Relationship between Business Type on Sales Orders and Major Factors in Domestic Ecommerce Markets

  • Purpose: The goal of this study is to comprehensively grasp the current status of ecommerce and to use as basic data for information-related policies. In this work, we understand recent ecommerce utilization, purchasing business by main factors, and look over the association between business type on sales orders (BTSO) and three variables: region, occupation and group type. Research design, data and methodology: The resource of this research is obtained by Ministry of Science and Technology Information and Communication in 2017, and investigated about 14,000 national business samples. Two statistical methods are used to analyze the association between the three variables: chi-square test and correspondence analysis. Results: The findings show that BTSO is pairwise associated with thee categorical variables, and the association between the categories of the two variables can be visually examined on two dimensional plane. Conclusions: This study suggests 'household & individual consumers' among BTSO are closely connected with 'Chungbuk' and 'Kyungnam' for region, 'others', 'finance & insurance' and 'association, repairing & other personal service' for occupation, and 'national & local government' for group type. Additionally, 'other companies' among BTSO are, particularly, related to 'Chunnam' for region, 'manufacturing industry' for occupation, and 'company corporations' for group type.

대한치과의료관리학회지의 역사와 연구경향 분석 (The history and analysis of research trends in Journal of Korean Academy of Dental Administration)

  • This study aims to analyze the research trends of the Journal of Korean Academy of Dental Administration and identify the characteristics of the journal. The research was based on 10 academic journals from 2013 to 2022 and related documents. The type of paper, research method, statistical analysis, topic classification, and research subject of 65 papers were extracted and categorized. As a result, the distribution of paper types was as follows: research articles accounted for 83.2%, review articles for 12.3%. In terms of research methods, questionnaire surveys were used in 46.2% of the papers, literature reviews in 23.1%, and national data analysis in 7.7%. Research topics included dental manpower at 20.0%, infection control at 7.7%, dental information at 6.2%, patient safety at 6.2%, and oral health care quality at 6.2%. 72.3% of the papers were quantitative studies, and the majority of research subjects were dental hygienists or dental hygiene students, accounting for 26.2% of the total. The Journal of Korean Academy of Dental Administration covers topics such as dental healthcare marketing, dental healthcare organization and management, dental healthcare information, dental healthcare policy, dental healthcare insurance, dental healthcare quality management, patient safety, medical disputes, and infection control. The authors are also contributed by a variety of dental personnel, including dentists, dental hygienists, and dental technicians.

영업사원-고객 간 관계의 질이 고객의 동반이탈에 미치는 영향: 관계혜택과 전환비용의 역할 (The Effects of Relationship Quality on Customer Defection Following Salesperson Turnover: The Role of Relational Benefits and Switching Costs)

  • 본 연구는 영업사원-고객간 관계에서 영업사원과 고객간의 관계특성이 영업사원 이직에 따른 고객의 동반이탈의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고 있다. 본 연구는 동반이탈의 선행변수로 관계마케팅에서의 핵심 개념인 관계의 질, 즉 영업사원에 대한 고객만족, 고객신뢰, 고객충성도와 함께 사회교환이론에서의 관계혜택과 전환비용을 다루고 있다. 국내 생명보험회사를 대상으로 보험계약에서 영업사원을 통해 가입한 503명의 고객으로부터 서베이 방식으로 수집한 자료를 실증분석한 결과, 영업사원에 대한 고객만족과 고객신뢰가 영업사원에 대한 고객충성도에는 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으나 동반이탈에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 고객의 영업사원에 대한 충성도가 지각된 관계혜택에 미치는 영향은 모두 유의하였으며 또한 지각된 전환비용에 미치는 영향도 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 고객의 영업사원에 대한 충성도가 동반이탈의도에 미치는 직접효과는 유의하지 않았으나 지각된 관계혜택과 지각된 전환비용을 통한 간접효과는 유의하게 나타났다. 지각된 관계혜택의 세 가지 하위차원은 모두 동반이탈의도에 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 지각된 전환비용은 동반이탈의도에 부(-)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 추가분석을 통하여 경쟁모델과 연구모델을 비교하여 기존 연구와의 차이를 밝히고 있으며, 분석 결과를 토대로 이론 및 경영상의 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

일개 종합병원 종합(민간)검진 비용 영향요인 분석 (The analysis of Factors associated with the Health Examination expenditure in a General Hospital based on the cased)

