ANALYSIS OF LANDUSE PATTERN OF RIVER BOUNDARY USING TIME-SERIES AERIAL IMAGE

  • It can be important framework data to monitor the change of land-use pattern of river boundary in design and management of river. This study analyzed the change of land-use pattern of Gab- and Yudeung River using time-series aerial images. To do this, we carried out radiation and geometric correction of image, and estimated land-use changes in inland and floodplain. As the analysis of inland, the ratio of residential, commercial, industrial, educational and public area, that is urbanized element, increases, but that of agricultural area shows a decline on the basis of 1990. Also, Minimum Distance Method, which is a kind of supervised classification method, is applied to extract water-body and sand bar layer in floodplain. As the analysis of land-use, the ratio of level-upped riverside land and water-body increases, but that of sand bar decreases. These time-series land use information can be important decision making data to evaluate the urbanization of river boundary, and especially it gives us goodness in river development project such as the composition of ecological habitat.

매향리 내륙 사격장 토양의 중금속 오염 분포 (Heavy Metal Distribution in Soils from the Maehyang-ri Inland Shooting Range Area)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the heavy metal contamination in the soils of Maehyang-ri inland shooting range area. The texture of the Maehyang-ri inland shooting range soil was sandy. Extraction of heavy metals reached quasi-equilibrium within 6 hours using shaking with 0.1 N HCl. 95% and 94% of extraction efficiency was observed for Cu and Pb in the Maehyang-ri shooting range soils, respectively. And Cu and Pb contamination of level of the T-1 region soil was $114.4{\pm}5.7mg/kg$ and $362.3{\pm}20.5mg/kg$. This may be due to the effects of mineralogical factor, soil particle size and un-residual fractions such as exchangeable, carbonate, Fe-Mn oxide and organic+sulfide.

Research on Ship to Ship Channel Characteristics Based on Effect of Antenna Location in Inland Waterway at 5.9 GHz

  • A considerable literature has recently grown up on the theme of ship wireless communications. However, much of the research up to now has been descriptive in the offshore area. There has been little quantitative analysis of wireless communication in inland waterways, which has received considerable attention lately. Until now, only the effects on inland river environment are examined. What is less clear is the nature of channel change caused by the antenna movement. Here we explore the moving ship-to-fixed-ship fading characteristics at 5.9 GHz for an inland waterway in the city center of China. The ship motion trajectory is designed in order to determine the effect of changes in the antenna position. We evaluate the channel fading characteristics of inland waterway, which are highly correlated with the distance between transmitter and receiver. We demonstrate that the line-of-sight component, as well as the components from multipath with obstruction reflections, contributes largely to the mean power gap. Our findings reveal critical ship-to-ship characteristics in inland waterway, which definitely contribute to the field of ship wireless communications.

호남 지방의 국지적 강설 분포와 그 차이의 원인에 관한 연구 (The Spatial Distribution of Snowfall and its Development Mechanism over the Honam Area)

  • 본 연구에서는 호남 지방의 15개 기상 관측소의 일강설량을 분석하여 강설의 분포 특성과 지역별 강설 분포 차이의 원인을 파악하고자 하였다. 호남 지방의 강설 분포와 강설 발생 패턴은 지역별로 다양하다. 강설의 발생 패턴에 따라 호남 지방의 강설 지역을 내륙 북부 다설 지역(전주, 임실, 남원), 내륙 남부 다설 지역(광주. 순천), 산간 다설 지역(장수), 남해안 과설 지역(고흥, 여수), 서해안 다설 지역(군산, 부안, 정읍), 남서해안 다설 지역(목포, 해남), 남서해안 소설 지역(장흥, 완도)으로 구분할 수 있다. 서해안 다설 지역과 남서해안 다설 지역은 시베리아 고기압 확장 시 해양의 영향으로 강설이 발생한다. 반면 내륙 북부 다설 지역과 내륙 남부다설 지역은 시베리아 고기압의 세력이 강하여 그 영향력이 내륙까지 미쳤을 때 강설이 발생한다. 이때 내륙 북부 다설 지역의 남원, 임실 등은 노령산맥 줄기의 북사면에 위치하여 지형에 의한 공기의 강제 상승으로 인하여 강설이 많다. 산간 다설 지역은 해발 고도가 가장 높은 산지 지역으로 지형성 강설이 발생하며, 남해안 과설 지역은 주로 남해안에 저기압이 통과할 경우 강설이 발생하나 그 빈도가 매우 낮다. 남서해안 소설 지역은 남서해안 다설 지역에 비해 서해로부터 떨어져 있어 시베리아 고기압에 의한 강설이 상대적으로 적다.

