기존의 웹 인증방식은 주민등록번호를 이용하여 신용평가회사의 실명확인 데이터베이스를 통해서 인증 방식과 주민등록번호를 이용한 인증 방식을 개선한 대체인증 수단인 아이핀 인증방식 등이 있다. 기존 인증 방식을 개선하여 모든 웹에서 이용할 수 있는 통합 ID 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안한 인증 방식은 안전성을 높이기 위해서 사용자 검증값을 암호화하여 인증기관의 데이터베이스에 고유 식별번호로 저장한다. 그리고 해당 웹에 로그인하기 위해 필요한 패스워드는 일회용 난수를 인증기관으로부터 수신하기 때문에 사용자가 패스워드를 따로 기억할 필요가 없고 스마트폰을 사용하여 난수를 수신한다. 웹은 데이터베이스에 사용자의 개인정보를 저장하지 않기 때문에 개인정보 관리가 용이하며 사용자에게는 통합 ID 하나만 기억하고 매번 일회성 난수를 패스워드로 발급받아 여러 ID와 패스워드를 기억하고 관리하지 않아도 되는 편리성을 제공해 준다.

An RC oscillator using amorphous silicon thin film transistors was developed. The oscillation frequency and its dependence on resistance and bias voltage were studied. The frequency was controlled by adjusting the feedback resistance of the oscillator. The highest measured frequency of the oscillator was around 140 kHz, which is acceptable for low-end radio frequency identification (RFID). Since a low-end RFID circuit needs low cost and a simple process, an amorphous silicon oscillator is suitable.

CRM is at the core of any customer-focused business strategy and includes the people, processes, and technology questions associated with marketing, sales, and service. In today's hyper-competitive world, organizations looking to implement successful CRM strategies need to focus on a common view of the customer using integrated information systems and contact center implementations that allow the customer to communicate via any desired communication channel. A CRM solution contains a number of sophisticated tools that enable to extract detailed information about customers. This information can be used to gain a better understanding of customers. From this we can determine trends, and so refine business toward customers' needs and target new products to particular customer groups. This paper presents an approach for forming the product-customer groups using neural networks for customer relationship management. The Carpenter-Grossberg's neural network, which has been used for manufacturing cell formation in group technology, is modified and applied for product-customer group formation. As a result of numerical experiments, it is also useful for more complex problems in which customers have different preferences for each product.

Design is an act based on multidisciplinary information. The involvement of various stakeholders makes it difficult to process, plan, and integrate. Iteration is frequent in most of the engineering design and development projects including construction. Design iterations cause rework, and extra efforts are required to get the optimal sequence and to manage the projects. The simple project management techniques are insufficient to fulfill the requirements of integrated design. This paper entails two things: design structure matrix and design parameters' information based model. The emphasis has been given to optimal sequence and crucial iteration using design structure matrix analysis technique. The design projects have been studied using survey data from industry. The optimal sequence and crucial iterations results have been utilized for proposed model. Model integrates two things: information about produced- required key design parameters and information of design changes during the design process. It will help to get familiar with Design management in order to fulfill contemporary needs.

Big data technology is being used in various fields followed by the development of information and communication technology. In the corporate and public sectors, diverse system platforms are built and operated due to the needs of users, but efficiency is low because they are built from an individual service perspective rather than an integrated service perspective. In this study, the relationship between presenting the characteristics of the type of shared information platform, the integration plan, and integration performance of the shared information system platform was analyzed. The results of the study will provide guidelines for the integration of shared information system platforms by the government and private companies in the future.

