커넥티드카 인포테인먼트 애플리케이션의 사용자 경험 요인 : 안드로이드 오토 리뷰의 텍스트마이닝 분석을 중심으로 (User Experience Factors in Connected Car Infotainment Applications : Focusing on Text Mining Analysis in the Android Auto Reviews)

  • 미래 모빌리티 환경에서 인포테인먼트 시스템은 사용자와 차량을 연결하는 중추적 역할을 수행할 것으로 예상된다. 이 연구는 커넥티드카 인포테인먼트 애플리케이션인 안드로이드 오토의 사용자 리뷰에서 사용자 경험 요인을 도출하고, 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 인포테인먼트 시스템의 만족도 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 인포테인먼트 시스템 사용자 경험 요인을 구성하고, 토픽 모델링을 통해 실제 사용자 리뷰에서 도출한 토픽을 적용하였다. 감성분석과 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 요인으로 사용 용이성과 이해 용이성이, 불만족 요인으로 유연성과 안전성, 유희성이 도출되었으며, 이를 기반으로 설계 개선 전략을 제안하였다.

미숙아 어머니의 양육경험: Q 방법론적 접근 (Mothers' Parenting Experience of Premature Infants: Q Methodological Approach)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the parenting experience of mothers of premature infants in order to provide basic data for educational solutions and desirable directions. Methods: Q-methodology was used as it provides a method of analyzing the subjectivity of each item. The participants were 33 mothers of premature infants who sorted 34 selected Q-statements which were then classified into the shape of a normal distribution using a 9-point scale. Subjectivity on parenting experience among the mothers was analyzed using the pc-QUANAL program. Results: Four types of parenting experience were identified. Type I was named 'struggling', type II, 'self blame', type III, 'information collecting', and type IV, 'self-introspection'. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that different approaches to educational programs are needed for mothers of premature infants based on the four types of parenting experience.

  • This thesis has purpose of explaining that light is not only appreciated but also physically percepted in contemporary space design and examining effects of space experience through the physical perception. In keeping with such developments, light has been perceived as the object of another architectural tool in modern space design and has provided men with new experience by providing space image and function different from previous ones. With the expansion of the area of light, light has changed a space that is not a simple architectural factor into the essential concept that gives the architectural space image ! by combining it with architectural space, structure, form and materials throughout the whole process from the beginning to the completion. Through phenomenological approach, light is percepted and experienced by body movement, intervention of senses and memories, and passing of time. The percepted and experienced light brings increase of mutual understanding in space, activation and continuance of user's sensation, recreational experience by event occurrence and space experience effect thorough information from media.

중년남성의 자살시도 후 삶의 체험 (Life Experience following Suicide Attempt among Middle-aged Men)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to identify the meaning of life experience following suicide attempt among middle-aged men. Methods: A qualitative research design was adopted using van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenological approach. The participants were six middle-aged men who had attempted suicide at least one time. Data were collected in 2013 through in-depth interviews. Individual interviews were recorded; and literary, art works and phenomenological literature were searched to identify the meaning of the experience. Results: The five essential themes of the life experience of middle-aged men who attempted suicide were 'Bitter reality confronted again', 'Anger buried deep inside', 'Broken family, inescapable fetters', 'Blocked relationships, closed world' and 'A step towards a new life'. Conclusion: The meaning of lived experience found in this study provides deep insight into the experience following suicide attempt in middle-aged men and crucial information to give directions to appropriate support and nursing interventions.

간이식 수혜자의 적응경험 (Adjustment Experience of Liver Transplant Recipient)

  • The purpose of this phenomenological study was to understand and describe the essence and the structure of lived experience of liver transplant recipient. Five individual interviews were conducted to gather data regarding their subjective experiences. About 130 significant statements were extracted and these were clusterd into 9 themes. End stage liver disease patients chose their last treatment - liver transplantation. After liver transplantation, recipients experience vague anxiety and uneaseness related to much information and life style change that they had to accept. And they feared to lose their health again. But they felt free from medication and restriction of food. And they satisfied with regaining their physical status. Most of the recipients also had financial difficulties and social restrictions. And they experience uncertainty about their future. But they restored their previous social life. And they experience psychological wellbeing and hope. The results of this study might help nurses who work with liver transplant recipient in establishing and implementing an effective nursing intervention by understanding their lived experience.

온라인 플랫폼 경험: 호스피탈리티 고객 인게이지먼트 및 로열티 향상 방안 (Online Platform Experience: Enhancing Customer Engagement and Loyalty in the Hospitality Industry)

  • This study aims to develop a conceptual framework linking antecedents and consequences of online platform experience in the context of hospitality businesses. In doing so, an introduction to online platform experience in the hospitality industry was made, and environmental stimuli, that is, enablers of online platform experience were identified: information, entertainment and relation. Additionally, the theoretical review attempted to explain how customers are likely to be engaged in, and to be loyal to, the hospitality organizations' provisions in the context of online platforms. When presenting the theoretical model, a Stimulus-Organism-Response paradigm was employed to propose the hypotheses predicting positive online platform experience, which seems to derive from internally provoked cognition and affection within individuals, leading to behavioral consequences. This model is expected to be applicable to the online context, where hospitality businesses tend to adopt the concept of gamification and to implement associated loyalty programs. Finally, theoretical and practical implications, along with potential avenues of future research, were discussed.

