을 하기 위한 '포트폴리오 매니지먼트'를 연계한 전략기획을 강조하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국 건설산업의 전략 실행을 위한 전략적 선진 프로젝트 매니지먼트 적용의 기본틀을 구축하고 현재 한국건설산업에 적용하기 위한 실천방안으로 1) 조직의 전략 실행을 위한 '이념과 철학' 구축으로 글로벌 경쟁력 혁신 2)조직의 문화와 구조를 고려한 전략적 '환경' 구축, 3) 조직의 실현 가능한 목표를 달성할 수 있는 전략적 '비전' 제시, 4)이러한 전략과 연계된 포트폴리오 매니지먼트를 통한 '투자', 5) 포트폴리오를 통한 프로그램, 프로젝트 매니지먼트 '실행' 그리고 마지막으로 이들의 통합체제 구축과 운영으로 '성과' 획득을 할 수 있도록 한국 건설산업의 전략적 선진 프로젝트 매니지먼트를 적용한 지속 가능한 발전 방안을 제시하였다.

There have been a number of expert systems which are concerned with the design of machine elements such as gear, shaft, bearing and so on. However the design of more complicated systems such as gear dreives are still difficult. Thus, in consideration of the integrative nature of the system, we develop a design support system for gear drives which is composed of various machine elements-gear, shaft, bearing, key and so on. Design systems for each machine element are developed and integrated through object-oriented approach. Databases essential for data reference and/or data control in the design process are built up independently and interface to the main program. Expert systems are also developed and integrated for intelligent support to the designer, in those of the determination of gear specification and the selection of bearing types. Through the integration of design environment for each machine element, it is expected to increase the convenience in the design process and the stability of the design solution. And also the system management, including addition of various design/analysis modules and expansion to the gear drives of other types, can be conveniently achieved since the system has developed under due consideration of its efficiency and expandability through object-oriented programming approach.

Fashion industry is faced with issues of raising the competitiveness of established designers recently. As well as the change of business system, the specialization of professionals in design team increases the needs of in-service training of fashion designers. But, the education programs of enterprise are generally focused on adaptability to the organization and harmony among men as an introduction level. Furthermore, there are few professional institutions that give an education to the working-level designers. Thus, this study aimed at development of specialized in-service training program that could educate established designers for more integrated thought to cope with rapid changes in the fashion field. Firstly, the theoretical study on the in-service training and changes of fashion environment had been studied through literature review. Then, the current state of in-service training of fashion enterprises and the courses for established designers in fashion institutions were analysed. Finally, a comprehensive framework of in-service training program for fashion designers has been established as a result of this study. The program was designed in accordance with the previous research which reached 4 different educational needs for in-service training: brand planning and management, understanding production, understanding practical fabrics & colors, computer program. The study went further to apply the program to each design group divided by career: new designer, junior designer, senior designer, design leader. This study also suggested evaluation process to confirm the effects.

정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률"이 제정됨에 따라 국내 공공기관에서 정보기술아키텍처 도입이 의무화되었다. 이에 따라 정보기술 아키텍처 수립에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있으며 기관별 특성에 따른 성공적 정보기술 아키텍처 구축 사례에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 본 논문은 국내 공공기관 정보기술아키텍처 도입을 주관하고 있는 정보통신부의 우정사업본부 정보기술아키텍처 수립 과정을 사례 연구를 통해 고찰함으로써 정보기술아키텍처 수립 시 발생한 이슈 및 해결방안, 핵심성공요인 등을 제시한다 현재 많은 부처들이 정보기술아키텍처 수립을 추진하고 있거나 도입을 고려하고 있는 현 시점에서, 정보통신부 우정사업본부의 정보기술아키텍처 추진사례를 통해 정보기술 아키텍처에 관심을 가지고 있는 공공기관들에게 사례를 바탕으로 한 시사점을 제공하였다.

본 논문은 충전식 배터리의 단점을 보완하여 급속 충전과 방전이 가능하고 높은 전력 효율 및 반영구적인 충·방전 사이클 수명의 특성을 갖는 수퍼커패시터를 보조 전력 저장장치로 사용하여 전력 관리 시스템에 결합한 프로토타입 플랫폼을 제안한다. 본 논문의 플랫폼을 위해 물리적인 환경 변화에 따른 태양광 패널에서의 공급 전력 차단 혹은 재개 상태를 마이크로컨트롤러에 연결된 인터럽트를 통해 감지할 수 있는 기법을 개발하였다. 연속적인 전원 공급이 보장되지 않는 컴퓨팅 환경에서 데이터의 유실을 방지하기 위해 전원 공급이 차단되는 경우 휘발성 메모리에 있는 프로그램 문맥 및 데이터를 비휘발성 메모리로 이전하는 낮은 수준의 시스템 소프트웨어를 마이크로컨트롤러에 구현하였다. 실험을 통해 슈퍼커패시터가 보조 전력 저장장치로서 일시적 전원 공급에 효과적으로 하는지를 검증하였으며 다양한 벤치마크를 통해 전원 상태 감지 및 휘발성 메모리에서 비휘발성 메모리로의 프로그램 문맥 및 데이터의 이전 기법이 낮은 오버헤드를 갖음을 확인하였다.

This is a case study of Seoul St. Mary's Hospital applying a real-time enterprise (RTE) strategy to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency with the main process of medical institutions. The hospital is applying an RTE strategy to get real-time information on occurrences at each contact point of the main process of the medical institution from reservation to discharge through dashboard and to resolve issues through rapid decision-making. The RTE strategy of the hospital has some summaries: First, the hospital has linked a hospital management strategy to the RTE strategy to build a patient-centered treatment process. Second, the hospital has operated a control tower for change management and implementation monitoring in the process of implementing the RTE strategy. Third, the hospital has built systematic RTE-based environment as an application program in which the nU System is linked to Business Processor Renovation (BPR) promoted from 2006 on. Fourth, the hospital is applying a strategy to improve efficiency in operating the hospital by increasing customer satisfaction, removing inefficiency and variability, and managing medical resources efficiently through the RTE strategy. Fifth, it has established an information-sharing system through authority management for each user in terms of RTE information. Sixth, it has supplemented limitations of short-term information of the RTE strategy by linking the key performance index to the cost information system in order to improve performance of the RTE strategy. Seventh, it has improved customer satisfaction and achieved higher performance in improving operational efficiency, as compared with rival hospitals, through the RTE strategy.
