중점개발연구개발사업의 추진전략의 설계 및 현화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design of Implemental Strategy and Present States of Critical Technology-21 Research Program)

  • Several strategic system are prepared and designed for the critical technology-21, which is a kind of national R&D program and is based on the $\ulcorner$Special Act for Innovation of Science and Technology$\lrcorner$from early of 1998. Various valuables in social-technological, political-technological and econo- technological points and a new R&D planning method, "scenario method, " are considered and tried for overcoming the socio-economical difficulties of country and strategies of this program which is become a implementation skeleton of critical technology-21 are summarized as a implemental model of national R&D program. And present states, sub-projects of same research program are analyzed by type of research group and valuables.

디지털 경험 요소가 구매에 미치는 영향 -경험빈도의 조절효과를 중심으로- (Influence of Digital Experience Factors on Purchase - Focusing on Moderating Effects of Digital Experience Frequency -)

  • 4차산업혁명과 코로나 19의 진전으로 인하여 패션 산업은 급속이 오프라인에서 온라인으로 이동하고 있다. 전통적인 패션쇼 조차도 온라인이 오프라인을 대체하고 있는 실정이다. 온라인 서비스로 인하여 디지털 기술에 기반을 둔 고객의 디지털 경험이 급속히 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 배경하에 다음과 같은 목적을 가지고 이루어졌다. 첫째, 디지털 경험이 고객만족에 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위해 Schmitt의 경험 마케팅의 요소를 기반으로 연구 변수를 도출하였다. 둘째, 서비스-이익 모델에 의해 품질, 고객만족, 충성도, 이익으로 이어지는 일련의 과정을 디지털 경험을 출발점으로 하여 검증하였다. 셋째, 디지털 경험 회수가 독립변수와 고객만족 간 조절 역할을 하는지에 대해서도 규명을 하였다. 이를 위해 패션 쇼핑몰 이용자 180명에게 설문을 받았다. 설문 분석은 SPSS 24, AMOS 23와 Process Macro 3.5를 활용하였다. 연구 결과 디지털 경험 요소로 도출된 디지털 sense, feel, think, act, relate 5가지 요소중 act만 제외하고 모두 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 나타났다. 이들의 영향력 크기는 digital sense (β = .366) > digital think (β = .225)> digital feel (β = .191) > digital relate(β = .163)순으로 나타났다. 디지털 고객 만족은 구매, 지속적 구매, 추천 의향에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 디지털 경험 빈도의 조절효과 분석 결과 디지털 경험 빈도는 digital feel 및 digital act와 고객만족 간 조절 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학술적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • 디지털콘텐트산업은 정보화사회의 핵심적인 기반산업분야이나 복제의 용이성으로 디지털코텐츠를 법적으로 보호하지 않는다면 우리사회가 필요로 하는 디지털콘텐츠의 개발의욕을 저하시켜 산업발전을 기대할 수 없을 것이다. 따라서 디지털콘텐츠제작자의 법적보호는 국가적 이익을 극대화하기 위한 필수불가결한 조치일 것이다. 이러한 디지털콘텐츠제작자의 법적보호를 위하여 탄생한 법이 온라인디지털콘텐츠산업발전법이다.

저상버스 도입진단 매뉴얼 개발 연구 (Manual Development Research for the Diagnosis of the Introduction of Low-Floor Bus)

  • 최근 「교통약자의 이동편의 증진법」 및 동법 시행규칙이 개정됨으로써 노선버스 운송사업자는 버스를 대폐차하는 경우 저상버스를 도입해야 한다. 다만, 저상버스 운행이 불가한 노선의 경우 운송사업자는 「교통약자의 이동편의 증진법 시행규칙」 제4조의2에 따라 소속 교통행정기관의 승인을 받아 저상버스를 도입하지 않을 수 있다. 전국버스운송사업조합연합회에서 제공받은 시도별 저상버스 도입 예외승인 현황에 의하면 전체 시내버스 노선 중 약 5.9%가 저상버스 투입 예외 노선으로 조사되나, 저상버스 운행이 불가한 노선이 많을 것으로 판단되는 지역이 제외된 자료이기 때문에 실제 저상버스 도입이 불가능한 노선의 비율은 더욱 증가할 것으로 판단된다. 지방자치단체를 통해 저상버스 예외 승인 과정을 확인한 결과 예외 승인을 위한 구체적인 조사방법, 기준 등이 전무해 체계적인 조사가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이러한 문제로 실제 저상버스가 운행 가능한 노선임에도 저상버스 투입 예외 승인을 받는 등의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 도로기하구조, 도로시설 등 저상버스 운행환경 전반을 객관적으로 진단 가능한 매뉴얼을 개발하였다. 후속연구에서는 더 많은 사례에 적용하여 다양한 맥락에서 더욱 정교하게 적용하도록 개선할 계획이다.

