역량바탕의학교육을 촉진하기 위한 교육평가: 통합평가모형 적용 (Adapting an Integrated Program Evaluation for Promoting Competency-Based Medical Education)

  • Educational program evaluation can improve the quality of the curriculum, instructional methods, and resources and provide useful data for making educational decisions and policies. Developing and implementing a program evaluation system is essential in competency-based medical education. The purpose of this study was to explore and establish an educational program evaluation system adapting an integrated program evaluation model to promote competency-based medical education. First, an Educational Evaluation Committee was organized, consisting of faculty, staff members, and students. The committee established an integrated program evaluation model, combining Stufflebeam's Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model of a process-oriented approach and Kirkpatrick's four-level model of an outcome-oriented approach. Kirkpatrick's model was applied to the product evaluation of the CIPP model. The committee then developed evaluation criteria, indicators, and data collection methods according to the components of the CIPP model and the four levels (reaction, learning, behavior, and results) of Kirkpatrick's model, and collected and analyzed data. Finally, the committee reported the results of evaluation to a Medical Education Quality Improvement Committee, and the results were used to improve the curriculum and student selection. To enhance the quality of education, identifying educational deficiencies and developing various elements of education in a balanced way through educational evaluation will be needed. Furthermore, it will be necessary to listen to opinions of various stakeholders, work with all members involved in education, and communicate with decision-makers in the process of educational evaluation.

  • ERTMS/ETCS Level 1 ATP, ATC and ATS are Signaling Systems adopted in korea. For operating in three different trackside signaling systems, train must have individual onboard signaling systems, ATP, ATC and ATS. Three signaling systems in one train is the main cause to increase installation and maintenance cost. Also it is need more effort to change a onboard signaling system depend on the trackside signaling system. those things should lead to decrease efficiency of the onboard signaling system. one integrated onboard signaling system for ATP, ATC and ATS is the good solution for those problems. IOSS is an integrated Onboard Signaling System and still developing. In this paper, we introduce the methodology of model-based development of IOSS. IOSS has one superviser process and several functional blocks to process individual signaling system s. Rhapsody which is CASE tool is used to construct the structure and develop the software for IOSS.

750kW 풍력발전기의 소음실증 (Noise Test and Evaluation of a 750kW Wind Turbine Generator)

  • This study introduces an environmental noise evaluation procedure and results for a wind turbine (W/T) system. Test and evaluation are required by the international standard IEC 61400-11 in the aspect of environmental effect. Test and evaluation are performed on U-50 WT model which is first developed by the domestic W/T manufacturer. W/T test model is under operation in Daekwanryung wind test site. An integrated monitoring system in the test site is utilized for the evaluation. With the noise signal, meteorological data and W/T operational data are monitored in real time by the integrated monitoring system using LabVIEW. From the measured noise data, acoustic power level are estimated and compared with those of other similar size WT under the wind speeds required by international standard.

마크로모델 개발을 위한 통합 시스템 (An Integrated System for Macromodel Development)

  • In this paper, we desribe a new system, called BEST, that is used to develop a macromodel or behavioral model easily. It automatically calculates the component values of macromodel represented by equations to satisfy the given specification. Also, it gives the way to analyze both the behavioral model and transistor level circuit, and then compare the analysis results of them to check the correspondence under specific temperature and bias condition, and BEST optimizes the component values of macromodel. Other feature is to characterize MOSFET as switch model which consists of PWL-RC network. Finally, it is possible to generage multi-level netlist which consists of macro/switch/transistor level circuits, and user can determine the trade-off between simulation speed and accuracy. With the graphic user interface form of macromodel development system described above. BEST enable designers to make macromodel by themselves and to uas it. We applied BEST to develop the macromodel for the test circuit and got the 18.6 times simulation speed up with preserving the accuracy within 10% compared to the conventional transistor level circuit simulation. Also, applicability of optimization capability was verified.

  • 본 논문에서는 접근제어 요구 사항의 복잡한 문제를 해결하기 위한 직무기반 접근제어 모델을 설계하였다. 본 논문에서 설계한 접근제어 모델은 직무기반 접근제어를 이용하여 권한을 효과적으로 통제하고, 신분 및 규칙기반 접근제어를 이용하여 정보의 비밀성, 무결성 및 가용성의 보장과 불법적인 유통을 방지할 수 있다. 설계된 접근제어 모델은 직무, 보안등급, 무결성 등급 및 소유권 등의 다단계 보안 정책을 기반으로 하여 자원에 대한 불법적인 접근을 방어 할 수 있다.

