  • 복잡계 관점에서 트래픽 패턴, 도시 및 다세포 생물학적 유기체 등이 하나의 창발적인 현상인 것처럼, '그린 IT'의 개념 또한 지구 온난화 문제로 인해 인간 세계에서 태동할 수밖에 없는 불가피한 창발적인 현상이다. 복잡계 이론의 관점에서 그린 IT는 무작위한 것으로부터 대단히 복잡한 방식으로 상호작용을 하는 상당히 뒤얽힌 시스템으로 발전할 가능성이 높다. 그렇지만, 그린 IT 시스템 또한 하나의 복잡계라 할 때, 그러한 시스템을 구동시키고 억제시키는 미지의 끌개들이 존재한다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 논문은 그린 IT 시스템의 잠정적인 끌개들을 식별하고, 평가할 수 있는 하나의 새로운 모델을 제안하고, 이를 교육적으로 활용하는데 있다. 구체적으로 그린 IT의 끌개라 할 수 있는 그린 IT 너비-깊이 행렬을 기반으로 그린 IT 진화 및 자기조직화 되어가는 과정을 측정할 수 있는 유형-2 퍼지 시스템을 구축한다.

라이브커머스에서 가상실재감의 효과와 결정요인 연구: 라이브쇼핑 매체 및 인플루언서 특성을 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect and Determinants of Virtual Presence in Live Commerce: Focusing on the Characteristics of Live Shopping Media and Influencers)

  • Purpose: Live commerce is a new type of electronic commerce in combination with live streaming services. It is expected to increase virtual presence in the context of online shopping by overcoming a lack of social interactions between sellers and buyers which have been raised as a limitation in electronic commerce. Drawing on the studies of communication media, this study examines how live commerce contributes to the increase of virtual presence which consists of telepresence and social presence. Telepresence refers to a buyer's perception that he or she is present at the physical shopping mall during live shopping streaming whereas social presence refers to a buyer's perception of social interaction with a seller which is human warm, social, sensitive, and personal. In this study, we verify key determinants of virtual presence and its consequences. More specifically, this study proposes virtual presence contributes to the increase of buyers' trust in products and further purchase intentions. Furthermore, we verify influential factors of virtual presence from the technical and influencer perspectives of live commerce. Design/methodology/approach: To test the proposed hypotheses, the partial least squares (PLS) analysis is conducted with a total of 250 data collected on users with experience in the TaoBao live streaming shopping platform. Findings: The results show that first, telepresence and social presence are increased by visibility, media richness and attractiveness in the context of live shopping streaming. Second, buyers' trust in product trust and purchase intentions are positively influenced by telepresence and social presence. Finally, buyers' trust in product has a direct, positve effect on their purchase intentions. Overall, the findings offer new insights into the studies of electronic commerce by introducting the concepts of virtual presence and media richness from the literature of communication media in the field of live commerce.

커뮤니케이션매체 특성과 교수행위 특성이 협력적 상호작용과 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Characteristics of Communication Media and Instruction Behavior on Collaborative Interaction and Project Performance)

