This study analyzes spatial density and integration of Space Syntax and Discrete Event Simulation (DEVS) of complex system theory and analyzes spatial structure by property, type and depth. The aim of this study is to secure the validity of the theoretical application. The study evaluated the correlation between spatial density and integration by setting up eight types of analysis models. In addition, analyzed the correlation of structural characteristics and approached the application of discrete event simulation of spatial syntax theory. It is confirmed that the concept of integration of spatial syntax theory and analysis using discrete event simulation are valid as new spatial analysis methodology. Also expect that realistic and concrete predictions will be possible if discrete event simulation evolves into research for space allocation and space efficiency optimization.

한약은 폐 질환을 일으키는 드문 원인이나 현재 동, 서양을 막론하고 한약의 사용 증가를 고려하면 향후 더 많은 경우에서 본 사례와 같은 한약 유발성 폐 질환을 경험할 것으로 생각된다. 보중익기탕으로 인한 간질성 폐렴은 국내에서 아직 보고된 바가 없고 이런 경우에서 가능성을 의심하고 초기에 진단하여 더 이상의 복용을 회피하고 적절하게 치료한다면 좋은 예후를 보일 것으로 예상된다. 이에 문헌 고찰과 함께 본 증례를 보고하는 바이다.

The digital radiation detectors are used clinically by diagnostic apparatus. However the digital radiation detector are some problem like high operating voltage, light blurring, low conversion efficiency, low fill factor, etc. Thus we propose a new radiation detector that the photoconductor layer and liquid crystal layer are coupled in sandwich structure. X-ray absorption in the photoconductor layer controls the state of the liquid crystal via creation of charge carrier and the light modulation of liquid crystal make image formation. The advantage of the new radiation detector is that high resolution image is acquired and the signal amplification is possible by external visible light source. In this study, we study the optical properties and electrical properties of the new radiation detector to irradiate X-ray. The Mercury Iodide($HgI_2$) was used by photoconductor material, and the aluminum is used by reflective layer. The thickness of Mercury Iodide is about $200{\mu}m$, the operating voltage of the liquid crystal is 1.5~5V. The electrical properties of Mercury Iodide was measured, and the transmission efficiency of liquid crystal was measured by modulation potential.

The present study was designed to investigate polymorphism in Duffy binding protein (DBP) gene of Plasmodium vivax isolates of Korea. Thirty samples were obtained from P. vivax patients in Yonchon-gun, Kyonggi-do in 1998. The PCR products of the samples were subjected to sequencing and hybridization analyses of the regions II and IV of P. vivax DBP gene. Two genotypes, SK-1 and SK-2, were identified on the basis of amino acid substitution and deletion. The genotype of 10 isolates was SK-1 and that of 20 isolates was SK-2. Most of the predicted amino acids in the region ll of DBP gene were conserved between the Korean isolates and Belem strain except for 4-5 amino acid substitutions. In the region W of DBP, a 6-bp insert that was shown in the Sal-1 allele type was found in SK-1, and a 27-bp insert that was shown in the Papua New Guinea allele type was found in SK-2. In conclusion, the present findings suggest that two genotypes of P. vivax coexist in the endemic area of Korea.

Conducting polyaniline-poly($\varepsilon$-caprolactone) polymer composites were synthesized via in situ deposition techniques. By dissolving different weight percentages of poly($\varepsilon$-caprolactone) (PCL) (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50%), the oxidative polymerization of aniline was achieved using ammonium persulfate as an oxidant. FTIR, UV-vis spectra, and X-ray diffraction studies support a strong interaction between polyaniline (PANI) and PCL. Structural morphology of the PANI-PCL polymer composites was studied using scanned electron microscopy (SEM) and transmittance electron microscopy (TEM), and thermal stability was analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) technique. The temperature-dependent DC conductivity of PANI-PCL polymer composite films was studied in the range of 305-475 K, which revealed a semiconducting behavior in the transport properties of the polymer films. Conductivity increased with the increase of PCL in below critical level, however conductivity of the polymer film was decreased with increase of PCL concentration higher than the critical value.

