정보보안 분야에 대한 사회적 이슈가 고취되고, 인력수요전망이 매우 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 컴퓨터 및 네트워크 시스템 등 정보보안 분야에서 관련 직무에 종사하고 있는 실무자들로부터 정보보안에 필요한 지식을 설문조사하였다. 설문자료와 NICE에서 제시한 정보보호 직무체계 그리고 NCS 그리고 KISA에서 분류한 IT기술과 보안영역분류체계와의 연관성을 분석하였다. 분석한 자료를 기반으로 정보보안 분야에서 직무를 수행할 수 있는 전문 인력 양성을 위한 교육과정을 제안한다. 제안하는 교육과정은 2년제, 3년제 그리고 4년제 학제에 각각 적용할 수 있도록 하였다. 제안하는 교육과정은 정보보안 직무체계에서 종사하기를 원하는 많은 인력들이 주어진 학년기간 동안에 반드시 익혀야 될 과정들을 제안하였다. 제안한 각 교육단계는 관련분야와 밀접한 연계성을 갖고 반드시 필요한 교육이 실천될 수 있도록 각 교과목에 세부 지침을 명시하였다. 제안한 교육과정은 반드시 필요하고 기본이 되는 이론교육은 물론 이론과 함께 실시되어야 하는 실무교육을 함께 병행하도록 하여 자칫 이론중심의 교육이거나 단순한 명령어만을 익히는 실습에서 벗어나서 실무와 연계될 수 있는 다양한 시나리오기반의 해킹과 보안 방어 대응책에 대한 교육이 함께 이루어지도록 설계하였다. 이는 스펙이 아닌 직무능력을 갖추어 관련 자격증을 취득하는데 도움이 될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 차세대 융합형 정보보안 전문인력 양성에 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

In this paper we discuss the Construction Of 3 new extension field of characteristic odd and analyze the complexity of arithmetic operations over such a field. Also we show that it is suitable for Elliptic Curve Cryptosystems(ECC) and Digital Signature Algorithm(DSA, 〔7〕) as an underlying field. In particular, our digital signature scheme is at least twice as efficient as DSA.

The article considers the training of specialists in education in the conditions of distance learning. It is lights up the advantages of distance learning and determined the characteristic features of distance learning of students training in the implementation of these technologies in the educational process. The article studies the implementation of automation in the education process as a convenient interface of a document management system, on the one hand, which makes it easy to navigate the program, requiring from the user only a small amount of any special skills in working with electronic computers, on the other hand, it provides to the user operational information about all the data of interest to him, taking into account the access rights given to this or that information, stored in the enterprise database.

Based on the scientific and pedagogical analysis of the theory and experience of teaching computer science disciplines, the didactic mechanism for ensuring the continuity of the average (full) general and higher professional education of economists for practical implementation innovative technology of personal experience foundation. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of information competence, including laboratory, design, research work, the use of active teaching methods for acquiring management skills in production and activities of the enterprise. An indispensable requirement for the conditions for the implementation of basic of educational programs is the assessment of competencies. With this the goal was to develop criteria and levels of formation information competence of future economists and carried out complex diagnostics.

본 연구의 목적은 자기통제 차원의 통제 소재 차원과 조직통제 차원의 경직성 문화 차원이 정보보안 태도에 미치는 영향력을 확인하는 것이다. 연구는 통제 소재와 경직성 문화의 교차방안으로 구조화되었고, 정보보안 태도는 정보보안 실제 태도, 준수행동 태도, 정보보안 효능감의 세 가지 변수들로 이루어졌다. 연구 결과, 통제 소재 차원이 정보보안 태도에 끼치는 효과는 통계학적으로 유의미한 것으로 실증되었다. 즉, 정보보안 실제 태도, 준수행동 태도, 정보보안 효능감에 영향력을 미치고 있었으며, 내적통제 조건의 영향이 외적통제 조건보다 더 큰 것으로 실증되었다. 두 번째로 경직성 문화 차원이 정보보안 태도에 끼치는 효과는 통계학적으로 유의미한 것으로 실증되었다. 즉, 준수행동 태도, 정보보안 효능감에 영향력을 미치고 있었으며, 경직된 문화 조건의 영향이 느슨한 문화 조건보다 더 큰 것으로 실증되었다. 아울러, 논의점은 이러한 결과들을 중심으로 정보보안에 요구되는 내용들을 중심으로 학술적, 제도적 지향성을 설명하였다.

최근 조직들은 조직원에게 엄격한 정보보안 수준을 요구하고 있다. 엄격한 정보보안 정책 및 기술은 정보보안 관련 스트레스를 유발할 수 있다. 연구 목적은 지식공유행동 및 개인조직 적합성을 감소시키는 정보보안 기술 및 업무스트레스의 부정적 영향을 제시하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 정보보안 정책을 보유한 조직에서 근무하는 조직원이며, 연구가설은 309개의 표본을 활용하여 구조방정식모델링으로 검증한다. 연구 결과, 개인조직적합성이 지식공유행동에 긍정적 영향을 주었으나, 업무스트레스가 부정적 영향을 주었다. 또한, 기술스트레스가 개인조직 적합성에 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 추가적으로, 업무모호성이 개인조직 적합성과 지식공유행동사이에 조절효과를 가졌다. 연구 시사점은 조직원의 정보보안 기술 및 업무 스트레스의 부정적 영향을 확인하였으며, 내부자의 부정적 행동 최소화를 위한 방향을 제시한다.

이 연구의 목표는 다양한 사회적 문제를 양산하고 있는 현재의 불법행위 흥신소 및 심부름센터의 선진화 방안에 대한 고찰이다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관련업종의 불법적 위법 행위룰 방지하기 위해 유사 업종인 산업근거법인 경비업법 적용의 고려이다. 둘째, 해당업종 종사자에 대한 전문자격제도의 도입이다. 셋째, 흥신소 및 심부름센터와 같은 기존의 직업군을 새로운 직업군으로 창출하여 양성화하는 것이다. 넷째, 관할감독기관 선정과 엄격한 관리 감독이다.
