Digital image processing has been applied in a wide range of fields due to the development of IoT technology and plays an important role in data processing. Various techniques have been proposed to remove such noise, but the conventional impulse noise canceling methods are insufficient to remove noise of edge components of an image, and have a disadvantage of being greatly affected by random impulse noise. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an algorithm that effectively removes edge component noise in random impulse noise environment. The proposed algorithm calculates the threshold value by determining the noise level and switches the filtering process by comparing the reference value with the input pixel value. The proposed algorithm shows good performance in the existing method, and the simulation results show that the noise is effectively removed from the edge of the image.
In this paper, we present a deep neural network-based prediction model that processes and analyzes the corporate credit and personal credit information of individual business owners as a new method to predict the default rate of individual business more accurately. In modeling research in various fields, feature selection techniques have been actively studied as a method for improving performance, especially in predictive models including many features. In this paper, after statistical verification of macroeconomic indicators (macro variables) and credit information (micro variables), which are input variables used in the default rate prediction model, additionally, through the credit information feature selection method, the final feature set that improves prediction performance was identified. The proposed credit information feature selection method as an iterative & hybrid method that combines the filter-based and wrapper-based method builds submodels, constructs subsets by extracting important variables of the maximum performance submodels, and determines the final feature set through prediction performance analysis of the subset and the subset combined set.

In modern society, various digital communication equipments are being used due to the influence of the 4th industrial revolution, and accordingly, interest in removing noise generated in the data transmission process is increasing. In this paper, we propose a filtering algorithm to remove AWGN generated during digital image transmission. The proposed algorithm removes noise based on mask matching to preserve information such as the boundary of an image, and uses pixel values with similar patterns according to the pattern of the input pixel value and the surrounding pixels for output calculation. To evaluate the proposed algorithm, we simulated with existing AWGN removal algorithms, and analyzed using enlarged image and PSNR comparison. The proposed algorithm has superior AWGN removal performance compared to the existing method, and is particularly effective in images with strong noise intensity of AWGN.

Devices such as X-Ray, CT, MRI, scanners, etc. can generate S&P noise from several sources during the image acquisition process. Since S&P noise appearing in the image degrades the image quality, it is essential to use noise reduction technology in the image processing process. Various methods have already been proposed in research on S&P noise removal, but all of them have a problem of generating residual noise in an environment with high noise density. Therefore, this paper proposes a filtering algorithm based on a three-dimensional plane equation by setting the grayscale value of the image as a new axis. The proposed algorithm subdivides the local mask to design the three closest non-noisy pixels as effective pixels, and applies cosine similarity to a region with a plurality of pixels. In addition, even when the input pixel cannot form a plane, it is classified as an exception pixel to achieve excellent restoration without residual noise.

The advantage of big data is to collect a large amount of data on the Internet and refine and use valuable data. That is, the unstructured data is processed so that the user can analyze and utilize it from a necessary point of view. This paper is a relatively small project and is based on unstructured data that can be closely applied to real life and used for marketing. The subjects of the experiment were modeled on lodging companies in the Seoul metropolitan area an hour away from Seoul, and analyzed for the increase in lodging rates before and after marketing using big data. As an experiment that shows the effects of increasing sales, reducing costs, and increasing returns by users, we propose a system to determine and filter whether data input in the process of analyzing big data such as social networks can be used as accommodation-related information.

This paper relates to the blind noise separation method of time-delayed convolutive mixed signals. Since the mixed model of acoustic signals in a closed space is multi-channel, a convolutive blind signal separation method is applied and time-delayed data samples of the two microphone input signals is used. For signal separation, the mixing coefficient is calculated using an inverse model rather than directly calculating the separation coefficient, and the coefficient update is performed by repeated calculations based on secondary statistical properties to estimate the speech signal. Many simulations were performed to verify the performance of the proposed blind signal separation. As a result of the simulation, noise separation using this method operates safely regardless of convolutive mixing, and PESQ is improved by 0.3 points compared to the general adaptive FIR filter structure.