본 연구는 한국 특산식물이고, IUCN Red List의 EN(위기종) 등급에 속하는 개느삼을 대상으로 자생지 분포, 자생지 분포 예측을 하기 위해 수행되었다. 개느삼의 자생지 분포 조사 결과,강원도 양구군 13곳, 인제군 3곳, 춘천시 2곳, 홍천군 1곳 총 19곳에 분포하는 것을 확인하였다. 우리나라에서 가장 북쪽 자생지는 양구군 임당리, 동쪽 인제군 한계리, 서쪽 춘천시 지내리, 남쪽 홍천군 성동리로 각각 확인되었다. 개느삼 자생지의 해발고도는 169-711m에 분포하는 것으로 나타났고, 평균 해발고도는 375m로 조사되었다. 개느삼 자생지의 면적은 8,000-734,000m²인 것으로 분석되었고, 평균 202,789m²로 조사되었다. 대부분의 개느삼 자생지는 간벌, 가지치기 등과 같은 숲가꾸기가 이루어진 곳으로 조사되었다. 개느삼 잠재 분포지 분석을 MaxEnt 프로그램을 이용하여 수행한 결과, AUC값은 0.9762로 분석되었다. 분포예측 자생지는 강원도 양구군, 인제군, 춘천시, 화천군 지역에 집중되어 분포하는 것으로 나타났다. 자생지 분포예측에 가장 영향을 많이 미치는 변수는 연간강수량, 토양탄소함유량, 최한월 기온으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 개느삼은 광량이 풍부하고 능선부에 주로 서식하는 것을 확인하였고, 향후 본 연구결과의 자생지 정보를 토대로 개느삼 자생지를 보전하기 위한 보호지역 지정 등을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

경상남도 N군에서는 군지역이면서도 군민의 건강한 삶의 증진을 위해 2005년도에 건강도시에 가입한 후 지속적으로 건강도시 사업을 실시하고 있다. 그동안 상당한 성과를 거둔 것으로 평가되지만, 한편으로 N군을 둘러싼 제반 환경이 급변함에 따라 질적인 측면에서 보다 진전된 새로운 형태의 건강도시 사업을 실시할 필요성이 커지고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 경상남도 N군의 사례분석을 통해 건강도시 사업의 발전적인 모델을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이러한 연구목적을 위하여 건강도시 사업과 관련된 국내 외의 문헌과 자료가 광범위하게 수집 고찰되었으며, 이를 바탕으로 BSC(Balanced Scorecard) 기법을 활용한 N군의 건강도시 발전계획 을 수립 하였다. 본 연구의 주된 기여사항과 시사점은 기존의 많은 건강도시 사업이 직면하고 있는 문제점들을 체계적으로 평가하고 이러한 평가 위에서 사업계획이 개발되는 보다 효과적인 방법을 적용할 수 있는 모델을 제시하였다는 점이다. 특히, BSC 기법은 앞으로 건강도시 계획을 수립하는 데 매우 유용한 분석틀이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is the most frequent urological malignant tumor in adults and it occurs mostly between the fifth and the sixth decades of life. The male-female ratio is 3:1 and it is more common in smokers. It accounts for approximately 3% of adult malignancies; 90~95% of neoplasms of the kidney. The classic triad of presenting symptoms of RCC is hematuria, back pain and a mass in the flank. More than 50% of RCCs show metastasis to breast, lung and regional lymph nodes, and 15% present in the orofacialmaxillary region. This case is about a 66 year-old man who was treated for painless swelling in the left masseteric area. The mass was surgically excised and sent for biopsy. It was diagnosed as RCC and two weeks later nephronectomy of the left kidney was performed. Metastasis to other organs was detected and the patient received radiation therapy. In this case we were able to find the primary lesion by the metastatic lesion.

Purpose: Proximal metatarsal chevron osteotomy for hallux valgus is followed by significant amount of postoperative pain. Periarticular multimodal drug local injection can be an option for pain control. This study was attempted to evaluate the efficacy of the morphine as multimodal drug and to confirm the effect of periarticular multimodal drug local injection on controlling early postoperative pain. Materials and Methods: Between March 2012 and June 2012, 22 patients received proximal metatarsal chevron osteotomy for the correction of hallux valgus deformity. 10 patients (Group A) received periarticular injection of the test solution made with morphine, ropivacaine, ephinephrine and ketorolac. 12 patients (Group B) received periarticular injection of the test solution without morphine. The visual analog scale (VAS) was checked at 2, 4, 6, 8 hours, 1 day and 2 days each after surgery. Results: The VAS score at postoperative 2 hours to 1 day between two groups showed no significant difference, but the VAS score at postoperative 2 days was significantly higher in Group A compared to the VAS score of group B. The amount of additional pain control (tramadol HCL) between two groups showed no significant difference for 3 days after surgery. Conclusion: Periarticular multimodal drug local injection was effective in reducing pain after hallux valgus surgery regardless of mixing with morphine.

유비쿼터스 기반 디지털 홈은 하드웨어적 요소인 디지털 홈 공간과 소프트웨어적 요소인 상황인지 에이전트가 결합하여 거주자에게 인간의 삶의 질 향상을 제공하기위해 거주자에게 적합한 서비스를 파악하여 그에게 최적의 서비스들을 제공할 수 있다. 그러나 디지털 홈은 공간은 센서기술과, 센서네트워크 같은 하드웨어적인 제약과 비용 때문에 테스트베드 구축을 통한 상황인지기술에 대한 연구에는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 디지털 홈의 상황인지 연구를 위한 시뮬레이터를 개발하였으며, 시뮬레이터를 기반으로 상황인지 시스템을 개발하였다.
