Recently development trends in information technology expand the activity boundaries for human living beyond coastal zones. These rapid changes of paradigm are stimulating scientists and strategists to be encouraged in making adequate model for marine geographic information system (MGIS) and their applications. Coastal zones are places which are affected by many factors, such as water quality, tide, wave, atmosphere, population, industry, etc. Therefore information related to the coast has to be integrated and analyzed for managing it efficiently. GIS-based Ocean Informatics is suited for those purposes and used in the study for establishing and managing coastal geographic and environmental information system. This paper reviews the properties of ocean and coastal spaces, then defines some MGIS related terminologies for clarifying the scope of MGIS boundaries. In this study, coastal geographic information is established by digital geographic information and digital terrain information. Digital coast chart having information on digital chart and map can merge and analyze various coastal information and can be a useful tool for the coastal integrated management.

This paper presents an aspect-oriented approach to simulation design and analysis in system design phase for integrated logistics system simulation. The integrated logistics system composed of AS/RS (Automated Storages and Retrieval System), AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicle System), STVs (Sorting Transfer Vehicle System) and Conveyor System is designed by using the aspect-oriented approach and UML (Unified Modeling Language). The multi-factorial design of experiments and regression analysis are used for design parameters of the system and Evolution Strategies is used to verify each parameter. Aspect-oriented approach for the integrated logistics system simulation shows the advantages of code reusability, extendible, modulation, easy improvement and a better design technique.

In order to improve business competency by the IS(Information Systems), every enterprise needs to evaluate the current level of IS performance and their utilization. The evaluation that measures the performance of enterprise information systems and diagnoses their effectiveness of business goals and efficiency of resources should represent the useful informations based on sustainable goal-oriented viewpoints to managers. This work develops an integrated evaluation system for continuous maturity of information systems performance, enabling enterprises to achieve their goals of information systems and related business strategies. The integrated evaluation system has been applied to performance measurement of information systems with a huge set of real data from domestic industries for three years, and proven reliable and practical.

To effectively manage research information in the field of national defense, metadata about the information should be managed systematically, and an integrated system to help convergence and management of the information should be implemented based on the metadata. In addition, the system should provide the users with effective integrated search services in a mobile environment, because searching via the use of mobile devices is increasing. The objective of this paper is to suggest a MSISS (Mobile Semantic Integrated Search System), which satisfies the requirements for effective management of the national defense research information. Specifically, we defined national defense research ontologies and national defense research rules after analyzing the Dublin Core metadata and database information of the major military research institutions. We implemented a prototype system for MSISS to demonstrate the use of the ontologies and rules for semantic integrated searching of the military research information. We also presented a triple-based search service to support semantic integrated search in a mobile environment and suggested future mobile semantic integrated search services.

In this paper, we purpose the integrated TMS to solve the problem of current systems. Current system resulted in the inconvenience because customer and user must contact to each systems when they want to know the information about the order. In this time, we make the system customer and user can confirm all of order information from one system to solve this problem by integrating the information brought from two systems on constructing integrated DataBase.

Academic societies in the field of science and technology are major producers of domestic research information. These information are very important sources to researchers, students and so on. KORDIC built an integrated information system which facilitates the progress of building databases and promotes users easy access to databases. In order to build efficient society research information system, we investigated former cases and analyzed requirement of each society. We identified principal information sources and built an integrated information service system using internet homepage and information retrieval system(KRISTAL-II). In the future we will expand participating societies and focus on text-based information.

Accuracy of an integrated Global Positioning System (GPS) / Inertial Navigation System (INS) relies heavily on the visibility of GPS satellites. Especially, its accuracy is dramatically degraded in urban canyon due to signal obstructions due to large structures. In this paper, we propose a new integrated positioning system that effectively combines INS, GPS, ultrasonic sensor, and barometer in GPS-denied environments. In the proposed system, the ultrasonic sensor provides velocity information along the forward direction of moving vehicle. The barometer output provides height information compensated for the pressure variation due to fast vehicle movements. To evaluate the performance of the proposed system, an experiment was carried out by mounting the proposed system on a test car. By the experiment result, it was confirmed that the proposed system bears good potential to maintain positioning accuracy in harsh urban environments.

We are living in Ubiquitous society now. There is also trend of integration in medical field that is largely affected by outside environment. At this time, it is necessary to rightly understand the abstract, function, expected effect and management method of Integration Medical Information System(IMIS) to use this system effectively for solving many hospital information system problems and disadvantages. It is fact that large-sized hospitals are improving the quality of service for treatment of patients through building integrated Medical Information System. So it is necessary to change this individual system that is previously developed and used for treatment assistance, hospital affair or general management respectively to integrated management system, modify patient information or treatment information data to the data suitable for new system and build the integrated medical information system suitable for the hospital service with treatment data and integrated medical information. This paper suggested and designed abstract of integrated medical information system, the organization of system, the character of system and the plan and materialization of IMIS when building integrated medical information system. And the context of this paper is suggested trend of industry and solution of integration EMR, HIS, PACS. Therefore this paper is suggested development strategy, implemented integration medical information system.

In this study, for the integrated information management of underground pipelines, each information management server software must have it's inter-operability. So Many kinds of smart-city integrated platform softwares were surveyed and the best platform software was selected. The interface software modules developed in this study was installed at the test system. Through this test system, when a sub system transfers an event message to the upper integrated server system, the inter-operability test between the upper system and a sub operating system was performed and its operability was resolved.

The errors of INS (Inertial Navigation System) are known to grow in time. To compensate the accumulated errors, measurements of external or onboard sensors are extensively utilized to form an integrated navigation system. Recently, INS/GPS integrated navigation systems have become popular since exact position and velocity information can be utilized by low cost GPS receivers. Unfortunately, this configuration cannot be trusted at all times especially when there are intentional or unexpected jammings and interruptions. To aid INS irrespectively of these cases, an INS/Image sensor integrated navigation system configuration is designed only based on the information of image sensor gimble angles. The performance of the INS/Image sensor integrated navigation system is evaluated by Monte Carlo simulation.
