Hub bearings not only sustain the body of a cat, but permit wheels to rotate freely. Excessive radial or axial load and many other reasons can cause defects to be created and grown in each component. Therefore, nitration and noise from unwanted defects in outer-race, inner-race or ball elements of a Hub bearing are what we want to detect as early as possible. How early we can detect the faults has to do with how the detection algorithm finds the fault information from measured signal. Fortunately, the bearing signal has Periodic impulse train. This information allows us to find the faults regardless how much noise contaminates the signal. This paper shows the basic signal processing idea and experimental results that demonstrate how good the method is.

본 연구의 목적은 국가산업단지의 하나인 경기도 시흥시에 위치한 시흥스마트허브단지내 근로자의 삶의 질 향상과 기업경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 독서환경, 독서문화 실태 및 요구사항을 조사, 분석하여 독서문화 개선 및 활성화를 위한 기초자료를 삼고자 하였다. 산업체 근로자를 대상으로 설문을 하여 그 결과를 분석한 결과 산업단지 내 독서환경이 미비하였으며, 근로자의 독서문화 실태도 열악한 상황이었다. 이를 개선하기 위해 요구사항을 분석하여 산업체 근로자의 독서환경 개선과 독서문화 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

본 본 논문은 항공 교통 체계에서 가장 중요하게 고려되는 안전한 항공체계에 대한 연구를 중심으로 보안구조를 검토하고 보안모델을 제시하였다. 분석된 내용은 항공서비스 분야 관련 보안기술을 기반으로 국제적인 기술 동향과 함께 국내의 항공체계에 대한 보안모델을 다루고 있다. 항공통신 네트워크의 보안 프레임워크에서는 항공과 지상 데이터링크 보안기술, 항공체계에 따른 보안구조를 분석하였고 U-information HUB 모델의 보안구조를 제시하였다. U-information HUB 보안구조는 항공사, 공항 네트워크, 항공기, 관련 정부기관 등과 연동범위를 포함하고 있다.

IoT 장치는 클라우드 환경에서 다양한 역할과 기능을 수행할 수 있도록 여러 분야에서 사용되고 있다. 그러나, IoT 장치를 안정적으로 제어할 수 있는 접근제어에 대한 방안은 아직 구체적으로 제시되고 있지 않은 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 환경에서 사용되고 있는 IoT 장치의 안정적인 접근을 수행할 수 있는 계층적 기반의 다단계 속성 접근제어 기법을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 IoT 장치의 원활한 접근을 돕기 위해서 IoT Hub을 두어 IoT 장치에 고유한 ID 키(보안 토큰)를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 수 있도록 하는 X.509 인증서 및 개인 키를 IoT Hub에서 인증하도록 하여 IoT 장치의 개인키를 IoT 장치 외부에서 알 수 없도록 하였다. 성능평가 결과, 제안방법은 기존 기법보다 인증 정확도가 평균 10.5% 향상되었으며 처리 시간도 14.3% 낮은 결과를 얻었다. IoT 속성 수에 따른 IoT Hub의 오버헤드는 기존 기법보다 9.1% 낮은 결과를 얻었다.

IoT 단말을 관리하는 IoT 관리 허브가 수집한 센싱데이터를 원격의 서버로 저장하기 위해서 인터넷 네트워킹이 가능해야 한다. 네트워크에 접속하기 위한 방법은 유선연결 방법과 WLAN AP에 접속하는 방법이 있는데, WLAN AP에 접속하기 위해서는 접속 가능한 영역의 AP 목록을 조회하고 특정 AP를 선택해야 한다. AP에 보안키가 설정되어 있는 경우에는 해당 보안키를 입력 할 수 있는 방법 또한 필요하다. 기존 방식에서는 IoT 관리 허브가 AP의 목록조회를 위한 디스플레이 장치가 필요했고, 목록을 선택하고 보안키를 입력하기 위한 입력 장치가 필요했다. 이러한 방식은 IoT 관리 허브가 디스플레이 장치와 입력 장치를 포함한 형태로 구성되기 때문에 단말의 소형화와 저가격화를 방해하게 된다. 또한 IoT 서비스가 대중화 되었을 때 사용자들에게 불편한 서비스로 인식될 우려가 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰의 Wifi, 디스플레이 장치, 입력 장치를 이용하여 사용자에게 친숙한 방법으로 IoT 관리 허브를 WLAN 네트워크에 연결하는 방법을 제안한다.

