Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics and limitations of various R&D processes. And to propose new R&D processes by analyzing the characteristics of the era of the fourth industrial revolution that will lead to innovative changes throughout the industry. Methods: Research method is to analyze the previous research on existing R&D process and draw out implications, and develop a new R&D process model that reflects characteristics of the fourth industrial revolution era. Results: This study analyzes the characteristics and situation of existing R&D process and derives the features of parallel structure and modularity suitable for the 4th industrial revolution era, characterized by super connectivity, super intelligence, super fusion. And propose a R&D process model that can respond flexibly and promptly to various market and customer needs. Conclusion: Suggestions for the development of R&D processes suitable for the fourth industrial revolution era will present new strategies and measures and provide diverse & innovative opportunities.

To improve the performance of R&D investments, government has taken great efforts for advancing the structure and process in R&D systems. However, due to the drastic internal/external changes in the technological environment and the steady increase of investment scale, the necessity for a innovative approach which accomplishes returns to scale through the utilization of various external resources is emerging. In this regard, open innovation approach can minimize the possibility of government failures by strengthening the absorptive capacity of external resources and enhancing the cooperation and participation of diverse innovative participants within the R&D system. This paper evaluates the previous researches and government policies concerning the performances of government R&D investments, and presents the connectivity between open innovation and its possible contribution to the improvement of R&D investment performances.

The rapid changes in consumption patterns and the manufacturing industry environment are both a threat and an opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises in Korea because it lacks innovative capacity compared to large conglomerates. In this new manufacturing environment, social manufacturing is an innovative business model that can create new business opportunities for these companies. However, there are not that many proven models of platforms where products are created jointly with consumers. Some conceptual analysis of the success factors and operation strategy of co-creation platforms have started to be released but there are almost no empirical studies conducted on this matter today. In this study, the social manufacturing platform business concept and its components were studied; various factors that affect the willingness to participate in consumer-led co-creation platforms were considered; the factors were surveyed on potential consumers; a study was carried out to analyze the relationship of these factors; a model of these factors were set up and proven.

Recently, innovative process has been investigated in order to replace the conventional high-cost micro patterning processes on the electronic products. To produce desirable profit margins from this low cost products, printed circuit board(PCB), will require dramatic changes in the current manufacturing philosophies and processes. Innovative process using metal nano particles replaces the current industry standard of subtractive etched of copper as a highly efficient way to produce robust circuitry on low cost substrates. An advantage of using metal nano particles process in patterned conductive line manufacturing is that the process is additive. Material is only deposited in desired locations, thereby reducing the amount of chemical and material waste. Simply, it just draws on the substrate as glass epoxy or polyimide with metal nano particles. Particles, when their size becomes nano-meter scale, show some specific characteristics such as enhanced reactivity of surface atoms, decrease in melting point, high electric conductivity compared with the bulk. Melting temperature of metal gets low, the metal nano particles could be formated onto polymer substrates and sintered under $300^{\circ}C$, which would be applied in PCB. It can be getting the metal line of excellent electric conductivity.

Governments around the world are actively establishing strategies and initiatives to spread the use of artificial intelligence (AI), for AI is not a mere new technology, but is an innovative technology that brings about extensive changes in industrial and social structures and is a core engine that will lead the 4th Industrial Revolution. The South Korean government has also been paying attention to AI as a technology and tool for innovative growth, but its application to the industries is still rather sluggish. The government has prepared multifarious AI-related policies with the aim of constructing South Korea as an AI powerhouse, but there is no clear strategy on which detailed policies to implement first and which industries to apply AI preferentially. With these limitations of South Korea's AI policies in mind, this paper analyzed the priorities of industries in AI adoption and the priorities of AI-related national policies, using Delphi-AHP method for 30 top-level AI experts in South Korea. The results of analysis show that AI application is urgent and necessary in the fields of medical/healthcare, public and safety, and manufacturing, which seems to reflect the peak of the COVID-19 crisis in the second half of 2020 at the time of the investigation. And it turns out that policies related to AI talent cultivation, data, and R&D investment are important and urgent above all in order for organizations to apply AI. This suggests that strategies are required to focus limited national resources on these industries and policies first.

