Investigations on information security factors re- main elusive at small and medium enterprises (SMEs), es- specially for custom-made software solutions. This article aims to investigate, classify, adopt factors from recent literature addressing information security resources. SMEs al- ready have information security in place, but they are not easy to adopt through the negotiation processes between the in-house software development companies and custom-made software clients at SMEs. This article proposes a strategic framework for implementing the process of adoption of the information security factors at SMEs after conducting a systematic snapshot approach for investigating and classifying the resources. The systematic snapshot was conducted using a search strategy with inclusion and exclusion criteria to retain 128 final reviewed papers from a large number of papers within the period of 2001-2022. These papers were analyzed based on a classification schema including management, organizational, development, and environmental categories in software development lifecycle (SDLC) phases in order to define new security factors. The reviewed articles addressed research gaps, trends, and common covered evidence-based decisions based on the findings of the systematic mapping. Hence, this paper boosts the broader cooperation between in-house software development companies and their clients to elicit, customize, and adopt the factors based on clients' demands.

As the risk of technical leakage is increasing, technology protection support systems for small and medium-sized businesses have gained attention. This paper analyzed the perception gap of the user and policy-maker regarding technology protection support systems. First, to identify key elements of technology protection support systems and construct measurement factors, interviews with experts are conducted. Then, surveys are conducted to analyze the perception differences between the users and policy-makers. Factor analysis and ANOVA have been utilized to analyze survey results. The result shows that the perception gaps exist in the following areas: management system, cost reduction, copyright protection, customer satisfaction, leakage prevention, and awareness. To enhance the effectiveness of technology protection support systems, this paper suggests technology protection support systems should be customized in terms of the company's size and type of busines.

In this paper, the technique to reinforce the structure using the sensitivity information is proposed. Design variables related to the geometry of structure at fatigue fracture points are determined and sensitivities of fatigue life at fracture points with respect to the variation of design variables are calculated. Then the vector composed of gaps between the target life and initial life cycles at fracture points is calculated. The linear algebraic equation to solve the variation of design variables is composed. From the equation, the design variables for reinforced structure are determined.

This study is focused on acquiring through understanding of the S&T level of Korea to serve as an important basis for the government policy-making and to make available basic information for promoting the National R&D Program effectively. the survey of S&T level is a comparison of the highest level in the world to that of korea in 3 digit of the technology tree table. And survey of technological gaps is determined by year which Korea is able to reach the current level of the advanced countries. The results of the surveys should be applied to strategic technology planning for solving or nar-rowing the technology gap and the major criteria for resources allocation in national R&D Pro-grams. The results of he surveys should be the fundamental information for establishing strategic S&T policy in government.

이 연구의 목적은 대학도서관에서 사용되고 있는 편목시스템에 대한 인식을 조사해 보는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 편목시스템이 발전되어 온 과정을 추적해보고 발전과정에서 나타난특성을 분석해 보았다. 이러한 분석과 더불어 편목시스템을 사용하고 있는 편목사서들과 시스템 개발자들은 편목시스템에 대해 어떤 인식을 가지고 있는지에 대해 밝혀보았다. 이 연구의 결과는 현장 편목사서들의 요구와 견해를 파악함으로써 향후 편목시스템 개발에 참조할 수 있을 것이다.

The DDA negotiations, in 9th multilateral trade round, has focused on nine sectors including agriculture, non-agricultural market access, and service. After August 2004, member countries have intensified negotiations in order to reduce gaps between countries perspective. So most attention of members countries has been focused on agricultural trade and non-agricultural market access. Agricultural negotiation confront tough challenges because of different positions among members countries, and are not expected to reach perfect forms of modalities. Nevertheless based on the fact that many countries nearly reached agreement on some core. Under this circumstance, Korea has to prepare more practical strategics and more effective individual commitments to minimized the agricultural market opening. The other way, some Korean agricultural products will be exported by the DDA negotiation. Recently the understanding of Third-Party Logistics and Logistics Outsourcing are receiving increased attention as means of becoming competitive in agricultural products export improvement. So this paper presents a in-depth analysis for third-party logistics and its implications for Korea agricultural product export system improvement in E-trade Era.

Purpose This study examines firms at various industries to identify key organizational characteristics that positively drive the evaluation of cloud computing. In addition, this study tests the impact of one's evaluation has on the adoption and integration of cloud computing within their respective firm. Design/methodology/approach A total of 172 responses from various firms currently using cloud computing service were analyzed using the structural equation modeling(SEM). Findings Results show that organizational Needs(Mobility and Job Relevance), Perceived Factors(Relative Advantages and Cost Savings), and Organizational Readiness(Technical Knowledge, Financial Supports, and Managerial Supports) have a significant impact on cloud computing evaluation; and evaluation influences its adoption, and integration. However, two variables(IT Performance Gaps and Compatibility) have no significant impact on cloud computing evaluation. Finally, Evolutional Leadership has a significant moderating effect within the relationship among variables in the process of cloud computing implementation.

In this paper a four-pole elliptic function bandpass filter is designed with two ground slots. A research of microstrip bandpass filters (BPF) using defected ground structures (DGS) is presented. DGS technique allows designs of tight couplings without the necessity of using very narrow coupling gaps. The simulator Sonnet is used to design the resonator and to calculate the coupling coefficient of the basic coupling structure. Compared to similar microstrip filters without defected ground structure, the simulated performances of these novel structures indicate some technological advantages.

This paper argues that various kinds of displaced structures in English should be licensed by a more explicitly formulated type of rule schema in order to deal with what is called weak connectivity in English. This paper claims that the filler and the gap site cannot maintain the total identity of features but a partial overlap since the two positions need to obey the structural forces that come from occupying respective positions. One such case is the missing object construction where the subject fillers and the object gaps are to observe requirements that are imposed on the respective positions. Others include passive constructions and topicalized structures. In this paper, it is argued that the feature discrepancy comes from the different syntactic positions in which the fillers are assumed to be located before and after displacement. In order to capture this type of mismatch, syntactically relevant features are handled separately from the semantically motivated features in order to deal with the syntactically imposed requirements.

This paper reanalyzes examples with missing verbs. Northern Mandarin rejects argument nominal phrases after a silent verb, as well as silent verbs inside islands. These restrictions suggest a grammatical process which silences verbs. I propose that these restrictions are the result of VP-topicalization followed by ellipsis. This analysis accounts for the island sensitivity of these constructions: since VP-topicalization feeds ellipsis, constructions with elided VPs are not derivable from configurations where movement is impossible. Also, to avoid topicalization along with the VP, the argument must move out of VP; the subsequent topicalization of the VP containing the argument's trace would then give rise to a configuration where that trace c-commands the moved-out DP. Adjuncts do not pose a problem because they are located outside of that smallest VP-shell. The data presented here are accommodated by neither of Tang's (2001) proposals for silent verbs (gapping and empty verbs). Instead, they provide support for a third source for silent verbs, VP-ellipsis via topicalization.
