A Study on Business Ecosystem Model for Technology Commercialization: Focused on Its Application to Public R&D Commercialization (기술사업화의 비즈니스 생태계 모형에 관한 연구: 공공 연구개발성과 사업화에의 적용을 중심으로)

  • Emphasizing the importance of R&D as a source of open innovation, Korean government is developing various programs focused on technology commercialization and is expanding investment on it. In spite of those efforts, technology commercialization is not vitalized yet due to the lack of demand for technology transfer, R&D planning scheme without considering market, immaturity of technology market, and so on. This study aims to suggest the business ecosystem model so that technology commercialization could be facilitated based on business ecosystem perspective. We set the framework for modeling a business ecosystem through reviewing the previous works, and draw several problems to be solved regarding public R&D commercialization in Korea from the perspective of ecosystem. Considering those, this research proposes the business ecosystem model for public R&D commercialization as a reference model for describing, discussing, and developing the technology commercialization strategy. The proposed model consists of 4 domains as follows: R&D, technology market, information distribution channels, and customers. The business ecosystem model shows that technology commercialization could be facilitated to create the market value through close relationship and organic cooperation among its members that form the ecosystem. Public research institutes as a keystone player could control the fate of the ecosystem. In this regard, this paper suggests roles of public research institutes for evolving the business ecosystem.

Convergence Study on Impact of Career Barrier on Seeking Stress of Senior Nursing Students : Mediating Effect of Career Maturity (간호학과 졸업예정자의 진로장벽이 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향에 대한 융합 연구 : 진로성숙도를 매개로)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of career maturity on the relation between carrier barriers and senior nursing students's jobs seeking stress. Data analysis was conducted over 208 senior nursing students from three nursing schools in G city and J province. The research methods examined the influence of variables on dependent variable, with difference of carrier maturity. As a result, career barriers had a negative correlation with career maturity but had a positive correlation with jobs seeking stress. Also, career barriers had significant effects on jobs seeking stress(35%, F=109.89, p<.001), mediating effect of career maturity was significant(z=12.24, p<.001). Accordingly, the results indicated that career maturity could buffer the risk of jobs seeking stress of senior nursing student from career barriers. In conclusion, systematic measures are needed to lower career barriers and improve career maturity in order to reduce jobs seeking stress of senior nursing students. It is necessary to develop a strategy to develop career guidance information system that, is specialized in nursing course as well as counselling that utilizes individual ability development, self-esteem management and friend's system.