  • 본 연구는 고품질 비단잉어 생산을 위해 비단잉어와 홍잉어 교배종의 성장과 적색색소의 빈도분석을 통해 비단잉어 색도를 분석하였다. 색소 및 성장도 분석을 위해 부화 후 170일령 비단잉어를 각 교배 집단별로[비단잉어${\times}$비단잉어(KK), 비단잉어${\times}$홍잉어(KR)와 홍잉어${\times}$비단잉어(RK)] 100개체씩 분석하였다. 성장도 분석 결과 비단잉어${\times}$홍잉어(KR) 교배집단에서 전장과 전중의 성장이 가장 높았다. 교배 그룹 모두 흰색, 적색-흰색, 적색의 3가지 색소 패턴을 보였다. 적색색소 분포는 KK 집단이 64%, KR 집단이 56%, RK 집단이 36%였다. 적색 색소 범위의 빈도분석 결과 적색색소 30~50%를 차지하는 비율이 KK 집단이 10%, RK 집단이 12% 그리고 KR 집단이 14%로 가장 높았다. 비단잉어 적색색소 빈도 분석에 관한 연구는 비단잉어 선별을 위한 분석 도구로서 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

  • This study is change of the street space of the port city of Yokohama and the transformation process of the canal. modern port city Yokohama is a region that was responsible for the development of East-West maritime transport routes in Japan in the 17th century and the inland transportation through fishing villages and ports. it has also grown rapidly as a regional port and new port. In particular, through the revitalization of trade between foreign settlements and Japanese residents in the port area, the existing fishing area became a modern port city space. Yokohama went through the following process and grew into a modern port city. The construction of the port harbor and the maintenance of existing logistics functions, the formation of the central horizontal axis through maintenance of the fishing village, the construction of the logistics movement route to the inland area through the construction of the canal, the expansion of the horizon for fire prevention and fire restoration, The formation of a new settlement space according to the movement, the transformation of the existing religious axis by the combination of the elaboration and the introduction of modern transportation, and the spatial connection between the inland cities.

Fuzzy AHP 기법을 이용한 도시지역의 내수침수위험도 평가 (Evaluation of Inland Inundation Risk in Urban Area using Fuzzy AHP)

  • 본 연구는 도시지역의 내수침수 특성을 고려한 내수침수위험도 산정방법을 제시하였다. 의사결정과정에서 발생할 수 있는 불확실성을 정량적으로 반영하기 위하여 Fuzzy AHP 기법을 활용하였다. 내수침수 위험도의 평가기준으로는 물리적 지표, 사회적 지표, 그리고 내수침수 시나리오 결과 등 세 가지로 구성하였다. 각각의 평가기준은 3개의 세부평가항목을 가지고 있어 총 9가지의 평가항목을 바탕으로 내수침수 위험도 분석을 수행하였다. 또한, 행정구역 단위가 아닌 배수시스템의 노드(맨홀)를 기준으로 침수위험도를 분석하여 침수위험도가 높은 지점을 상세하게 표현할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 대상지역인 부산시 거제지구에 Fuzzy AHP 기법을 적용한 결과, 온천천 거제천 합류부 저지대의 침수위험도가 크게 나타났으며, 이는 과거 피해이력과 일치하는 것이다. Fuzzy AHP 기법을 적용한 본 연구결과는 내수침수 위험도 산정 및 고위험도 지역의 내수침수 저감계획 수립을 위한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

韓國에 分布하는 할미꽃 (Pulsatilla Koreana Nakai)의 生態型的 變異 (Ecotypic Variation of Pulsatilla koreana Nakai Distributed in Korea)

