The purpose of this paper is to examine the effects of customer perception about service physical evidence and process quality by liquor wholesaler on customer satisfaction and maintaining business relationship. Also this paper tries to find out the moderating effect of relational duration on those service qualities and deal satisfaction. Based on the responses from 53 stores, the result of multiple regression analysis appears as follow that (1) the perception of intangible service quality is positively related to deal satisfaction, (2) deal satisfaction is positively related to maintaining business, and (3) the interaction of relational duration and each perception of service qualities is significant.

The introduction of new equipments to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises is one of pretty important factors. Enterprises introducing new equipments strengthen competitiveness through productivity increasing, high quality maintenance, inventory reduction, improved design and production interface, simple scheduling process, low scrap rate, rework reduction, etc. Managers will work out the best equipment-replacing strategy through the appropriate combination of potential cost attributes and qualitative attributes difficult to quantify in accordance with the business purpose. This study is to present a method to select an equipment-replacing alternative through the decision-making model of Analytic Hierarchy Process in consideration of the differences of cost flow of the alternatives, taking into consideration tangible attributes and strategic intangible attributes.

There is a general challenge offered to the field of engineering economics by the introduction of advanced technologies. A survey of the existing literature on evaluation of advanced information and manufacturing system indicate that the traditional approaches are inadequate for economic evaluation techniques used in its appraisal, difficulty in evaluating the potential benefits and criteria used to assess management performance. In this paper, an attempt has been made to overcome the above deficiencies by presenting an approach to account for the justification and selection of the Local Area Network(LAN) architectures. This is based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and is capable of taking into account many intangible factors as well. The usefulness of the proposed approach is demonstrated through a case situation and sensitivity analysis. Finally, some research directions for future work are identified.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of IT-enabled dynamic capability in the relationship between intellectual capital and innovation performance under Industry 4.0. We approach the intellectual capital from the perspective of the resource-based view and define the components of intellectual capital as human capital, social capital, and organizational capital. On the other hand, the IT-based dynamic capability means that the information technology and the utilization ability of the enterprise are combined to overcome the turbulent environment. The empirical results showed that the IT-enabled dynamic capabilities mediated the relationship between intellectual capital and innovation performance as it revealed in theory. And in terms of practical implications, we found the importance of an organization's information technology ability to effectively utilize intangible resources for organizational performance.

Owing to a tremendous progress of information technology we have faced a great change of a society. This change has happened to almost all of a society. As a result intangible goods are also included as a major concern in international trade. We may say U.S. is one of the countries transaction of software is the most flourishing. I have tried to classified the cases of software transaction in U.S. into five groups. As a result I have known the UCC had been applied to the almost transaction of standard software. However UCC had not been applied to custom software and data processing. In these days UCITA which is very similar to a previous proposal UCC 2B has been presented. This is a contract law that would apply to computer software, multimedia products, and databases. It has been designed to create a uniform commercial contract law for those products. Now therefore we should make observation of a tendency about transaction of software in U.S. The reason is that we pay attention to the symbol and dormant power of U.S. in international trade.

This paper investigates the determinants of the firm's decision to carry out innovative activities in terms of the resource-based view(RBV) in strategic management. Two types of resources are distinguished: tangible(financial autonomy, firm size, capital intensity) and intangible(human resource, entrepreneurship, and commercial resource). R&D intensity and patent statistics are used as proxies for innovative activity. Specific hypotheses about their effect on the probability of a firm carrying out innovative activities are derived and tested on a sample of 337 listed firms in Korean manufacturing industry for the year 1999, using the logistic regression model. Empirical findings suggest that firm size and human resource are the main determinants of firm's internal innovative activities. The results show that the hypotheses concerning financial autonomy, debt ratio, capital intensity, entrepreneurship, and commercial resource are rejected.

This study secured comparable sales transaction information of technology transfer corresponding to an active market conditions and proposes a method to assess the similarity of technologies with regard to comparability of technology transfer based on these cases information. In order to analyze the association and similarity between target technology and sales transactions, it proposes the significant factors affecting royalty decision and the cosine coefficient method by industry categories. It also proposes the method to adjust royalty, which means that this method unlike the conventional method provides clear standards to valuators in order to revise royalty. Therefore, it offers a solution to the difficulties of applying the market approach for a lot of valuators that have wanted to apply it and objective method to enhance the reliability of the value of intangible asset evaluated by the market approach.

The vibration fatigue is suitable case of fatigue problem that system is exposed to the random or other irregular sources. Even some kinds of effort using power spectral density (PSD) and statistical concept was presented to cope with the intangible force signal, it is still lack of providing a reasonable solution when its exciting frequency is near or beyond of first eigenvalue. In this paper, energy approach method is presented to calculate a vibration induced fatigue damage in frequency domain. Since the corresponding damage become much larger than nominal case when the vibration is coupled with a mode shape of given structure, the new technique compensate the characteristics of structure with a measured frequency response function (FRF) between forcing acceleration and responding stress.

This study was aimed to identify the conceptualization of apparel store service quality and to investigate the dimensions of apparel store service quality. Apparel store service involves tangibles like employees and equipment and intangible like policy convenience and credit. Apparel store service quality is composed mlti-dimentionally. In the empirical research a questionnaire was developed and statistical data were collected during June 1998. The subjects were 244 women in the age of 20's SAS were used to analyze collected data. Frequency percentage mean STD, factor analysis and Cronbach's a were applied. From the results of analysis the apparel store service quality were classified into four dimenstions ; salesperson(7 items) VMD(6 items) reliable policy(5 items) and customer convenience (3 items)

Arirang has quite a long history in Korean music. Arirang means the heart is tingling. Jeongseon Arirang is well-known Arirang from the Gangwon province, so it shares certain features of Dongbu minyo (folksong), including the Menaritori. Jeongseon Arirang of Ok-sim Kim is pure and innocent. She has an ingenuous country voice. It is a kind of hope that provides our mental strength. Mental power is as important to our health as a eating right. Jeongseon Arirang sung by Ok-sim Kim is Seoul style of rhythmic pattern and melody. Jeongseon Arirang is designated as the Intangible Cultural Property No. 1 by the Gangwon province in 1971. This article outlines the emotional biography of Jeongseon Arirang of Ok-sim Kim relationship.
