The objective of this study was to see how artificial intelligence applications affected organizational innovation in Jordanian commercial banks. Both independent and dependent variables were measured in three dimensions: expert systems, neural network systems, and fuzzy logic systems for artificial intelligence applications variable. Product innovation, process innovation, and management innovation for the organizational innovation variable. To achieve study objectives, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of one hundred fifty-three managers in Jordanian commercial banks, who were selected according to the simple random sampling method. Except for the neural network systems dimension, which comes in at an average level, the study indicated that there is a high level of organizational innovation and artificial intelligence applications. Furthermore, the findings revealed that artificial intelligence applications have a significant impact on organizational innovation in Jordanian commercial banks, with the most important artificial intelligence application being a fuzzy logic system. The study suggested keeping track of technological advancements in the field of artificial intelligence applications and incorporating them into banking operations by benchmarking with the best commercial bank practices and allocating a portion of the budget to technological applications and infrastructure development, as well as balancing between technology use and information security risks to ensure client privacy is protected.

In order to reinforce the investigative capacity of police first investigation, It is needed to reinforce the education on the first investigation, to conduct continuously for FTX (field training), to product the manual for first investigation, to build a case analysis system, to develop of forensic techniques and the coordination of national. The police should be giving people faith from the first investigation.

The purpose of this study is to develop a method of applying AR(Augmented Reality)/VR(Virtual Reality) to educational and training systems from a comprehensive perspective, rather than applying AR/VR technology to specific education and training systems. We suggested whether to apply AR or VR technology to education and training system, the level of application of technology when constructing using AR/VR technology, and the criteria of priority among many education and training systems. To do this, we presented the framework of application of AR/VR technology, the evaluation criteria for selecting priority of education and training system applying AR/VR, and the systematic procedure for utilization of developed method. This study is significant in that it has developed a method to determine the direction of systematic AR/VR technology application for all education and training systems operated by the military or organization. This is expected to contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization in terms of economical utilization of the limited budget as well as the various benefits of utilizing basic AR/VR technology.

In recent years, importance of blockchain systems has been grown after success of bitcoin. Distributed consensus algorithm is used to achieve an agreement, which means the same information is recorded in all nodes participating in blockchain network. Various algorithms were suggested to resolve blockchain trilemma, which refers conflict between decentralization, scalability, security. An algorithm based on Byzantine Agreement among Decentralized Agents (BADA) were designed for the same manner, and it used limited committee that enables an efficient consensus among considerable number of nodes. In addition, election of committee based on Proof-of-Nonce guarantees decentralization and security. In spite of such prominence, application of BADA in actual blockchain system requires further researches about performance and essential features affecting on the performance. However, performance assessment committed in real systems takes a long time and costs a great deal of budget. Based on this motivation, we designed and implemented a simulator for measuring performance of BADA. Specifically, we defined a simulation framework including three components named simulator Command Line Interface, transaction generator, BADA nodes. Furthermore, we carried out response surface analysis for revealing latent relationship between performance measure and design parameters. By using obtained response surface models, we could find an optimal configuration of design parameters for achieving a given desirable performance level.
Purpose: Most of cybersecurity breaches occur in SMEs. As the existing cybersecurity framework and certification system are mainly focused on financial and large companies, it is difficult for SMEs to utilize it due to lack of cybersecurity budget and manpower. So it is necessary to come up with measures to allow SMEs to voluntarily manage cyber risks. Method: After reviewing Cybersecurity market, cybersecurity items of financial institutions, cybersecurity framework comparison and cybersecurity incidents reported in the media, the criticality of cybersecurity items was analyzed through AHP analysis. And cybersecurity items of non-life insurers were also investigated and made a comparison between them. Result: Cyber risk management methods for SMEs were proposed for 20 major causes of cyber accidents. Conclusion: We hope that the cybersecurity risk assessment measures of SMEs in Korea will help them assess their risks when they sign up for cyber insurance, and that cyber risk assessment also needs to be linked to ERM standardization.
The negative impact of climate change on the agricultural sector is rapidly increasing, and it is urgent to prepare policies at the government level to mitigate it. In the case of Rwanda's agricultural sector, which lacks the government's budget and farmers' capital, efficient and effective policy implementation is of paramount importance. To this end, rather than establishing related policies in the public sector from the top down, it is necessary to establish a bottom-up customized policy that is reflected in policy establishment by identifying the characteristics and behaviors of farmers who actually participate in adaptation activities. In this study, the effects of farmers' characteristics and farmers' perception status/adaptation status to climate change on the selection of adaptation methods for climate change were analyzed. 357 rice farmers randomly selected from Eastern Rwanda were surveyed to explore the information related to farmers' perception to climate change and adaptation methods as well as basic information of the farm. Research shows that the probability of selecting a variety of adaptation methods rather than not responding to climate change increases the younger the age, the higher the education level, and the easier access to climate information and credit. As a policy proposals, it is judged that public support such as strengthening agricultural technology support services, including more detailed guidance for elderly and low-educated farmers, and improving access to farm loan services by agricultural financial institutions is needed. In addition, it is necessary to adjust the planting time and cultivation method, provide timely information related to climate change, and provide crop variety improvement services to farmers.
Purpose: This paper aims to clarify the problems and to examine the improvement methods by investigating the management condition of local-designated cultural property of which management is relatively poor in comparison with state-designated cultural heritage. Method: In order to grasp the management situation of the local-designated cultural heritage, a research on cultural heritage management situation and problems will be carried out with 35 cultual heritages in Goryeong-gun. Also, the improvement methods about the property type vulnerability on the basis of interview with cultual property managers, fire-fighting officers and civil servants, etc. Results: Local cultural heritages were investigated to be very vulnerable to the fire of wooden buildings, the theft of movable cultural heritages, and the effects of wind and water damage. It is because cultural heritages are scattered over wide areas fundamentally. As the result, it has difficulty in the patrols of police officers and fire fighters, and in the situation that it lacks disaster monitoring and CCTV for countermeasures to replace them, electronic security including fire hydrant, sensors, etc and fire extinguishing facilities and so on. It is difficult for local governments managing local-designated cultural heritages to enhance their management systems directly due to their lack of budget and manpower. Conclusion: In order to strengthen disaster and safety management system for the cultural heritages designated by local governments, they have to clarify disaster countermeasure task of fire fighting, police, and cultural heritage managers prepare their manuals, and systematize them through disaster drill mainly in local autonomous governments. Also, so as to establish a surveillance system every day, they have to enhance the community for local cultural heritage manage consisting of local volunteer fire departments, local voluntary disaster prevention organizations, volunteers, etc.

