산재근로자의 주관적 건강회복 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Factors Affecting the Level of Self-Perceived Health Recovery among Injured Workers)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the level of subjective health recovery among injured workers. The aim in this study was to find an efficient worker's compensation service for subjective health recovery among injured workers. Methods : From the 1st panel study of worker's compensation insurance, data for 2,000 injured workers was analyzed with SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. Results : There was a statistically significant difference in the level of self-perceived health recovery depending on socio-demographic characteristics, disability characteristics and medical care services. Factors such as gender, education level, socio-economic level, disability level, claim duration, and treatment duration appropriacy affected the level of self-perceived health recovery. Conclusions : Worker's compensation services should take into consideration the factors that affect the health recovery of injured workers.

산재근로자의 의료기관 서비스 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Satisfaction of the Hospital Services among Injured Workers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine factors that affect satisfaction of the hospital services among injured workers. Methods: The subjects of this study were 532 injured workers. The questionnaires were selected as literature suggested for explaining satisfaction of the hospital services, general characteristics of injured workers, characteristics of the hospital services. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis by SPSS 19.0. Results: There were significant differences in satisfaction scores, depending on the types of disease, health status and possibility to return to work among the injured workers. Also, there were significant differences in satisfaction scores, in terms of medical facilities, food service, specialization of doctors and nurses, cleanliness of hospital, convenience of hospital teaching and counselling of doctors and nurses, supporting workers' compensation process, counselling of workers' compensation and unfair treatment. In the results of the standard multiple regression analysis, food service, medical facilities, specialization of doctors and nurses, health status and hospital cleanliness were significant factors for satisfaction scores of the hospital services. Conclusion: It is necessary to promote food service, medical facilities, specialization of doctors and nurses, hospital cleanliness, health status of injured workers for developing hospital services.

산재근로자의 직업복귀 이후 일자리만족도 영향요인 탐색 - 원직장복귀자와 타직장재취업자 간 비교를 중심으로 - (Factors Influencing Job Satisfaction of Injured Workers - Comparison between Those Who Returned to Pre-injury Job and Those Who Got a New Job-)

  • 본 연구는 산업재해 이후 직업에 복귀한 산재근로자의 일자리만족도 영향요인을 원직장복귀자와 타 직장재취업자 간의 비교를 중심으로 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 근로복지공단의 산재보험패널 1차자료(2014)를 활용하여 임금을 목적으로 사업주에게 고용된 산재근로자 1,333명(원직장복귀 693명, 타직장재취업 640명)을 대상으로 각각 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 타직장재취업자는 원직장복귀자에 비해 일자리만족도 및 근로지속가능성, 종사상지위, 월평균소득 등의 제반 특성들이 상대적으로 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 원직장복귀자의 일자리만족도에는 성별, 학력수준, 기술적합도, 월평균 소득, 복리후생 혜택, 가족수입 여가생활 주거환경 사회적 친분관계 만족도, 요양 중 사업주와의 관계여부가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 타직장 복귀자의 경우, 성별, 종사상 지위, 기술적합도, 지속근무여부, 월평균급여, 복리후생혜택, 가족수입/여가생활/사회적 친분관계만족도, 요양 중 담당업무 주체, 요양 중 사업주와의 관계여부가 일자리 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 산재근로자의 일자리만족도 제고를 위한 정책 및 실천적 방안을 제언하였다.

산재 환자의 의료서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (A Study on Contributing Factors of Industrially Injured Patients' Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to measure patient satisfaction among injured workers and determine the factors that affect satisfaction of the hospital services. Methods: The subjects of this study were 231 injured workers hospitalized in I WC Hospital and D WC Hospital located in one of the major cities in Korea, all of whom agreed to participate in this research. The questionnaires were selected as literature suggested for explaining satisfaction of the hospital services, general characteristics of injured workers, characteristics of the hospital services. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis by SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: The patient satisfaction level is at 3.2 point, which is lower than general patient satisfaction in previous study. There were significant differences in satisfaction scores, depending on the gender, degree of medical treatments, the specialty of medical team, staff's kindness, medical treatment process, the cleanliness of hospital and the convenience of facilities. It was found that the patient satisfaction among injured workers is affected by the characteristics of the hospital services. Conclusion: It is necessary to promote medical facilities, specialization of doctors and nurses, staff's kindness, medical treatment process and hospital cleanliness for developing Workers' Compensation hospital services.

요양종결 이후 산재근로자의 취업기간 분석 (An Analysis on the Employment Duration of the Workers Injured in Industrial Accidents)

  • 1998~2000년에 신규로 장해등급이 판정된 남성 산재근로자를 대상으로하여 산재보상 수급자 데이터베이스와 고용보험 피보험자 데이터베이스를 결합함으로써 취업력(labor history)을 재구성하였다. 이 자료에 기초한 분석 결과에 따르면, 먼저 원직장복귀가 산재근로자의 주요한 직장복귀 경로이며 고용유지에도 유효하였던 반면, 요양종결 이후의 취업자들은 상대적으로 높은 이직률을 보였다. 그리고 직장복귀자의 약 6할은 이직을 경험하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이직자 가운데 77%는 이전 직장의 취업기간이 1년 미만이었다. 한편 다중위험모형을 이용한 취업기간 분석에서 사업장 규모가 작을수록 그리고 비자발적 이직의 경우에는 직업탐색기간이 길수록 산재근로자의 취업기간이 짧아진다는 사실을 확인하였다. 뿐만 아니라 요양종결 이후의 첫 직장에서 일자리를 유지하는 기간이 길수록 이후의 취업과 고용유지에도 긍정적인 효과를 보였다.

