패션상품기획자의 정보품질 인식에 대한 질적연구 : 이용정보에 대한 만족/불만족요인을 중심으로 (A Qualitative Study on Information Quality Recognition of Fashion Designers & Merchandisers : Focused on Satisfaction/Dissatisfaction Factors)

  • This study was fulfilled in the purpose of proposing construction strategies of fashion information industry through the analysis of information user's satisfaction/dissatisfaction on information quality. The research was performed through a depth interview. Data were collected from 18 fashion information users(designers and merchandisers) who were working at fashion apparel industry during October to November 2007. Results from the study showed that there were three dimensions and 18 components of satisfaction/dissatisfaction on fashion information quality: Information quality(understandability, value-added, level of detail, relevance, diversity, objectivity, completeness, accuracy, quantitativeness), Service quality(responsiveness, accessibility, cost efficiency, empathy, reliability), System quality(currency, ease of use, format, timeliness). And the information users were perceiving that there were some changes in notion of preferring information, searching for information and usage of information.

국회도서관 전자도서관시스템에 대한 이용자의 기대와 만족에 대한 연구 (A Study of User′s Perspective and Satisfaction in National Assembly Library Electronic Library System)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 원문정보를 데이터베이스로 구축하여 이용자에게 제공하는 국회도서관의 전자도서관시스템에 대한 이용자들의 기대와 만족을 살펴보고, 이용자들의 기대와 만족에서 얼마나 차이를 나타내는가를 분석하고자 한 것이다. 설문지를 분석한 결과에 의하면 정보의 양, 정보의 최신성, 정보의 질, 분류의 체계성, 정보의 일관성, 정보의 정확성은 전체 기대수준의 평균보다 높게 나타나고, 응답의 속도 정보의 질, 정보의 일관성, 검색의 편리성, 정보의 양, 정보의 정확성은 전체 만족수준의 평균보다 높게 나타나고 있다. 분석대상요인 전체에서 정보의 최신성, 정보의 양, 정보의 다양성, 분류의 체계성, 정보의 정확성은 기대와 만족의 차이가 높은 편으로 나타나고 있다.

  • Purpose - Due to the rapidly changing environment, the needs of information distribution are emphasized more than ever before. As information changes to cater to diversity, professionalism, and detailed segmentation, this information is produced exponentially. Many researchers working in intelligence agencies are feeling the need to establish a comprehensive information management and information distribution system in a systematic and more effective manner. Mobile marketing is based on communication when consumers can access information using GPS systems whatever their location may be when they are on a trip. Until recently, Korean companies have been struggling to perform well in the larger mobile tourism information service (MTIS) for Chinese tourists, which is regarded as a blue ocean area. The principal dimensions of the characteristics of a mobile tourism information service were analyzed, and the influence on perceived value and satisfaction was identified. Moreover, the relationship among the variable satisfaction and using intentions was empirically analyzed. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examined the structural relationship among mobile tourism information features, perceived value, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions. It is based on analyzed data from questionnaires involving advanced research. A questionnaire survey targeting Chinese students using a mobile tourism information service in Korea was conducted. A total of 230 questionnaires were circulated, and 221 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis, excluding invalid data. The data were analyzed with structural equation modeling with SPSS 21.0 statistic package reliability analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis were implemented, and the effects of the mobile tourism information service features on perceived value, satisfaction, and using intentions were presented. Results - First, mobile tourism information service features have a direct positive effect on the practical value, and do not affect the hedonic value. Second, perceived value has a statistically positive effect on satisfaction. Third, perceived value has a positive effect on behavioral intentions. Fourth, satisfaction has a direct positive effect on behavioral intentions. Conclusion - MTIS (mobile tourism information service) involves personal, social, and technical characteristics. We have analyzed the effects of mobile tourism information service on perceived value, and on satisfaction and using intentions. First, the study shows that the characteristics of mobile tourism information service and perceived value in relation to mobile tourism information service usage are important for marketing in the Chinese market. Moreover, after using a mobile tourism information service, the effect on practical value is more than on hedonic value. We could not analyze the program for tourism information service extensively, and used only questionnaires from Chinese students in Korea. In the future, there should be research on the programs for a tourism information service. We expect to study the MTIS program in greater detail, and to improve the quality and reputation of MTIS through the analysis of its program. We hope that this research will allow an evaluation of the relationship between Korea and China regarding MTIS.

생산기술의 변화와 관리회계 정보의 만족도 (The Change of Production Technology and the Information Satisfaction of Management Accounting)

  • This study empirically examined the relationship between the level of advanced manufacturing technology (AMT) and the information amount of management accounting, such as nonperiodic and future information, and nonfinancial performance. We also investigated the effects of the fit between AMT and accounting informations on the performance of management accounting-information systems (MAS). In this study, the information satisfaction about MAS is used as the surrogate of MAS performance. The results show that the information amount of management accounting is positively associated with the stage of AMT. It is also proved that the information amount of MAS which matches with the level of AMT increases the information satisfaction. However, the information amount that is not compatible with the stage of AMT can not contribute to the improvement of information satisfaction.

