This research explores early mover advantages and performance in the cyber market based on an empirical test. It also examines whether early mover strategic capabilities are able to adopt mutually cumulative relationship in the cyber market. Early movers such as eBay.com and Amazon.com seem to have been able to defy exclusive relationship between strategic capabilities. Compared with their followers such as uBid.com and buy.com, they have been able to adopt strong focus, differentiation, and cost leadership strategies. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the differences in strategic choices based on the strategic capabilities and performance of online firms between early movers and followers. The study reviews early mover advantages and disadvantages, and a strategic typology based on Porter's model, as well as strategic capabilities based on the sand cone model.

All are organizations embedded, here in after, Em-organizaion that confronts the ever-growing complexity. It is important to know Em-organization through Individual Mastery. The complexity must be decreased, and clarified in order to derive to get our ontology from the influence of others. The opportunity to learn in practice is embedded in processes that the community developed. Driving strategic innovation is achieving breakthrough performance throughout the value chain. We used to express complex unit on matrix which includes only the federal statutes because the role of information technology should be a source of competitive advantages each other. Therefore, we got the idea that integrated both kinds of knowledge to create differentiation by ourselves. This practice is situated the learning of Strategic CoP in e-class seminar of our graduate school. We suggest theoretically two things. One is matrix-based decision. Another is creating new context through systems thinking.

In RFID System, when multiple tags respond simultaneously, a collision can occur. A method that solves this collision is referred to anti-collision algorithm. In 13.56MHz RFID system, STAC protocol is defined as an anti-collision algorithm for multiple tag reading. In STAC protocol, there is no differentiation between the collided tags and others in the identification process. Therefore, tags may never be successfully identified because its responses may always collide with others. This situation may cause the tag starvation problem. This paper proposes a fair identification scheme for STAC protocol. In the proposed scheme, if the number of collided slots is large during a query round, the reader broadcasts a CollisionRound command to begin a collision round. During the collision round, the reader identifies only tags that are experienced collision during the previous query round.

In this paper, we discuss a novel reservation-based, asynchronous MAC protocol called 'Multi-rate Multi-hop MAC Protocol' (MMMP) for multi-hop ad hoc networks that provides QoS guarantees for multimedia traffic. MMMP achieves this by providing service differentiation for multirate real-time traffic (both constant and variable bit rate traffic) and guaranteeing a bounded end-to-end delay for the same while still catering to the throughput requirements of non real time traffic. In addition, it administers bandwidth preservation via a feature called 'Smart Drop' and implements efficient bandwidth usage through a mechanism called 'Release Bandwidth'. Simulation results on the QualNet simulator indicate that MMMP outperforms IEEE 802.11 on all performance metrics and can efficiently handle a large range of traffic intensity. It also outperforms other similar state-of-the-art MAC protocols.

이 연구는 16개 광역시 도 지역대표도서관의 평생교육 강좌의 유형, 내용, 수준 현황과 울산광역시 소재 4개 공공도서관의 학습목적, 강좌내용, 수업방법의 구체적 실태와 성과를 분석하였다. 이 분석 결과를 토대로 공공도서관 평생교육 강좌의 개선방안을 차별성과 체계성 확립 그리고 강좌 평가를 위한 모형 개발을 제시하였다.

This study presents the pattern and determinants of intra-industry trade in Korea's machinery and transport equipment industry focusing the influence of foreign direct investment on intra-industry trade. Using an OLS regression model the determinants of intra-industry trade are investigated. Results indicate that a statistically significant negative relationship is found between intra-industry trade and foreign direct investment, and show that intra-industry trade is positively affected by the degree of product differentiation and export structure similarity. Intra-industry trade is also positively associated with the economies of scale, the level of trade barrier, and transportation costs, although this is not statistically significant. The study found strong evidence that the propensity of foreign direct investment toward export specialized industry makes the negative relationship between intra-industry trade and foreign direct investment.

The differentiation of this study is largely based on the above discussion. First, I would like to examine the main factors that affect the image of the local government's special transport agencies in terms of users and suggest strategic options for promoting the local government's special traffic. Second, a public service approach is very necessary considering the concept of new public transport such as local government special transport, individual use experience and social impact. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the characteristics of local government special traffic through the five important factors of the service quality which are not capable of objectively measuring the characteristics of the service.

This study investigates the contribution of vocalic information following the release of an initial stop to the identification of the three-way stop contrast (aspirated, lax, and tense) in Korean. Recent studies showed that there is a strong interaction between consonant types and tone. The findings raise questions concerning Korean listeners' use of tonal (or vocalic F0) variation in differentiation initial tense, lax, and aspirated stops. The above issues are addressed in the present study using a cross-splicing methodology. The overall results show that low vocalic F0 provided the most salient information for lax stops; tense and aspirated stop identification depended on a combination of VOT, F0, and H1-H2 characteristics. The perceptual dominance of F0 over VOT for lax stops is consistent with the size of the F0 difference in utterance-initial position, as well as their prominent role in Korean intonational phonology.

본 논문은 라즈베리파이(Raspberry Pi)와 각종 센서 위치 정보를 관련된 정보를 거울에 출력해주는 스마트 미러(Smart Mirror)를 제안한다. 스마트 미러는 온도 습도 등의 다양한 센서를 통해 사용자 주변 환경과 외부 환경을 결합하여 사용자에게 풍부한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 다양한 센서와 구글 클라우드 스피치 오픈 API를 이용하여 위치 정보를 기반으로 날씨와 일정 및 음성 인식을 통해 인식된 명령에 따라 원하는 정보를 보여주는 스마트 미러를 구현하였다.

자동차 부품산업은 자동차산업의 후방산업으로 완성차 메이커 제조산업의 조립용인 중간재 산업으로 부품의 품질에 따라 완성차의 성능이 좌우된다. 자동차 산업구조상 완성차에 종속적인 사업구조로 부품사의 독자 성장이 어렵고 수익성이 완성차업체에 종속 된다. 자동차부품사의 대형화 및 생산공정 자동화 변화로 기존의 수직계열화된 부품 공급 관계에도 변화가 예상되며, 완성차업체는 통합적인 시스템 부품을 생산할 수 있는 글로벌 대형 부품업체에 의존하는 상황이 전개될 수도 있다. 이와 같은 위기와 변화를 극복하기 위해 본 연구에서는 산업구조분석을 자동차 부품산업에 적용하여 자동차부품산업의 경쟁력제고 전략을 도출하고자 한다.
