Purpose: This study was to evaluate the effects of information on anxiety, blood pressure and pulse in cerebral angiography clients. Methods: The data were collected from June to November 2014. The participants were 42 (21 each for experimental and control group) patients who to received cerebral angiography. The information developed from researchers' materials for cerebral angiography was provided only to experimental group. Measured variables were anxiety, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and pulse rate. Research tools for anxiety were Spielberger's state anxiety inventory, and 10 point visual analogue scale (VAS). Results: The difference in mean systolic blood pressure after intervention between the experimental group ($129{\pm}15.34$) and the control group ($141{\pm}17.70$) was statistically significant (t=-2.28, p=.028). The differences between the two groups in state anxiety, VAS anxiety, diastolic blood pressure, and pulse rate after intervention were not statistically significant (p>.05). Conclusion: The information using educational material was effective in to decreasing systolic blood pressure in patients who received cerebral angiography. Therefore this study material could be used as a nursing intervention for patients in cerebral angiography.

Earnings management behavior is the use of accounting procedures, through accounting policies, to intentionally purposeful control in the provision of information to users. The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between ownership structure factors and earnings management behavior of 30 Vietnamese commercial banks. The paper uses the ordinary least square method to examine this relationship and employs time series data of 15 years from 2005 to 2019. The study also uses agency theory an asymmetric information theory. The authors examined six independent variables related to the ownership structure and these variables are typical of Vietnamese commercial banks. The results of the study show that the foreign ownership ratio is an opposite effect, while the ownership concentration variable has a positive effect on earnings management behavior of Vietnamese commercial banks. Based on that, the article proposes a number of policy suggestions for the State bank of Vietnam and Board of directors of commercial banks as well as investors to identify and to limit the earnings management behaviors of Vietnamese commercial banks. This contributes to ensuring information transparency as well as improving the quality of accounting information of Vietnamese commercial banks in the coming years.

As people get broader access to health information through the internet, there is a greater need for measure to maximize the social advantages of the internet and to minimize negative side-effects. With this concern, this paper classifies internet health information services sites into : on-line supply of health information, on-line consultation, on-line diagnosis, and on-line sales. As well this paper analyzes domestic laws supporting and/or regulating these services. The efficient provision of internet health services requires comprehensive laws on individual privacy protection, prevention and handling of medical accidents, an electronic prescription form for internet diagnosis, electronic signing, payment for medical expenses, qualifications for internet medical practitioners. Additional laws are required to establish internet pharmacies and internet health goods stores. These new laws can be prepared either separately or through revision of existing laws governing medical practice, pharmacies, and public health promotion. However, as the legal control by the government on cyber processes and entities has a fairly minimal effect, consumers should be encouraged to improve their own capacity for wisely using internet health services and health-service providers should be encouraged to promote voluntary supervision and control of their own services and practices.

유비쿼터스 기술이 발달하면서 모바일 기기를 통해 다양한 콘텐츠를 사용자에게 적합한 정보만을 제공하기 위한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나 모바일 기기의 작은 사용자 인터페이스로 인해 정보제공에 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이런 문제점을 해결하고 모바일 환경에 적합한 지능형 에이전트 모델과, 각 개인 사용자들이 관심 있는 일자리 정보를 능동적으로 제공할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 사용자 행동패턴을 감시하는 Personalization Engine과, 모바일 기기에 정보제공을 위한 Learning Algorithm으로 구성되었다. 조사를 통해 성별, 나이, 학력에 따라 선호하는 직업 항목이 다른 것을 알았으며, 지역은 직업을 검색 할 때 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: A new form of sports human rights platform is needed for policy-related officials, athletes, leaders, and parents to easily share information on sports human rights and to promote communication between the sports community and the outside. Research design, data, and methodology: Participants were collected from athletes (n=3,007) who were registered in Korean Sport & Olympic Committee. Participants were asked to respond the survey items measuring their experiences of human right violations in sport. Descriptive analysis, t-test, and ANOVA were used to analyze data. Results: The platform should include information on prevention and safety of human rights violations during sports activities, procedures and methods for reporting damage, countermeasures, leader education programs, human rights protection guidelines, roles and supervision of sports organizations and institutions, and related statues. It can form a community as well as exchange information in the Internet space through the operation of bulletin boards by professional athletes, student athletes, parents, and leaders, and plays a role in crisis counseling or information provision. Given the reality that players can be blocked from the outside world, information communication channels on SNS can be a useful means of protecting and improving players' human rights. Conclusions: Therefore, it is necessary to provide a foundation for creating related platforms so that sports human rights sites or SNS can be operated voluntarily. Implications and future directions were discussed.

