재질이 변압기 절연유의 유동대전에 미치는 영향

  • In a large power transformer, insulating oil is forced to circulate for cooling the heat generated by the losses within windings and core. When insulating oil flows and rubs against various materials, such as insulating paper or core, the electrostatic charges are separated at the interface of the oil and the solid material. This paper considers the streaming electrification of various materials used in the transformer. In this study, we show that a solid material such as paper is negatively charged. On the other hand, a solid material such as core is positively charged.

한중콘크리트 시공시 표면 단열재 변화에 따른 콘크리트의 온도이력 특성 (The Properties of Temperature History of Concrete with Surface Insulating Material in Cold Weather Concreting)

  • This study investigate the hydration heat history with variation of surface insulating material in cold weather concreting. According to the results, the temperature of concrete lowers below zero in 24hours, so early frost damage occurs in the case of exposure and 1 fold bubble sheet, but the lowest temperature keeps above zero, so a adiabatic effect is very favorable in the case of double bubble sheet and 부직포. Compressive strength of core specimen at 7 and 28 days is highest In the case of double bubble sheet and 부직포. But, considering convenience of construction and economical efficiency, it is thought that the most effective surface insulating material is 1 fold bubble sheet +blanket.

  • Mineral insulating oils are an important insulating materials in oil-filled transformer. However, the mineral oil is the cause of the environmental problem. The vegetable oils are substitutes for mineral oil because of its biodegradability characteristic. As large size and high rating of the transformer increases, the losses increase at a faster rate. So insulating oil is forced circulation in the oil-filled transformer by using oil pumps. The flow electrification occurs when insulating oil was forced to be circulated. To check the flow electrification, had conducted experiments varying factors. As a result, the streaming electrification could see the changes according to flow velocity, oil temperature and insulation materials.

  • Climate conditions, especially transport and storage, are a very important factor in the process of sampling and testing insulation oil in the field. The samples of insulating oil exposed to the atmosphere affect the dielectric strength, total acid number and moisture test value by oxygen and high humidity environment and may also affect the results according to the criteria specified in each test. Therefore, reliable test values for insulating oil testing require consideration of the atmospheric environment of the test site, including oxygen and humidity. In this paper, each test was conducted on insulating oil exposed to various time and humidity environments, and the effect of the atmospheric environment on the test results was analyzed by comparing and analyzing with the first insulating oil.

  • 건축물의 에너지 절약기준이 강화되면서 외단열 공법의 적용과 단열재 두께가 증가하고 있다. 유기계 단열재는 시공성, 경제성 등 시공비용 절감 효과와 뛰어난 단열성능을 가지고 있다. 하지만, 유기계 단열재 특성상 열에 매우 취약하므로 화재 발생 시 급격한 화재확산과 유독가스 발생으로 심각한 피해가 발생한다. 무기계 단열재는 기본적으로 불연성능을 가지나 무겁고 유기계 단열재에 비해 단열성능이 떨어진다. 글라스 버블은 소다 라임 보로실리케이트 유리로 밀도가 매우 낮고, 내부가 비어 있는 구형의 입자로 볼베어링 효과로 유동성이 개선된다. 또한, 무기계 단열재에 혼입하여 사용할 경우 밀도와 단열성능이 개선된다. 본 연구는 시멘트계 재료와 글라스 버블을 혼합하여 무기 단열재를 제조하였고 단열, 난연 및 불연성능을 평가하였다. 연구 결과, 글라스 버블의 혼입률이 증가할수록 열린 기공을 형성하고 있으나, 기공 및 셀 벽에 분포됨에 따라 충분한 단열성능을 보인다. 또한, 글라스 버블의 혼입률은 10% 이하로 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.

