우리나라의 중소기업은 국가경제의 근간을 이루고 있으며, 고용창출, 기술혁신, 산업의 다양성 등 여러 측면에서 국민경제 발전에 있어서 실질적인 원동력이 되고 있다. 하지만, 대기업에 비해 낮은 생산성과 수익구조 등으로 인해 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 중소기업은 기술혁신을 통해서 혁신역량을 확보하는 것이 더욱더 중요해졌으며, 내부자원의 한계로 인해 경영에 필요한 다양한 정보와 여러 가지 도움들을 외부와의 협력과 다양한 네트워크 활동이 필요하다. 더 나아가서 시장기회를 포착하고 조직 성장을 위한 수단들을 찾기 위한 수단으로 기업가 정신 또한 필요하다. 본 연구는 ICT중소기업의 기업 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 있어 기업가정신과 기업의 혁신역량이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 했으며, 사회적 자본이 기업가 정신과 기업 성과 간의 조절역할을 하는지 살펴보고자 1,200개 기업을 대상으로 실증 분석을 했다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가 정신은 기업성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인됐으며, 사회적 자본 변수가 기업가 정신과 기업성과 간의 조절효과가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 기업의 혁신역량이 기업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 사회적 자본 변수가 조절효과를 한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해, 혁신역량이 기업성과에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 사회적 자본이 중요한 역할을 하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 시스템반도체의 기술혁신패턴의 진화를 지식의 생성방식의 진화와 이에 따른 기업간 관계의 진화라는 관점에서 분석하였다. 특히 설계도구인 EDA의 등장 이후에 지식의 생성방식이 변화하였고 이를 기반으로 기업유형의 진화, 기업간 관계의 진화 풍 기술혁신패턴이 진화하였음을 문헌자료에 대한 검토와 주요 기업에 대한 인터뷰를 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시스템반도체의 혁신활동은 과거 지식의 축적을 통한 설계활동 중심의 기술개발에서 지식 및 기술활용을 위한 탐색활동 중심의 혁신활동으로 진화하고 있다. 즉, 특정 기능의 구현을 통한 제품개발이 아니라 IP를 활용한 시스템 구축으로 제품개발이 이루어지는 설계활동의 분업화로 지식과 기술의 탐색활동이 중요해지고 있다. 둘째, 지식의 가치가 높아짐에 따라서 지식을 통한 신시장의 창출과 기업간 관계를 통한 신산업, 신기술의 개발이 일어나고 있다. 동시에 기존의 설계활동보다 설계비용 절감과 설계기간이 단축되면서 시장과 기술의 진화에 더욱 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 기업유형으로 전문적 분업화가 일어나고 있다. 셋째, 지식의 활용측면이 점차적으로 강조됨에 따라 기업간 네트워크는 다른 기업과의 상호보완적인 기술개발구조를 구축하기 위해 다양하게 형성되고 있다. 이러한 논의는 국내외 기업간 네트워크를 전략적으로 활용하고, 시장창출과 지식활용 등 탐색활동을 위한 제반 전략이 강구되어야 함을 시사한다.

This paper present a review of trends in world energy demand and a close outlook over the offshore market, especially in deepwater developments. The market requirements, characteristics and risks involved in the contract type of offshore projects are explained, followed by the strategic approaches of Korean main yards along with, the HHI's development and introduction of innovative construction methodologies to be a competitive contractor.

For the two decades, the modern furniture design has pursued a variety of conceptions characterized by the Post-modernism, new international styles called Memphism, High-tech, the Post-Industrial design and Deconstruction. Along with these trends, the development of new materials and technology has not only made possible the emergence of innovative furnitures and other ultra-modern products, but also presented a wide range of sensitive designs. The fast development of digital technology will surely bring about globalization in all industrial fields in the next century. Amid this rapid changes, high-tech will merge with handcraft in the area of furniture design to offer economical and more innovative concepts. This will ultimately lead to the small scale production system of a wide variety of furnitures. In the coming century, we can pursue more individualized designs and concepts appealing to human nature.

The increasing demand for materials, energy and products drives chemical engineers to propose new solutions everyday able to promote development while supporting sustainable industrial growth. Membrane engineering can offer significant assets to this development. Here, they are identified the most interesting aspects of membrane engineering in strategic industrial sectors such as water treatment, energy production and depletion and reuse of raw materials. The opportunity to integrate membrane units with innovative systems to exploit the potential advantages derived from their synergic uses is also emphasized. The analysis of the potentialities of these new technologies is supported by the introduction of process intensification metrics which provide an alternative and innovative point of view regarding the unit performance, highlighting important aspects characterizing the technology and not identified by the conventional analysis of the unit performance.

There has been much efforts to facilitate healthcare innovation and many desirable outcomes were produced in Korea. However, some structural deficiencies were found. They are misalignment of research and development (R&D) subjects with healthcare system, lack of flexibility of current healthcare system to accommodate the radically innovative products, and lack of cooperation among innovation agent. Some suggestions to correct these deficiencies are discussed. The suggestions are as follows: relating Korean healthcare R&D to healthcare system, enhancement of institutional flexibility to allow innovative application of new technology, improvement of the R&D process, and reexamination of the role of academic medical centers.

Myanmar's current power situation remains severely constrained despite being richly endowed in primary energy sources. With low levels of electrification, the demand for power is not adequately met. Cooperation in energy has been a major focus of future initiative for all developed and developing nations. If we want to solve climate change, and change our energy infrastructure, we need to be innovative and entrepreneurial in energy generation. This paper will help us in examining Bayesian MCMC Analysis for the parameters estimation among the arrival rates of disaster occurrences, firm's expected income-based electricity tariffs, and estimated R&D investment expenses in new energy industry. Focusing on Japan's electric power business, we would like to search the potential for innovative initiatives in new technological energy industry for the regional development and ecological sustainability in Myanmar.

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is becoming an important development opportunity for colleges and universities to realize curve overtaking. Affected by the physical and mental development characteristics, female college students in innovative undertaking showed different growth characteristics. In order to further promote female college students' innovative undertaking, we should combine the characteristics of female design with innovation entrepreneurship education path. As one of the three women's colleges, the general innovation and entrepreneurship course system of Shandong Women's University provides a wide education of innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness and thinking for all students. The undergraduate major of business Administration (entrepreneurial management) provides the whole system education of entrepreneurship, and through "system guarantee, professional construction, course system, competition assistance and project cultivation", female students' entrepreneurial consciousness is cultivated and their entrepreneurial ability is improved.