  • In the new web based learning environment which has recently emerged, a variety of new learning objectives and teaching methods suited to this learning environment have been adopted. Recently, web based project-based learning methods have received a great deal of attention from those wishing to improve learning performance. The objective of this study is to identify the impact of characteristics of communication media and instruction behavior on collaborative interaction and project performance through web based group projects. The characteristics of communication media were divided into richness, flexibility, and ease of use, and the characteristics of instruction behavior were divided into support and expression, which are independent variables. Collaborative interaction as a mediate variable, was divided into information sharing and negotiation. Project performance was the dependent variable. To verify the proposed research model empirically, an experiment was conducted in which learners participated in on-line and off-line courses with group projects. The group project was conducted virtual product development(VPD), and designed a web-site about the VPD. At the end of the project, a survey was conducted. Of the 270 students, 239 responded. The students were assigned to groups of 3 or 4 members, and represented different genders and levels of computer competence. The reliability, validity, and correlation of research variables were analyzed using SPSS 14.0, and the measurement model and the structural goodness-of-fit of the research model were verified through SEM analysis using Lisrel 8.54. We found important results as follows; First, richness and ease of use has positive impacts on each of sharing information and negotiation. This suggests that richness and ease of use are useful in sharing information which is related to the task and agreeing in opinions among group members. However, flexibility has not positive impacts on sharing information and negotiation. This implies that there is no great difference in performance of PC and information literacy of user. Second, support and expression of instructor have positive impacts on sharing information and negotiation. This indicates that instructors play an important role in encouraging learners to participate in the project and communicating with them, sharing information related to the project, making a resonable decision and finally leading them to improve a project performance. Third, collaborative interaction has a positive impact on project performance. This result shows that if the ability to share information and negotiate among students was improved then a project performance would be improved as well. Recently, in the state of revitalized web based learning, it is opportune that web-based group project is practically conducted, and the impact of characteristics of communication media and characteristics of instruction behavior on sharing information, negotiating among group members and improving a project performance is verified. On the basis of these results, we propose that forms of learning, such as web based project, could be one of solution which is to enforce interaction among learners, and ultimately improve learning performance. Moreover web-based group project is able to make up for a weakness which makes it difficult to make interpersonal relations or friendship among learners in computer mediated communication or web based learning.

  • 본 연구에서는 온라인 커뮤니케이션 매체특성이 그룹의 협력과 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향을 메신저와 e-Learning시스템을 대상으로 비교분석하였다. 독립변수인 커뮤니케이션 매체특성은 풍부성(richness), 동기성(synchronization), 유연성(flexibility), 이용편이성(easy of use)으로 구분하였으며, 이 매체특성들이 그룹의 협력에 미치는 영향과 궁극적으로 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향을 밝혀내고자 하였다. 검증을 위해 실제 그룹 프로젝트를 수행하는 실험 설계를 이용하였다. 연구결과 메신저를 주로 이용하여 프로젝트를 수행한 그룹에서는 커뮤니케이션 매체특성으로 풍부성과 이용편이성이 협력을 증진시키는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, e-Learning 시스템을 주로 이용한 그룹에서는 이용 편이성만이 협력을 증진시켰으며, 궁극적으로 프로젝트 성과를 향상시키는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

A Study about A Design Process of Interactive Multimedia Content Based on a Cultural Background (for an Indonesian Folktale)

  • As the computer becomes a trend, interactive multimedia design can be one media to communicate the cultural knowledge. A folktale can be a powerful material to show a country's culture. In this project, we try to make the folktale content to be understood easily by implementing some cultural information background. The main aim of this project is to give a vision of the richness culture through the interactive multimedia technology. In this paper, we would like to show a flow map content, a streaming of design process and a visual interface design prototype. Finally, interactive multimedia design content is very useful for a transferring the richness culture because people tend to like a multimedia content. In order to make an effective interactive multimedia design content based on a cultural background, a designer should need to understand about users, culture, technology and the whole design process.

The Effect of the Attractiveness of Mobile Music Applications on the Level of User Loyalty

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between application attractiveness and loyalty to mobile music applications. The application attractiveness is operationalized into four dimensions: richness of music contents, music app design quality, music app functionality, and promotion. The hypotheses are postulated and tested using a sample of 370 student respondents from Henan Polytechnic University and Henan Institute of Technology, China. The result shows that there is a positive correlation between loyalty and three application attractiveness aspects: richness of music contents, music app design quality and music app functionality. Based on the results of this study, the research put forward constructive suggestions about improving mobile music application loyalty. Finally, several conclusions, managerial suggestions, limitations and future research are proposed.