The Moderating Effect of Operations Efficiency on the Links between Environmental Performance and Financial Performance: The UK Evidence

  • Drawing upon the resource-based-view of a firm, we investigate the moderating role of operations efficiency on the link between environmental and financial performance. Extant literature has highlighted that operations efficiency is closely associated with the environmental/financial performance of firms, but no empirical study has investigated how operations efficiency affects the link between environmental and financial performance. We argue that operations efficiency could act as a moderator of this relationship. To test the hypothesized relationships, we have used available secondary quantitative UK data, namely data on the environmental/financial performance of Britain's most admired companies. By employing moderated regression analysis, we have found strong evidence for the moderating impact of operations efficiency. Our results are useful to managers in that they show that improvements in operations efficiency in a company can also help improve environmental/financial performance and vice versa.

과학기술분야 출연연 인력 다양성과 성과간의 관계분석 (Organizational Composition and R&D Performance in Science and Technology Government-funded Research Institutes)

  • This study used a resource-based perspective to analyse the effects of organizational composition on the R&D performance of science and technology government-funded research institutes (GFRIs). We assumed that the composition of each GFRI would eventually be regarded as absorptive capacity and act as a moderating variable between R&D investment and performance. We used a panel generalized least squares (GLS) model with fixed effects to analyse panel data from 115 Korean GFRIs between 2011 and 2015. Our findings show that R&D investment of GFRIs has a direct and positive effect on performance. We also analysed how organizational composition can moderate the effect of R&D investment on performance. The findings provide evidence that organizational composition plays a moderating role between R&D investment and performance. Finally, this study discusses policy implications, its limitations, and also highlights future research directions.

  • Recently, the role of container ports is radically changing. These changes are largely driven by the innovation process of Logistics such as Supply Chain Logistics and Global Logistics due to the international expansion of industry. Under this environment, It is required that the container port should act as a integral part of a Supply Logistics Chain especially to provide the customer-oriented logistics service. This paper deals with the development strategy of container ports coping with these changes in the view point of container ports as a Logistics infrastructure to provide customer-response services and necessary to the economic promotion of hinterlands. Strategy is suggested in the phases of the customers desire, the pattern of container cargo, the economic promotion of hinterlands, and interrelation of container ports in north-east Asia and also domestics through the analysis of competiveness of container ports.

Forecasting the Diffusion of Innovative Products Using the Bass Model at the Takeoff Stage: A Review of Literature from Subsistence Markets

  • A considerable amount of research has been directed at subsistence markets in the recent past with the belief that these markets can be tapped profitably by marketers. Consequently, such markets have seen the launch of a number of innovative products. However, marketers of such forecasts need timely and accurate forecasts regarding the diffusion of their products. The Bass model has been widely used in marketing management to forecast diffusion of innovative products. Given the idiosyncrasies of subsistence markets, such forecasting requires an understanding of effective estimation techniques of the Bass model and their use in subsistence markets. This article reviews the literature to achieve this objective and find out gaps in research. A finding is that there is a lack of timely estimates of Bass model parameters for marketers to act on. Consequently, this article sets a research agenda that calls for timely forecasts at the takeoff stage using appropriate estimation techniques for the Bass model in the context of subsistence markets.

Clustering Patterns in the Manufacturing Sectors of Japan

  • Japan's economic clusters are characterized by their high level of diversity. In essence, Japanese economic clusters are not limited to single industries; they comprise numerous manufacturing industries and firms which cluster in specific heterogeneous economic zones, vice political boundaries. Japanese manufacturing sectors are showing an increased level of diversity, resulting in the spread of experience and knowledge among clusters, and sustained growth at the point of industrial structural transformation. Japan's Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) proposed the creation of intellectual clusters for the purpose of promoting research and development(R&D) activities resulting in the stimulation and development of new technologies. The Ministry of Economy Trade and Industry (METI) is also proposing the industrial cluster plan with the aim to promote the local rebirth and revitalization of the Japanese industrial sector. This paper proposes a methodological analysis which will result in the integration of the two policies currently implemented by the Japanese government. If the current policies are not coordinated and integrated, artificial firms and sectors will continue to hamper innovation and discourage competitiveness, which will ultimately result in Japan's loss of economic opportunities within Asia. In the worst case, failure to act on current economic deficiencies illuminated in this paper could cost Japan its position as an Asian economic leader.
