지역 특성을 고려한 피더의 정전비용 모델 (Interruption Cost Model of the Feeder Considering the Local Characteristics)

  • 본 논문은 지역 특성에 따른 각 피더의 정전비용 모델을 제시하였다. 수용가 형태별 정전비용은 한국전기연구원에서 실시한 국내 배전계통의 수용가 정전비용 조사결과를 이용하였다. 특정지역에 위치한 피더의 정전비용 산출을 위하여 주택용, 상업용, 공공용, 산업용의 비율을 고려하여 합성 정전비용 모델을 수립하였다. 제시한 기법은 수도권과 중소도시 지역의 한 피더에 대해 사례연구를 수행하여 결과를 제시하였다.

  • The demand on free-form buildings is gradually increasing, but there are several problems such as increased cost and construction duration, and decreased constructability at the construction phase upon construction of a building owing to the difficulty of member production-installation. To solve these problems, a technology to produce FCP using a CNC machine was developed. Basically, it delivers the information on a free-form building designed to the CNC machine, the shapes of RTM and PCM are created using the information delivered and FCP are produced with the RTM and PCM which act as forms. Since the construction duration and project cost are limited on site, the efficiency of FCP production-installation is significant for application of the technology. For it is almost impossible to change the production-installation layout and process once they are set in the construction phase, they should be carefully determined. Before the production-installation layout are established, it is necessary to analyze the factors that influence the duration. Thus, the study intends to analyze influence factors in PCM mold on estimation of the production-installation duration for FCP. According to the analysis of influence factors, a simulation model for estimation of the duration that changes depending on the constraint conditions can be built.

전력망 연동형 해수담수화 플랜트의 운영비용 절감효과 (The Cost Reduction Effect of Gridable Sea Water Reverse Osmosis Desalination Plant)

  • A novel concept of the gridable desalination plant is to provide an operation management to enable an electricity plant operation cost reduction. Adjusting recovery rate responded to electricity price, an electricity plant operation cost can be saved. To show a suggested approach, the data of 10 [MIGD](Million Imperial Gallons per Day) SWRO testbed are used. The result shows that total cost reduction rate is calculated about 1.6[%] of annual total electric plant operation cost.

  • It is necessary to the development of the best maintenance system for applying the long-term maintenance plan using the cost breakdown structure in the educational facilities. This study developed the cost breakdown structure for the best maintenance system using the delphi method. For the convenience of maintenance, the maintenance cost breakdown structures are separated into building exterior wall, building inside wall, electric installation, heating installation and outdoor facilities. And these results atomized in each parts. And this study constructed the cost breakdown structure to maintenance's practicality and effectiveness through the expert analysis.

  • The composite PC rahmen structure, called Green Frame, allows the main structural members such as PC column and beam to be produced on the site, resulting in a reduction of PC member transportation cost and the margin of PC plant (operation cost and profit), making it more economic than the bearing wall structure. To apply the Green Frame to practice, not only installation but also insitu-production process should be considered. Therefore, this study analyse the influence factors on insitu-production and installation schedule of composite precast concrete members. The results shall be used as basic criteria on the planning of insitu-production and installation of Green Frame.

  • 전력사용이 증가함에 따라 전기설비에 의한 전기화재 발생이 증가하고 있다. 통계에 따르면 전기화재가 화재원인 중 가장 높은 비중을 차지하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 전기화재를 사전에 예방할 수 있는 조사기법이 아직은 부족한 실정이다. 이 논문은 전기화재 원인과 아크차단기의 특성에 관하여 분석한다. 먼저 아크차단기와 기존의 배선용 차단기를 비교하고 전력의 수학적 분석을 통해 아크에 의한 위험성을 분석하고 회로의 단락에 의한 위험성과 비교한다. 또한 아크차단기 설치와 사회적 비용간의 관계에 대해 알아봄으로써 아크차단기의 필요성을 제기한다.

Feasibility Study of High-Efficiency Ground Heat Exchanger using Double U-tube through a Real-Scale Experiment

  • Purpose: The use of renewable energy system is essential for building energy independence and saving energy consumption in the building sector. Among renewable energy technologies, ground source heat pump(GSHP) system is more energy-efficient and environmental-friendly than other heat source systems due to utilize stable ground heat source. However, the GSHP system requires a high initial installation cost and installation space in limited urban area, so it is difficult to have superiority in the market of heat source system. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the installation method of low-cost and improve system performance. This paper aims to evaluate the performance of double u-tube ground heat exchanger(GHX) and verify system feasibility through real-scale experiment. Method: In this study, the real-scale experiment of vertical closed-type GSHP system was conducted using double u-tube GHX and high-efficiency grout. Through the verification experiment, heat source temperature, heat exchange rate(HER) and seasonal performance factor(SPF) were measured according to the long-term operation. In addition, the feasibility analysis was conducted comparing to the single u-tube system. Result: In the results of experiment, average HER was 136.27 W/m and average SPF was 5.41. Furthermore, compared to the single u-tube, the installation cost of the developed system could be reduced about 70% in the same heating load condition.

신재생에너지 설비 설계방안 개발 및 시뮬레이션 사례 연구 (Development of a Renewable Energy Facility Design and Its Simulation Case Study)

  • Economic feasibility was conducted regarding the regulation that dictates obligatory installation of renewable energy facilities in small proportion. A concern is how to allocate the capacities of candidate facilities (solar collectors, PV cells and geothermal heat pumps) with minimum cost, and meet the obligatory energy supply proportion. A design rule has been developed, with which a designer can tune his or her design strategy between installation cost and LCC. This was derived mainly from documents regarding the KEMCO installation guide. It was concluded that PV was the cheapest, with respect to installation cost, but a geothermal heat pump was the most recommended, when LCC was also taken into account. The proposed design result was also confirmed, by simulation results obtained from Energy Plus.

  • Unlike the past, supported by the development of digital technologies, free-form buildings are frequently designed with creative thoughts of architectural designers. However, there are some difficulties preventing successfully completion of projects, like reduced productivity and increased construction duration and cost upon the process of producing and installing concrete panels for free-form structures. In particular, there are active studies on the CNC machine for production of free-form concrete panels. Yet, it is difficult to effectively and easily come up with information on production and installation of free-form, curve-surfaced panels which are difficult to be mathematically defined. This requires a lot of manpower and time to implement the curved surfaces of free-form buildings as intended by architects. Accordingly, it needs a model that can effectively create production-installation data of free-form concrete panels for successful free-form building projects. Thus, the purpose of the study is to suggest data estimation model of production-installation using mathematical algorithm in free-form concrete panels. The study results will realize effective production and installation of free-form concrete members, allowing improved productivity of projects, reduced cost and shortened construction duration.

Improvement of the PVC Window Frame Installation Method Integrated with Gangform and Field Applicability Analysis

  • In apartment housing construction, window frame installation work, which is conducted after the structural framework, is very important, because its completion time directly affects the starting time of successive interior finishing works, as well as the overall construction period. Construction delays in interior finishing works might occur due to problems inherent to the conventional window frame installation method, such as the poor verticality of window frames, and the water leakage around them. The primary objective of this study is to analyze the problems of a 'Gangform integrated PVC window frame pre-installation method' based on its pilot test results. Next, this study proposes an improved conceptual model that enables the end users to enhance the field applicability of this method in terms of productivity, time, and cost. The field applicability of the proposed 'Gangform integrated PVC window frame pre-installation method' was also verified through a survey.
