CALS체계의 정보보호 구조 연구 (A Study on the Security Architecture of CALS System)

  • With developing computer and communication technologies, the concept of CALS system has been popular not only to military but also to commercial industries. The security problem is one of the most critical issues to construct CALS infrastructure. The CALS system needs some security functions such that data confidentiality, integrity, authenticity, availability, and non-repudiation. This paper proposes a security architecture model in CALS. The security architecture model is composed of 5 submodels such that network security model, authentication and key management model, operation and audit model, integrated database security model, and risk analysis model.

전력계통 유지보수 및 운영을 위한 향후 4주의 일 최대 전력수요예측 (Daily Maximum Electric Load Forecasting for the Next 4 Weeks for Power System Maintenance and Operation)

  • Electric load forecasting is essential for stable electric power supply, efficient operation and management of power systems, and safe operation of power generation systems. The results are utilized in generator preventive maintenance planning and the systemization of power reserve management. Development and improvement of electric load forecasting model is necessary for power system maintenance and operation. This paper proposes daily maximum electric load forecasting methods for the next 4 weeks with a seasonal autoregressive integrated moving average model and an exponential smoothing model. According to the results of forecasting of daily maximum electric load forecasting for the next 4 weeks of March, April, November 2010~2012 using the constructed forecasting models, the seasonal autoregressive integrated moving average model showed an average error rate of 6,66%, 5.26%, 3.61% respectively and the exponential smoothing model showed an average error rate of 3.82%, 4.07%, 3.59% respectively.

성능기반의 항만시설물 유지관리 의사결정체계 개발을 위한 데이터 연계방안 도출에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of the Data Linkage Method for Performance-based on Port Facility Maintenance Decision Marking System)

  • 최근 항만시설물의 효율적인 관리·운영을 위하여 전 생애주기에 걸친 통합관리 플랫폼 및 성능기반의 유지관리 의사결정체계 개발에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 시설물을 성능의 관점에서 관리·운영하여 시설물의 장수명화와 효율적인 예산집행을 추구하는데 있다. 이를 위해서는 통합 플랫폼과 의사결정체계에서 분석할 충분한 양의 기초 데이터의 확보가 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구는 통합플랫폼 및 의사결정체계 개발의 기초데이터로 필요한 항만시설물 설계 및 유지관리 정보를 확보하기 위하여 현재 해양수산부에서 운영 중인 항만시설물 유지관리시스템(POMS; Port Facility Management System)과의 데이터 연계방안을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 POMS의 데이터베이스를 분석하였으며 이 중 통합플랫폼과 의사결정체계를 운영하는데 필요한 데이터 항목을 선정하고 이를 관계 전문가의 요구사항과 함께 종합적으로 검토하여 3개 분야의 연계대상을 선정하였다. 연계대상 데이터는 크게 항만과 항만시설물 데이터, 유지관리 데이터, 사용자 데이터로 분류할 수 있다. 각 세부 연계 데이터별로 API 인터페이스 설계서를 작성하였고, POMS의 연계 데이터와 통합플랫폼의 데이터 연계 프레임워크를 정의하였다. POMS와 통합 플랫폼의 데이터 연계는 플랫폼 개발 이후, 운영단계에서 실효성 있는 데이터를 실시간으로 수시 제공받아 통합 플랫폼 운영의 효율성을 향상시킬 것으로 기대된다.

