Recently, RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) has emerged as the main technology in the logistic services. When the existing recognition technology based on bar codes brings about lots of problem due its own limits. RFID becomes the center of attention to solve them. However, RFID is not without any obstacles : companies have their own operating systems. while RFID is developed regardless of each campany's special features. RFID middleware system based on web service is expected to remove these obstacles. This paper shows how to operate the middleware based on web service and to lay in the DB the tag informations taken from reader system Middle assures that companies adopting RFID system for their logistic service are given athptabwebty to any systems whatsoever, avaweable by way of defining logistic information, tag information and reader information. For this purse, we implement as the basic web service a middleware system that turns all data into XML(eXtensatle Markupmsngunfo) of SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol), the standard data.

RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) is a method of remotely storing and retrieving data using devices called 'RFID tags'. An RFID tag is a small object, such as an adhesive sticker, that can be attached to or incorporated into a product. RFID tags contain antennas to enable them to receive and respond to radio-frequency queries fro an RFID transceiver. Eventually, RFID SYSTEM is very interesting to watch people live linger than they used to before. Some of reasons for that phenomenon is the improving medical studies. As we live healthier and get to know more about our body, we can extend our lives. This Platform is Physical Health Promotion Service, Home Health Monitoring Service, Mental Health Promotion Service, Home Patient Management Service, Chronic Disease Management Service, Emergency Patient Management Service, Medical Information and Consulting Service of the RFID.

Recently, new financial services related to FinTech has gained attention more and more. Online P2P financial services transactions such as FinTech require careful examination of the constituents of information systems as an investment is made based on the information presented on the online platform without direct face-to-face contact. The purpose of this study is to find out the success factors of online P2P Lending service among FinTech. To serve the purpose, we build IS (information system) success model, and then use Kano model and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (Fuzzy-AHP) to find out factors for the success of online P2P Lending service. In particular, this study uses Kano model to classify information system satisfaction factors and to calculate the satisfaction coefficient. The Kano model, however, has a drawback of evaluating single criterion. Therefore, we use multi-criteria decision-making technique such as Fuzzy-AHP to derive the relative importance of the factors. The analysis results show different results depending on the analysis technique. In the Kano model, most of the information system factors are a one-dimensional quality attribute. The satisfaction coefficient is highest for personalized service, followed by the responsiveness of service, ease of using a system, understanding of information, usefulness of information' reliability. The service reliability is the highest in dissatisfaction coefficient, followed by system security, service responsiveness, system stability, and personalized service. The results of the Fuzzy-AHP analysis shows that the usefulness of information quality, the personalization of service quality, and the security of system quality are the significant factors and the stability of system quality was a secondary factor.

As facing the challenges from many competitors, the Office of Korea Postal Service has issued the fundamental plan of business renovation which includes the master plan of the information systems. In this paper we discuss the design of a to-be information system for postal service, which will be provided for the completion of the master plan. After briefly discussing the issues on developing information system and the current situation, we provide the design concept and the framework of the to-be system based on the bench marking and gap analysis with advanced systems. The to-be system consists of eight subsystems which can be grouped into three categories; intelligent systems, operational systems, and platforms. We develop detailed specification of each subsystem and provide an operational scenario. We also explain how the to-be system compatibly fits into an integrated information system, which will include the postal, banking, and management functions, to perform its ultimate role for the efficient postal service.

The standardized and open information model called common language and information exchange format should be firstly defined for the interoperable power system and two-way information exchange among the components of the power system. The information models and information exchange formats for power facilities and power system applications are being defined in power system area, but the information model and information exchange format for the consumer area are not being yet defined besides of metering information model. An architecture and open standard for the information exchange between energy service provider and consumer are required to provide various value added services through the networking with devices in consumer premise. In this paper, an architecture for the two-way communications between energy service provider and consumer is defined and psXML(power system XML) for the information exchange is designed.

In the recent a mobile internet makes a change in internet business. The mobile internet service is resulting in M-commerce. Even if M-commerce provides only information service, there will be much possibilities to make applications in various areas such as, delivery service, trading service, banking service etc. in the near future. Delivery service requires many steps in processing, originally. This study is designed to implement a mobile system which makes short in delivery process. It includes that a delivery man receives a signature on a paper and input data at the delivered place by using PDA at hand. The mobile system will be contributed to shorten delivery speed. It is proposed to implement the mobile office system for improving service efficiency in the business of delivery service. In this paper, we present a virtual tourist system with realtime 3D visualization and the assistance of context information service. Our system enables a visitor to take a discovering tour on a virtual environment from a remote client by following navigator or by self-navigating. During the tour, the system provides immersive 3D graphics contents while supporting relevant information to the visitors corresponding to their positions in the virtual environment. When the visitors interact with interested objects, the context information service will also support introduction information for presenting about the objects. The introduction information based on text format is represented by a comfortable way-audio conversion to visitors in different languages depended on their preferences using TTS(Text-To-Speak) tool.

Recently, the bio-sensing information systems for collecting and analysing human body information of a patient in real time in the field of medical information and healthcare information service are continuously increasing. Specially, various wearable devices such as a wrist, a garment, and a skin attachment type for supporting health information of a mobile user are rapidly increasing. Until now, there is no patch-type biometric information service model. Therefore, this paper presents a biometric information system model and the application examples to support biometric information sensing and health information service of mobile user with digital patch system as a new biometric information system. As a result, through this research, research issues based on digital patch system are searched to suggest the direction of continuous research.

Recent web environment needs a web service method that can integrate the individual web service. The UDDI registry can accommodate this need by classifying the information of the web service system for an easy retrieval of the information, thus it reduces the time to find a specific web service. Using the basic information search function of the UDDI registry, the web provider can offer various types of information to the client. In this paper, we implemented the process of registering the information to the UDDI registry and retrieving the various types of information from the UDDI registry in a given format.
