결정적 사건기법을 이용한 호텔 고객불평과 복구전략 분석 (Analysis of Hotel Customer Complaint and Recovery Strategy Using Critical Incident Technique)

  • 서비스 실패는 고객 충성도를 파괴시키는 잠재력을 가지고 있으므로 기업에서는 서비스 복구에 지대한 관심을 가지고 서비스의 질을 높이려고 노력하고 있다. 이러한 흐름에 따라 본 연구에서는 호텔이라는 특정 서비스 산업에서의 서비스실패와 복구전략에 대해 결정적 사건 기법을 이용하여 알아보았다. Hoffman et al.(1995)의 분류기법에 근거하여 416개의 자료가 분석을 위해 사용되었으며, 연구결과 업그레이드, 무료식사, 할인은 매우 효과적인 복구수단으로 나타났다. 일반적으로 무형적 복구보다는 유형적인 복구수단이 고객만족에 크게 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 고객들은 보상에 근거한 복구형태를 더욱 선호하며 그들은 보상으로부터 보다 즉각적인 가치를 인식하는 것으로 보인다 하지만 무형적인 복구수단인 정중한 사과는 다른 세 가지의 유형적인 복구보다도 오히려 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 고객이 경험한 서비스실패의 심각성에 따라 그 고객의 재이용의도를 살펴본 결과, 심각성은 재이용의도에 부정적인 영향을 마치는 것으로 나타났다.

지불용의접근법을 이용한 간호서비스의 가격결정 (Determination of Nursing Price using Willingness to Pay)

  • It will become more and more popular to use the long-term care facilities and home health care services with the chronic disease increasing. It depends on how much the consumers would pay and purchase the services. They might get more benefits from that kind of services than from ordinary hospitalization. So far, the study of determining the medical service price has focused most often on the efforts from the providers' view. But it must be reasonable to include the consumers' value for the service. This study was performed to assess WTP(Willingness to Pay) for home health care service in order to apply to the determination of nursing price in a reasonable manner. In this study, respondents were asked if they would pay for the service's intangible benefits under the four different types(open-ended minimum WTP, open-ended maximum WTP, bidding WTP, referendum WTP). The contingent valuation method is a potentially useful tool in understanding how people value the benefits of the service. As a result, average open-ended minimum WTP was W16,015 per day among 65 respondents. Average open-ended maximum WTP was W29,154 per day among 65 respondents. Average bidding WTP was W26,300 per day among 65 respondents. Average referendum WTP was W22,200 per day among 70 respondents. The results of regression analyses were also consistent with theoretical prediction, e.g., increasing WTP with consumers' value for the service, state of patients, and household income. This study demonstrated that it was more reasonable to consider the consumers' value in determining the services' price. In addition, a further study is needed to test the validity of this CV method and to determine a proper nursing price based on the consumers' view.

공간연구에 있어서 감성적 연구경향에 관한 연구 - 연구논문의 키워드분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Research Tendency of Sensibility Study in Space Study - Focused on Keyword Analysis of research papers -)

  • This study confirm the value and the importance of the human sensibility study to add up the new meaning, and to suggest a new value of Korean sensibility study through the understanding of current statusand trend of the sensibility study in the space. The method of the study was to collect date related to the sensibility study and to analyze it focusing on its details. The date was collected from researches published on the website since the establishment of Korean Institute of Interior Design and Architectural Institute of Korea and selected at the keyword search comer. The data was extracted under keywords of research object, research purpose, research method, and analysis method. And then it was quantified with HAYASH lll program and used for analyses according to its pattern and feature. The study shows that nowadays categories representing the current status and trend of the sensibility studies in space consist of the environment, the human, and the space. The contemporary study for sensibility puts the importance on a object and a subject of the study like the environment harmonized with human and space, the humans the subject that essentially uses the spate, and the space for the architecture and the interior that puts human in. Accordingly, the study for human sensibility should develop into the study for the design focused on the intangible relationship such as 'information', 'elements for space design', 'sensibility' beyond the existing tangible categories of environment, human, and space. In addition, in the method ways of study and analysis, those studies for the sensible relationship are required to develop into new types of study applying research methods of various studies beyond the traditional border between human studies, social science, and natural science.