본 논문의 목적은 2010년 3월 22일 개정된 전기통신사업법 제32조(이용자보호) 제3항, 제4항, 제5항과 제38조(전기통신서비스 도매제공) 신설 관련 3G(WCDMA) MVNO를 통한 선불요금제 활성화 정책을 제시하는 것이다. 한국은 '11년 6월 현재 선불요금, 상호접속, 사업자선택, 도매제공 그리고 번호이동성 등의 제도개선의 부족으로 인하여 이동전화 선불요금제 가입자가 매우 미미한 수준이다. 그러나 해외 통신서비스 규제기관 및 사업자들은 스마트폰 및 데이터 사용 비중을 높이는 다양한 고객수요를 수용하기 위해 이동전화 선불요금제에 점차 더 많은 정책과 전략을 보이고 있다. 본 논문은 현행 전기통신사업법 하에서 3G MVNO를 통한 선불요금제 활성화를 위해서는 선불데이터시스템과 이동망 분리, 선불요금의 월정액제 하이브리드와 무선망을 통한 휴대폰의 직접충전(Top-up) 시스템 도입, USIM 제도 개선, 이동망 사업자선택제 도입, 선 후불 간 소매가할인 차등, 도매제공의 소매가할인 개정과 의무제공사업자 확대, 그리고 선 후불 간 번호이동성 도입 정책의 심도 있는 검토를 제안하고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 간호사가 모바일 기반의 휴먼코칭 헬스케어서비스 제공이 당뇨병 환자의 자가관리 능력에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 당뇨병 진단을 받은 311명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 23으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 모바일 기반의 휴먼코칭 헬스케어서비스 제공에 의한 혈당계 활용도는 남녀의 차이가 있었고 이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이(${\chi}^2=6.059$, p= .048*)가 있었다. 둘째, 모바일 기반의 휴먼코칭 헬스케어서비스 제공에 의한 혈당계와 활동밴드 활용도는 정적 상관관계가 있었고 통계적으로 유의하였다(r=.660, p<.01). 셋째, 모바일 기반의 휴먼코칭 헬스케어서비스 제공에 의한 혈당계 활용률 추이를 확인한 결과 1주차부터 49주차까지 79%에서 41% 이상으로 유지되었다. 결론적으로, 본 연구에서 모바일 기반의 휴먼코칭 헬스 서비스가 참여자들에게 자기건강관리 능력을 향상에 접근성이 쉽고 비용 효과적인 것으로 일부 확인되었다.

중증장애인의 돌봄은 비장애 가족에 비해 전 생애주기에 돌봄이 필요하다. 이런 이유로 중증장애 가족의 돌봄자는 일상적인 스트레스는 물론 가족 전체에 부정적인 감정을 가질 우려가 높다. 장애가족 역시 장애인을 중심으로 이루어지는 생활에서 비 장애자녀나 부부간의 어려움을 경험하는 비율이 높다. 특히 우리나라의 급격한 고령화는 장애 돌봄자의 노령화와 함께 노인장애인의 삶에도 영향을 미친다. 연구는 질적 연구방법을 통해 장애인 돌봄자의 과거와 현재 경험을 통한 현실적 지원에 대한 대안을 탐색하였으며, 미래에 대한 희망과 기대를 다음과 같이 도출하였다. 첫째, 장애 영유아에 대한 장애확인 후 지원체계나 제도에 대한 정보전달이 등급판정 기관에서부터 제공. 둘째, 장애유형이나 개별특성에 적합한 '맞춤형 돌봄지원'의 사회, 정치, 제도, 경제적 차원에서의 제공. 셋째, 비장애 자녀대상의 프로그램의 제공과 장애인을 포함하거나 혹은 장애가족만을 위한 힐링 프로그램의 제공. 넷째, 성인장애인을 위한 휴식과 쉼을 제공하는 공간과 프로그램의 제공. 다섯째, 장애인 노화연령을 반영한 노인장기요양제도 적용과 장애인 커뮤니티케어의 제도화이다. 이러한 대안제시를 통해 연구는 성인과 노인 장애인의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 논의점의 제시에 연구의 의의를 두고 있다.

100세 시대를 맞이하여 예기치 못한 위험에 대비하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이 되었다. 본 연구에서는 재무 설계사(FP)의 영업 성과에 미치는 요인에 대해 분석하기 위해 이루어졌다. 영업 교육, 고객 지향성, 영업관리가 영업성과에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하고 나아가 이들 영향 관계의 크기를 분석하고자 했다. 이를 위해 영업 교육은 고객 개발, 영업 역량, 학습 민첩성으로 세분화 했다. 고객 지향성은 고객 관리시스템 활용, SNS활용, 고객서비스 제공으로 세분화하였다. 영업관리는 목표 지향성, 관리자 리더십, 보상체계로 나누었다. 이들 세부 변수들이 영업 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 현재 활동중인 재무설계사를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 설문조사는 2023년 1월 한달간 진행되었으며 이중 유효한 250부를 분석의 대상으로 삼았다. 실증 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 영업 교육 중 고객 개발, 학습 민첩성은 영업 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 영업 역량은 유의성이 검정되지 않았다. 고객지향성 중 SNS 활용 및 고객서비스 제공은 영업 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 고객관리시스템 활용은 유의성이 검정되지 않았다. 영업 관리 중 목표 지향성과 보상 체계는 영업 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 관리자 리더십은 유의성이 검정되지 않았다. 영업 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수의 영향력은 목표 지향성, 고객서비스 제공, 보상체계, 학습 민첩성, 고객 개발, SNS 활용 순이었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학술적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

본 논문은 국내 전기.전자공학분야 연구자들의 출판물에 나타난 인용 특성을 분석 연구하였다. 이를 위해 정기간행물 기사색인의 235개 기사와 INSPEC의 189개 기사에 나타난 총3,414개의 인용 자료가 본 연구를 위해 사용되었다. 여기서는 전기.전자공학분야 연구자들의 인용형태를 밝히고, 정부기관 (국립연구소 포함), 대학 및 기업체 소속 연구자들의 인용형태를 비교하였으며, 국내 간행물과 외국 간행물에 실린 출판물 사이의 인용형태를 비교하였다. 본 논문에서는 인용분석 연구 결과가 도서관과 자료실의 장서개발 계획과 의사결정에 도움을 줄 수 있다고 결론지었고 실제로 전기 전자공학 분야 도서관과 자료실에 대한 제언들이 제시되었다.