남한지역 전통민속식물지식 자료를 활용한 종누적곡선 분석 및 종풍부도 추정 연구 (The Application of Species Richness Estimators and Species Accumulation Curves to Traditional Ethnobotanical Knowledges in South Korea)

  • 전통민속식물지식이 빠르게 사라져 가는 상황에서 전통식물지식에 대한 기초조사를 통한 기록이 매우 중요한 과제가 되었다. 민속식물학 조사에서 조사강도와 민속식물정보, 식물종 정보의 증가에 관련성은 가장 중요한 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 국립수목원에서 발간된 자료를 이용하여 한반도 민속식물에 대한 메타 데이터를 DB화하여 분석하였다. 전통민속식물지식의 종풍부도에 추정은 ACE, Chao1, Chao 2, ICE, Jack 1, Jack 2, Bootstrap 등의 추정식을 이용하여 제시하였다. 종누적곡선 분석에서 지역별 종누적이 다른 양상을 보여 강원도의 누적곡선은 상대적 샘플링 노력이 더 필요하며충남 지역의 경우 조사 강도에 비해 일찍 수평선에 점근하는 특성을 보여 이지역의 조사 강도가 실제 정보량의 증가에 비해 높았다. 식용, 약용, 공예용 등의 종풍부도는 남녀간의 지식이 분포가 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 주변환경의 식물상과 비교분석을 통해 일부 지역의 경우 민속식물조사가 상대적으로 조사량이 부족하고 추가 조사시 더 다양한 종이 발굴 될 것으로 예상된다.

청주시 환상녹지의 경관 파편화 실태와 지속가능한 녹지관리 방안 모색 (Landscape Fragmentation of Circular Greenspace in Cheongju and Requirements for a Sustainable Development)

  • 2002년 그린벨트 해제 이후 청주시 환상녹지에서의 주거지 확대와 주요 간선도로의 확충 등 토지이용의 변화로 인한 경관파편화를 조사하고, 비오톱 조사결과와 비교하여 생물 종풍부성에 미친 영향을 파악해 보았다. 취락확대는 동부 산림구역을 제외한 시가지에 연접한 전 구역에서 이루어졌고, 도로밀도는 지역간 도로의 교차로가 있는 남북 구역에서 높게 나타났다. 이러한 경관파편화가 종풍부성이나 개체 풍부성에 미친 영향은 동물 유형별로 다르게 나타났다. 조류의 경우 경관파편화 외에 먹이활동이 용이한 수변환경에의 근접성이 중요하게 작용하여 파편화 정도가 높은 남북(N2, N3, N4, S2) 구역에서도 종풍부성이 높게 나타났다. 양서파충류는 조류에 비해 출현 종수의 존간 편차가 거의 없기는 하나, 파편화가 클수록 종풍부성이 낮아지는 경향은 더 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 청주시의 지속가능한 녹지관리를 위해서는 경관생태에 대한 정보 축적을 기반으로 하여 경관생태계획과 도시계획을 통합 관리하는 것이 우선적으로 요구되고, 다양한 지역사회 구성원의 참여와 또한 인접한 청원군과의 월경 녹지관리 협력이 뒷받침되어야 할 것이다.

  • Most organization are using E-mail(electronic mail) currently, but we seldom see the organizational success from the E-mail utilization strategically. There are many research which are focusing on the selection and usage of E-mail as a electronic communication media based on Information Richness Theory and Critical Social Theory. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects by using E-mail through providing the model of perceived impacts. This model considers the moderate factors such as top management supports, organizational usage, and organizational pressure based on CST. Also it provides the guideline how to use E-mail strategically.

  • Domestic and international energy and eco-friendly companies take advantage of social media for image enhancement and product promotion. However, there were no in-depth empirical analysis to verify specific effectiveness of social media use in these sectors. The purpose of this study is to reveal the key factors that are considered to use social media effectively for energy and eco-friendly companies. For this purpose, we regarded the effectiveness of social media as Post Awareness and Word of Mouth. Characteristics of social media as a medium were measured separately, media richness and media genre, as independent variables of social media effectiveness. We investigated 413 posts in Facebook brand page of energy and eco-friendly companies and conducted a content analysis. As a result, post awareness of users was greater when post has richer media such as video. For media genre, word of mouth appeared to be greater when the posts provide information.
