The information and communications construction business has the characteristics of an infrastructure industry and responsibility for the construction and maintenance of all ICT infrastructures. With the recent proliferation of the smart convergence of various industries based on ICT infrastructure, the role of the information and communications construction business has been highlighted to accommodate the convergence and implementation environment in construction and medical industries. Therefore, this paper seeks policy measures to establish the new role of the information and communications business under the rapidly developing smart convergence environment and the priorities of policy measures to strengthen the capability of the information and communications business using a quantitative model. The analysis result suggests that the difference in importance of each policy measure should be considered in order to execute effectively the policy of promoting the information and communications construction business. Given the constraint of limited budget, policy priorities include the development of new markets, and establishment of incentive for new technology. This study is significant for its theoretical contribution, being the first quantitative approach to policy priorities for the promotion of information and communications construction business under the smart convertgence environment.

Haptics, the science and physiology of the sense of touch, has been investigated in the field of engineering and HCI to provide better computing environments for users. Previous haptic technology being focused was mainly on the PC environments; however, beginning with the i-Phone of Apple recent haptic technology has entered our daily lives. Despite its popularization, the business opportunities the technology will bring have not yet been investigated thoroughly. This research forecasts the application of haptic technology on mobile devices and the consequential business opportunity. Also, the direction of future research in the field of MIS will be proposed.

모바일을 통한 커뮤니케이션은 우리 생활에 밀접하게 관련되어 있고, 없어서는 안될 부분이다. 이 현상은 웹을 가진 인터넷보다도 더 중요한 삶의 부분이 되었으며, 미래까지도 계속적으로 아주 빠르게 중요성을 더욱 커질 것이다. 우리는 인간과 인간의 커뮤니케이션을 넘어, 존재하는 모든 사물들과 커뮤니케이션을 원하고 있다. 자연스럽게 "Internet of Things"의 시대로 우리는 나아갈 것이고, 인간과 사물, 사물과 사물간의 커뮤니케이션 발전 정도에 비례하여 유비쿼터스 세상이 얼마나 빠르게 도래되는지 결정될 것이다. 인간과 사물과의 단순한 커뮤니케이션은 우리가 의도적으로 목적을 가지고 사물과의 커뮤니케이션을 원할 때만 가능한 것이다. 하지만, Internet of Things의 사회가 도래도면 우리가 관여하지 않아도 사물들간의 커뮤니케이션을 자율적으로 유지되고 지속적으로 연결되어 있어야만 한다. 이를 위하여 각 사물은 다른 사물들과의 구별, 차이를 가지기 위해 자신만의 고유한 성질인 메타데이터를 가지고 있어야 하고, "Spime" 개념을 이용하여 이를 구체화하고 이해관계를 설명할 수 있을 것이다.

In recent years, numerous studies have identified and explored issues related to web-service-oriented business process specifications, such as business process execution language (BPEL). In particular, business rules are an important cross-cutting concern that should be distinguished from business process instances. In this paper, we present a rule-based aspect oriented programming (AOP) framework where business rule aspects contained in business processes can be effectively separated and executed. This is achieved by using a mechanism of the business rule itself at the business rule engine instead of using existing programming language-based AOP technologies. Through some illustrative examples, this work also introduces a method by which business rule aspects, separated through an external rule engine, can be represented and evaluated. We also demonstrate how they can be dynamically woven and executed by providing an implementation example which uses two open-source-based products, the Mandarax rules engine and Bexee BPEL engine.

기업의 정보 전략은 경쟁력 향상을 위해 핵심 과제로 제안되어 왔으나 그 성공 확률은 그렇게 높지 않았다. 그러나 CMMI를 도입한 중소기업의 경우에는 기업 구조 변화와 더불어 정보 전략의 실패 요인으로 지적된 점들이 완화 될 수 있으므로 정보 전략이 보다 성공적으로 이루어 질 것이다.

본 연구에서는 MMORPG(Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game)의 게임 플레이어들을 상대로 길드원들간의 인지되는 상호작용과 사회적 정체성 이론의 세가지 표출 형태인 인지적, 감정적, 평가적 사회정체성과의 관계에 기반하여, 이 세가지 표출 형태와 플레이어의 게임 충성도의 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 길드원간의 상호작용을 통해 형성된 사회정체성은 MMORPG 플레이어의 게임에 대한 충성도 형성에 기여한다고 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 온라인 게임 개발 업체가 게임플레이어들을 성공적으로 확보할 수 있는 게임 개발 전략 수립에 가이드라인을 제공해 줄 것이다.

Huge amount of useful information is getting added to the academic digital world everyday, This digitalized information is heterogeneous and remained limited to a local domain only. How to integrate and share this scattered knowledge with simplicity remained a big challenge. In this paper, we propose a prototype of web application for accomplishing above task using web 2.0 features; it makes traditional academic digital libraries to form as a special case of collaborative environment. This application enables users to customize their own resources to form their own virtual digital library. Further users can utilize personalized information of other users working in similar research domain to form true collaborative environment. The model and framework for the new look of academic digital library is presented.

Concerns about food safety continue to rise and under this situation, governments of some countries have reinforced their regulations more strictly for food safety. In order to prevent food safety incidents or, at least to minimize the impact, the preparedness is very important. As a consequence of this, traceability system has become an essential tool for food safety. Recently, it requires more prevention-based food safety control system. One of the most generally used systems for food safety control is Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP). Both traceability and HACCP systems can be integrated through Electronic Product Code (EPC) Sensor Network technologies which have four value propositions. In this paper, we will introduce the concept of product and process traceability system (P2TS) through the integration of three systems to improve food safety management. The final aim is to find out the added values of the P2TS.

IT 아웃소싱은 IT 서비스 관리에 있어서 가장 중요한 전략 중 하나로 인식되고 있다. 조직의 핵심 역량에 집중하면서 부차적인 IT 업무는 외부로부터 지원을 받는 IT 아웃소싱 전략은 조직의 효율과 성과를 높일 수 있는 효과적인 방안이면서, 보안에 대한 우려와 IT 서비스 공급자에 대한 의존도를 높이는 부작용을 동반하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 민간 기업 데이터 센터의 IT 아웃소싱 전략과 운영을 분석하였다. 국내 주요 IT 서비스 전문 기업 3개사와 금융그룹 1개사의 데이터 센터에 대한 심층 인터뷰를 바탕으로, 데이터 센터들의 IT 아웃소싱 조직 현황, 아웃소싱 결정 요인, 아웃소싱 저해 요소와 해결 방안 등 전반적인 IT 아웃소싱 전략과 운영을 살펴보았다. 국내 주요 기업들의 데이터 센터는 IT 유지 보수, 인프라 기반 운영 등의 업무를 아웃소싱 대상 업무에, 그리고 IT 기획 전략 컨설팅, 시스템 기획 개발 등의 업무는 인소싱(in-house sourcing) 업무로 분류하고 있었다. 또한 IT 아웃소싱 결정 요인으로 내부직원의 역량, 비용, 리스크 등이 있었고, 정량적인 분석보다는 정성적인 판단에 의해 아웃소싱을 결정하고 있었다.