Novel Rate Control Scheme for Low Delay Video Coding of HEVC

  • In this paper, a novel rate control scheme for low delay video coding of High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) is proposed. The proposed scheme is developed by considering a new temporal prediction structure of HEVC. In the proposed scheme, the relationship between bit rate and quantization step is exploited firstly to formulate an accurate quadratic rate-quantization (R-Q) model. Secondly, a method of determining the quantization parameters (QPs) for the first frames within a group of pictures is proposed. Thirdly, an accurate frame-level bit allocation method is proposed for HEVC. Finally, based on the proposed R-Q model and the target bit allocated for the frame, the QPs are predicted for coding tree units by using rate-distortion (R-D) optimization. We compare our scheme against that of three other state-of-the-art rate control schemes. Experimental results show that the proposed rate control scheme can increase the Bjøntegaard delta peak signal-to-noise ratio by 0.65 dB and 0.09 dB on average compared with the JCTVC-I0094 and JCTVC-M0036 schemes, respectively, both of which have been implemented in an HEVC test model encoder; furthermore, the proposed scheme achieves a similar R-D performance to Wang's scheme, as well as obtaining the smallest bit rate mismatch error of all the schemes.

Development of Integrated Simulation Tool for Jitter Analysis

  • Pointing stability of high precision observation satellites must satisfy the stringent requirements to perform at a designed level. As even a small vibrational disturbance can result in severe degradation of the optical performance, the effects of inorbit vibrational environment on the performance of optical payload must be predicted and analyzed in the design phase in order to ensure that the requirements imposed on the payload are fully met. In this paper, an integrated framework for the evaluation of the performance of optical payloads is developed. The developed simulation tool comprises of the reaction wheel induced disturbance model, state space model of a structure in modal form and Cassegrain reflector model. The performance degradation of the optical system due to jitter is expressed by using modulation transfer function (MTF) and image simulation. Moreover, vibration isolator model is also added to show the effectiveness of using a vibration isolator for the elimination of the effects of jitter in the acquisition of an image.

수심적분 이차원 유사이동모형의 적용 (Application of Depth-Integrated Two-Dimensional Sediment Transport Model)

  • 대명포구 건설 전후의 지형 변화를 예측하기 위하여 수심적분 이차원 유사이동모형인 MOSU 모형을 사용하여 수치모의하였다. 이 모형은 반조합 유한차분모형으로 하천, 저수지, 호수, 하구, 해안에 적용가능하며, 세립 모래, 실트, 점토의 침식, 퇴적, 이동현상을 모의할 수 있다. 모형의 매개변수는 정성적 보정을 통해 추정하였다. 수치모형의 적용결과 포구 건설로 인한 염하수로의 지형변화는 거의 나타나지 않았다.

ICM(Integrated Curriculum Model) 기반의 영재통합교육과정 개발과 실행 (A Development and Implementation of an Integrated Curriculum for Gifted Students Based on ICM (Integrated Curriculum Model))

  • 본 연구에서는 ICM(Integrated Curriculum Model) 기반의 영재통합교육과정을 경험한 초등수학영재의 창의성과 창의적 문제해결력의 양상을 분석하고자 하였다. 개발된 과정은 대학부설 영재교육원에 재원중인 초등수학영재 5~6학년 20명을 대상으로 3주간 12차시 수업으로 적용되었다. 연구를 위해 TTCT 언어검사와 산출물에 대한 CAT 평가를 실시하였고, 수업 및 조별활동 녹화자료, 학생 및 교사 인터뷰, 활동지를 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 영재통합교육과정을 경험한 초등수학영재들은 과정 속에 포함된 개념의 속진과 심화, 문제해결을 단계적으로 반복하면서 교과 개념 이해가 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 연구에 참여한 영재들의 언어적 창의력지수가 유의미하게 향상되었고, 창의적 문제해결력 평가 결과와도 정적인 상관관계가 있었다. 영재의 창의적 문제해결력 향상을 위해서는 문제해결을 위한 개념의 깊이 있는 이해와 모둠의 협동을 바탕으로 한 과제 몰입이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 영재들이 미래 국가의 핵심 인력으로 성장하기 위해서는 창의성과 영재성을 실제 문제에 적용하여 연구해 보는 영재통합교육과정이 필요하다는 점을 제안하였다.
