This study identified the purchase decision-making process of outdoor wear consumers and examined the hypothesis that consumer satisfaction mediates the relationship between purchase decision-making process and repurchase intention. Data were acquired from a survey and analyzed with descriptive, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis. Respondents were 454 adults who have purchased outdoor wear. The results are as follows. First, the purchase decision-making processes of outdoor wear consumers consisted of a series of steps: need recognition & passive information search, active information search, evaluation of alternatives with practical attributes, evaluation of alternatives with unpractical attributes, purchase decision, and post-purchase evaluation. Second, four purchase decision-making processes (except for need recognition & passive information search and active information search) had significantly positive effects on consumer satisfaction. Third, the need recognition & passive information search, the evaluation of alternatives with unpractical attributes and post-purchase evaluation had significantly positive effects on repurchase intention. Lastly, the partial mediation of consumer satisfaction in the relationship between two purchase decision-making processes (evaluation of alternatives with unpractical attributes and post-purchase evaluation) and repurchase intention were indicated. This academic study will help to understand the purchase decision-making processes of outdoor wear and allow companies to obtain information (from the industrial aspect) about which process to invest in and how to manage the process.

Purpose: Increasing competition in the higher education sector has prompted universities to enhance their marketing efforts and understand their potential customers. The study aims to explore how information sources are used and changed among prospective Vietnamese students during the decision-making process. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: This study undertakes a longitudinal study involving multiple rounds of data collection to better understand the decision-making process of prospective students. Data was collected from 12th -grade students in Vietnam through two rounds of quantitative surveys with 251 students and one round of qualitative interviews, spanning the duration of their senior year. The three stages of the decision-making process correspond to the three stages of pre-purchase period. Results: Most students decide that attending open days, taking career assessments, and looking up information online are the most important information sources to consider. The WOM sources are more important in the early stages, while university-generated sources and events are important in the later stages. Conclusion: Implications from this study may contribute to the design of more effective marketing communications campaigns as university marketers gain a better understanding of the distribution of information sources utilized for each specific stage of the decision-making process.

본 논문은 LTE(Long Term Evolution)에서 단말이 LTE 망(network)과 통신을 이루기 위해 셀 시스템정보를 획득하는 과정을 연구하였다. 본 논문은 LTE의 셀 시스템정보 두 가지 중 하나인 MIB(Master Information Block)를 추출하는 과정을 다룬다. 3GPP LTE 표준 스펙 시리즈 36.200과 36.300을 연구하여 MATLAB 프로그램으로 MIB를 추출하는 시뮬레이션을 구현하였다. 시뮬레이션 과정은 세 부분으로 나누어져 PSS(Primary Synchronization Signal)와 SSS(Secondary Synchronization Signal)검출, 마지막으로 MIB를 추출하는 부분으로 이루어졌다. PSS와 SSS를 검출하는 과정을 셀 탐색 이라하며, 이 과정은 셀 시스템정보를 추출하기 위해 반드시 이루어져야만 하는 과정이다. 시뮬레이션 프로그램은 실제 Air에서 캡처한 신호를 기반으로 검증하였다.

Process incapability index which is intended to evaluate the process capability by measuring process incapability provides more detailed information by dividing information about the process mean and variance. But when the target value is not consistent with the center of specification, it is very difficult to evaluate the process capability accurately. Thus it is necessary to improve the existing process incapability index. The improved process incapability index can identify the variation of the process faster than other process capability indices when applied firstly, to the precision process which can be affected sensitively by the change of the process, secondly, to the ordinary process where cost difference from the change of process is noticeable. By using subindices such as inaccuracy index and imprecision index, it is easier for quality manager to find where the cause of the variation of process is, and to take necessary action in advance.

This paper presents a new approach to managing dynamic business process changes based on business process change patterns. We identify and categorize business process change patterns that occur recurrently in a dynamic business environment. Several issues regarding management of process versions are discussed, and a pattern-based version management method for handling process changes more flexibly is explained in detail. We propose a mechanism for abstract process execution with runtime encapsulation of a business process, which can maximize the flexibility of process execution using multiple process versions. In addition, we propose a concept of process promotion and demotion that can dynamically choose an actual version of the process at run-time. With our pattern-based process change management and versioning approach, it is expected that the flexibility and efficiency of BPM systems can be enhanced significantly.

TACT공정관리는 국내의 아파트 마감공사 및 초고층공사에 사용하고 있으나 관련정보가 체계화되지 못해 공사수행에 따른 실적자료의 DB화 및 타 현장에서의 활용이 어렵고, 관련정보를 찾는데 많은 시간이 소요되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 보완하기 위해서는 TACT공정관리에 필요한 공사정보의 과학적이고 정량적인 이해가 요구되며, 실무자가 업무흐름에 따른 요구정보를 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 관리방안이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 TACT공정관리 프로세스를 일반적인 공정관리를 기반으로 재설계 하였으며, 전문가 평가를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 실무자의 업무이해도를 증진 시키고 담당자 소속 변경 시 처리절차를 빠른 시간에 파악할 수 있게 함으로써 관련 부서와의 협조 조정과 사업수행에 따른 효율화를 도모할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

인쇄매체를 기반으로 한 전통적인 정보의 생산과 유통과정은 컴퓨터와 정보통신기술의 발달로 인하여 전자매체로 급격하게 변화하고 있다. 출판 과정의 전자화, 고밀도 대용량 기록매체의 등장, 데이터 통신 기술의 발달로 인하여 2차 정보뿐만 아니라 원문 자체를 수록한 전자문헌이 급증하고 있으며, 활용범위가 넓어지고 있다. 그러나, 전자문헌을 탐색하고, 디스플레이 하거나 브라우징 할 수 있는 현행 내비게이션 도구는 현재 전자문헌의 장점을 극대화하지 못한채 물리적인 접근에 치중하고 있으며, 이용자의 인지적 접근 과정 즉, 전반적인 정보수용행위를 반영하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 이용자의 인지적 접근과정을 내비게이션 도구에 적용한다면 이용자의 인지적 부담을 줄이고, 전자문헌을 보다 더 효과적으로 이용할 수 있을 것이라는 전제하에 이용자의 정보수용과정에 동원되는 인지적 기능을 모델화하고, 인지적 과정을 고려한 내비게이션 도구에 적용해야 할 기능을 정보검색 기능, 정보검색 결과의 시각화 기능, 내용구조 분석 기능, 필터링기능, 횡적 브라우징 기능으로 나누어 고찰하였다.

The sheet metal stamping process continues to be a challenge to the field of science and engineering. The focus of this paper is to gain a better understanding of the sheet metal stamping process. By using Finite Element analysis and Design of Experiments, we are trying to analyze the stamping variables and determine which ones influence the stamping operations most.