솔더볼 배치에 따른 절연층 재료가 WLCSP 신뢰성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Insulating Material on WLCSP Reliability with Various Solder Ball Layout)

  • WLCSP(wafer level chip size package)는 웨이퍼 레벨에서 패키지 공정이 이루어지는 차세대 패키지 중 하나이다. WLCSP는 웨이퍼 레벨에서 패키지 공정이 이루어진다는 특징으로 인하여 웨이퍼당 생산되는 반도체 칩의 수에 따라 그 패키징 비용을 크게 줄일 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 그러나 응력 버퍼 역할을 하는 기판을 없애는 혁신적인 구조로 인하여 솔더 조인트의 신뢰성이 기존의 BGA 패키지에 비하여 취약하게 되는데, 이러한 솔더 조인트 신뢰성에 대하여 반도체 칩과 솔더볼을 연결하는 폴리머 절연층은 열팽창계수 차이에 의해 발생하는 응력을 흡수하는 중요한 역할을 하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 하이닉스에서 개발한 Omega-CSP를 사용하여 솔더볼 배열 변화와 제 1 절연층의 특성에 따른 솔더 조인트의 열피로 특성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 절연층의 특성 변화가 솔더 조인트의 열피로 특성에 주는 영향은 솔더볼 배열 구조에 따라 변화되는 것을 확인하였다.

염수에 의해 열화된 누전차단기 절연재료의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of ELB Insulating Material deteriorated by Salt water)

  • In this paper, we analyzed the characteristics of insulating material with ELB(earth leakage circuit breaker) through tracking experiment and the study was carried out three different types of samples. The tracking is breakdown phenomenon of material surface that is generated on the organic insulating material. The test method applied IEC publication 587. The result of the sample breakdown by tracking was carbonized and resistance of between the electrodes is approximately 300$\Omega$. In the result of DSC analysis, the caloric peak was detected before 100$^{\circ}C$ in product of tracking. It appeared weight loss of 10.87% at 537$^{\circ}C$ on TGA. IR spectrum analysis showed carbon-hydrogen(C-H)bond on molecular structure that is the sample of tracking.

절연유의 전기전도에 미치는 첨가제의 영향 (The Effect of Additive on the Electric conductivity of Insulating Oil)

  • The static charges are generated by streaming electrification phenomena in insulating oil flowing by force for the purpose of cooling at the internal of Ultra-high power transformer. In this thesis, their elimination method was studied. In this paper the effect of Additive on the electric conductivity of Insulating oil is studied. The variation of electric conductivity disappear when Additive is molten in insulating oil BTA(Benzotriazole) appear more variation of electric conductivity than that of SP-S10(Sorbitan mono-stearate). But the variation is not enough to decrease streaming electrification of insulating oil($\sigma$>10$\^$-12/[S/cm]).

친환경 식물성 절연유의 유중가스 분석 (Dissolved Gas Analysis of Environment-Friendly Vegetable Insulating Oils)

  • The vegetable insulating oils are substitute for the mineral oil in power transformer. Vegetable insulating oils has higher flash/fire point and biodegradability than conventional mineral oils. In this paper, we investigated the dissolved gas analysis of vegetable oils. In the experiment, I had to accelerated aging under the same conditions mineral oil and vegetable oils. Accelerated aging proceeded to about 100% of the life of oil-filled transformer. In addition, we performed gas analysis of insulating oil of accelerated aging progress. The experiment results of the five gases was measured with the exception of Hydrogen and Acetylene. The mineral oil and vegetable oils gas is generated in a similar tendency depending on the accelerated aging. As a result, vegetable oils, can be dissolved gas analysis by method such as mineral oil.

  • The life of power transformer is basically dependent on the aging deterioration of insulating paper. Analysis of insulating paper for its DP value or tensile strength requires removal of a few strips of paper but direct measurement of this properties is not practical for in-service transformers. For this reason furfural analysis by HPLC has gained increasing favor as a means of estimating degradation of insulating papers in power transformers and this paper reports on the analysis of data on the concentration of furfural in oil samples from about 50 power transformers and the case study. The data showed that furfural content can estimate more accurately aging characteristics compared to concentration of CO, $CO_2$. We expect that these results can be useful to predict the aging characteristics and life diagnosis of power transformers and further the study must be continued.