  • 오늘날 날로 증가하는 물류비는 개별 기업은 물론 국가 전체의 수출 경쟁력을 약화시키는 주요 원인으로 지적되고 있다. 그러나 그동안 우리나라에서는 물류비 절감을 위한 종합적이고 체계적인 대책이 이루어지지 못하였다. 특히 본 논문의 연구대상인 육상물류의 경우 그 비중이 전체 화물 운송의 60% 이상을 차지함에도 불구하고 심각한 교통체증 및 물류기반 시설의 미비, 효율적인 정보시스템의 미비 등으로 인하여 물류비가 계속 증가하는 양상을 보여 왔다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 우리나라 육상물류시스템이 안고 있는 문제점의 해결을 위한 방안들 중의 하나로 정보기술의 활용에 관한 내용을 다루고 있다. 즉 영세한 기업들도 누구나 손쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 인터넷을 이용한 육상물류중개시스템의 개발에 관한 내용을 소개하고 있다. 육상물류중개시스템은 복합화물주선업체인 (주) 대형물류와 함께 개발한 시스템으로 인터넷을 통하여 화주의 화물 운송의뢰를 접수받아 이를 여러 운송업체에게 제공해주는 역할을 수행하게 된다. 특히 육상물류중개시스템은 화물의 운송과 관련하여 발생하는 다양한 정보들을 데이터베이스에 저장하여 두었다가 세관을 비롯한 터미날에 대한 각종 신고업무에 이용할 수 있으며, 이밖에도 교통정보 및 화물 위치정보 등 다양한 서비스를 제공해줄 수 있다. 따라서 운송업체의 공차율을 줄이고 화주에게는 자신의 화물에 대한 정보를 실시간으로 전달해 줄 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 또한 이러한 육상물류중개시스템은 현재 개발중인 통합데이터베이스를 기반으로 한 항만물류원스톱서비스 시스템과 연계되어 차후에는 물류원스톱시스템으로 발전할 수 있을 것이다. 연구가 진행되고 있는 인공신경망과의 모형결합을 통해 기존연구와는 다른 새로운 통합예측방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 통합방법론은 크게 2단계 과정을 거쳐 예측모형으로 완성이 된다. 즉, 1차 모형단계에서 원시 재무시계열은 먼저 웨이블릿분석을 통해서 노이즈가 필터링 되는 동시에, 과거 재무시계열의 프랙탈 구조, 즉 비선형적인 움직임을 보다 잘 반영시켜 주는 다차원 주기요소를 가지는 시계열로 분해, 생성되며, 이렇게 주기에 따라 장단기로 분할된 시계열들은 2차 모형단계에서 신경망의 새로운 입력변수로서 사용되어 최종적인 인공 신경망모델을 구축하는 데 반영된다.ocioeconomic impacts are resulted from the program.   • 지식경영을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서 기업은 지식경영을 구성하고 있는 요소를 정확히 이해할 필요가 있고, 이러한 중요 요소에 따라 투자가 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구는 지식경영의 중요 요소들을 제시함으로써, 앞으로 지식경영을 계획하고 있는 기업이 효과적으로 지식경영을 추진할 수 있는 활동 지침 및 투자 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 각종 국내외 지식경영 관련 문헌에서 논의된 사항을 중심으로, 지식경영을 구성하는 30개의 중요요소를 추출하고, 분석계층도(AHP)를 이용하여 지식경영을 달성하기 위한 요소들을 위계적 구조로 정리하고, 최종단계에서 238개의 지식경영 구현의 평가기준을 마련하였다. 또한 실제로 지식경영 구현 요소들의 상대적 중요성을 파악하기 위해, 먼저 국내에서 지식경영을 추진하고 있거나 관심을 보이고 있는 48개 기업의 담당자 및 관련 부서원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 동시에 지식경영을 실제로 수행하고 있는 13개 기업의 담당자를 대상으로 각 기업에서 추진하고 있는 지식경영의 현황 파악을 위해 지식경영 실천의 평가기준에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 이 두 가지 설문 조사 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 기업에서는 지식경영 구현 요소 중에서 인프라 내의 프로세스와 프로세스를 구성하는 지식의 활용과 전파 등이 중요하다고 인식하고 있는 반면, 실제로는 인프라 내의 정보기술과 프로세스를 구성하는 다른 한 축인 지식의 창출과 축적 면에 투자가 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 이 외에도 지식화, 성과와 가치의 연계 그리고 지식의 가시화 등의 요소들은 상대적 중요도 인식과는 반대로 지식경영 추진에 있어 외면당하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 지식 경영의 이러한 불균형을 시정할 수 있는 방향으로 앞으로의 투자가 수행되어야 할 것을 제안하고 있다. 산업의 밀도를 비재무적 지표변수로 산정하여 로지스틱회귀 분석과 인공신경망 기법으로 검증하였다. 로지스틱회귀분석 결과에서는 재무적 지표변수 모형의 전체적 예측적중률이 87.50%인 반면에 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 90.18%로서 비재무적 지표변수 사용에 대한 개선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적 중률을 나타내었다.(ⅱ) managemental and strategical learning to give information necessary to improve the making. program and policy decision making, The objectives of the study are to develop the methodology of modeling the socioeconomic evaluation, and build up the practical socioeconomic evaluation model of the HAN projects including scientific and technological effects.   • As SNS has increased its influence on the society as a whole, companies also have started to consider how to take advantage of the new service paying specific attention to its characteristics of immediacy, sharability and interactivity. This study aims to circumstantiate the relationship between a task support tool of SNS and task-media fit, user characteristics and performance by focusing on its usage in work field. To address this issue, a Task-Technology Fit model is used to propose a research model considering the characteristics of SNS as a social element, information technology as well as its user characteristics. The outcome shows that job characteristics, virtual competence and media characteristics have a significant influence on task-media fit, whereas virtual competence and SNS characteristics variables have a significant influence on SNS usage. Besides, task-media fit has a significant influence on SNS usage and work performance while SNS usage has a significant influence on work performance. The study suggests that strategic use of SNS helps improve work performance and these individual characteristics should be considered in planning of SNS utilizing strategy.

Citation Relationship Trend Analysis of Virtual Water and Water Footprint Studies in Korea (국내 가상수 및 물발자국 산정 연구의 인용관계 동향 분석)

  • South Korea is a nation highly reliant on virtual water imports, which raises concerns of water crisis and food crisis at the national level. Virtual water and water footprint studies that consider the environment, social, and economic issues have been consistently addressed. However, there is a lack of Korean research, so the calculation method and comparison analysis are greatly dependent on foreign research results. The calculation results for Korean domestic agricultural products have been released in earnest since 2014. Thus, there has been an increase in comparison studies using domestic virtual water and water footprint results. This study identified the Korean agricultural and livestock water footprint research direction to determine the citation relationship trends. Domestic and foreign research results were analyzed from Korean water footprint related literature from the past 10 years. Therefore, a citation relationship diagram was formed from the literature analysis results. Virtual water and water footprint related research performance are provided in the appendix so researchers can utilize the various information related to this field in the future. In addition, national strategy policy making is expected to be presented for effective water resources management.

  • The purpose of this study is to the Gyeongbuk area of mushroom exports by increasing exports strategy, and export support for establishing a policy analysis of the factors that you can take advantage of the basic information to get. Mushroom industry has made a rapid growth over the past 20 years in Korea. Gyeongbuk province mushroom exports account for about half of the country, enoki and total exports in 2009, and 81%, increased to 14% in 2010 and 2010, the maximum exports (9,415 tons) and the maximum exports (14,840 grand)was recorded. King oyster mushroom to represent the Netherlands in Europe, exports were higher exports to China is negligible. In the case of China in 2001, 5 spots automated mushroom factory, production, but only 8,000 tons in 2011, 652 mushroom factory, production of 1,100,000 tons very quickly grew.