Korean Government is increasingly focusing on the Northeast Asia Business and Logistics Hub strategy to create a competitive advantage. A key element of this strategy is creating or leveraging distribution and logistics hubs that act as centres for distribution in Northeast Asia. A Northeast Asian e-Hub Policy is required for business hub and logistics hub in the Northeastern Asia. An e-Hub is an integrated, sophisticated set of e-Biz, information and e-trade facilities and services that provides access to a marketplace and exchangee the e-trade data. To study the e-Hub policy, Pan Asian e-Commerce Alliance, Korea-Japan e-Trade Hub project, and ASEM e-Trade project are considered. E-trade via cyberspace may need new methods of dispute resolution to reduce transaction costs for small value-related disputes and to erect structures that work well across national boundaries. Voluntary Mediation Councils and cyber tribunals should be encouraged by governmental sectors to continue developing private sector mechanisms to resolve e-trade disputes. Government-sponsored online cross-border dispute resolution systems may be also be useful to complement these private sector approaches. E-trade in Northeast Asia results in disputes owing to the incompleteness of e-trade law in the countries. These disputes contain disputes regarding e-trade model, central title registry, authentication body. To resolve these disputes in the Northeast Asia, a variety of electronic alternative dispute resolution bodies must be organized under cooperation of Korea, Japan, China. This study deals with the e-ADR construction in the Northeast Asia to resolve the disputes in the e-trade and to activate the e-trade in the Northeast Asia.

In this paper we address a design problem for hub-and-spoke networks and then consider a capacitated hub locations problem with direct shipment (CHLPwD). We determine the location of hubs, the allocation of nodes to hubs, and direct shipment paths in the network, with the objective of minimizing the total cost in the network. In this paper, CHLPwD is formulated as 0-1 integer programming. We develop an evolutionary algorithm here to solve the large sized CHLPwD. To do this, we present the representation and the genetic operators suitable for the problem and propose a heuristic method for the allocation of nodes to hubs. To enhance the search capability, problem-specific information is used in our evolutionary algorithm. The proposed algorithm is compared with the heuristic method in terms of solution quality and computation time. The experimental results show that our algorithm can provide better solutions than the heuristic.

본 논문의 목적은 우리 항만이 동북아 거점항만으로 변신하는데 필요한 항만공급사슬전략을 도출하여 거점항만으로의 발전전략의 적합성을 분석하였다. 경쟁항만의 발전 잠재력을 충분히 고려하고 우리 항만의 시설${\cdot}$서비스수준의 미흡성을 하루속히 보완하는 유연한 항만 공급능력의 확보, 항만리드타임(접안시간, 양하역시간 등)의 최소화와 뭍류서비스를 극대화${\cdot}$다양화할 수 있는 모듈방식의 항만운영의 다양화가 필요함을 검증하였다. 특히, 거점항만 개발전략에서 다양한 부가서비스의 제공과 실질적인 부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 방향으로 항만배후부지 개발이 매우 중요한 것으로 나타나고 있다.

With the rapid development of the Internet, e-business has been entering a new phase. However, there're still some problems to be settled and needs for breakthrough. The paper proposes an innovative approach to e-business models with the aim to resolve the problems. The paper reviews the exiting e-commerce models and points out some of the common weaknesses of the models, and presents the "Business Blogging e-Hub"model for e-business. With the characteristics of all-sided information, multi-dimensional interactivity and trans-model e-commerce platform, the proposed model is created and derived from the integration of the "classical"e-commerce models as B2B, B2C and C2C with the technology and essence of blogging, and is thus sure to meet rapidly changing business needs.
