This study conducted an empirical study on the application of innovative teaching methods in the tourism field in a situation where innovative teaching methods suitable for the AI era are required. It was intended to provide exploratory basic data on the application of a wide range of innovative teaching methods through actual verification of the educational effectiveness before and after the application of the innovative teaching method. To this end, the effectiveness before and after education was empirically verified with 60 students who majored in tourism at Y University in the metropolitan area. Reliability analysis, corresponding sample t-test, and map analysis using graphs were performed on the collected data to increase visibility. As a result of the study, it was found that all the competencies of the innovative teaching method had a statistically significant influence after the application of the innovative teaching method. In addition, by increasing the effect of interaction between instructors and learners acting as facilitators, exploratory results were derived for potential benefits and areas that could be improved.

The article considers innovative teaching methods used in the system of modern education process. Characteristic features of means, forms and methods of innovative training are defined, it is revealed the specifics of their use in the interactive educational environment of Ukrainian universities. Relevance. Innovative activities in education should be aimed at ensuring the comprehensive development of the individual and professional development of students. The main idea of modular technology is that the student should learn by himself, and the teacher manages his learning activities. The advantage of modular technology is the ability of the teacher to design the study of the material in the most interesting and accessible forms for this part of the study group and at the same time achieve the best learning results. Innovative Moodle technology. it is gaining popularity every day, significantly expanding the space of teaching and learning, allowing students to study inter-faculty university programs in depth. The purpose of this study is to assess the quality of implementation of the e-learning system Moodle. The study was conducted at the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushinsky in order to identify barriers to the effective implementation of innovative distance learning technologies Moodle and introduce a new model that will have a positive impact on the development of e-learning. Methodology. The paper used a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods. These include: scientific analysis of sources on this issue, which allowed us to formulate the initial provisions of the study; analysis of the results of students 'educational activities; pedagogical experiment; questionnaires; monitoring of students' activities in practical classes. Results. This article evaluates the implementation of the principles of distance learning in the process of teaching and learning at the University in terms of quality. The experiment involved 1,250 students studying at the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushinsky. The survey helped to identify the main barriers to the effective implementation of modern distance learning technologies in the educational process of the University: the lack of readiness of teachers and parents, the lack of necessary skills in applying computer systems of online learning, the inability to interact with the teaching staff and teachers, the lack of a sufficient number of academic consultants online. In addition, internal problems are investigated: limited resources, unevenly distributed marketing advantages, inappropriate administrative structure, and lack of innovative physical capabilities. The article allows us to solve these problems by gradually implementing a distance learning model that is suitable for any university, regardless of its specialization. The Moodle-based e-learning system proposed in this paper was designed to eliminate the identified barriers. Models for implementing distance learning in the learning process were built according to the CAPDM methodology, which helps universities and other educational service providers develop and manage world-class online distance learning programs. Prospects for further research focus on evaluating students' knowledge and abilities over the next six months after the introduction of the proposed Moodle-based program.

We believe freshman succeed when they make progress toward fulfilling their educational and personal goals: 1) developing academic and intellectual competence; 2) establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships; 3) deciding on a career and life-style; 4) maintaining personal health and wellness; and 5) developing an integrated philosophy of life. Conducted as an ethnographic examination of science teaching and learning in an Innovative Middle School in Korea, this study employs sociocultural theory to examine how structures afford and limit student participation in an innovative school designed to promote student-centered learning. Data includes teacher and student interviews, student responses to a questionnaire, classroom observations, and analysis of video recordings of ten lessons in two in two 8th grade science classes. Using structure|agency dialectic theory, we identify and describe some structures that afford and limit teacher and student agency at the micro (science classrooms), meso (school), and macro (Korean society) levels to raise some questions about current reform measures, such as innovation schools, that seek to position classroom teachers as agents for change in science education reform in Korea. Findings suggest that while teachers and school administrators play an essential role in structuring learning opportunities at the meso and micro levels, they have limited agency to address structural constraints originating at the macro-level, which can negatively impact teaching and learning in the science classroom. We offer implications for policy and practice and argue the need for more qualitative research, informed by sociocultural theory, to inform science education reform efforts in Korea.

The main purpose of the study is to identify the key aspects of modern innovative research in the field of education. In the modern informatized world, education is becoming a decisive factor in social development and an important component in the development of the human personality, increasing respect for human rights and freedoms. Today it is quite obvious that without the necessary education a person will not be able to provide himself with proper living conditions and realize himself as a person. The high level of education of the population is an important factor that positively influences the creation of favorable conditions for the full realization of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. Today, active and interactive teaching methods are widely used. The use of interactive teaching methods ensures complete immersion of students in the learning process and is the main source of learning. The radical difference between traditional and interactive learning is that the student not only replenishes and strengthens his knowledge, but also complements and constructs new ones. The methodology includes a number of theoretical methods. As a result of the study, current trends and prerequisites of modern innovative research in the field of education were investigated.

The article emphasizes the features of the modern education system in Poland, reveals the peculiarities of improving the professional competence of a specialist in Poland through the implementation of multimedia technologies. Various forms of innovations implemented in improving the professional competence of a specialist are listed: improvement (rationalization), modernization, innovation. The forms of professional improvement through the introduction of computer technologies in general and multimedia technologies, in particular, primarily include various professional courses, qualification, preparatory, methodological conferences, seminars, postgraduate studies, foreign and state internships. At the same time, the main direction is self-education. The subject of professional improvement in the application of computer technologies by specialists is the updating of existing knowledge, exchange of professional experience, planning, as well as discussion of innovative works in which specialists participate. Professional growth of specialists can occur both during work and in higher education institutions during their studies. Modernization of computer technologies, especially multimedia ones, is a necessary condition for the functioning of specialists in modern society, since specialists are at the center of the educational process, during the improvement of professional competence. The main functions of the educational process necessary for improving the professional competence of specialists through the implementation of multimedia technologies are revealed. These functions not only contribute to the professional improvement of specialists, but also affect their solutions and optimize the maintenance of contacts between specialists. The importance of creating conditions that are consistent with the modern needs of innovative education is emphasized.

The article considers the position of scientists on the concept of "pedagogical technology", identifies the signs of pedagogical technology and existing classifications, considers non-traditional (innovative) learning technologies, as well as their practical forms of application in the educational process, summarizes the results, makes recommendations for the practical application of the studied material. The article considered the basic concepts of pedagogical technology, as well as some types of non-traditional (innovative) teaching technologies. Also, examples of the use of some elements of innovative technologies in practical educational activities are given. The choice of specific non-traditional pedagogical technologies is determined by the target orientation, content specificity, individualization of training, technical equipment of the educational institution, etc.
