This paper is to provide a provision, in the system of virtual studying on the base of web, that can be used when learners(student) don't feel interesting anymore in the situation of unit studying and wanders in virtual space. No doubt, It's possible to provoke learner's interesting with providing such as fine multi-media, graph, and animation. But This study propose a method for learner who is apt to tired of studying although activity program is developing.

In recent, the rapid convergence of telecommunication and broadcasting has been considered as one of the hot issues in the IT industry. This convergence will provide telecom operators with both opportunities and threatens. This is because that telecom operators can enter the broadcasting industry, whereas broadcasters will also have a chance to provide telecom services. This work aims to discuss the business strategy for telecom operators to provide a TV VOD service, one of the convergence services between telecommunication and broadcasting, through the high-speed internet which is so much served in Korea. It seems that this service will achieve two business goals, namely "to minimise an additional investment" and "to find out a new benefit source", by fully utilising a current high-speed internet infrastructure. Finally, this paper mainly contains the market overview of in telecom and broadcasting service, the definition of TV VOD service and the necessity for this service, a market forecasting and the provision strategy of major telecom operators, and key success factors and a benefit model.

Often arrangement for effective product assessment and audit have not been completely satisfactory. The underlying reasons are: (a) The lack of early evidence of new unit quality. (b) The collection and processing of data. (c) Ineffective data analysis techniques. (d) The variability of information on which decision making is based. Because of the nature of the product the essential outputs from an affective QA organization would be: (a) Confirmation of new unit quality. (b) Detection of failures which are either epidemic or slowly degradatory. (c) Identification of failure cases. (d) Provision of management information at the right time to effect the necessary corrective action. The heart of an effective QA scheme is the acquisition and processing of data. With the advent of data processing for quality monitoring becomes feasible in an automotive testing environment. This paper shows how the method enables us to use Automotive Testing data for the cost benefits of QA management.

Cloud computing promises high performance and cost-efficiency. However, most cloud infrastructures operate at a low utilization, which greatly adheres cost effectiveness. Previous works focus on seeking efficient virtual machine (VM) consolidation strategies to increase the utilization of virtual resources in production environment, but overlook the under-utilization of backup virtual resources. We propose a heuristic time sharing policy of backup VMs derived from the restless multi-armed bandit problem. The proposed policy achieves increasing backup virtual resources utilization and providing high availability. Both the results in simulation and prototype system experiments show that the traditional 1:1 backup provision can be extended to 1:M (M≫1) between the backup VMs and the service VMs, and the utilization of backup VMs can be enhanced significantly.

Recently, the demand for pubic welfare has been expended to the comprehensive services terms of cultural, medical and psychological aspects and provision of information. These various demands for welfare services to improve citizens'quality of life could be effectively met by an integrated community center covered small regions rather than many existing individual institutions focused on specific services covered wide regions. The purpose of this study was to develop the activity programs for a proposed new millennium community center The activity programs classified into five types (administrative services; information and counselling; health and sports; leisure and culture; and child care and educational services) and each type included various unique activity programs not only for specific age groups but also for all age groups. In order to operate a new millennium community center effectively, the legal supports and systematic organizations to manage the community center should be required. Discussions and recommendations for these issues were included in the study.

This study examines various factors which influence the degree of Participation In B to B e-Marketplace. Based on literature review, six factors such as Information provision, IT infrastructure, trust, aggregation, new customer creation, and matching are identified. To collect the empirical data, survey methodology has been utilized. A total of 32 companies have returned completed responses. The results of analysis show high interdependencies between six factors and the degree of participation in e-Marketplace. In particular, aggregation is found to be the most influential factor. Additional analysis reveals that firms participating highly in e-Marketplace recognize aggregation and new customer creation the most important factors while less participating firms see IT infrastructure more important.

모바일 어플리케이션에 활용되는 리소스의 경우 사용되지 않는 데이터가 포함되는 경우가 많이 존재한다. 시스템 환경에 대응하기 위해 여러 가지 형태의 리소스를 구축하고 어플리케이션 실행 시 시스템 환경을 분석하여 구축된 리소스 중 최적화된 일부를 활용하여 어플리케이션이 구동된다. 이 경우 사용되지 않는 리소스 데이터 증가로 인해 한정적인 시스템 저장소에 영향을 주게 되며 설치된 어플리케이션의 수가 증가될수록 낭비되는 공간 또한 늘어난다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 불용 리소스의 증가로 인한 시스템 성능 저하를 해결하기 위해 능동적인 빌드 시스템에 대하여 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 어플리케이션 설치 이전에 시스템의 정보를 확인하고 이에 따라 최적화된 리소스만을 활용하여 실행파일을 빌드하고 사용자에게 제공하는 방법이다. 이 방법을 적용할 경우 어플리케이션 설치 용량이 줄어들고 불필요한 리소스의 제공으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 시스템 용량 부족 문제를 해결할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 논문에서는, 트래픽으로부터 요구된 지연한계를 보장하는 스케줄링 알고리즘으로서, \"클래스별 서비스 차등제공\" 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은, 공평 큐잉과 우선순위 제어 개념의 절충형 패킷 스케줄링 알고리즘이다. 다수의 트래픽 클래스 환경에서, 각 클래스별 서비스 커브를 정의하며, 클래스별 지연 한계를 충족시키기 위한 각 서비스 커브의 형태, 그리고 서비스 커브간의 관계에 근거하여, 클래스별 차등 서비스를 제공한다. 또한, 동일한 클래스 내의 세션간에는 공평 큐잉을 제공함으로써, 세션별 최소한의 대역폭이 보장될 수 있도록 한다. 지연 제어를 위해 새로 정의된 변수는, 시스템 상태에 따라 그 값이 조정됨으로써, 자원의 효율적 활용을 가능하게 한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 가상적 fluid-flow 모델에서 디자인되었으며, 이를 실질적인 패킷 모드에서 구현하는 방안이 제시되었다. 아울러, 제안된 스케줄링 알고리즘에 수반되는, 결정적 형태의 지연 보장을 위한 호 수락 제어조건을 유도함으로써, 수용된 세션들의 지연 성능이 확정적으로 보장될 수 있도록 하였다.수 있도록 하였다.

The knowledge of the specialized fields has been changed rapidly in the both side of quantity and quality. A hyper media as a knowledge based system is so fixed in the linked media in mutual that we couldn't tell it information provision with the view of users. In this paper, we propose the way of offering intellectual and flexible information which is the same with demand in the side of user, selecting, searching and composing the hypertext at the point of user's view through the design of knowledge media system. Three concepts are used in order to challenge the knowledge media system : special document, agent system and ontology. The special document is a ensure that its activities are coordinated with those of the others within the community, providing a uniform control mechanism. Finally, ontology is a language for exchanging knowledgement, which is a message exchanged among agents to ensure the proper interaction among them. The combination of these three concepts is used to design the prototype of knowledge media system.

The success of gCRM depends on the availability of adequate, real-time data about customers' location and the provision of diverse value-added services utilizing it. In the existing gCRM systems, however, it seems that the positional precision of customers' location is very low, and further that the services based on real-time location data are not provided. In order to overcome these weaknesses and extend the limited scope of gCRM, we suggest a new design of gCRM system integrated with LBS. We also describe in some detail the system prototype for such an integration.
