본 논문은 전파 빅데이터 활용을 위한 플랫폼 구축 방안을 제시하는 것으로 전파 분야의 빅데이터를 수집 및 분석하고 연계방안을 수립하고, 전파 및 공공분야 빅데이터를 연계 및 활용하는 지원체계 방안을 제시하여, 전파 공공분야 연계 빅데이터 플랫폼 구축 방안을 제시하였다. 전파 분야 빅데이터의 체계적 분석과 활용을 위한 지원체계가 부족한 상황에서 전파 관련 산업체의 빅데이터 활용을 위한 플랫폼 구축방안을 마련함으로써 4차 산업혁명 구현을 위한 선제적 대응과 국내 전파 분야의 위상과 국가의 혁신성장 동력을 확보하고 전파산업의 공정경쟁과 서비스 품질 증진에 기여하여 전파 및 공공분야 빅데이터 플랫폼 이용자의 편의 증진에 기여하고자 한다. 또한, 전파관리 데이터 활용가치에 대한 사회적 인식 제고 및 플랫폼 공동 활용을 통한 전파 빅데이터 활용 협업 체계 마련에 기여하고자 한다.

Global economic recession, global market reduction, and the deteriorating economic recession are forcing the industry to reconsider the business plan and strategy related to supply chain regardless of the size of the companies. During the economic recession caused by financial anxiety, development of international collaborative producer is the key theme for a manufacturing industry to get over the situation. Especially, development of high-skilled people who are capable of handling global manufacturing management is the key factor in China which shifted from a world factory to a world market. In this background, we started the international project of global manufacturing education and training for Chinese company managers from 2009. In this paper, based on the research conducted by the universities and companies in China, a design of global manufacturing education and training is proposed. This presented design is based on the theory of Japanese production strategy and investigation of actual conditions for Chinese companies and the research methodology of business management practice with efficiency and productive for international level management organization. The effectiveness of the education design is evaluated by applying the international education and training project of Aoyama Gakuin Human Innovation Consulting Inc. and Vigor Management Technology Association.

This study reviewed previous researches about the competence selection of foodservice firms, and shows firm's performance model through the results. The study classified factors according to core competence, differentiation strategy, and management performance. Out of 400 survey responses from by the firm's executive and employees who had worked for over three years at the headquarters (sales, financial, marketing/plan, R & D, etc.), a total of 302 questionnaires were used for the final analysis due to missing values and biased responses (response rate: 75.5%). As the results of analyzing final research model of this study, it appeared that ${\chi}^2(df=170)=384.88$, ${\chi}^2/df=2.26$, GFI=0.90, NFI=0.92, CFI=0.95, RMSEA=0.07. The results indicated that the CEO leadership, organizational culture, and human resource competencies are a driving force in all aspects of competitive advantage differentiation strategies. In addition, the R & D innovation, service, and marketing differentiation strategies are positively related to performance. The results validate the fact that foodservice firms could reinforce strategic decisions through a variety core competencies and achieve continuous performance through competitive strategies.

최근 국가연구개발사업의 관리에 있어 법령 개정과 국정과제 제시 등을 통하여 연구자 중심의 국가연구개발사업 관리제도 구축에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있으나 연구자들이 주목할만한 제도를 구축했다고 하기에는 미흡하다. 본 연구에서는 연구자 중심 국가연구개발사업관리를 위하여 국가연구개발사업 인력 신고제를 통한 국가연구자등록 코드번호 제도를 제안하였다. 이와함께 이를 구현하는 국가연구자등록코드시스템을 모색해보았다. 이 제안을 통하여 국가적 경력 관리를 통한 개인정보보호 강화를 이룰수 있으며, 연구자의 참여도를 자연스럽게 높임으로써 행정 업무 경감, 성과물 검증 간소화, 조 분 평 통계 품질 향상을 기대할수 있다.

본 연구는 공공연구기관의 기술이전 효율성을 분석하기 위해 효율성 분석기법인 DEA를 활용하였다. 투입요소로 연구비, 연구인력, TLO 인력, TLO 운영비 네 가지를, 산출요소로 기술이전 계약건수, 기술이전 수입료 두 가지를 선정하여 기술이전 효율성을 산출하였다. 기술이전 효율성에 영향을 미치는 변수로 지역적 위치, 연구기관 유형, 민간부문 연구개발비 비중, 인센티브 제도 등을 고려하여 산출된 효율성을 비교하였다. 본 연구의 분석을 통해 다음의 4가지 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 연구기관 지방이전 시 먼저 인프라를 구축하고 산학연협력이 제대로 이뤄질 수 있는 환경을 조성해야 한다는 것이다. 둘째, 연구기관별로 설립 목적에 맞는 R&D를 수행할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 셋째, 민간수탁 증대가 R&D 효율성(기술이전 효율성)과 직접적으로 연결이 될 거라는 단편적인 생각은 버리고 폭넓은 의견수렴과 심층적 조사가 필요하다. 넷째, 인센티브 제도나 규정을 운영함에 있어 TLO 인력에게 직접적인 동기요인으로 작용할 수 있는 장치를 만들어야 한다. 본 연구의 분석을 통해 정부 연구기관들의 기술이전 효율성에 대한 이해를 높이고, 도출된 시사점을 바탕으로 국가 R&D 체계를 개선하는데 유의미한 정책의 개발이 있을 것으로 기대한다. 또한 공공연구기관의 기술이전에 대한 관심과 논의가 확대되고, 향후 축적될 자료를 활용한 정교한 연구가 활발히 이어지기를 희망한다.