Image processing is playing an important part in automation and artificial intelligence systems, such as object tracking, object recognition and classification, and the importance of IoT technology and automation is emphasizing as interest in automation increases. However, in a system that requires detailed data such as an image boundary, a precise noise removal algorithm is required. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a filtering algorithm based on the pixel value distribution pattern to minimize the information loss in the filtering process. The proposed algorithm finds the distribution pattern of neighboring pixel values with respect to the pixel values of the input image. Then, a weight mask is calculated based on the distribution pattern, and the final output is calculated by applying it to the filtering mask. The proposed algorithm has superior noise removal characteristics compared to the existing method and restored the image while minimizing blurring.

This paper proposes a four-stage algorithm for detecting lanes on a driving car. In the first stage, it extracts region of interests in an image. In the second stage, it employs a median filter to remove noise. In the third stage, a binary algorithm is used to classify two classes of backgrond and foreground of an input image. Finally, an image erosion algorithm is utilized to obtain clear lanes by removing noises and edges remained after the binary process. However, the proposed lane detection algorithm requires high computational time. To address this issue, this paper presents a parallel implementation of a real-time line detection algorithm on a multi-core architecture. In addition, we implement and simulate 8 different processing element (PE) architectures to select an optimal PE architecture for the target application. Experimental results indicate that 40×40 PE architecture show the best performance, energy efficiency and area efficiency.
We propose to implement cost-effectively a high-speed short-haul interconnect by transmitting a 200-Gb/s/λ two-channel optical time-division-multiplexed signal generated by a carrier-suppressed optical pulse, which improves the robustness of the multiplexed signal to chromatic dispersion. The multiplexed 200-Gb/s signal is generated in the transmitter by combining two 100-Gb/s 4-level pulse-amplitude-modulated signals (generated using the optical pulse and two Mach-Zehnder modulators). After the signal is transmitted over a fiber, it is amplified by a semiconductor optical amplifier and detected by a photodiode. The amplified spontaneous emission noise is eliminated by an optical band-pass filter. The transmitted signal is reconstructed by a 2 × 2 multiple-input multiple-output equalizer, which compensates for crosstalk. Due to the use of the carrier-suppressed optical pulse, the 200-Gb/s signal can be transmitted over fiber with a chromatic dispersion of 40 ps/nm.
Purpose: Brain SPECT study is more sensitive to motion than other studies. Especially, when applying 1-day subtraction method for Diamox SPECT, it needs shorter study time in order to prevent reexamination. We were required to have new study condition and analysing method on dual detector system because triple head camera in Seoul National University Hospital is to be disposed. So we have tried to increase image quality and make the dual and triple head to have equivalent study time by using a new analysing program. Materials and Methods: Using IEC phantom, we estimated contrast, SNR and FWHM. In Hoffman 3D brain phantom which is similar with real brain, we were on the supposition that 5% of injected doses were distributed in brain tissue. To compare with existing FBP method, we used fan-beam collimator. And we applied 15 sec, 25 sec/frame for each SEPCT studies using LEHR and LEUHR. We used OSEM2D and Onco-flash3D reconstruction method and compared reconstruction methods between applied Gaussian post-filtering 5mm and not applied as well. Attenuation correction was applied by manual method. And we did Brain SPECT to patient injected 15 mCi of $^{99m}Tc$-HMPAO according to results of Phantom study. Lastly, technologist, MD, PhD estimated the results. Results: The study shows that reconstruction method by Flash3D is better than exiting FBP and OSEM2D when studied using IEC phantom. Flowing by estimation, when using Flash3D, both of 15 sec and 25 sec are needed postfiltering 5 mm. And 8 times are proper for subset 8 iteration in Flash3D. OSEM2D needs post-filtering. And it is proper that subset 4, iteration 8 times for 15sec and subset 8, iteration 12 times for 25sec. The study regarding to injected doses for a patient and study time, combination of input parameter-15 sec/frame, LEHR collimator, analysing program-Flash3D, subset 8, iteration 8times and Gaussian post-filtering 5mm is the most appropriate. On the other hands, it was not appropriate to apply LEUHR collimator to 1-day subtraction method of Diamox study because of lower sensitivity. Conclusions: We could prove that there was also an advantage of short study time effectiveness in Dual camera same as Triple gamma camera and get great result of alternation from existing fan-beam collimator to parallel collimator. In addition, resolution and contrast of new method was better than FBP method. And it could improve sensitivity and accuracy of image because lesser subjectivity was input than Metz filter of FBP. We expect better image quality and shorter study time of Brain SPECT on Dual detector system.
