국내의 e-Business 모델 분류 및 실태 분석 (An Analysis on the Classification and the Real Status of e-Business Model in Korea)

  • As the increase of internal users, there are many enterprises and organizations that regard the internal as the great ■marketing superhighway■. But the entrance of too many e-Business enterprises and shopping sites makes them to compete each other Consequently many sites are created and disappeared in the cyberspace. Although fascination and speculation surrounds the impact of the e-Business on business models via benefit-based concept, there is little evidence underlying all this speculation. This article provides on such data set. It reports on critical Issues that e-Business enterprises found salient as they browsed through e-Business model infrastructure on the world wide web, internet-based. We gathered domestic e-Business enterprise's kinds of business model during 2000∼2002 via KMAC's (Korea Management Association Consultants) K-WPI and K-WPC. We classified e-Business models as shopping mall, auction, community. value-chain, collaboration, information brokerage, advertising, Internet service, marketing that we had identified from the existing literature on business models. This study translated these models to the e-Business model context and explored their relative salience. The results suggest that e-Business manager need to think more about how they perform on the issues known to affect decision making for designing e-Business models. We offer advice for enhancing the effectiveness of business models.

E-business 경영환경에서 기업의 E-business 성과 분석 연구 (Analyzing for Firm E-business Performance in E-business Management Environment)

  • Many firms have used e-business systems to efficiently perform their business in an e-business management environment. Firms have applied their e-business capabilities to management activities in order to raise the performance of business execution in a global market environment. In this business environment, the analysis and management for the performance of a firm's e-business execution need to efficiently build and improve its e-business capability and competitiveness. This research presents an analysis tool for a firm e-business performance to efficiently manage and improve the e-business performance in this environment. The analysis items for a firm e-business performance are developed and extracted from the major components of a general firm performance in previous studies. The generated analysis items were verified by factor analysis and reliability analysis through a pilot test. The developed twelve items were extracted from twenty items by these analyses. This study developed a 12-item tool that can totally analyze a firm e-business performance in an e-business management environment. The developed tool consists of four analysis factors and twelve items.

창업 역량 강화를 지원하는 창업 정보시스템에 필요한 IT서비스 기능 연구 (The Study of IT Service Functions for Start-up Information System Supporting Start-up Competency)

  • Recently, many people are interesting for Start-up and government also try to support their business because it can contribute economic growth. However, in Korea, despite there are many education and supporting programs for them, many Start-ups are failed to retain their business because they actually do not know what they do. Although prior studies for Start-up have pointed that education for them is very important for success, education programs for them only focus on theories rather than practices. Moreover, Start-ups need tools for supporting to business plans or information for their business. Therefore, in this study, we propose IT service functions for Start-up information system supporting Start-up competency. For this purpose, we conduct Delphi and Importance-Performance Analysis with experts on start-up. In experiments, we divided stage of business into three stages; business planning, implementation, growth and diversification. And we draw important tasks from experts in each stage. As a result, we find some tasks to concentrate for Start-up information systems. And we also find tasks which are not important for company founders. Through these results, we expect that the development of functions for supporting those important tasks will help increase the efficiency of Start-up companies and the survival rate of them.

Role of Information Sharing on the Impact of Foreign Banks' Penetration on Banking Competition

  • Globalization has led to an increase in foreign banks' penetration. It is argued that the presence of foreign banks may affect the banking sector of the host countries in several ways including their competition level. It is mentioned that the presence of the foreign banks could heightened the level of competition in the banking sector. Nonetheless, the impact of the foreign banks on competition could be influenced by the degree of information sharing in the banking industry. This study investigates the role of information sharing in moderating the impact of foreign bank penetration on host banking sector competition in selected developing countries. We employ panel data samples of 54 developing countries during the period from 1998 to 2016. The estimation is carried out using the two-step system of the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) regression technique. This technique is adopted due to its robustness to all forms of endogeneity. The findings of this study show that the presence of information sharing could affect the relationship between foreign banks' penetration and competition. They suggest that improvement in information sharing by a host country may help foreign banks to improve monitoring and reduce the moral hazard and adverse selection problem.

Continuous usage intention of social media as an online information distribution channels

  • Purpose: This study aimed to explore the variables that may play a significant role in inducing Facebook users to use Facebook as online information distribution channels continuously. Research design, data, and methodology: The population of this study are all Facebook users who have actively used Facebook as a social media as online information distribution for at least one year. Purposive sampling technique was used in this study and 290 respondents were enrolled. The data was collected using a questionnaire and further analyzed with path analysis and SEM-PLS approach. Result: The results showed that perceived ease of use, perceived critical mass, perceived enjoyment, and perceived information intelligence have a positive and a significant effect towards perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness also has a positive and significant effect on users' attitude, and users' attitude has a positive and significant effect on intentions to use Facebook continuously among its users. Conclusions: Hence, it is important for Facebook as an online information distribution channel to maintain its perceived usefulness in order to create a positive impact on its users' and induce Facebook users' to use social media continuously.