  • Purpose: In this study, the general characteristics of subjects who spent more than a certain amount of cost for general medical examination at the general hospital health promotion center, and the characteristics of disease, family history, and lifestyle (smoking, alcohol, physical activity, oral care) significantly differed in cost expenditure. We intend to provide basic data for establishing an appropriate marketing strategy for comprehensive examination. Method: It was conducted for users who received comprehensive checkups at a health promotion center at a general hospital in Seoul. The research data collection period is for 979 people who performed comprehensive examinations from January 2019 to December 2020. In order to carry out a comprehensive examination, a questionnaire before the examination was distributed to the subjects who visited the hospital to prepare, and the investigation was conducted in a way that the subjects of the investigation directly filled in. Results: There was a significant influence on the difference in expenditure for comprehensive examination according to the gender, age, and type of health insurance of the subject. In addition, there were significant differences in expenditure according to the presence or absence of disease and the type of family history. Weight loss, smoking history, smoking period, smoking frequency, drinking history, and drinking frequency all had significant effects on cost expenditure. Also, strength training and oral treatment management showed a significant effect on the cost of comprehensive examination. The number of flossing and interdental brushing was also found to have a significant effect. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, disease history (t=2.683, p<.01) and mean smoking frequency (t=4.315, p<.001) appeared to have the most significant effect on expenditure statistically. In other words, when the subject has a history of disease and when the average number of smoking is large, it means that the comprehensive examination cost is remarkably large. Conclusion: By using these contents, hospitals can further refine the marketing of the examination center. In addition, a more convenient and specialized process should be used by patients by linking the general medical department and the examination center well. In terms of management of operating medical institutions, this can be expected to create patients and increase profits.

민간경비업체의 업무 수행 절차 및 모델 설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Procedure Model to Carry on Works of the Private Security Company)

  • In Korea, Private security companies has steadily grown and amounts to 2,051 places as of November 30, 2002. Private security in korea is carrying out firm name role assignment to have held the police and public peace environment change factors for a standard faithfully, and protects social a little property that is a basic purpose, and it is spare no efforts in loss prevention. In spite of numeral increase of private security companies, private security companies have many problem. Moreover, they mostly did not have any remarkable in-house expertises in their own business under tough conditions. Under the unfavorable circumstances including insufficient investment and education in private security guard, there have been actually little further studies on private security business in practices. So this study mainly focused on addressing the installation security business managed by authorized companies, which amount to 96%(1,963 companies) of total 2,051 domestic security companies. Furthermore, the study formulated and modeled a series of business procedures in private security companies. Attitudes and Acceptability of Smart Wear Technology: Qualitative Analysis from the Perspective of Caregivers

  • Smart wear integrates computing technology into fabric or a garment for additional functionality. This research explored the attitudes and opinions of the use of smart wear from the viewpoint of caregivers. Thirty two individuals including care providers of children and adult family members with health problems participated in focus group interviews. Participants reported being interested in smart wear because of the potential to detect the location (GPS) of a dependent (e.g., child, elderly) and to monitor vital signs. Participants indicated perceived advantages of smart wear such as identifying geographical location and effectiveness. Perceived concerns mentioned were privacy/security issues and accuracy of data. Participants taking care of dependents without a specific disease were hesitant to adopt and pay for smart wear. However, caregivers of elderly individuals expressed positive adoption intentions and willingness to reasonably pay for smart wear. They indicated expectations that potential insurance would provide coverage for cost savings. Caregivers expressed the need of specific requirements for future adoption such as customizability, and comfort/safety. Specific to smart wear clothing, most respondents preferred it be an undershirt or a jacket with a sensor located in the shoulder area. The findings from this study can be used in product development, promotion and marketing of smart wear.

  • 각 은행들은 인터넷 뱅킹을 통해 경쟁력 확보하기 위해 서비스 개발에 박차를 가하고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 새로운 뱅킹 비즈니스 모델을 구현하고 있다. 특히 인터넷 뱅킹 경쟁력 평가는 단순히 인터넷 뱅킹 사이트의 서비스 평가와는 다르다. 국내외 인터넷 뱅킹에서 제공하는 서비스 상품들은 성공적인 합병과 다양한 온라인 접점의 구축을 통해 금융서비스를 가장 효율적으로 제공하며, 또한 은행업무뿐만 아니라 증권서비스, 보험, 소비자금융, 리스, 부동산업무 등을 원스톱으로 제공하는 등 다양한 서비스를 제공하며, 사업의 영역을 넓혀가고 있다. 그리고 대부분의 국내외 은행 및 금융기관들이 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스 개발을 통하여 경영효율성을 증대시키고 경쟁력을 제고하고자 노력하고 있다. 특히 국내외 은행들이 일대일 맞춤 서비스, 개인 재무관리 그리고 인터넷뱅킹을 이용한 아파트관리비 납부서비스 상품을 개발하여 제공하고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 통합모바일서비스, 세금 전자납부 징수, 인터넷 무서류 대출 상품 서비스를 개발하여 시장에서 판매하고 있다. 따라서 현재의 고객 및 잠재고객들이 은행의 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스를 적극 이용하도록 유치함으로써 은행 및 금융기관들은 그들의 경쟁적위상을 제고시키고자 노력하고 있다.