  • In order to investigate the ecotypic variations of pulsatilla koreana nakai distributed in korea, 8 local populations of the plant were selected in accordance with latitude and compared on the differences of leaf shape, elongstion, stomatal distribution and dhlorophyll content. The incised angle of the plant is 38。32' in cheju, showing a great difference as compared with 23。77'-30。 32' of the other sites. as to the incised rate, mt. togyu and cheju representsed relatively high values of 49.04% and 48.21% the parted leaved individuals were only observed along the warm current coastal area including cheju, sokcho and sunchon and were 54(62.8%), 2(2.5%) and 3(3.3%) in the sites, respectively. Especially, the individuals consisting of only parted learves were 5(5.8%) in cheju alone and none of the other sites showed such individuals at all. So p. cernua distributed in cheju and p. koreana in inland area can be considered to beecotypic variations of the same species from the upper investigations. According to the elongations of leaf and rachis, the local populations could be classified into 3 types, such as warm current coastal area type(cheju,sunchon and sokcho),southern inland area type(andong, chungju and mt. togyu)and central inland ara type(mt. komdan and hongchon). The dentate numbera of 39.80-43.73 in the warm current area were also different from those of 87% in mt.togyu and 15% in hongchon, while opposite leaflets account for 100% in the other sites. The content of chlorophyll ranged from 0.609 mg/g. d.w.(cheju)to 0.924 mg/g.d.w.(hongchon), showing an increasing trends as the latitudes grow higher. The number of stomata on the low epidermis is much larger than that on the upper epidermis in the whole area. But both aspects showed an increasing tendency, too as the latitude becomes higher.

감자바이러스 매개진딧물 밀도조사(I) (A Survey of the Aphids in Sulchon Area (I))

  • To investigate provincial seed Potato Production farms, a Preliminary survey on the local population of the aphids was made in Sulchon alphine area, Mooju-Goon, Chollapuk-Bo where the climatic conditions were almost same as those of Taegwanryong Kangwon-Do, where Alpine Experimental station is located. This area stands from 650 to 900 metres above the sea level and divided three location of A. B, C, by altitude. A stands at 900 metres above the sea level. B at 750 metres and C at 650 metres. A and B divided three points: Al, A2, A3, and Bl, B2, B3- and divided four points-Cl, C2, C3, C4- at the distance of 300 metres apart each other. The traps were operated from July 21 to October 31, 1969. Otherwise, the traps established at Suwon (inland) and Taegwanryong where Alpine Experimental Station. A total of some 70 species including five virus vector species were identified. The Numbers of species at 10 locations, Suwon and Taegwanryong are as follows; Al-34, A2-38, A3-29, B1-25, B2-26, B3-29, C1-27, C2-14, C3-32, C4-37, species (Table 1), Suwon-49 species (including 5 virus vectors species), Taegwanryong-22 species (including 4 virus vector species). The aphids are shown in Table 1 and the Vectors are as follows: 1. Aphis gossypii Glover 2. Aulacorthum solani (Kaltenbach) 3. Lipaphis erysimi (Kaltenbach) 4. Myzus persicae(Sulzer) 5. Phorodon humuli (Schrank) Numbers of vectors versus total aphid at each locations, including inland (Suwon) and alpine area (Taegwanryong) where Alpine Experimental Station are as Fig. 1. Of a total 8,902 aphids, 6,400 $(80\%)$ were Tetraneura sp. The number of aphids devoid of the number of Tetraneura sp. are as follows; (Numbers means mean of each locations) A; 215. B; 115, C; 176 and Suwon; 2,952, Taegwanryong; 247. Densities of aphids at the locations is lower :han those at Suwon and Taegwanryong. And density of vectors at the locations, at ranged from 11 to 37, is love. than those at inland (Suwon; 197) and alpine area (Taegwanryong; 90). Thus, this area is suitable for seed potato production as Multiplication field.

호남권 철도 컨테이너 수송의 활성화 방안 연구 (A Study on the Strategies for Promoting Rail Container Transportation in Honam Area)

  • Honam area is one of the under-industrial areas in Korea and because of this it has low weight in the total container transportation in Korea. Also the railway distance from honam area to the main container ports like Busan port and Gwangyang port is so short that the portion of rail container transportation occupies about 10 percent in total container transportation amount in Honam area. But on the contrary of those situations, 1st step Jangsung inland container depot (ICD) was finished as one of the main logistics facilities in Korea and 2nd Jangsung inland container depot is under construction. To promote rail container transportation in Honam area which has shortage of container transportation demand, it is necessary to give adequate transport service to the client. So, this research studied some methods for promoting rail container transportation in Honam area. The subject of survey is freight agent and survey items are selected to find the present situation of rail container transportation in Honam area. And from the survey results various strategies will be suggested to promote rail container transportation in Honam area.