  • 급변하는 경영 환경 속에서 기업이 생존하기 위해서는 환경변화에 대하여 효과적이고 신속하게 대응하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 환경변화에 적절하게 대응하기 위한 접근방안의 하나로서 기업은 다양한 비즈니스 룰과 관련지식을 개발하여 활용하여 왔으며 정보시스템을 통해 이를 구현하고자 노력하고 있다. 하지만 기업이 사용하고 있는 기존의 정보시스템 대부분은 기업이 보유하고 있는 비즈니스 룰을 적시에 적절하게 활용하거나 체계적으로 관리하는데 있어서 한계를 지니고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위한 솔루션으로서 비즈니스 룰 엔진(BRE: Business Rule Engine)의 도입을 제안하며 "W" 투자증권의 실제 구현사례를 통해 조직민첩성에 미치는 효과를 분석한다.

e-비즈니스를 위한 지능형 통합 레지스트리 시스템 설계 (The design of Intelligent and Integrated Registries System for e-Business)

  • e-비즈니스 프레임워크에서 가장 핵심적인 역할을 담당하는 것은 e-비즈니스 수행에 필요한 모든 메타데이타 정보들을 관리하는 레지스트리이다. 그러나, 실제적인 e-비즈니스 적용은 아직까지 어렵다. 즉 e-비즈니스 정보들은 물리적 또는 논리적으로 분산되고 이질적인 레지스트리들 안에 저장/관리되며 , 저장된 정보에 대해서는 키워드 기반의 검색 방법을 이용한다. 이것은 실제 e-비즈니스 수행에 있어서 거래에 필요한 비즈니스 정보 검색의 어려움을 제공한다. 이러한 문제점에 대한 인식은 확산되고 있으며, 이를 해결하기 위한 분산된 다양한 레지스트리의 통합과 체계적인 e-비즈니스 정보의 정의 및 지능적인 발견 기술의 적용이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 지능형 통합 e-비즈니스 레지스트리 시스템을 제안하였으며, 레지스트리 시스템들간의 통합 기능을 제공하는 레지스트리 통합 질의 관리기를 구현하였다. 또한, 향후 개발 할 지능형 레지스트리 에이전트 시스템의 구조를 정의하였다.

  • 최근 대규모 비즈니스 시스템을 효율적으로 운영하고 자동화하기 위해 기법으로 BPM과 SOA의 융합이 제안되고 있으며 운영데이터로부터 매일 의미 있는 정보를 생성할 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 BPM-SOA 융합을 통해 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화 방법론을 제시하고 실제 프로젝트 관리 비즈니스 프로세스를 구현하여 검증한다. BPM-SOA 융합은 약 결합된 시스템 구조를 통해 향상된 확장성과 생산성을 제공하며 잦은 변경과 프로세스 재사용에도 장점이 있다. 그 다음, 기존 시스템에 새로운 비즈니스 프로세스가 추가될 때 시스템의 확장성을 분석한다. 마지막으로 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 SAP 비즈니스 인텔리젼스를 이용하여 BPM에서 생성된 데이터를 분석한다. 비즈니스 인텔리젼스는 의사결정에 유용한 정보를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 비즈니스 프로세스 최적화 기회를 제공한다.

국가공간정보통합체계 품질관리시스템 구축을 위한 BPR 수립 (The Establishment of BPR for National Spatial Data Infrastructure Quality Management System)

  • 우리나라는 공공기관과 지방 자치단체에서 생산된 국가 공간정보를 통합관리하고 공동 활용하기 위한 목적으로 국가공간정보통합체계를 구축하였다. 다른 기관에서 구축된 정보가 국가 차원에서 통합 관리됨에 따라 통합된 국가공간정보의 체계적인 품질관리 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국가공간정보통합체계의 품질관리시스템 구축을 위한 업무 프로세스 재설계(BPR: Business Process Reengineering) 수립을 다룬다. 품질관리 업무를 품질관리 대상정의, 품질측정, 평가 및 분석, 품질개선 프로세스로 정의하고, 각 프로세스 별 활동(Activity)을 설계한다. 품질관리 업무를 수행하기 위해서는 오류여부를 판단하기 위한 업무적 규칙(BR: Business Rule)이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기본공간정보 중 법정동, 철도경계, 철도중심, 도로경계, 도로중심, 그리고 건물 등 6개에 대하여 BR을 도출한다. 다른 공간정보에 대한 BR은 본 논문에서 제시된 도출 방법을 사용하여 만들어 질 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서 수립된 BPR과 도출된 BR을 기반으로 향후 국가공간정보체계 품질관리 시스템을 구축할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Building a Business Knowledge Base by a Supervised Learning and Rule-Based Method

  • Natural Language Question Answering (NLQA) and Prescriptive Analytics (PA) have been identified as innovative, emerging technologies in 2015 by the Gartner group. These technologies require knowledge bases that consist of data that has been extracted from unstructured texts. Every business requires a knowledge base for business analytics as it can enhance companies' competitiveness in their industry. Most intelligent or analytic services depend a lot upon on knowledge bases. However, building a qualified knowledge base is very time consuming and requires a considerable amount of effort, especially if it is to be manually created. Another problem that occurs when creating a knowledge base is that it will be outdated by the time it is completed and will require constant updating even when it is ready in use. For these reason, it is more advisable to create a computerized knowledge base. This research focuses on building a computerized knowledge base for business using a supervised learning and rule-based method. The method proposed in this paper is based on information extraction, but it has been specialized and modified to extract information related only to a business. The business knowledge base created by our system can also be used for advanced functions such as presenting the hierarchy of technologies and products, and the relations between technologies and products. Using our method, these relations can be expanded and customized according to business requirements.
