외부 IP 네트워크와 연동하여 다양한 패킷기반 서비스를 제공하는 3G 네트워크 환경에서 서비스의 end-to-end QoS 제공은 중요한 문제이다. 3GPP 진영은 정책기반 네트워크 자원관리 아키텍처를 표준으로 제안하고 있으며, 실제적으로 정책을 수행하는 수단으로 IntServ와 DiffServ의 사용이 권장되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 DiffServ-aware MPLS를 정책 수행 수단으로 사용하는 것을 제안한다. 이 방식을 이용하면, DiffServ에 의해 트래픽의 QoS를 차별적으로 보장하는 것은 물론, MPLS를 통해 다중 경로를 활용할 수 있어 네트워크 자원 이용도를 높일 수 있다. 이러한 장점들은 실시간 트래픽과 비실시간 트래픽이 동시에 서비스되는 환경에서 제안방식을 시뮬레이션 하여 검증하였다.

As users' needs for customized services increase, the service provision method is changing from a vertical structural service provision method to a horizontal structural service provision method. This paradigm shift has led to a change from the way existing users find the content they want to find and provide customized needs of users by content providers. With the recent development of smartphones and various AI technologies, demand for providing seamless services such as smartphones is increasing in automobiles. However, it is difficult to provide services in line with changes in this service paradigm because automobile services provide services centered on finished car manufacturers rather than individually providing services tailored to user needs. In this paper, we develop a Node-RED-based dynamic vehicle service simulation tool so that users can use the service they want in cars. The simulation tool developed provides a simulation environment for services authored by the user using NodeRed by writing, registering, and using NodeRed.

This study identified consumer perceptions of biotechnology crops, provided the types and sources of information on agricultural biotech that consumers demand, and derived effective methods of providing agricultural biotech information by analyzing problems and improving the information available online regarding agricultural biotech. The analysis of sources of information on agricultural biotech showed that there were differences between preference and reliability. Respondents preferred the Internet (47.6%) and TV (36.3%), while they relied on TV (36.3%) the most, followed by the Internet (26.6%), and academic papers and technical books (23.1%). Only 27.1% of the respondents answered that they collect information on agricultural biotech proactively. The higher frequency of information collection indicated a higher satisfaction rate with the information that was being collected. Survey results for the websites that respondents preferred and relied on to collect information were that the most preferred websites were web portals (53.4%), while reliability rates across the various types of websites were relatively even: web portals (28.4%), academic institution websites (19.1%), and websites that provide professional information (18.2%). Surveys that examined factors that were important in choosing the websites for collecting information on biotech indicated that factors such as "Providing verified data and citation" and "Providing objectivity" were the most important. Examining the preferences and factors of preference by content type showed that the demand for visual aids, such as photos, tables, graphs, and videos, was high, and there were statistically significant differences between the factors of preference by content type.

The services such as real-time audio and video applications have become increasingly popular, especially over the Internet. Furthermore, as being commercialized those contents on the Internet require quality of service (QoS) support to ensure their performance. PPP is the best solution to of for those kinds of services. The reason why we want to employ PPP is this satisfies most of the requirements associated with remote connectivity to an NSP, such as IP address assignment, security, and AAA (authentication, authorization and accounting). In addition, since ISPs and corporations are familiar with PPP based connectivity, easy migration from existing ISP infrastructure is expected, if QoS is guaranteed. But so for PPP has had no field to ensure the quality of service. This article presents the solution by using some tunneling protocols and the draft [1] that proposed additional LCP option fields to negotiate QoS. To communicate each other, after negotiating those option fields, over various protocols such as ATM, Ethernet, and etc. tunneling protocol is used. Following sections will mention those briefly. And the service provision to offer the end-to-end communication with negotiated QoS will also be proposed.

This paper examines the impact of reliability on consumers' demand for environmentally friendly agricultural products using ordered logit model. We survey 100 housewives living in the capital region and five metropolitian cities cross sectional data in 2007. This paper especially estimates the impact of instrumental factor, such as history tracking system, provision of information, safety assurance and labelling of brands on the consumers' demand. The main results show that provision of information and safety assurance affect consumers' demand more confident than others. In order to motivate consumers to buy more environmentally friendly agricultural products, the safety should be assured and more information on production and marketing channel should be labelled.

This paper proposes a new communication system for e-learning applications to mitigate the negative impacts of COVID-19 where the online massive demands impact the current commu-nications systems infrastructures and capabilities. The proposed system utilizes high-altitude platforms (HAPs) for fast and efficient connectivity provision to bridge the communication in-frastructure gap in the current pandemic. The system model is investigated, and its performance is analyzed using adaptive antenna arrays to achieve high quality and high transmission data rates at the student premises. In addition, the single beam and multibeam HAP radio coverage scenarios are examined using tapered uniform concentric circular arrays to achieve feasible communication link requirements.