수부손상 근로자의 통증, 신체상 및 만족도에 관한 연구 (The Relationship among Pain, Body Image and Satisfaction in Hand-injured Workers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore relationship among pain, body image and satisfaction in hand-injured workers. Methods: Using a sample of 96 out-patient workers with hand injuries, pain, body image and satisfaction were measured by VAS and Modified Jung Keum-hee's Tennesee Self Concept Scale. Repeated measured ANOVA and a Bonferroni correction for multiple statistical testing during post hoc analyses were conducted to evaluate relationship among pain, body image and satisfaction in hand-injured workers. Result: Functional satisfaction(r=.46, p<.001) and appearance satisfaction(r=.55, p<.001) significantly increased by treatment satisfaction. Functional satisfaction(r=.35, p=.001) and appearance satisfaction(r=.31, p=.002) increased by body image. But treatment satisfaction(r=-.20, p=.049), functional satisfaction (r=-.34, p=.001) and appearance satisfaction (r=-.39, p<.001) significantly decreased by pain. Conclusion: Poor pain management was related to bad body image and treatment satisfaction. Therefore, interventions targeting at pain management are needed for hand-injured workers.

산재장애인의 사회경제적 지위 인식과 주관적 건강상태와의 관련성 (The Relevance of Socioeconomic Class Recognition and Subjective Health Status of Injured Workers)

  • Objectives : This study aimed to examine to relevance of socioeconomic class recognition and subjective health status of injured workers. Methods : We used data collected over 3years by the Panel Study of Worker's Compensation Insurance(PSWCI; 2015). Data was analyzed using the chi-square test and logistic regression using SPSS ver. 22.0 to verify the relevance between the socioeconomic class recognition and general characteristics of injured workers. Results : First, the income groups of first class, second class and third class were analyzed as being of lower socioeconomic class status, and the income group four class and five class was analyzed as being the middle-ower the socioeconomic class status. Second, the better the subjective health status, higher the perception of socioeconomic class status, as analyzed by Model 1 using only the parameters of socioeconomic status recognition and Model 2 and Model 3 using income class and general characteristics. Conclusions : Health and industrial accident policies are needed to improve awareness of socioeconomic class status of injured workers.

산업간호에서 Case Management의 활용 (Applying the Case Management in the Occupational Health Nursing)

  • This study was performed to review applying the case management to the occupational health nursing as a cost-effective way for injured workers. The case management for injured workers is a comprehensive management system, which is composed of planning and implementing in cooperation with employee, employee' family, medical service provider team, employer and case manager, to provide high quality health services to employee and their family. The case management process for injured workers is similar to the nursing process. It thus appears that the occupational health nurse is best personnel to perform the role of case manager for injured workers in workplace. As a case manager in workplace. the occupational health nurse would be expected to get both knowledge and experiences, to get trusted from the employee and employer, and to expand professional domain in changing health care environment.

산업재해 근로자의 변화동기에 영향을 미치는 개인, 가족, 산업재해 요인 : 범이론 모형의 적용 (Individual, Family and Industrial Factors Related to Injured Workers' Motivation for Change : Application of the Transtheoretical Model)

  • 본 연구는 범이론을 적용하여 산업재해 근로자(이하 산재근로자)의 변화동기 수준과, 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 개인, 가족, 산업재해 요인으로 구분하여 살펴보았다. 산업재해로 요양 치료를 받고 있는 305명의 근로자로부터 자기보고식 설문조사를 통해 수집한 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산재근로자의 변화동기 수준은 초이론 모형에서 대부분 전숙고, 숙고 단계에 머물러 있었다. 둘째, 산재근로자의 변화동기에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 개인 요인은 심리안정성, 장애수용도, 독립성이었고, 가족 요인은 가족의 지지도였으며, 산재 관련 요인은 주관적 재해상태, 재해 당시 직업, 직업 복귀 상태였다. 이러한 결과는 산재근로자의 재활을 위해 개인의 심리와 가족의 지지에 초점을 둔 개입이 필요함을 시사한다.

산업재해 근로자의 사건충격, 불안 및 우울 (The Levels of Impacts of Events, Depression and Anxiety among Injured Workers)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of accidental events, depression, and anxiety among workers with industrial accidents in South Korea. Methods: The participants were 510 workers with industrial accidents. Data were collected by personal interviews with structured questionnaires for three months from August to October in 2005. For analyses, frequencies and means were utilized. Results: The participants' average age was 44.9 years, and about 91%of them were male. Also, they had a greater risk of poverty after being injured. The most frequent cause of accidents was fall (32.2%), and the most frequent injured body area was extremities (73.9%). For around a half of the participants, the treatment period was 12 months or shorter. The participants were at great risk of experiencing a negative impact due to events, depression, and anxiety. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop: (a) strategies for injured workers to be financially stable during recuperation; and (b) supporting systems for them not to suffer and exacerbate mental health problems after being injured.