터지털 시대의 병원경영전략 수립에 관한 연구 - 병원경영자의 경영개선활동에 관한 인식을 중심으로 - (Hospital Management Strategy in Digital Era)

  • This study purports to examine the current management and information technology related strategy of Korean hospitals and suggest the effective management strategy in the 21st century when is digital era. Specifically the study tries to analyze the changing trends of strategic orientation and investigate the general management and information technology strategy of Korean hospitals. Self-administered Questionnaires were distributed to 721 hospitals nationwide and finally 98 Questionnaires were analyzed for the study. The results of the study are as follows : 1) Half of the respondent hospitals reported that they have an analyzer orientation in 2000, whereas 19.4% were prospectors, reactors 16.4%, and defenders 14.3%. However, the respondent hospitals intended to have a prospector orientation in the future (2002), while 29.6% planned on being analyzers, 17.3% reactors, and 3.1% defenders. 2) Hospital services for improving patient satisfaction were the most common. strategy for the respondent hospitals, followed by cost containment, organizational restructuring, employee education, purchasing system change, specialization of clinical services, quality improvement of medical care, strengthening the networking with the stakeholders, public relations and marketing strategy, diversification, and installing the information system. However, the strategies of annual salary system, retrenchment of unprofitable services, merit payment based on performance were still not popular for the respondent hospitals. 3) As for the strategies related with information technology, most hospitals have not implemented actively, except for the establishment of home-pages, order communication systems, and insurance claims through electronic data interchange system. 4) There were significant differences in the level of strategy implementation in terms of the ownership, bed size, financial performance, and the top managers I knowledge of information technology. The larger bed size, the higher financial performance, the better knowledge of information technology the top managers have, the more strategies the respondent hospitals implemented. The managerial and political implications for Korean hospitals in digital era were also discussed.

의사의 커뮤니케이션 스타일과 질, 의사-환자관계 유형에 따른 환자만족 요인 (Influence of Physician's Communication Style and Quality, and Physician-Patient Relationship on Patient Satisfaction)

  • The main objective of this study is to investigate the influence of physician's communication styles and quality, and physician-patient relationship on patient satisfaction for improving physician's communication which is one of factors determining service quality in health care services, and providing the suggestion for building the positive physician-patient relationship. Data were collected from 341 inpatients in 13 general hospitals and university hospitals located in Busan Metropolitan City and Kyeongsang-do area using structured self-administered questionnaires. Major results of the empirical analysis are as follows; First, mutual-opened-cooperative physician-patient relationship, patient's communication receptive attitude, patient-oriented physician's communication style, and quality were significantly varied by respondents' characteristics such as age, consensual, job, and income. Second, empathy, patient's communication receptive attitude, physician-patient relationship, and patient satisfaction were significantly varied by respondents' medical-related conditions. Third, there was a significant correlation between active communication receptive attitude of patient and mutual-opened-cooperative physician-patient relationship. Fourth, patient-oriented physician's communication style and physician-patient relationship were found to have positive influence on total communication quality and effectiveness and empathy facet of communication quality both. Finally, patient-oriented physician's communication style, empathy, active communication receptive attitude of patient, and mutual-opened-cooperative physician-patient relationship were found to have positive influence on patient satisfaction. This research findings suggest that putting emphasis on effective physician's communication and enhancing positive physician-patient relationship are crucial for marketing activities and customer satisfaction management in health care settings.

  • 본 연구는 Fuzzy-AHP를 이용하여 한 중 카페리 피견인 트레일러 상호주행 시 장애요인의 가중치 분석을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 문헌연구를 통해 1차적으로 요인을 선정한 후, 현 카페리업체에 종사 중인 화물 전문가집단과의 Indepth-Interview를 수행하여 요인을 최종 선정하였다. 선정된 상위 장애 요인은 불안정적 서비스 제공, 제한적 정책 지원, 추가 비용 발생이며, 이중 불안정적 서비스 제공이 가장 큰 장애요인으로 분석되었다. 선정된 측정변수 11가지 항목은 화물 장치장 공급 부족, 트레일러 보험 및 관리 문제, 특수장비 부족, 전문화된 인력부족, 투입 서비스 항로의 제한, 마케팅 홍보 전략의 부족, 수속 비용 증가 등이며, 이중 불균형 화물 집화에 따른 장비 회송 비용 증가가 가장 큰 장애 요인으로 분석되었으며, 서비스 항로의 제한, 특수장비 부족, 수속의 지연 및 추가 절차 발생이 그 뒤를 이었다.