소비자의 인터넷 상점과 일반 상점간의 크로스 채널 쇼핑행동 분석 - 패션상품 및 소재정보를 중심으로 - (Cross-Channel Shopping Behavior between the Internet Retail Type and Store-Based Retail Types - Focus on Information of Fashion Product and Fabrics -)

  • Consumers currently show cross-channel shopping behavior between the Internet and store-based retail types when searching information and purchasing sensory products such as fashion items to reduce risks. As consumers compare both types of stores before making a purchase decision, the Internet retail type and store-based retail type started conflicting/competing each other as the combined retail evolution theory proposed(Kim & Kincade, 2006). The purpose of this study is to examine consumers' cross-channel shopping behavior between the Internet and store-based retail types and their importance and satisfaction with information provided by the Internet retail stores. This study employs a quantitative research method using a survey. Demographics, types of stores used for purchase, satisfaction with the type of stores, Internet shopping behavior, importance and satisfaction with product information in the Internet retail stores were asked. MANOVA and descriptive statistics were used to test hypotheses. The result shows that a majority of participants(36.2%) shows cross-channel shopping behavior between the two retail types. Also, most participants(72.4%) decide on their purchase and are satisfied only after cross-channel shopping between the two retail types. Participants were grouped based on their information search and purchase behavior. Significant differences among the groups were found in importance and satisfaction with product information provided by the Internet stores. In measuring participants' satisfaction, a majority of participants(42.1%) showed satisfaction with their purchase at store-based retail stores after information search via the internet, followed by the satisfaction with the purchase at the internet retail stores after information search at store-based retail stores(30.3%). Fifty one point nine percent of participants search information via the internet(vs.48% at store-based retail stores), and they especially look for fiber contents and design details with pictures(37.4%). The satisfaction with price information provided by the Internet retail stores is the highest (m=3.70 out of 5.0) among fashion product information followed by design information(m=3.48). On the other hand, size information, refund/exchange and fiber content information received low satisfaction scores(m=2.81, 2.71, 2.57 in turn). This research suggests the Internet retail stores should provide more variety of information in detail using technology and improving customer services. This study could provide the Internet retail stores a guideline to establish a satisfactory information delivery system.

노인의 정보 활용능력이 생활만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Information Utilization Ability on Life Satisfaction in the Elderly)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인의 정보 활용능력이 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 구체적으로 파악하여 노인에게 적합한 정보 활용능력을 통해 생활만족을 향상할 수 있는 실천방안을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구대상은 충북 J시에 거주하는 65세 이상 노인 220명을 대상으로 하였으며 노인의 정보 활용능력이 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 빈도 분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 통계분석을 위하여 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 노인의 정보 활용능력 중에서 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 정보 기술능력과 정보 이용능력이 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 노인의 정보 활용능력에서 정보 기술능력과 정보 이용능력이 높을수록 생활만족이 높은 것을 의미한다. 특히 정보 이용능력이 정보 기술능력보다 생활만족에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정보 제공능력과 정보 비판능력은 생활만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 근거로 정책제언을 하면 첫째, 노인의 정보 이용능력 향상을 위한 정보화 교육의 활성화가 필요하다. 둘째, 노인의 정보 기술능력 향상을 위한 정보 인프라 구축이 필요하다.

ASP(Application Service Provider) 사용 기업 만족도에 영향을 미치는 공급사 특성에 관한 연구 (ASP Vendor Attributes that Affect ASP Client Satisfaction)

  • The primary purpose of this study is to investigate ASP (Application Service Provider) vendor attributes that affect ASP client satisfaction. From the relevant literature, ASP vendor attributes that might affect the ASP client satisfaction were derived from which the survey questions were formulated. The survey was conducted among the companies that have adopted ASP. Through the factor analysis of the survey results, the following vendor attributes - vendor's IT infra structure, service reliability, service flexibility, vendor stability, IS maturity, information sharing - were derived ; and the relationships between those attributes and ASP client satisfaction were explored. The result of this study revealed that IT infra, service flexibility, vendor stability are related to ASP client satisfaction. The customer satisfaction factors in the traditional outsourcing -- reliability, IS maturity, information sharing were proved to be not applied in ASP environment. This study provides ASP vendors with guidelines on how to improve their ASP strategies to satisfy clients. The results of this study can also be used by client companies as a decision basis for ASP vendor selection.

IT기업의 지각된 공정성이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Perceived Justice on Turnover Intention in IT Firm)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between perceived organizational justice(distributive, procedural, interactional), job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention information technology firm. I made the theoretical proposed model to explain these relationships between the constructs, identify the operational definitions and 5 hypotheses(6 sub-hypotheses) was established. The research came to the conclusions as follows: First, perceived justice had the positive effect to the job satisfaction and organizational commitment empirically. Second, I found the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment was positive. Third, job satisfaction had not the positive effect directly, but indirect effect via organizational commitment was identified in turnover intention by empirical test. Finally, perceived organizational justice, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention was significantly related and to decrease the turnover intention, varieties of methods and ways would be developed that raise the perceived organizational justice, job satisfaction, organizational commitment.

  • Over the last two decades, many information system researchers have developed the variables of information system using the measurement of user satisfaction. In context, this research developed the measurement of user satisfaction in smartphone application market and compared the difference of user satisfaction factors between Adroid market and App store. The results indicated that satisfaction of App store was more than that of Adroid market. The information system and customer-oriented factors of App store were higher than that of Adroid market.

  • Based on IT that is an important competitive resource within the company, the purpose of this paper is to investigate whether the factors of internal IT audit consulting service quality affect the customer satisfaction. In this research. we have identified five different variables that affect the customer satisfaction which are reliability, professionalism, responsiveness, empathy and strategic partnership. Further, the causal relationship between customer satisfaction and audit consulting service Quality has been examined. This research was conducted empirically targeting business units the results could be summarized as follows. First, the study variables, reliability, professionalism, responsiveness, empathy. and strategic partnerships have been proved to be significant effect on customer satisfaction. Next, the strategic partnership of variables was the biggest influence on the customer satisfaction.
