검색엔진의 정확률 향상을 위한 질의어 의미와 사용자 반응 정보의 이용 (Using Query Word Senses and User Feedback to Improve Precision of Search Engine)

  • 본 논문은 정보검색 시스템의 사용자 질의어와 색인에 기반한 검색 과정에서 나타나는 중의성 해소를 위해 질의어 의미정보와 사용자 피드백을 사용하여 검색 성능을 향상시키는 방법을 소개한다. 의미 정보를 이용하여 질의어의 중의성을 해소하는 검색 과정은 검색 결과로서 의미적으로 무관한 많은 문서들 을 배제할 수 있다. 이를 위해 검색의 색인이 되는 명사 중심의 의미범주를 기반으로 의미정보 지식베이스를 구축하고, 검색 문서들을 색인어와 해당 의미범주로 분류한다. 검색 과정에서는 사용자의 질의 의미 선택과 정답 문서에 대한 참조 행위를 웹 페이지의 순위 결정에 반영하여 검색 성능을 향상시킬 수 있다.

온라인 패션쇼핑몰의 개인 상품 추천서비스가 인지적 태도와 감정적 애착을 통해 서비스 사용행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Personalized Product Recommendation Service of Online Fashion Shopping Mall on Service Use Behaviors through Cognitive Attitude and Emotional Attachment)

  • Personalized product recommendation service is receiving attention as a new marketing strategy while supporting consumer information search and purchasing decisions. This study attempted to verify the effect of self-reference on service use behavior through the dual path of cognitive attitude and emotional attachment. Using convenience sampling, an online survey was conducted with 324 women who were in their 20s and 30s. After collecting and compiling the survey data, the reliability and validity of variables constituting the conceptual research model were verified through confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS 22.0. Next, the significance of sequentially mediated pathways was verified using Process 3.5 Model 80. The results showed that self-referencing not only significantly affects service use intention by simply mediating cognitive attitudes but also sequentially mediates cognitive attitudes and additional information search. Furthermore, self-referencing was significant as an indirect path to service use intention by mediating additional information search. However, in the path mediated by emotional attachment, self-referencing was considered as a simple mediated path leading to service usage intention. These results indicate a dual path in the psychological mechanism, through cognitive and emotional evaluation, that prompts consumer behavioral responses to the personalized product information provided in the shopping process.

남자 중.고등학생의 유행선도력과 정보원 활용 및 의류구매행동과의 관계연구(제2보) (A Study on Fashion leadership, use of fashion information and apparel shopping behavior of middle-and high-school male students (Part II))

  • Fashion leadership of middle- and high-school male student was measured. The subjects were divided into five subgroups including, fashion dual leaders(13.3%), innovators(10.3%), opinion leaders(7.6%), followers(52.3%), and laggards(16.3%), according to their innovativeness and opinion leadership. The findings were as follows : fashion dual leaders were very confident and fashion-conscious while other subgroups were very price-conscious and quality-aware. Among the fashion information sources included in the study' my own experience and opinion' was the most Important to all 5 subgroups. Generally the higher the fashion leadership was, the more actively utilized fashion information sources. The fashion magazine and commercials as information sources was not as important to the subjects as it was to college women. Apparel shopping behavior was also significantly different among subgroups. As a whole, the general characteristics, such as. the use of fashion information and the apparel shopping behavior, of opinion leaders and innovators were similar, but those of followers and laggards were very dissimilar.

  • 최근 게임분야에서 수준 높은 인공지능 에이전트의 구현은 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 그 중 Monte-Carlo Tree Search(MCTS)는 완전 정보를 가진 게임에서 무작위 탐색을 통해 최적의 해를 구할 수 있는 알고리즘으로, 수식으로 표현되지 않는 경우에 근사치를 계산하는 용도로 적합하다. 하스스톤과 같은 Trading Card Game(TCG) 장르의 게임은 상대방의 카드와 플레이를 예측할 수 없기 때문에 불완전 정보를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 불완전 정보 카드 게임에서 인공지능 에이전트를 생성하기 위해 MCTS 알고리즘을 응용하는 방법을 제안하고, 현재 서비스되는 하스스톤 게임에 적용하여 봄으로써 MCTS 알고리즘의 실용성을 검증한다.

성격적 특성과 정보행태의 관계 - 대학 신입생을 사례로 하여 - (Personal Traits and Information Behavior: The Case of College Freshmen)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 대학 신입생을 사례로 하여 집단적 관점에서 드러나는 성격적 특성과 정보행태 사이의 관계를 밝혀내는데 있다. 이처럼 '성격적 특성'과 '정보행태'는 이 연구를 구성하는 핵심 변인이다. 이 연구에서는 성격적 특성 중에서 감성도과 의존도에 주목하고 있으며, 정보행태와 관련하여서는 정보요구, 정보추구, 정보소스, 정보탐색에서 나타나는 행태적 특징에 주목하고 있다. 연구에 필요한 데이터는 P대학교 2009년도 신입생 162명을 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 통해 수집하였다. 수집한 데이터는 성격과 정보행태에서 나타나는 전반적인 특징을 살펴보기위해서 빈도분석을 하였으며, 이들 두 변인 사이의 관계를 검증하기 위해서 Chi-square 검증을 실시하였다. 검증결과, 성격적 특성과 정보행태 사이에는 부분적이지만 통계적으로 의미있는 관계가 존재하며, 감성보다 의존성이 정보행태에 보다 밀접한 관계를 갖는 것으로 드러났다. 한편, 연구의 결론에서는 후속연구를 위한 방법론적 검증과 제언을 포함하고 있다.