희유금속 비축 적정성 평가체계 수립 (Development of The Criticality Evaluation System for Rare Metals Stockpiling)

  • 우리나라의 희유금속 수입액은 6,034 백만불에 달하나 국내 희유금속 자급률은 1% 수준에 불과하여 효율적인 비축제도의 운영이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 효율적인 비축전략 수립을 위해 비축 대상이 되는 희유금속의 유 무형 위험 요인을 정량화하여 비축 적정성을 평가할 수 있는 체계를 수립하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 모형은 중장기적인 관점에서 기술변화와 시장변화에 맞추어 우선 비축이 요구되는 희유금속을 선별하고 비축정책의 방향성을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 모형을 통해 도출된 평가결과는 위험상태 행렬(criticality matrix)로 표현되어 희유금속의 안보수준을 정량적으로 측정할 수 있으며 상대비교를 가능케 한다. 따라서 향후 정책수립에 있어 본 논문에서 제안한 모형이 활용된다면 보다 효율적인 비축정책 수립이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

동해 표기의 최근 논의 동향과 지리학적 지명연구의 과제 (Recent Discussions on the Naming of the Sea between Korea and Japan and Topics of the Geographical Toponymy)

  • 이 연구는 동해 표기와 관련된 최근의 논의 동향을 정리한 후, 이로부터 지리학적 지명연구의 과제를 도출하고 주요 주제를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 2012년에 있었던 국제수로기구와 유엔지명표준화회의의 총회는 동해 표기에 관해 뚜렷이 다른 한국과 일본의 입장이 반복되어 노출되었다. 그 논쟁에서 향후 지리학적 지명연구에서 지속적인 연구가 필요한 네 가지 주제가 정리되었다. 첫째, 지명 병기의 필요성, 병기 대상의 특성과 인식 등 지명 병기의 문제; 둘째, 반폐쇄해, 배타적 경제수역 등 바다의 정치지리적 특성과 명칭 사용을 연결시키는 연구; 셋째, 한국인들의 정서에 밀착된 지리적 실체로서의 바다와 그 명칭과의 관계를 밝히는 연구; 넷째, 보다 객관적이고 논리적인 논의를 진행하기 위한 적절한 용어의 정의를 위한 연구 등이 그것이다.

마을 아카이브를 도입한 백령도 탐방로 조성계획 (Planning for Baekryeong Island Trail Introducing Local Archive)

  • This study has set up a plan to establish a trail as a means of maximizing a community by using the residents' living materials and unused facilities that a village holds now. A local archive is a place where the records and living materials collected from a village are preserved, displayed and shared with others, serving as a complex space with multiple functions. To apply the idea of 'utilizing a local archive', the empirical study was conducted by making an analysis of trail resources of Baekryeong Island and local archive application resources. Local archive resources were selected through evaluation of connection of trail routes by investigating and discovering the unused facilities of Baekryeong Island village and the depreciation level and scale of them. And actual local archive living references were investigated and collected through in-depth interviews of villagers. Also, through planning of trails by region, limitations of investigation activities were improved and various tangible and intangible resources owned by Baekryeong Island were utilized to enable effective and distinctive investigation activities and experiences. Unused facilities were surveyed and chosen to take advantage of the local archive space, along with in-depth interviews with the residents living in Baekryeong Island. In addition, the current conditions for the trail routes were checked out in order to 'point out the final routes'.

구조방정식 모형의 베이지안 접근법 기반의 특허평가 모델링에 대한 연구 (A study on patent evaluation model based on Bayesian approach of the structural equation model)

  • 최근 4차 산업으로의 산업 패러다임의 변화가 이미 시작되었으며, 이러한 4차 산업 시대에 무형 지식재산인 특허의 중요성은 날로 증대되고 있다. 특허의 기술가치평가는 전문가의 의견에 따라서 산정되기 때문에 많은 비용과 시간이 소모되므로 비전문가들의 주관적인 의견에 기인하여 특허의 질적 수준을 판단하게 된다. 따라서 특허의 질적 수준에 대한 객관적이고 합리적인 평가 체계 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 특허의 가치평가를 기술성, 권리성, 활용성으로 구분하고 베이지안 구조방정식을 사용하여 특허의 정량화되고 객관적인 평가 모델링에 대해 고려하였다. 특히, 한국발명진흥회에서 수집한 자료를 토대로, 직접적으로 측정되기 어려운 질적 성과들을 모형화하고 평가하는데 탁월한 구조방정식과 사전 정보를 활용함으로써 작은 표본 하에서도 안정적인 모형화가 가능한 베이지안 접근법을 함께 적용하여 특허 평가 모형을 개발하였다.