최근 국내대학 전반에 걸쳐서 공과대학의 우수 지원자가 점차로 감소되고 있는 상황이며 고등학교 수학 교육과정의 부실과에 따른 신입생의 학력저하에 대한 우려 또한 제기되고 있다. 이러한 위기상황에 대응하여 상명대학교에서는 공학교육의 발전 및 혁신을 위해 공학교육 혁신센터를 운영하고 있다. 공학교육 혁신센터는 공학교육 혁신을 위한 장기계획의 일환으로 수학 분야의 교육 강화를 위한 여러 가지 방안을 논의하여 도출하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 상명대학교에서 논의하여 도출한 수학 교육 강화방안을 제시한다. 이러한 결과들은 상명대학교 공과대학과 유사한 환경에 처해있는 다른 학교들의 수학 교육 강화를 위한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

과학기술부는 국가 과학기술정보의 체계적인 수집, 분석 및 배포를 위해 국가차원에서 국가과학기술종합정보시스템(NTIS)을 구축하고 있다. 성공적인 NTIS의 추진을 위해서는 다양한 정보를 체계적으로 분류하고 유통시킬 수 있는 분류체계가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 현재의 국가과학기술표준분류와 각 기관의 분류를 상호 연계하는 호환표를 사용하여 NTIS를 구축하는 것이 타당한지에 대하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 현행 분류체계를 이용하는 경우 정보의 유통이 원활하지 못한 것으로 나타나고 있으므로 성공적인 NTIS의 구축을 위해서는 새로운 분류체계가 고려될 필요가 있는 것으로 보인다.

미래 산업 유지를 위하여 세계적으로 지속가능한 에너지의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 다양한 신재생 에너지 중 수소에너지는 청정에너지로서 각광받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 수소에너지산업 인프라 구축시에 필요한 전략 수립을 위하여 SWOT/AHP 분석을 적용하였다. 우선 수소에너지 산업 인프라 구축시 요구되는 요인들을 추출하였고, SWOT matrix를 재구성하기 위하여 전문가의 의견을 조사하였다. 쌍대비교를 하여 개발된 요인들의 상대적 중요도를 알기 위하여 AHP 분석을 실시하였다. SWOT 분석과 AHP 분석을 적용하여 얻은 연구 결과를 기초로 하여 향후 수소에너지산업 인프라와 관련된 전략 계획의 수립 방안을 제시하였다.

In this study the comparative analysis of four nations' Delphi technological forecasts in information and communication industry was carried out. The nations were Korea, Japan, Germany and France. The reliability test of realization time forecast was also conducted. There were some technologies of which four nations forecast almost same realization time whereas other technologies which four nations showed large variance in forecasting realization time. This means that experts from different nations had different views and prospects on the same technology. It is expected that prospecting international technological trend from this study will contribute to formulating long-range plan for technological development in information and communication in Korea. The result of the comparative analysis of four nations' forecasts in information and communication technology can be summarized as follows. a)As for the realization time, most of the technologies were forecast by four nations to be similar, the differences ranging from one to three years. It was found that on the whole, the longer the time of the forecast, the bigger the variance. The German forecast showed the biggest variance. b)In reliability test Korean was found to be the most reliable and Japan, France and Germany were in descending order. The response of all panel members was found to be more reliable than that of the panel members with high expertise, which means that there were substantially different views among panel members with high expertise on the realization time of the same technology.

The importance of evaluation in design activity has been increased. Specially, it is necessary to take into consideration of user's needs as design criteria nowadays. Through these evaluations, the comprehensive quality of architectural design could be substantially improved and play the part of recycling at least in cases of theme similar structures. By a viewpoint of library patrons, there have increased many problems In library environment because more library patrons use the reference room for their study since reform of university education was carried out In 1981. Therefore, after post occupancy evaluation and spatial-planning matters of architecture are taken into consideration in this study, the problems of the plan-composition on the existing structure is pointed out and introduced the concept of post occupancy evaluation to grope the solution. With the question about users's needs and the state of use in the K-University Library, this study aims to investigate the actual use circumstance of space and maintenance of facilities as well as giving the most relevant alternatives instead of already existing one. This also intends to propose the essential date to meet the users' sociopsychological needs and environment innovation when planning the university library.