기록정보서비스에 대한 인식이 낮은 현실 속에서 이용자들의 기록정보서비스 평가는 기록관에서 이용자들의 실질적 요구를 파악함으로써 서비스 개선을 위해 도움이 되는 정보를 제공해줄 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 비슷한 이용자군을 이루고 있으며 이용자 간 상호작용이 원활한 대학기록관의 이용자들을 대상으로 설문을 통한 서비스 평가를 실시하였다. 다양한 서비스 평가도구를 분석하여 설문지가 작성되었으며, 2015년 4월부터 10월까지 총 13개 대학기록관에서 113명이 설문에 응하였다. 설문결과는 적합성 검증을 통해 4개 영역(이용결과, 기록관정보제공, 기록관접근성, 상호작용)의 평가 척도로 재구성되었으며, 이에 대해 T검정, 상관분석, 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 이용자들은 상호작용영역에 대해서는 높게 평가한 반면, 기록관정보제공영역은 상대적으로 낮게 평가하였다. T검정 결과 검색 웹사이트를 구축한 기관 및 전자시스템으로 기록을 관리하는 기관이 세부영역에서 이용자에게 더 좋은 평가를 받았으며, 회귀분석 결과 상호작용영역 및 기록관정보제공영역에 대한 평가결과가 이용결과에 대한 평가에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

본 연구는 언어네트워크 분석방법을 통해 광역도시 대표 트위터의 정보 내용을 연도별 도시별로 심층 분석하고 정보제공 매체로서 트위터 활용에 대해 조사하였다. 언어네트워크 분석을 위한 분석도구는 KrKwic, Ucinet6, Netdraw 프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구 결과, 2014년도에는 시정 관련 정보(시민, 운영, 개최, 참여)와 시민생활 관련 정보(문화, 공원, 출근길)를 중심으로 하는 네트워크가 형성되었다. 반면 2015년에는 시정홍보에 관련 정보(시민, 문의, 개최, 시정, 행사)가 네트워크의 핵심적 역할을 차지하고 있었다. 도시별 네트워크 분석에서 연도별 도시별로 각기 다른 키워드들이 도출되었다.

본 연구는 이용자가 선호하는 인터넷 정보환경에서 생존하고 타당성 있는 조직으로 존재하기 위한 대학도서관의 역할을 효과적인 수행하기 위한 정보서비스의 모델을 설정하기 위해 66개의 미국의 대학도서관의 정보서비스 동향을 분석하였으며, 다음과 같은 하이브리드 정보서비스 기능을 발휘할 수 있는 모델을 설정하였다. 첫째, 도서관 웹 포털의 구축이다 이것은 전자적 자원의 발굴과 제공, 연구의 지원, 도서관 연구의 지원 수업의 지원 등을 포함한다 둘째, 하이브리드 기능의 길 프론트 엔드의 제공이다. 셋째, 정보능력의 향상을 위한 지원이다. 이를 위해 정보의 탐색, 조직, 평가 능력의 함양과 정보기술의 지원 및 도서관 이용 교육의 확산(계층별, 주제별, 상호작용적)이 필요하다. 넷째, 자원공유의 확대이다. 자원공유의 확대를 위해서는 지역 네트워크를 통한 자원의 공유 도모, 도서관 상호대타의 활성화, 저작권 관련 정의의 제공 접근성의 향상(캠퍼스 밖에서의 도서관 정보자원에 대한 원격접근의 제공, 정보서비스를 위한 각종 양식의 온라인 제공과 접수) 도서관 정보의 제공에 초점을 맞추어야 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 개별 제공하고 있는 안내전화서비스를 대표번호체계로 통합연계운영하고, 도로교통 정보외에 철도, 항공 버스 등의 대체교통수단 정보 및 관련기관과의 유기적 연계를 통한 원스톱(One stop) 서비스를 제공하는 안내전화서비스의 통합연계운영을 서비스를 제시하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내 외 현황을 분석하고, 시범구축, 확대구축, 안정화 및 고급화의 3단계에 따라 운영기술과 통합시스템 기술사양을 검토하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 교통정보 안내전화는 정보취득의 원스톱(One stop) 서비스, 이용 편의성 서비스, 다양한 연계정보제공 서비스, 제공정보의 실시간화 및 효율적인 체계를 구현할 것으로 기대한다.
