적외선 서모그래피를 이용한 대차 용접시편의 결함 평가 (Defect Evaluation for Weld Specimen of Bogie Using Infrared Thermography)

  • There is a large interest to find reliable and automatic methods for crack detection and quantification in the railway bogie frame. The non-destructive inspection of railway bogie frame has been performed by ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing in general inspection. The magnetic particle method has been utilized in the defect inspection of the bogie frame but the grinding process is required before inspection and the dust is developed resulting from the processing. The objective of this paper is to apply the inspection method of bogie frame using infra-red thermography. The infra-red thermography system using the excitation of eddy current was performed for the defect evaluation of weld specimen inserted artificial defects. The result shows that the infra-red thermography method can detect the surface and inner defects in weld specimen for bogie frame.

  • 초음속 유동내 노출된 표면에서의 열전달 특성 파악을 위하여 적외선 측정 방법이 적용되었다. 등열유속 조건을 만족하는 표면 온도를 적외선 카메라로 촬영하여 이로부터 대류 열전달 계수를 계산하였으며, 실린더가 설치된 표면 근방에서 증가된 열전달 계수 분포를 도출해 낼 수 있었다.

  • 본 연구에서는 Infra-Red Thermography(IRT) 기법을 활용한 초음속 풍동시험 시 의도치 않게 발생하는 기술적 문제에 대한 연구를 수행하였으며 이를 방지할 수 있는 방법에 대해 분석하였다. 풍동시험은 마하 3 또는 4의 두 가지 유동조건에서 초고속 비행체 형상을 모사할 수 있는 이중 압축램프 모델로 수행하였다. 획득된 IR 결과를 shadowgraph 가시화 이미지, 수치해석 결과와 비교하였으며 본 IRT 기법을 활용하여 초음속 이중 압축램프에서 발생하는 유동천이, 박리 그리고 3차원 현상에 관한 정성적인 정보를 획득할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • The present study develops a method for directly measuring the temperature field in the primary deformation zone with a high spatial resolution during 2-D orthogonal machining. This is enabled by the use of a high-speed, charge-coupled device (CCD) based, infra-red (IR) imaging system which allows characteristics of the temperature field such as the location and magnitude of the highest temperature and temperature gradient in the primary deformation zone to be identified. Based on these data, the relation between the machining temperature and the cutting conditions is investigated.

  • 초음속 유동장 내에서 돌출된 sharp fin형상에 의해 발생하는 충격파로 인한 열전달 특성변화 연구를 수행하였다. IR camera를 이용하여 마하 3의 유동 내에 attack angle이 $10^{\circ}$ 부터 $20^{\circ}$ 의 fin을 돌출시켜 생기는 충격파에 의한 바닥면 열전달 계수 변화를 측정하였으며, 유동장의 변화를 알아보기 보기 위해 oil flow method를 사용하였다.

족삼음경(足三陰經) 형혈(滎穴) 자침(刺鍼)이 흉복부(胸腹部)의 체열변화(體熱變化)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effects of Hyeong points' Acupuncture of Three Foot-eum Collaterals on Abdominal Thermography of Healthy Human Beings)

  • Objectives : This study was examined for effects of acupuncture of Hyeong points' Acupuncture of Three Foot-eum Collaterals on the abdominal thermography of health subject. Methods : The volunteers who participating in this study had taken rest for 20 - 30 minutes in room temperature $(23-25^{\circ}C)$ before the examination and informed them what to prohibit smoking, drinking and administration of drug for the previous day. The thermography of abdomen including a below part of the chest was taken using Infra-Red Imaging System (IR 2000, MEDI-CORE Co., Korea) by time interval of 15 minutes at 15 minutes before, just before and 15 minutes after, 30 minutes after and 45 minutes after acupuncture stimulation. Acupuncture was applied to the left Hyeong points' Acupuncture of Three Foot-eum Collaterals for 30 minutes. Results : The results showed that acupuncture of Hyeong points had more potencies of changes on all the ROIs of abdominal thermography than those of control group. Also, it was observed that the quantities of thermal changes following acupuncture of Hyeong points been increased comparing that of control group at all the ROIs (region of interest). Observed the thermography classified by ROI, however, it was failed that acupuncture of Hyeong points could modulate the specific areas concerning to the abdominal pathway of Three Foot-eum Collaterals. Conclusions : These results suggest that acupuncture of Hyeong points may modulate thermal distributions and changes of abdominal areas including the below of chest.

  • PCB의 먼지 제거용 세정제로 사용되는 스프레이형 세정제를 선정하여 이에 대한 청정도를 평가하였다. 친환경적인 대체 세정제를 채택하기 위해서는 세정제의 세정성, 환경성, 경제성을 평가하여 체계적인 선정절차에 의거하여 도입 및 적용하여야 한다. 객관적이고 효율적인 세정성 평가방법의 정립이 현시점에서 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 여러 세정성 평가 방법들 중 표면관찰평가법인 SEM-EDX(Scanning Electron Microscopy/Energy-Dispersive X-ray) 분석과 적외선열화상카메라(THERMOVISION A20 model)를 이용하여 청정도를 평가하였다. CT-2770 모델의 사운드카드를 $2{\times}2cm$로 잘라내어 스프레이 세정 전과 후의 청정도를 SEM의 이미지 분석을 통해 관찰할 수 있었고 EDX의 성분분석을 통해 먼지의 제거율을 정량화할 수 있었다. 컴퓨터의 P4T-E 모델의 마더보드와 IPC-A-36 모델의 기판을 사용, 오염물로 먼지와 철가루를 사용하여 열화상카메라로 세정 전, 후의 상온과 $50^{\circ}C$ Oven에 방치된 시간의 차이에 따른 온도의 변화를 비교하였다.

  • This study was examined for effects of acupuncture of Zusanli (ST36) on the facial thermography in health subjects. The volunteers who participating in this study had taken rest for 20 - 30 mins in room temperature (23-$25^{\circ}C$) before the examination and informed them what to prohibit smoking, drinking and administration of drug for the previous day. The thermography of face was taken using Infra-Red Imaging System (IR 2000, MEDI-CORE Co., Korea) by time interval of 15 minutes at 15 min before, just before and 15 min after, 30 min after and 45 min after acupuncture stimulation. Acupuncture was applied to the left ST36 for 30 mins. The results showed that acupuncture of ST36 significantly decreased the temperature of all the areas of facial surface comparing to those of control group. Also, it was observed that the quantities of thermal changes following acupuncture of ST36 been increased significantly at the A1, A4, A6, A7 and A9 ROIs (region of interest) comparing that of control group. Observed the thermography classified by ROI, it was clear the fact that acupuncture of ST36 could modulate the specific areas concerning to the facial pathway of Stomach Meridian, because the thermal responses following acupuncture of ST36 were specific at the A1, A2, A5 and A9 ROIs, relatively. These results suggest that acupuncture of ST36 may modulate thermal distributions and changes of facial areas concerned with Stomach Meridian.