국가위기관리체제의 효율성 제고 방안 연구 (Research on Efficient Measures for National Crisis Management System)

  • 이 연구는 대한민국 국가위기관리체제 운영실태를 거시적 시각으로 분석하여 취약점을 도출하고, 도출된 문제점의 개선을 통한 체제 효율성 제고방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 관련된 기초이론을 살펴본 후 국가위기관리체제를 구성하는 필수 6대 체계의 현황과 분석을 토대로 각각에 대한 발전방향을 제시하였으면 정책건의 각각에 대한 사항을 결론에 포함시켰다. 우리나라의 국가위기관리체제는 포괄적 안보개념에 입각하여 기초이론적 통합은 이루어졌으나 통합구조를 구동시키기 위한 체계 발전은 법제와 조직체계의 범주에 머물러 있으며 이로 인해 운영체계, 정보화 체계, 지원관리체계, 전문인력 육성체계는 사실상 미숙아 상태이므로 체제 효율성을 기대할 수가 없다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 위기관리체제를 구성할 6대 핵심체계 즉 법령, 조직, 운영, 정보화, 자원관리, 교육훈련체계의 현상을 분석하고 개념소요 차원의 발전 방향을 제시하면서 체제 효율성 극대화를 위한 정책제안으로 연구를 매듭지었다.

배전지능화시스템 최적 운영을 위한 통합 데이터베이스 프로그램 설계 (Design of Integrated Database Program for Optimal Operation of Distribution Automation System)

  • In the existing distribution automation system, the database is managed by each distribution office. But there is a high possibility to happened a problem during a fault processing because the representation of the connection switches between distribution offices are complicated. In addition, if a distribution office will be going to collapse due to disaster, for example, a big fire or earthquake, its own database may be lost. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to have a structure of an integrated database management from an integration center to under the distribution office. To do this, the integration center must store and manage it as the database using the own office code.

  • Various problems such as the increase of the power loss and the voltage instability may often occur in the case of low load power factor. The demand of reactive power increases continuously with the growth of active power and the restructuring of electric power companies makes the integrated management of ractive power a troublesome problem, so that the systematic control of load power factor is required. In this paper, the load power factor sensitivity of the generation cost is used for determining the locations of reactive power compensation devices effectively and for enhancing the load power factor appropriately. In addition, the integrated costs are used for determining the value of the load power factor from the point of view of the economic operation. It is shown through the application to a large-scale power system that the system power factor can be enhanced effectively and appropriately using the load power factor sensitivity and integrated costs.

  • Simulation applications for analyzing the productivity of construction operations at operation level and project schedules at project level are crucial methods in project management. The application at two different levels should be very tightly linked to each other in practice. However, appropriate integration at the levels is not achieved in that existing systems do not support to integrate operation models into a schedule model. This paper presents a new approach named to Discrete Event Simulation-Nesting modeling approach, which supports not only productivity analysis at operation level but also schedule management at a project level. The system developed by the authors allows creating operation models at the operation level, maintaining them in operation model library, executing sensitivity analysis to find the behaviors of the operation models when different combination of resources are used as existing DES systems do. On top of the conventional functions, the new system facilitates to find the optimum solution of resource combinations which satisfy the user's interest by computing the hourly productivity and the hourly cost of the operation. By drag-and-dropping an operation model kept in the operation model library, the operation models are integrated into an activity of the schedule model. When a complete schedule model is established by nesting operation models into the schedule model, stochastic simulation based scheduling is executed. A case study is presented to demonstrate the new simulation system and verify the validity of the system.

  • This work describes a basic concept of network based battle management system in AMD(Air & Missile Defense). The AMD operation inherently is joint concept that each single service do not satisfy the requirements of AMD theater operation. It is integrated system of joint forces that is operated simultaneously. The analysis of the future battlespace and air & missile threat is shown. From this analysis the prospective scheme of network based battle management system in building Korean future AMD is presented.

  • Building-integrated photovoltaics(BIPV) are increasingly incorporated into new domestic and industrial buildings as a principal or ancillary source of electrical power, and are one of the fastest growing segments of the photovoltaic industry. This paper presents design, operational features analysis, and PCS(Power Conditioning System) of grid-connected 30kW BIPV set up on the library of Dongshin University. For a sustainable photovoltaics system in this area, the data of the BIPV system are collected and analyzed by monitoring system using LabView. PCS of the grid-connected BIPV system, also, is designed for optimal operation with characteristics suggested in this paper.
