여러 가지 정자구성성분 및 이종정자 주입에 의한 돼지난자의 활성 (Activation of Porcine Oocytes Following Intracytoplasmic Injection of Various Sperm Components and foreign species spermatozoa)

  • 본 연구에서는 돼지 난자내에 돼지정자, 여러 가지 처리된 정자두부 (1% Triton, 0.1% Trypsin, 100mM NaOH)및 이종정자 (소, 쥐, 사람)를 미세 주입한 후 난 활성과 웅성 전핵형성, 전핵의 이동 및 배발달을 관찰하였다. 전자현미경으로 관찰한 결과 Triton X-100을 처리하였을 때 첨체가 제거되었으나 핵 주변 물질은 제거되지 않았고 Trypsin 또는 NaOH를 처리 할 경우 핵주변 물질 (perinuclear material)이 제거됨을 볼 수 있었다. 돼지 난자는 정자, 정자두부 및 Triton X-100을 처리한 정자두부의 주입을 통해 난 활성이 유도되었으며 쥐, 소, 사람의 정자를 주입하였을 때 난 활성이 유도되고 정상적인 전핵형성이 이루어졌다. 그러나 정자꼬리나 Trypsin 또는 NaOH에 의해 정자 핵주변 물질(perinuclear material)이 제거된 정자두부를 주입하였을때는 난 활성은 야기되지 않았다. 유사분열 및 2-세포기까지 정상적인 수정은 동종의 정자 및 정자두부를 주입한 난자에서 관찰할 수 있었으나 이 종정자를 주입한 난자에서는 관찰되지 않았다. 또한 상실배 및 배 반포까지 정상적인 수정은 동종의 정자 및 정자두부를 주입한 난자에서 관찰할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 돼지에서 정자 및 정자두부의 미세주입에 의해 수정이 이루어지는 것을 시사하며 수정시 정자유래의 난할성인자는 정자 핵주변 물질(porinuclear material)에 존재하며 종특이적이지 않다는 것을 보여주는 것이다.

  • We studied dielectric properties of Organic Light-emitting Diodes(OLEDs) depending on applied voltage of AF(Amorphous Polytetrafluoroethylene), material of hole injection layer in structure of ITO/hole injection layer (AF)/Al. AF is deposited 5 [nm] as deposition rate of 0.1~0.2 [$\AA$/s] in high vacuum of $5\times10^{-6}$ [Torr]. In result of these studies, we can know dielectric properties of OLEDs. The impedance decreases as the applied voltage increases and the Cole-Cole plots of devices are decreases as the applied voltage increases.

  • In this study, an investigation was made to study the chemical resistance performance of epoxy resin injection type leakage repair material used in the Korean construction market in accordance to the test method outlined in "ISO TS 16774, Part 2; Test Method for Chemical Resistance." This is a new standard document used for quality control method of injection type repair material used for leakage cracking of underground concrete structures. The results of this study can be expected to be utilized as reference data that can be used for quality improvement of the maintenance methods for future construction.

Evaluation of Injection Property on the Crack Repair Method by Installing the Packer with Right Angle Drill Type in RC Structure

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the problem of crack repair materials and methods in existing concrete structure and to propose the effective injection method on crack repair by packer type. The result of this study is as follows. It is investigated that the crack width in the inner matrix of concrete structure is decreased about 30-40% than that in the surface of the concrete structure. Also it is showed that the possibility which could be monolithic with injection part became higher if the injection part is installed near to surface of concrete on the punching method to vertical direction against crack area. The injection of repair material can be poured smoothly under about $10N/mm^2$ pressure on the condition that cracks are monolithic with injection part without dust by drill. The method which is effective injection for a repair material is the punching method in compliance with coredrill. But, the research continuously is necessary about minimum injection pressure.

  • The study is actively being performed to increase fuel injection pressure of common rail system among countermeasures to meet the emission regulation strengthen of the Diesel engine. The common rail fuel injection tube in such ultra high pressure common rail system has the weakest structural characteristics against vibration that is generated by fuel injection pressure and pulsation during engine operation and driving. Thus the extreme durability is required for common rail fuel injection tube, and the drawing process is being magnified as the most important technical fact for strength of seamless pipe that is the raw material of common rail tube. In this respect, we analyzed the characteristic of dimension and stress variation of the ultra high pressure common rail fuel injection tube by variation of Die and Plug angle in drawing process. Based on the analysis, we tried to obtain the raw material strength of common rail fuel injection tube for applying to the ultra high pressure common rail system. As a result, Plug angle is more important than entry angle of Die and we could obtain the target dimension and strength of the ultra high pressure common rail fuel injection tube through optimization of Plug angle.

페인트 신나에 의한 수지 고압 손상의 경험 (High-Pressure Finger Injection Injury Caused by Paint Thinner: Case Report)

  • Purpose: High-pressure injection(HPI) injury is an injury caused by accidental injection of substances by industrial equipment. HPI injury of the hand is a serious injury that can be potentially devastating. There have been a number of publications on the results of its treatment and its functional outcome of these hands. Unfortunately, the clinical outcomes were unsatisfactory following an initial treatment approach of digital expression of the injection material, elevation, soaks, dressing changes, and antibiotics. Methods: A 43-year-old right handed man sustained a high pressure injection injury to the tip of the left index finger. The injected material was industrial paint thinner. Tissue necrosis was noted at the pulp of the finger. Several debridements and irrigation were required. A pedicled chest flap transfer was performed on the eighteenth day after injury as the dorsal nail complex remained viable. This is a retrospective review of our experience with high-pressure finger injection injury caused by paint. A literature review, retrospective chart and radiologic review were presented. Results: Follow-up length was about 1 year. The injuried hand was left nondominant hand, the index. Patient complaints were cold intolerance, paresthesia, contact pain, and impairment of activities of daily living. Conclusion: The outcome of high-pressure injection injuries of the hand is affected by many factors. The time between injury and operative treatment has been regarded as a key determinant by a number of authors. The nature of the injected material is probably more important. It has been noted by many authors that injuries with paints have a worse outcome than those with oil or grease. This study confirms the fact that high-pressure injection injury caused by paint thinner to the hand is a significant problem. Virtually a patient suffers sequelae of this injury. The injury has significant repercussions for future function and reintegration into the work force.

pH Effects of Electroless Ni Plating on ABS Plastics

  • Metal plated plastics are becoming more prevalent in materials of communication parts. A new technique MmSH is a process of injecting plastics to produce innovated physical properties compared to the conventional injection process. This study involves two ways of coating plastics Ni by electroless plating and varying bath and plasma treatment for improved adhesion strength between plating layer and surface. MmSH injection processed ASS with plasma treated after neutralization showed a superior adhesion force and a gloss and rate of deposition when it was in pH 7.5. On the other hand, conventional injection processed ASS was in pH 6.5.

  • Recently, in the field of automobile industry, to solve the problem of reducing the weight of automobile for the improvement of fuel efficiency and the protection of environment, the aluminum alloy parts have been substituted for the steel parts. However, the aluminum alloy does not have as good mechanical property as the steel part. To improve the mechanical property, the semi-solid die casting process is performed to make automobile parts. In the fabrication of semisolid material the control of the liquid segregation is very important to improve the material properties of aluminum alloy. In the present paper we examine the influence of the liquid segregation by the injection conditions in the semi-solid die casting has been investigated.
