Ninety 6th graders were randomly assigned to an experimental or a control group in this 5 week study of the effects of constructivist instruction on writing performance. After the writing pre-test, the experimental group was treated with constructivist instruction while the control group was treated with a tradition procedure based on Joyce and Weil's(1992) basic exercise model Instruction consisted of ten 40-minute sessions. The effectiveness of the constructivist instruction was tested by post-and retention-tests. Two raters scored the children's writing by the analytical scale of Jin-Suk Won(1994). Results were analyzed by t-test. The writing performance and the retention scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group. The results of the sub-criteria scores showed significant effects on children's understanding of contents and constructive performance.

This paper inquires into the most desirable measures which can diversify instruction-learning methodsand take advantage of educational facilities in order to carry out both education for the whole man and individualized instruction in a smallscale class primary school. For this purpose, this paper makes investigation into thirty primary schools at Pochon district(including one branch school) and analyzes the contents of investigation into as follows: 1) the general present status of primary schools at Pochon district educational facilities, 2) the educational environment and educational facilities, 3) the instructional systems design and instructional media, 4) the educational facilities for the scale of applying instructional media. And then, on the side of educational facilities, This paper makes proposal for eight accessible alternatives which diversify instruction learning methods and enforce individualized instruction (=open education) without expanding or reconstructing on alarge scale a building of the existing small-scaleprimary schools.

As we know the effects of cache memory research, instruction and data caches can be separated for higher performance with Harvard CPUs. In this paper, we shows the efficiency of buffer system in the instruction and data flash storage medium. And we analyzed characteristics of the data and instruction flash and evaluated the performance. Finally, we propose the best buffer structure with an optimal block size and buffer size for the instruction and data flash.

Undefined Instruction 하드웨어 Trojan 은 정의되지 않은 명령어가 명령어 버스를 통해 CPU 에 유입될 경우 발현되어 CPU 의 전반적인 기능을 마비시킬 수 있는 하드웨어 Trojan 이다. 일반적으로 대부분의 상용화된 CPU 는 Undefined Instruction 에 대한 예외 처리를 지원하는데, ARM 의 경우 파이프 라인의 실행 단계에서 Undefined Instruction 임을 판별한다. 본 연구에서는 파이프 라인의 명령어 추출단계에서 발현되어서 명령어 해독단계에는 다른 명령어를 전달 시킴으로써 Undefined Instruction 예외처리를 피할 수 있는 하드웨어 Trojan 을 설계하고, 이를 방지하는 대응책을 제안한다.

In this paper, we notice the fact that a human learning process is characterized by a process under a natural language environment, and discuss an approach of learning based on indirect linguistic instructions. An instruction is interpreted through some meaning elements and each trend. Fuzzy evaluation rule are constructed for the searched meaning elements of the given instruction, and the performance of a system to be learned is improved by the evaluation rules. In this paper, we propose a framework of learning based on indirect linguistic instruction based learning using fuzzy theory: FULLINS(FUzzy-Learning based on Linguistic IN-Struction). The validity of FULLINS is shown by applying it to helicopter flight control.

This study investigates the effects of online English writing instruction on university students' writing performance and their anxiety. A total of 34 participants completed the pre- and post- writing tests as well as the surveys regarding perceived anxiety toward English writing. Reflection papers and interviews were employed to triangulate the results of the questionnaires. Quantitative analysis of learners' writing outcomes and surveys revealed that online writing instruction helped improve students' writing skills and reduce writing anxiety. The interviews and reflection papers demonstrated that learners found the writing instruction helpful in reducing somatic anxiety, avoidance behavior, and cognitive anxiety. The current study suggests that adopting non-face-to-face online writing instruction aids EFL students in developing their writing and alleviating writing anxiety.

The number of studies on data-driven learning (DDL) has increased in recent years, and DDL's overall effectiveness as an L2 (second language) teaching methodology has been reported to be high. However, the degree of its effectiveness in grammar instruction, particularly for the goal of correcting errors in L2 writing, is still unclear. To provide guidelines for focused grammar instruction with DDL in the Japanese classroom setting, we aimed to identify the typical grammatical errors made by Japanese learners in the Cambridge Learner Corpus First Certificate in English (CLC FCE) dataset. The results revealed that three error types (nouns, articles, and prepositions) should be addressed in DDL grammar instruction for Japanese English as a foreign language (EFL) learners. In light of the findings, pedagogical implications and suggestions for future DDL research and practice are discussed.

This study is to identify whether three types of online instruction (text-based, video-based, and video-based instruction without text) and age category have a different influence on students' comprehension and motivation. Online students were randomly assigned to one of six groups, and they attended two-week online lectures via Course Management System. The comprehension test and the short form of IMMS were implemented when 114 participants accomplished two-week online lectures. The results revealed that using instructional video in online instruction is more effective instructional medium than text only in order to promote learner's motivation. Besides, older adults aged 41-60 are significantly different from younger adults (21-40 years old) in terms of students' comprehension. Furthermore, three types of online instructions are likely to be influenced by age category.

대형 언어 모델(Large Language Model)은 방대한 데이터와 파라미터를 기반으로 문맥 이해에서 높은 성능을 달성하였지만, Human Alignment를 위한 문장 생성 제어 연구는 아직 활발한 도전 과제로 남아있다. 본 논문에서는 Instruction Tuning을 통한 문장 생성 제어 실험을 진행한다. 자연어 처리 도구를 사용하여 단일 혹은 다중 제약 조건을 포함하는 Instruction 데이터 셋을 자동으로 구축하고 한국어 언어 모델인 Polyglot-Ko 모델에 fine-tuning 하여 모델 생성이 제약 조건을 만족하는지 검증하였다. 실험 결과 4개의 제약 조건에 대해 평균 0.88의 accuracy를 보이며 효과적인 문장 생성 제어가 가능함을 확인하였다.

Large Language Models (LLM)의 출현은 자연어 처리 분야의 연구 패러다임을 전환시켰다. LLM의 핵심적인 성능향상은 지시어 튜닝(instruction-tuning) 기법의 결과로 알려져 있다. 그러나, 현재 대부분의 연구가 영어 중심으로 진행되고 있어, 다양한 언어에 대한 접근이 필요하다. 본 연구는 한국어 지시어(instruction-following) 모델의 개발 및 최적화 방법을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 한국어 지시어 데이터셋을 활용하여 LLM 모델을 튜닝하며, 다양한 데이터셋 조합의 효과에 대한 성능 분석을 수행한다. 최종 결과로 개발된 한국어 지시어 모델을 오픈소스로 제공하여 한국어 LLM 연구의 발전에 기여하고자 한다.
