Availability, awareness and use of electronic resources provide access to authoritative, reliable, accurate and timely access to information. The use of electronic information resources (EIRs) can enable innovation in teaching and increase timeliness in research of postgraduate students which will eventual result into encouragement of the expected research-led enquiry in this digital age. The study adopted a descriptive survey design. Samples of 300 of postgraduate students within seven out 13 Faculties were randomly selected. Data were collected using questionnaire designed to elicit response from respondents and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics methods percentages, mean, and standard deviation. Results indicated that internet was ranked most available and used in the university. Low level of usage of electronic resources, in particular, full texts data bases is linked to a number of constraints: Interrupted power supply was ranked highest among other factors as speed and capacity of computers, retrieval of records with high recall and low precision, retrieving records relevant to information need, lack of knowledge of search techniques to retrieve information effectively, non possession of requisite IT skills and problems accessing the internet. The study recommended that usage of electronic resources be made compulsory, intensifying awareness campaigns concerning the availability, training on use of electronic resources and the problem of power outage be addressed.

Today information is important for man and total fields. Science field is not exception. Currently information age things of information is only useful for man and total industry. So bioinformation is necessary of biodiversity in broadly wide and detailed information. Among information, bioinformation of biodiversity is important and utilization of living things. Among them, the mushroom(higher fungi) are an important part in ecosystem as a decomposer responsible for recycling materials. Many living things today, however, have endangered by environmental pollution and ecological destruction. The higher fungi also are not exception. Mushroom has been used for food sources, pharmacy and forests resources from ancient times. Among biodiversity, database of mushroom is very necessary for university, institute and industry. This DB contains four items of native mushroom(higher fungi) from Korea. first item contain species, genus, family, order class, ad division according to the classification. Second item contain pharmaceutical purpose, food source, culture, toxic, anti-cancer of the application. Third item contain symbiosis, rotten trees of the ecological resources. In recent years, the attention on the applications of the national or international standards to water-related information technology in practice has more increased. In particular, as the demand on spatial information technology including content development, receiving, disposal and distribution has increased, the importance of standardization has been also emphasized. However, compared with attention and demand on standardization in spatial information technology, studies on development and application of standardization are still at the initial stage. Accordingly, this study attempted to investigate the trends of international standards developed and established by International Organization for Standardization(ISO) and Open Geospatial Consortium(OGC), and to derive the adaptable integrated management standard technology for water hazard information platform. For this, we investigated big data, NoSQL, and cloud technology for the observed data provision. Furthermore, OGC WxS standard technologies for spatial information web service and ISO standards for spatial information format were investigated. Based on these investigations, we examined the strategies and plans to apply and establish the standardization for information provision.

This research investigates the availability of information resources for visually impaired students in University libraries in Nigeria; a tool for inclusive University education. A Descriptive survey research design was adopted for the study and a total number of 20 University libraries took parts in the study. A self-constructed online questionnaire was designed and distributed to collect the data from respondents (librarians) using a simple random sampling technique. A total of 45 respondents filled out the online questionnaire, but 40 were valid and useful for analysis. The use of frequency count and percentages method of data analysis was adopted for this research work. The study reveals that most of the University libraries lacked information resources for visually impaired students, it was found that the inclusion of information resources for visually impaired persons will promote inclusive education and librarians' skills. The challenges hindering the availability of information resources to the visually impaired students are insufficient funds for maintenance, erratic power supply and inadequate skills by users, among others. Recommendations were made for the campaign for inclusive education and the provision of information resources for visually impaired students.

This study analysed the librarian competencies and job type to identify the present state of required librarians and to suggest the direction for education in the organization of information. As the result of investigation 278 job announcement, the traditional qualifications and the knowledge of new standard and S/W related electronic resources are required. The job type divided between cluster for the traditional demands and cluster for electronic resources and information technology. It proposed the expansion of education related electronic resources and information technology, the balance of theory and practice, and the adoption of new teaching method for education in the organization of information.