도서관 LOD가 확산되지 못하는 현시점에서, 본 연구의 목적은 국내 도서관 LOD의 발행과 구축에 대한 현황을 살펴보고, 그 개선방안을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 사용한 연구방법은 문헌연구, 사례조사, 전문가 면담이다. 본 연구에서 제시된 개선방안은 첫째 도서관은 LOD 구축 대상의 중복을 피하고, 유일하고 특화된 자료를 구축할 필요가 있다. 둘째 도서관은 이용자 요구를 반영한 LOD 서비스를 개발하고, 편리한 LOD 인터페이스를 구현할 필요가 있다. 셋째 도서관은 데이터의 식별체계를 마련하고 전거파일을 구축할 필요가 있다. 넷째 도서관은 사서나 이용자에게 데이터 개방과 연계의 필요성을 인식시키고, 이를 위한 교육과 홍보의 기회를 제공할 필요가 있다. 다섯째 도서관은 통합 검색을 위해 LOD를 활용하고, 도서관 LOD를 검색할 수 있는 통합 플랫폼을 마련할 필요가 있다. 여섯째 도서관은 LOD 발행과 활용을 위한 협력을 강화하고, 실무협의체를 구성할 필요가 있다. 일곱째 정부는 LOD 추진에 대한 지속적인 의지로 강력한 정책을 추진해야 하며, 계속해서 예산 지원을 할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to find the integrated educational programs for the female marital immigrant families in Korea. For this purpose, 21 immigrated female informants and 33 visiting teachers who provide teaching services to female informants were focus-group interviewed. The Major findings were as follows: Through the content analysis of informant's responses, both married female immigrants and visiting teachers expressed the needs of Korean language programs interpreted by immigrants' native speakers as well as programs to support their children. Married female immigrants expressed the needs for her husbands joining educational programs not much, on the other hand visiting teachers insisted to join their husbands as well as other family members to diverse family-related programs. Married female immigrants wanted programs to support their working skills, however visiting teachers emphasized their responsibilities and active attitudes before they get a job. Married female immigrants were not conscious any counselling programs to cope with husband's violence or maladjusted children, on the other hand visiting teachers insisted counselling programs to help female immigrants. Above all the programs, most of female marital immigrants wanted Korean language programs interpreted by their native speakers and programs to support their working skills, on the other hand visiting teachers emphasized the importance of family-related programs and counselling programs.

인터넷 환경이 급속도로 변화하면서, 관리해야하는 내부 네트워크의 규모도 커지게 되었다. 이에 따라서 보안의 중요성에 대한 인식이 확대되고, 내부 정보의 보호를 위해 많은 보안 시스템이 도입되었다. 그러나 분산된 보안 시스템들은 각각이 다른 사용자 인터페이스로 인하여 효율적인 보안관리가 어려울 뿐만 아니라 장애발생 시 일괄적이고 즉각적인 대처가 어렵고 관리 인력의 비대화를 야기 시킨다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 시스템의 일관적이고 통합적인 관리를 위해서 중앙에서 각 시스템의 상태를 파악하고 관리하는 통합보안관리시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 통합보안관리시스템은 다중 에이전트를 이용함으로써 장애 대처가 빠르며, 각각의 보안 솔루션들에 대한 취약점을 최소화할 수 있고, 분산된 보안 시스템들을 일괄적으로 통제 및 관리할 수 있다.

국내외적으로 정보통신망의 구축이 활발히 진행됨에 따라 이를 이용하여 개인이나 기업이 업무의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 전자적으로 문서를 교환하여야 할 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이를 위한 표준으로 UN에서는 전자문서표준을 제정, 보급함으로써 신속하고 정확한 업무의 처리를 돕고 있다. 이 논문에서는 UN에서 제정한 전자문서표준에 따르는 EDI 문서를 통합적으로 처리하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 시스템은 세 개의 부 시스템으로 구성되어 있는데, 각각은 EDI 문서가 문법적으로 올바른지를 검사하기 위한 EDI 파서, EDI 문서를 작성하기 위한 EDI 문서 편집기, 그리고 EDI 문법 규정을 참조하기 위한 EDI 디렉토리 뷰어이다. 이러한 도구들을 통합적으로 사용하면 오류 없는 EDI 문서를 원활히 작성할 수 있을 것이다.

Over 70% of the land is mountains in Korea, so that many roadways naturally includes tunnels. The air flow inside tunnel has complex characteristics, such that a new flow field is formed by following vehicles passing through the tunnel before previous flow field is stabilized. Due to these time delayed-transient characteristics, the ventilation facility requires the complex control algorithm that can handle adaptive and predictive controls. Also, it needs to be closely related to the disaster prevention system. The technology to integrate these system determines the success of TGMS. The pollutant levels exhausted from the vehicles passing through tunnel depend on vehicle years and passing velocity. They also depend on the slope and altitude of the tunnel. In order to solve this problem, an algorithm for estimating the compensating factors for calculating on design capacity of ventilation facilities was developed. Also, an integrated ventilation control algorithm with disaster prevention program to operate several tunnels was developed based on TGMS.