영남지역 대학생의 식품 위생 및 안전성에 대한 인식도와 정보획득행동에 관한 연구 (Awareness and Information Acquisition Behavior Regarding Food Hygiene and Safety of College Students in Yeungnam Region)

  • This study examined awareness and information acquisition behavior regarding food hygiene and safety and information search behavior of college students. The sample was obtained from 284 students in Yeungnam region through a self-administered questionnaire. To describe characteristics of the respondents, frequency distributions were used. In addition, $t$ tests, analysis of variance and Duncan multiple range tests were conducted. Data were analyzed by SPSS Windows V.18.0. The results of the study were as follows: (1) most respondents were concerned about food hygiene and safety. They were mostly interested in the expiration date label on breads, milk/dairy products, fish products and meat products, and price of cookies. Many respondents answered that foods produced and distributed in Korea were not safe. The respondents were most worried about endocrine disruptors among various food risk factors. The respondents received information on food hygiene and safety from blogs, mini-homepages, or Kin-searches on the Internet, electronic media, and food labeling in decreasing order.

포만트 정보의 동적 변화특성 조사에 관한 연구 (Investigation on Dynamic Behavior of Formant Information)

  • This study reports on the effective way of displaying dynamic formant information on F1-F2 space. Conventional ways of F1-F2 space (different name of vowel triangle or vowel rectangle) have been used for investigating vowel characteristics of a speaker or a language based on statistics of the F1 and F2 values, which were computed by spectral envelope search method. Those methods were dealing mainly with the static information of the formants, not the changes of the formant values (i.e. dynamic information). So a better way of investigating dynamic informations from the formant values of speech signal is suggested so that more convenient and detailed investigation of the dynamic changes can be achieved on F1-F2 space. Suggested method used visualization of static and dynamic information in overlapped way to be able to observe the change of the formant information easily. Finally some examples of the implemented display on some cases of the continuous vowels are shown to prove the usefulness of suggested method.

소비자문제경험에 따른 대응행동 -가전제품을 중심으로- (The Consumer Complaining Behavior according to Consumer Problems -in case of household electric goods-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investgate consumer problems which were severe for consumers and their complaining behavior. This research had a purpose to enhance the ability of consumer protection by the well-developed consumer education. The subjects were 342 homewives in Seoul, Feb. 1995. The major results were as follows : Younger, higher-educated, small sized family and white-collor and professional occupation homewives experienced more consumer problems. Also theses homewives with higher level of consumer attitude, information search and more consumer problems had more complaining behavior. For the causal relation of consumer problems experience, several independent variables and consumer complaining behavior, the path analysis was used. Only the consumer problem experience which was a intervening variable had direct affect to the consumer complaining behavior. Education level, number of family, consumer knowledge had inderect affect through the intervening variable to the consumer complaining behavior.

정보행태 연구 분야에서 '인지적 업무분석(Cognitive Work Analysis)' 프레임워크의 효과적 활용에 대한 연구 (A Study of Effective Utilization of the Cognitive Work Analysis Framework on Information Behavior Research)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인지적 업무분석(CWA) 프레임워크를 활용하여 중학생들의 공공도서관에서의 정보행태를 조사하며, 도서관 공간에서의 행태 분석 연구에서 CWA의 효과를 파악하는데 있다. 연구방법으로 CWA 프레임워크를 적용한 심층면담과 관찰방법을 사용하였다. 연구 결과 학생들이 보고서 작성을 위해 도서관에서 자료를 찾을 때, 보고서에 적합한 자료, 도서관 자료의 한정성, 도서관의 개관시간, 자료의 이용 가능성 등이 정보행태에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이용 행동은 크게 3가지 타입으로 보여주고 있는데, 온라인목록을 이용하여 자료의 청구기호를 확인한 후, 서가에서 자료를 찾아 열람테이블에서 보고서를 작성하는 타입, 바로 서가에 가서 필요한 자료를 찾아 대출하는 타입, 도서관 직원에 의존하여 자료를 대출하는 타입으로 구분되었다. 또한 CWA는 도서관 공간에서 정보행태를 조사하는데 효과적이지만, 여러 가지 복합적인 조사가 누적되어야만 효과적으로 공간을 재구성하는데 적용할 수 있다고 본다.

의료정보 이용의 잠재적 유형에 따른 의료서비스 특성분석 (Analysis of the characteristics of medical service depending on the latent classification of medical information)

  • The primary purpose of this study is to examine consumers'probing actions to see what information sources consumers search for medical information when there are diverse medical service information channels, and classify consumers by information source. Its secondary purpose is to understand trust of information and attitude toward information by consumer type, value of medical service, satisfaction with medical service, and word-of-mouth intention. This study will concretely identify information utilization patterns of medical consumers, and explain the unique characteristics and behavior of segmented types of medical consumers. The significance of this study lies in the search for ways to establish information channels trusted by consumers for building an efficient medical service market in the future. The results of this study show that consumers were classified by the latent class analysis(LCA) into 5 types: low-level information seekers, word-of-mouth information seekers, mass media information seekers, digital information seekers and diverse information seekers. The reliability of information sources by type of medical consumer was statistically significant, and in the analysis of differences in consumer attitude, there was a statistically significant difference in cognitive responses. The value of medical service was statistically significant in health recovery and medical service word-of-mouth intention.
