월간공정보고는 건설공사를 수행하는 동안 공종별로 매월 공사의 진척사항과 집행금액을 계획대비실적으로 파악하는데 필요한 정보를 포함하고 있는 문서이다. 본 연구는 정해진 구성항목과 속성에 따라 공정보고 내용을 디지털화할 수 있도록 월간공정보고에 대한 정보표준안을 마련하였다. 공정보고 업무의 효율화를 위해 정보표준안을 기초로 한 공정보고시스템 개발과 함께 현장 적용성 검토를 위한 시범 적용과 사용자 만족도를 실시하였다.

As the society features evolve to information society, some advanced countries promote to construct the gigabit information and communication networks, to develop system software to operate these networks, and to develop application software to help end-user-daily-life as information infrastructure. In this paper, we will present the development methodologies of the Gigabit Information-processing and Networking Technology(GIANT) and the special features of configuration management system applied to GIANT project, and suggest some proposals about its utilization with respect to systems engineering point of view.

In recent years, machine learning algorithms are continuously being used and expanded in various fields, such as facial recognition, signal processing, personal authentication, and stock prediction. In particular, various algorithms, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and Q-learning, are continuously being improved. Among these algorithms, the expansion of deep learning is rapidly changing. Nevertheless, machine learning algorithms have not yet been applied in several fields, such as personal authentication technology. This technology is an essential tool in the digital information era, walking recognition technology as promising biometrics, and technology for solving state-space problems. Therefore, algorithm technologies of deep learning, reinforcement learning, and Q-learning, which are typical machine learning algorithms in various fields, such as agricultural technology, personal authentication, wireless network, game, biometric recognition, and image recognition, are being improved and expanded in this paper.

본 논문에서는 단순히 주변에 위치하는 어휘들간의 문맥 공기 정보를 이용하는 방식과는 달리 국소 구문 관계 및 의미 공기 정보에 기반한 명사 의미 모호성 해소 방안을 제안한다. 기존의 WSD 방법은 구조 분석의 어려움으로 인하여 문장의 구문 관계를 충분히 고려하지 못하고 주변 어휘들과의 공기 관계로 그 의미를 파악하려 했다. 그러나 본 논문에서는 동사구의 논항 의미 관계뿐만 아니라 명사구내에서의 의미 관계도 고려한 국소 구문관계를 고려한 명사 의미 모호성 해소 방법을 제안한다. 이 때, 명사들의 의미는 자동번역 시스템의 목적에 맞게 공기(co-occurrence)하는 동사들에 따라 분류하였다. 그리고 한중 자동 번역 지식으로 사용되는 명사 의미 코드가 부착된 74,880 의미 격틀의 의미 공기정보를 이용하였으며 형태소 태깅된 말뭉치로부터 의미모호성이 발생하지 않게 의미 공기정보 및 명사구 의미 공기 정보를 자동으로 추출하였다. 실험 결과, 의미 모호성이 발생하는 명사들에 대해서 83.9%의 의미 모호성 해소 정확률을 보였다.

본 논문은 Directory Service(white page, yellow page, green page)를 분산환경에 적합하고 시스템 유연성을 고려하기 위해서 EJB(Enterprise Java Bean)기반 Webservice로 구현한 방법론 및 그 시스템에 관한 논문이다. 기존 개발된 Directory Service가 대부분 폐쇄적 네트워크를 사용하고 있으므로 시스템 자체에 유연성이 없는 정적인 시스템으로 구현이 되어있고, 플랫폼에 의존하는 아키텍쳐로 설계 되었다. 따라서 본 논문은 이러한 서비스 비개방 특성을 극복하기 위해서 개발 아키텍쳐를 웹서비스(Web Service)환경을 기본으로 하고 분산컴퓨팅환경(Distributed Computing Environment)의 특성을 고려하기 위해서 EJB로 개발이 되었다.

최근 RSS(Really Simple Syndication)를 응용한 서비스가 해외는 물론 국내에서도 각 분야에서 다양하고 활발하게 연구 개발되고 있다. 국내외 RSS서비스 현황 및 사례조사를 통해 민간과 공공부문의 RSS 서비스 현황을 분석하고, 과학기술분야 지식정보의 특성을 고려하여 다양한 정보와 환경에 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 과학기술 지식정보 서비스를 위한 RSS기반 정보배급 표준시스템의 설계 방안을 제시하였다.

KISTI-ACOMS의 보급과 더불어 학술대회에 대한 중요성이 인식되고, 학회의 요구사항이 증가함에 따라 학술대회 논문투고관리 시스템을 재설계하고 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템은 심사기능을 통한 우수 논문 심사, 영문 토글 기능을 지원하여 국내뿐만 아니라 국제 컨퍼런스 개최시에도 활용할 수 있어 보다 많은 학회들이 이용할 수 있게 되었다.