현대 패션에 나타난 디지로그의 특징 (A Study on the Features of Digilog in Contemporary Fashion)

  • Fashion companies are increasingly becoming aware of the importance of Digilog as a response strategy to an emotional stimulus, in order to win the hearts of consumers, because the Digilog provides a new type of emotional value. The features of Digilog found in modern fashion are characterized as follows: first, the "Fashion Image of Hybrid Nature" expresses nature in a new light or reinterprets existing expressions of nature, by using cutting-edge technology based on the psychological desire to return to, adapt with, and harmonize with nature. Second, the "Fashion Image of Nostalgia," which exhibits past forms of regressive fashion, is a fashion code that can be understood as a social trend. It has a digital exterior, with retro materials and old perfumes that reflect psychological comfort, as its expressive medium. Third, the "Lifestyle through the Technique of Interaction" is the sharing of information through consumer participation and delivery, or its interaction. Fourth, the "Fashion Design through the Technique of Customizing" allows consumers to actively participate in the design process. It reflects the consumer's desire to personally design fashion products. Fifth, the "Emotion Sharing through the Technique of Storytelling," which focuses on intangible values, is based on the sentiment of communication between the consumer and the brand, thereby satisfying the inner values as well as the aesthetic demands of consumers. This study confirmed that digital fashion, which uses digital technology based on analog sentiments, has opened up a new environment for fashion culture and has also widened the boundaries of fashion.

뷰티샵 유형별 고객의 성격유형에 따른 서비스 품질 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Service Quality Assessment according to Character Type of Customers by Beauty Shop Type)

  • As the beauty industry has strong intangible attributes unlike the other service industry, the provision of service quality capable of fulfilling customer's desire and customer's satisfaction activity due to this are important. The purpose of this research is to provide marketing materials capable of maximizing consumer's satisfaction as a study on assessment of service quality according to a character type of customers by beauty shop type with the target of customers using a beauty shop. The sub-dimension of a personality type of beauty shop's customers is five factors, which were named neurose, sincerity, extroversion, openness and affinity, and the sub-dimension of service quality is five factors, which were named specialty, responsiveness, empathy, tangibility and reliability. It could be known that the service quality according to the character type of customers by beauty shop has influence on all of tangibility, reliability, expertise, responsiveness and empathy factors. Accordingly, this research would be utilized as good material for service improvement that can divide service quality by beauty shop and maximize satisfaction of consumers. Based on the above research results, marketing implications are that the customized promotional management according to the character type of customers by beauty shop is necessary and the granular management manual according to customer's differentiation by beauty shop is necessary. The effect that a personality type of customers by beauty shop has on the empathy factor among service quality factors shows a significant difference in neurose and openness factors in case of beauty salons, and shows a significant difference in sincerity and openness factors in case of skin care salons.

중소기업의 혁신역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 : 경쟁우위의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Impact of Innovation Capability of SMEs Companies on Corporate Performance : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Competitive Advantage)

  • The importance of innovative capability, the driving force behind innovation as a company's intangible resources, is increasing. In general, companies with high innovation capability are more likely to be successful in innovation, which can be expected to have a positive impact on corporate performance. The innovation capacity of SMEs considered in this study is R&D capability and manufacturing capability. The reason for this is that not only the continuous efforts to strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs are focused on stabilizing manufacturing capability, but also considering the situation in which governmental support for SMEs' R&D capability has been actively developed. This study examines whether R&D capability and manufacturing capability have a significant influence on corporate performance and securing competitive advantage, and analyzes whether competitive advantage acts as a mediator between innovation capability and corporate performance through regression analysis. SPSS 23.0 software was used for the empirical analysis of the data obtained through the survey. The research results are as follows. First, both R&D and manufacturing capabilities of SMEs were found to have a significant positive effect on corporate performance. Second, manufacturing capability had a significant effect on securing competitive advantage of SMEs, but R&D capability was not significant. Third, the competitive advantage of SMEs was found to play a mediating role between manufacturing capability and corporate performance.