The digital transformation and COVID-19 are also causing major changes in teaching-learning methods. The biggest change is the spread of remote training and the emergence of various innovative learning platforms. Distance education has been criticized for not meeting technology trends and field demands..However, the problem of distance education is being solved through a system that supports various interactions and collaborations and supports customized learning paths. The researcher conducted a case study on domestic and foreign learning platforms that provide non-face-to-face ICT education. Based on the case study results, the researcher presented the functional characteristics of a learning platform that effectively supports non-face-to-face learning. In common, these sites faithfully supported the basic functions of the information system. In addition to learning progress check and learning guidance, some innovative learning platforms were providing differentiated functions in practice support, performance management, mentoring, learning data analysis, curation provision, and CDP support. Most learning platforms supported one-way, superficial interaction. If the platform effectively supports a variety of learning experiences and provides an integrated learning experience thanks to the development of IT technology, user satisfaction with the learning platform, intention to continue learning, and achievement will increase.

Since information systems are pervasive in the business and non-business areas, the issue of extending researches on information systems to knowledge systems and e-business systems is one of the most profitable topics of researches. We propose a historical, discontinuous changes introducing ambiguity in explaining and interpreting innovative nature of three paradigms of systems: information systems, knowledge systems, and e-business systems. Resorting to the historical perspective in developing ideas into meaningful themes, we proposed a discrete continuity in interpreting changes of paradigms of systems. Discrete continuity may be explained by ambiguously-shared meaningful perspectives applied to different paradigms of systems and interpretive elements of each system. The discrete continuity has been adopted to make ambiguity utilized have instrumental contribution in researches. The engrafted ambiguity in systems design, development, and use could have enduring instrumental value in interpreting the types or variants of systems in each paradigm of systems.

The purpose of this study is to arrange the modification and the changes of modern fniture in Korea. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The style of traditional furniture was influenced by changes in class structure and social system, an increase in Honsu norms in terms of both quantity and quality, family, marrige, housing patterns, and behavioral patterns etc. 2) Modern furniture in Korea devided into two groups, one was traditiional group of innovative function and scale, the other was electing group of Japanase or Western style. 3) Due to the Honsu norms, Wedding furniture items became more various in kind. In the midst of rapid cultural and artistic changes with the turn of the century, postmodernism is exerting great influence on the value and trends of arts. many artists are making utmost efforts in order to overcome ambiguity and confusion caused by these changes. Analysis of the works and philosophy of prominent fashion designers provides insight into the influence of postmodernism to the creation of modern arts including fashion. This paper attempts to explore how pluralism, one o the most important features of postmodernism, has given impacted to the modern fashion design. fashion trend and works of Paco Rabanne were reviewed with particular emphasis on pluralistic expressions in his fashion creation. it was found that Paco Rabanne's diversified and innovative use of materials and design methods were possible due to the influence of pluralism. It is anticipated that this trend will e observed in the various forms of arts wit the further analysis of fashion designers and artists.

The purpose of this study is to explain innovative changes of men's fashion in 'a cyber society', which has come with the advent of internet revolution and where we have witnessed social changes in view of sex, race and class. As for the research methodology, literary research was under taken to study characteristics of cyber society. And demonstrative studies on men's fashion were undertaken through the analysis of photos. 'Cyber space' is defined as 'a communication network of informations and opinions' or 'pseudo world created by computer technology'. Our current world, which has continuous interaction with cyber space, can be understand as cyber society. In a cyber society, transcendental structure is not accepted, feminine characteristics appear more frequently, and western-biased territorial features lose its ground. These characteristics are rooted in ideological characteristics of cyber society, such as opposition and composition. Considering the characteristics of cyber society, the aesthetic images of men's fashion in cyber society can be explained with de-authoritarianism, 　metrosexualism and multi-culturalism.