  • Individual adoption and sustained usage of information technology(IT) are crucial prerequisites for exploiting IT as integral components of organizational work. Previous studies on technology adoption in workplace suggest that acceptance behavior is influenced by a variety of factors such as individual differences, social influences, beliefs, attitudes, and situational influences. In this paper, we introduce a research model to predict the usage behavior of intranet in workplace and also explain the causal relationships among variables. Based on the survey of 333 intranet users, this study uses structural equation model with LISREL 8.12. This study suggests several major results from surveys and analysis from them. Perceived use is influenced by intranet experience, task equivocality, organizational support, and perceived ease of use, Experience and organizational support determine perceived ease of use. Task equivocality, task interdependence, and organizational support have positive effects on subjective norm. On the other hand, present usage, which is a dependent variable in this model, is influenced by perceived use, experience, task interdependence, and organizational support.

  • 기술의 발달로 인하여 제품의 특징과 편익이 제품을 선택하는데 있어서의 중요성이 약화되었다. 이로 인하여 제품의 기능성을 바탕으로 하여, 사용성 더 나아가 제품을 사용하는데 있어서의 즐거움을 제공하는 것이 기업의 성공에 큰 영향을 끼치게 되었다. 이러한 제품의 기능성, 사용성, 사용하는데 있어서의 즐거움 같은 요소들이 통합되어 제품을 사용하는데 있어서의 사용자의 경험을 이루게 된다. 이러한 경험을 실제 디자인과 연관 짓는데 있어서 경험이라는 것 자체가 정성적이고 복잡한 구조를 가지고 있고, 추상적이어서 진정한 의미의 경험디자인의 단계에 이르지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 무수한 요소와 여러 환경 적인 영향을 받는 복잡한 사용자 경험에 대하여, 여러 방면에서 연구되고 있는 사용자 경험의 요소들을 종합하여 그 구조 규명하였다. 또한 사용자 경험의 요소와 그 경험을 가능하게 해주는 제품의 디자인 팩터들을 정의하여, 이러한 요소들이 어떤 관계성을 갖고 어떠한 요소에 의해 영향을 받는지에 대하여 모델링 하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify which factors are important for learning performance and the moderating effects of self-regulated factors such as elaboration and organization between users characteristic(perceived usefulness, preparatory education, internet experience) and learning performance. To Accomplish these research purpose, this study performed a survey and 173 response were used for statistical analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, 7 factors(ease of use, interactivity, accuracy, media richness, perceived usefulness, preparatory education, internet experience) had significant impacts on learning performance whereas reliability did not. Second, the moderating effects of self-regulated factors showed that Elaboration of self-regulated factors can be considered as a significant moderating variable between 2 factors(perceived usefulness, internet experience) and teaming performance.

  • ICT(Information and Communication Technology)의 발전속에서 늘 그 중심에 서 있던 이슈는 플랫폼이다. ICT 업계에서 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 일반 사용자들은 플랫폼의 존재를 알지 못하면서 자연스럽게 서비스를 이용하지만 그 이면에는 사용자들에게 자신의 플랫폼을 제공하기 위한 노력이 숨어 있는 것이다. 즉, 플랫폼 지배를 통해 ICT 업계의 선두를 유지해 오거나 선두로 나서고자 하는 노력과 시도는 늘 있어 왔으며 플랫폼 기술은 단일 목적 단일 서비스 지원을 위한 하드웨어, 소프트웨어 플랫폼에서 출발하여 개인화 서비스 플랫폼, 클라우드 기반 서비스 플랫폼을 거쳐 융합 서비스 플랫폼까지 발전 해 왔다. 서비스 사용자들에게 공통 요소를 제공해 준다는 플랫폼의 본질은 변화되지 않고 있지만 관련 기술의 발전과 더불어 플랫폼을 바라보는 관점에 따라 플랫폼의 구조와 기능 발전을 거듭해 왔다고 볼 수 있다. 본고에서는 이러한 ICT 업계의 기술 발전 흐름 속에서 가장 큰 의미를 담고 있는 플랫폼에 대해 다양한 관점에서의 플랫폼의 의미와 변화를 살펴보고자 한다. 그리고 나서, 플랫폼 기술 발전의 흐름 속에서 사용자들에게 Tele-experience 서비스를 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 지원해주고 서비스를 제공해 주는 Tele-experience 실감서비스 플랫폼 개발 방향과 이슈에 대해 살펴봄으로써, 향후 플랫폼의 역할에 대해 조명해 보고자 한다