It is required for us to enhance the national cyber capability as the worldwide countries have been doing effort to strengthen their cyber capabilities. However, we are encountering the difficulty in estimating national cyber capability due to the absence of any cyber capability assessment methodology. This paper presents the national cyber capability assessment methodology which is used for settle up national cyber policy. We also introduce the result of five major nations(US, China, Japan, Russia, Korea)' cyber capability assessment using the proposed methodology. The methodology is developed using open data and includes three areas; base capability, attack capability and defense capability. The assessment result shows the in the order of US, China, Korea, Russia, Japan. As the analysis of that result, in order to enhance the our cyber capability, we recommend that first, cyber budget and human resources for the base capability should be more invested, second, the strategy for attack capability enhancement is strongly required and lastly, the patch ratio and security monitoring level should be upgraded.

Defense R&D is a key process for securing weapons systems determined by mid- and long-term needs to cope with changing future battlefield environments. In particular, the test and evaluation provides information necessary to determine whether or not to switch to mass production as the last gateway to research and development of weapons systems and plays an important role in ensuring performance linked to the life cycle of weapons systems. Meanwhile, if you look at the recent changes in the operational environment of the Korean Peninsula and the defense acquisition environment, you can see three main characteristics. First of all, continuous safety accidents occurred during the operation of the weapon system, which increased social interest in the safety of combatants, and the efficient execution of the limited defense budget is required as acquisition costs increase. In addition, strategic approaches are needed to respond to future battlefield environments such as robots, autonomous weapons systems (RAS), and cyber security test and evaluation. Therefore, in this study, we would like to present strategies for improving the testing and evaluation of weapons systems by considering the characteristics of the security environment that has changed recently. To this end, the improvement strategy was derived by analyzing the complementary elements of the current weapon system operational test and evaluation system in a multi-dimensional model and prioritized through the hierarchical analysis method (AHP).

Especially, unmanned watch system using USN is core part to transit network centric military service and to get national defense efficiency which overcome the dilemma of national defense person resource reducing, and upgrade guard quality level, and improve combat power by normalizing guardian's bio rhythm. According to the test result of sensor network unmanned watch system, it needs more effort and time to stabilize because of low USN technology maturity and using maturity. In the future, USN unmanned watch system project must be decided the application scope such as application area and starting point by evaluating technology maturity and using maturity. And when you decide application scope, you must consider not only short period goal as cost reduction, soldier decrease and guard power upgrade but also long period goal as advanced defense ability strength. You must build basic infra in advance such as light cable network, frequency allocation and power facility etc. First of all, it must get budget guarantee and driving force for USN unmanned watch system project related to defense policy. You must forwarded the USN project assuming posses of operation skill as procedure, system, standard, training in advance.