Evaluating Efficiency of the Bus Route Operation System (버스노선 운영체계의 효율성 평가)

  • The main objective of the research is to analyse the efficiency of bus route operation system which is comprised of Individual Operation System and Joint Operation System. While the reformation of bus route operation system has been usually considered as a service upgrade strategy for inner-city bus operation, it is comparatively difficult to have background information for policy establishment due to shortage of analytical research output. This study adopts Data Envelopment Analysis technique to estimate efficiency of 101 bus routes in Ulsan Metropolitan City which operates two types of operation systems at the same time as of 2009. The analysis results tells that the reason of inefficiency lies on pure technical factor for J.O.G., and scale factor for I.O.G.. It is also confirmed that there is bus route which inefficiently operated in I.O.G and city government needs to prepare the specific plan to upgrade pure technique efficiency before reformation of bus route operation system for successful installation.

  • This study, by setting the systems of room sale promotion, analyzing the actual status and the present working state with its center on the 'RHotel' that is a special grade-two hotel and the sales promotion activities of each type, intends to understand the presentstatus of the hotel and present its problems and the method for improvement. The strategy of salespromotion and the ineffectivenessof the system organization were found to be imminent in the sales promotion activities as its problems, and the importanceis being not attached to the actual substance rather than to the actualresults, such as the advertisement and publicity strategies, the irrationality of sales personnel controland its evaluation method, and therefore, the goal-oriented control is not being takenad its problems are emerging. Therefore, as an improvement plan, we ought to put the plan of the hotel merchandising into action for customers to buy what they want, the establishment of the customer-oriented sales promotionservice and the communication channel using the brand-new managerial skills, systemaizesales promotion method sand strategies, develop the organizational and systematic strategies develop the organizatinal and systemactic strategies and goods for the sake of the image-making and room sales promotion of hotels, develop the activation ways of flexible operation, and also need to develop the skills of sales promotion. Accordingly, by doing irrationalsales activities in the system and the promotion with its center on the sales promotion department, and it sis urgently required that we streng then the comodity developments fitting the hotel's traits, such as uniformpolicy of cost, mass-communicationactivities for sales promotion, the improvement of non-effectiveness, and advertisement of hotel items, and the publishing of public relation books. Therefore, the best weapon for hotels before other purchaseis to be discriminatized from other competitive hotel with theunderstanding of the psychology and activities of customers, and the communicatin with customers, and to set up organicprograms of sales promotionstrategies. Also we must promote our sales in accordance with the desire of new customers, gater the market information of customers, all the time, and systematize the facility improvement, managerial policy, business strategiescorresponding with the desire of customers. By doing so, we are able to seek, at the same time, both the satis faction of customers and the sales maximization of the hotels that will perfrom the activities of sales promotion and management.

A Study on the Development of men's Wear in Korea (남성복의 변화에 관한 연구)

  • the present thesis aims to contribute to the further development of the men's wear indus-try in Korea which now confronts the need to adjust itself more actively to the conditions of the coming age of internationalization and free trade. To achieve this this thesis suggests the trade should provide for the changing domestic needs on theone hand and refine its wares as high value-added products in compe-tition with those from the advanced countries in fashion industry on the other, The history of the 'suit' the standard men's attire dates back to 1850 when the 'Ditto suit' was introduced composed of coat waist coat vest and trousers to remain virtually unchanged till the end of the nineteenth cen-tury and the modern men's wear originated in Britain. In Korea since the introduction of western clothes from 1876 custom-made suits had been dominant until 1944 while western clothes earned popular currency between 1945 and 1964 and ready-made suits began to spread with their advantages recognized in terms of practicality convenience and functionality The next phase from 1965 to 1985 witnessed the establishment of a number of ready-made brands although custom-made suits stayed in their height of prosperity until 1975. The turn-ing point for the men's wear industry came in 1975 when high-calss ready-made brands be-gan to turn up with the arrival of large companies in the market matching the change in consumers' life style. The men's wear market went through further diversification and specialization dur-ing the years between 1985. and 1990. Around the year 1990 however the expansion of the business suit industry came to slow down ac-companied by an oversupplied market. The fashion of pragmatism in the 1990s called for the growth of the casual wear department and as consumers' life style became more and more individualized conscious dressing in accord ance with T.P.O established itself as an important branch of culture, Such casual boom is likely to aid in promoting Korea's men's wear indus-try to peer with that of advanced countries. Consumers' fashion sense is now ahead of the trade's as well as being shortcycled highly individualized stylized and diversified. To meet consumers' demands under such circum-stances each company is required to develop its unique soft Know How based on accurate information and strategically specialized plan-ning. The trade should convert its hithero producer-oriented strategy to a new consumer oriented one and actively lead the needs and purchasin g pattern of consumers by providing an efficient and reasonable price policy with optimum supply of merchandise and also by presenting 'our' trend suited to our circum-stances.
